Luna came into Luke's room with his birthday breakfast. He saw the pancakes were shaped like the number 13 and he smiled at them.

"Happy birthday, Luke!" Luna says, smiling.

"Thanks, Luna…" Luke says.

Luna smiled as Luke began to eat.

Lucy woke up, frowning. She wanted to make it up to Luke. She promised herself she'd make it up to her siblings somehow.

"I gotta set up Luke's birthday party." Lucy says to herself, eating her breakfast quickly as she leaves the house. Lucy took out her own party planning book as she read over her plans for Luke. It was going to be a candy-themed party, per Luke's request.

She headed to the place and took out the candy themed gifts as she began to put up the banners, then put the gifts under his gift tree.

Stephen's father came as he was catering.

"Thank you for coming." Lucy says to him.

"Anything for Stephen's friend." Xander says.

Lucy watched as everything was put together. She even watched Stephen set up the "Candyland" board game-themed candy buffet.

Lucy looks down. "Sorry…" She says to Stephen.

"For what?" He asked.

"The mind control thing." Lucy says.

"It's okay. Just don't do it again." Stephen says.

They soon finished setting up for the party.

Luke was at show practice. Oliver was there as Luke hissed angrily.

"Hey, I'm offering you a deal." Oliver says.

"And what is that?" Luke asked.

"A better family." Oliver says.

"What are you talking about?" Luke asked, focusing on his ribbons.

"Does your family love you? If they did…1, you would have had a better party. And 2, you need to forget about Lucy. She's holding you back. Hasn't she been overprotective of you more and more lately?" He asked.

"Now that I think about it…" Luke says, thinking.

"After all, your life became a mess when she brought you to the Loud house instead of taking you to your mom…" Oliver says.

"Hmmmm…" Luke says.

"You in?" Oliver asked.

"Well…I'll go with you, just to see, after practice. Right now, I have to focus on my ribbon dance for the show." Luke says.

Later, Lucy was making sure everything was in order. Everything was in place and the siblings were already there.

"We're still mad at you." Lola says as Lucy looks down.

"I swear I'll make it up to you." She says.

Luke looks around Oliver's house after practice.

There were decorations for Luke, a big cake, a stage for performances, and everything.

Luke's friends came out. "Happy birthday, Luke! You're 13!" they say.

"Wow!" Luke says. There were lots of gifts, and at that, Luke was shocked.

With the siblings, they were at the party Lucy planned.

"One of us needs to get Luke." Lucy says as they all glare at her.

"Sigh." Lucy sighed and looked for Luke.

She walked all over the neighborhood.

"Luke? Luke?" Lucy asked and soon sees him dancing with Chalice and the others.

Lucy tries to get in but Oliver's bodyguards wouldn't let her.

Lucy tried to teleport, but her spell went wrong, thanks to Oliver. She had to go and tell the others what was going on.

Lucy tells Charity this.

"I should have told you Luke's party was at Gabriel's house…" Charity says.

Lucy looks down. "Are you serious?! Aren't Luke and Oliver mortal enemies?" Lucy asked.

"I'm dating Oliver's dad." Charity says. "The boys actually started getting along just recently."

Lucy froze. "They won't get along for long. I saw what happened to a different Luke. He had Oliver turned into a baby cause he was sick of Oliver."

"We'll see how this goes, honey." Charity says.

Chalice got Luke a golf cart. Luke squealed.

Luke noticed a gift tree was brought into Oliver's house. He shrieked with excitement.

He opens Garrett's gift to see a basketball goal. Luke grinned.

"Let me in!" Lucy says to the bodyguards.

"We can't. You're not on the list." one says.

Lucy prepared her book, but Charity appears behind her. Lucy sighed and headed home.

Luke was smiling at the candy-themed party, especially the candy buffet Stephen did.

Luke looked under his gift tree and saw a gift from Lucy. He wonders if he should open it.

It was a birthday charm. He looked at it closely.

It was a little cake that said "Happy Birthday Luke". He smiled and attached it to his necklace. He then grabbed his mother's gift from under the birthday gift tree.

It was a new Nintendo Switch and Mario Kart 8, which is a game Luke didn't have. Luke was very excited.

"Thank you, Mom!" Luke says.

"You're welcome, cupcake." Charity says.

Oliver gives his gift to Luke, smiling.

Luke opens it. Luke screamed with excitement at the life-size Ryder Richmond doll that was as tall as him.

"WOW!" Luke says. "This is amazing! He's my favorite actor!"

"And…" Oliver says. "How would you feel about meeting the real Ryder Richmond at his movie premiere here in Royal Woods? My dad got us tickets!"

Luke squealed. "YES! Oh, my gosh, yes!" He says, excited and starstruck.

Soon, they play games, having fun. The pinata is brought out and it looks like a candy castle.

Lucy heads home as Luke broke the piñata as candy fell. Luke got his share of candy as Oliver asked Luke to show a preview of his ANH routine for the next show.

Luke goes to do so. Luke then appears in his hippie-based ribbon dance costume and wields his ribbons as he starts his routine to "Aquarius/Let The Sunshine In".

Oliver was left impressed as he clapped.

Lori was coming home when Lucy ran up to Lori, sobbing. She saw Lori holding a gift in her hands, and it was wrapped in Ace Savvy paper.

"What's wrong, Lucy?" She asked.

"L-L-Luke doesn't love me anymore…" Lucy sobbed.

"What makes you say that?" Lori asked.

"He and Oliver didn't put me on the list." Lucy says.

"Oliver did plan that party for Luke. I think he has something against you. I think the mind control thing upset him, too." Lori says.

Lucy looks down.

Soon, Luke sees his favorite food. He spits it out immediately as he knew Lucy casted a spell on it. Luke immediately teared up as Oliver rushed to his side.

"What happened?" Oliver asked.

"Little Miss Overprotective casted a spell on my party! Out of spite!" Luke hissed.

"She's truly overprotective of you." Oliver says.

"She ruined my party!" Luke cried. Charity was furious as she held Luke.

Charity walked out of Gabriel's house, angry. Lucy had gone too far this time. Even the siblings agreed.

Lincoln shows Luke a highlight reel to cheer him up. Luke sniffed and managed a smile.

Oliver was lighting Luke's candles, and used magic to make sure nothing went wrong.

"Everyone, presenting my world famous white chocolate cake! Sorry, Stephen. You're number 2 today." Oliver says, turning off the lights. Luke wasn't smiling much.

He soon turned on the lights, revealing a grand cake with the Candyland board game theme and 13 candles on it.

Luke was impressed by it, but was just speechless right now.

He lit the candles as everyone began to sing. Luke was smiling for the cameras and taking this moment in. He then thought of his wish.

He wished tomorrow would be better as he didn't want to be eliminated and he wished Lucy would be locked up or punished.

Later, after the party, Luke and Oliver head to the movie theater with Gabriel.

"We're going to the movie to meet the real Ryder Richmond! Ahhhh! I'm so excited!" Luke squealed.

They arrive at the theater and Luke sees the real Ryder Richmond in person. Luke was starstruck and very excited.

Luke goes to get his autograph, which Ryder happily gives to Luke.

Meanwhile, Lucy was hiding in Lynn's room, locking the doors because she wanted to be alone, feeling depressed. Charity came in, but she wasn't angry.

Lucy shook.

"Why did you cast a spell on Luke's birthday party?" Charity asked.

"What spell?' Lucy asked, confused.

Luna looked at Lucy. "You took the spellbound and casted a spell to make everything at Luke's party taste off-putting. You sent most of his friends to the hospital. And you nearly ruined the cake, and we were lucky that it was actually edible."

"That wasn't me." Lucy says.

"Stop lying." Luna says.

"FINE! It was me!" Lucy says. "I just hate Oliver…" Lucy sobbed.

"Thanks to your spell, Luke's party was ruined." Charity says.

"I mean, he had fun, but it could have been better." Lisa says as she uses a device to drain Lucy's powers.

Lucy looked ashamed as she looked down.

"You screwed up, Little Miss Overprotective." Luna says. "Luke is now demanding a third birthday party because of how much you screwed up many other events of his."
