A.N. — Happy birthday to Mina Ashido, someone you'd never forget meeting. So many ideas (standing up to bullies in middle school, outrage over being denied Alien Queen, her love of dancing) won't get written... or at least posted. Instead, this drabble that kicks off six straight days of female characters gets shippy.
211. Mina Ashido/Pinky
Mina loved making people happy, so playing matchmaker was among her favorite pastimes.
Izuku and Ochako were obvious to anyone with eyes, but other potential couples might need her nudge. Kirishima and Bakugo, Jiro and Momo, Hagakure and Ojiro... truly, 1-A was fertile ground for youthful romance. The class needed some soft sentimentality to offset the drama.
But for all her (sometimes invasive) efforts at pairing her friends up, Mina herself had never been in love. She was a sucker for romantic tropes, but going plus ultra in heroics was easier than doing so in the dating scene for Mina.
