The term had begun again and Usagi was feeling slightly unable to keep up with her schedule. University was stressing her out and in the time she had to prepare for the upcoming semester, all she could think about was her boyfriend. Sure, it was her junior year and she was looking at a way through university, but it was also stressful. She had come to terms with her path in life, but somehow, still couldn't shake the misery that stuck with her each year. Her school was three hours away from home, and more importantly, three hours away from him. Her relationship was a priority on her mind, especially after her freshman year.
She almost forgot entirely about her 21st birthday. It was the routine, one year older, one more year at school. She had called Mamoru several times, begging him to come see her for her birthday. But he was in university as well, far away. While she was trying to wrap up her undergrad, her boyfriend of 6 years was achieving his life long dreams of becoming a doctor. Their relationship had been up and down for some time now. Her first year of college they had broken up for about a year. The distance was hard and they felt disconnected. They were fighting a lot about trust and jealousy. She was always fearful that he would find someone else. He was older than her, so in her mind, he had been used to being away from her and having his own life. It was more of an adjustment when she went to school too. She was devastated and didn't think they'd get back together. By that summer they had rekindled their romance and promised each other to keep in touch. She knew to succeed that she had to swear off any insecurities and trust issues.
Usagi felt defeated and lonely, sometimes she felt depressed knowing that the summer meant leaving him and coming back to this desolate institution. She wasn't a big fan of school either way, however, she did want to pursue her own degree just for her own sake. She didn't want to just be Usagi Chiba, the wife of some doctor. She knew that it would be dysfunctional not to have her own life. She just didn't want to be a bored stepford type wife. Plus, after going through that first break up they had, she couldn't live her life for him anymore. She had learned a really rough lesson and even got a chance to date other people when they were apart. Having a different boyfriend during their break showed her that relationship dynamics were different. She learned that she wanted to be with him, but that he was not her entire life.
Usagi slowly unpacked all her belongings in her bedroom. The one positive side was she had her three roommates here to help her out. Her friends were always there for her. Minako was on her way, sharing a wall with Usagi. The two had gotten along swimmingly. They have been friends since they were about fourteen or so. The only reason Usagi agreed to come to the school was because had her support system with her. It was hard enough to be without the love of her life, but on the bright side she had her best friend here. Minako was also a fun time. She could be serious and take control of situations, but she made boring times seem like such an amazing time. Her and Usagi would share a bathroom, a wall, and everything together. The two were inseparable. Minako was majoring in liberal studies and wanted to become a teacher one day. As funny as it was, Minako was not the brightest in the room, but she had this ability to lead and make connections with people.
Her other roommate was Makoto, living on the opposite side of their apartment. Makoto was the more matronly roommate in the home. She loved to clean and cook, which Usagi was always so thankful for. Makoto was a tender girl with big aspirations. She was studying social work. Makoto was a product of the system herself, being orphaned at a young age. The brunette was always ready to give back. Makoto naturally arrived a day before everyone to clear out the space they were inhabiting. She had set up the room situation naturally. She wanted Minako and Usagi to share the same side because they tended to be noisier. Makoto was also in a serious relationship with her own boyfriend. So she was not interested in partying or doing wild things like the other girls. She was a complete homebody. Usagi liked having a friend that took her relationship seriously. It helped her not feel so hopeless.
Lastly, there was Rei. Rei was studying political science and she was a tad competitive. Initially, Usagi was not a fan of Rei. They were super close nonetheless. Rei was a natural at politics, coming from a legacy of politicians. She was a go getter and a great time to hang out with. Rei was single, but she was not in a rush to meet guys. She tended to be the most independent of the group, and always had a plan for everything. Rei was the group planner. She always knew where to go and when. Usagi learned how to appreciate her very quickly. Rei kept Usagi tied to the ground. They were partners in crime. They did argue every now and then like an old married couple, but they loved each other the most. Usagi was so thankful for Rei, she had been her rock when Mamoru and her had broken up. Rei gave her fire. Usagi was forever grateful for the way Rei picked her up.
Distracted by a buzz, Usagi looked over to her screensaver, seeing an image of her and her lover. She huffed, picking up her pink cased phone. Her heart fluttered at the sight of the message. It belonged to her beloved. She already felt positive about giving their relationship a second go.
Mamo-Chan: 'I miss you Usa. Sorry I can't make it tonight. I will see you next week!'
The blue eyed girl smiled softly. He was checking in on her. She quickly typed back to him. She knew he would be there if he could. She chose to not turn this into another fight. She just didn't want to fight with him on her birthday. It could be any other day, but not today. Plus, after their year long break, she just feared getting back into the toxic cycle of arguing with him. She typed back 'I know honey, make it up to me later.'
Her phone buzzed without a moment's notice. She couldn't hide her pleasure in seeing him respond so quick. He really did take note of her previous complaints.
Mamo-Chan: 'can't wait. Try to have fun tonight with the girls. I love you.'
Her heart swelled at those words. 'I love you more.' She held her phone tightly to her chest. If only they could make it through this phase of life. They could get married, make babies, buy a dream house, and live happily ever after. Usagi hoped that they would always be like this. Just a couple weeks without seeing him until he visited her again.
"What's going on here?" a soprano voice interrupted her melancholy. Minako stood there in her glory. She was wearing yellow sweat pants and a pale yellow sports bra. Mina had a beautiful body, of course, she played volleyball. Usagi envied her beautiful curves and toned body. Mina's hair was brushed up in a messy bun with zero ounce of makeup on her lovely face. Her baby blues sparkled, she was in a good mood.
Usagi was thankful for her energy. She didn't want to be alone with her thoughts. She didn't want to become an insecure, toxic, mess. Minako brought that positive air into every room she walked in. "Just putting some things away," Usagi stuffed some clothes into her closet. "What about you, finished?"
"Already finished, slow poke." Minako sprawled out on Usagi's white sheets, making herself right at home in her bed. "We have to get ready for tonight soon, what are you going to wear?" Minako was referring to her birthday party. It was their tradition to celebrate the first night back.
Usagi rolled her eyes. "Not even into it this year." Truthfully, Usagi felt defeated and depressed. But she would not let it show. She didn't want to be labeled as that idiodic girl that day dreams about her boyfriend all day. She knew it was stupid too, but she couldn't help her feelings.
Minako laid out like a starfish. Her lips curved to a sweet smile, she never judged Usagi. The blonde was the most patient about the love story. "Just because he can't make it doesn't mean it's the end of the world, Usa. Rei didn't go through all the trouble for you to be depressed. At least pretend to be happy." The blonde readjusted herself again, rolling over on her tummy. She didn't want to make Usagi feel bad. But Rei went all out for this party. Rei invited everybody they knew. She got a ton of food and alcohol. Mianko knew that was Rei's love language."Plus, if he can't come, why not enjoy the photo op? We can dress up really hot and take pictures and post them so he knows what he missed out on." She winked.
Usagi couldn't stop the smile from forming on her lips. Minako had a serious point. She wouldn't argue with her boyfriend, but she could surely make him regret missing it. "You have a great point." She had actually bought a dress for the occasion.
Just then two brunettes walked into the room, both hand and hand. Nephrite was dressed in jeans and a hoodie, while Makoto wore a baby blue casual summer dress. They both were so smitten with each other. The girls were counting the days for Nephrite to pop the question. Most of them assumed he was waiting until they graduated. "Don't let Rei hear you." Nephrite chuckled. Everybody knew how Rei was. If Usagi didn't enjoy this party, Rei would personally be offended. Rei was the coordinator in the group and would feel bad if anybody said anything negative about the party.
"She means well, plus I already made the cake and people will start coming soon." Makoto laughed it off. It was easy to gang up on Rei because she didn't take anybody's complaints. But Rei always meant well. She had a heart of gold.
"Well, let's get ready girlies." Usagi crossed her arms.
…..
Usagi took a good look at herself in the mirror. Her hair was out of their traditional buns. She had put it up in a clean bun, preferring to have her face not covered. In a way she felt naked without her long silver dresses covering her body. It was a security blanket. She put on some light concealer under her eyes and some lashes. She did minimal face makeup, making sure to gloss her lips. She just hated wearing heavy makeup in the summer heat. She decided to wear a silver dress, it was a tad too showy. It was a replica of the one Paris Hilton wore back at her own birthday party. Her back exposed, and her hair was gone as her security blanket. She put on some strappy shoes. Her long legs were accented even more. She looked all grown up. The silver haired girl smiled at herself in the mirror. It wasn't everyday she turned 21.
The party had already begun, but she wanted to call her boyfriend before coming downstairs to the party. He probably would not approve of her wearing something like this dress, but she decided she was going to take on Minako's advice and torture him with sexy photos of herself all dolled up. She definitely wanted to video chat him on her computer later. Her phone buzzed, Usagi almost threw herself on the phone, knowing she would never miss his call.
"Mamo-Chan!" She was just elated to hear him. If only he were there right now, she knew they would've had the best night together. They would have had a wild night and not slept much.
"You haven't started drinking, have you?" He joked. Mamoru was not jealous or controlling of her. He was just worried for her. Usagi had never been much of a drinker. Now that she could legally drink, he was pretty sure her friends were going to get her really, really drunk tonight. It wouldn't be right without doing so, of course. He did regret that he couldn't be there genuinely. A part of him also ached for her.
Usagi smiled, knowing he just cared about her. "No, but I probably will soon." She wouldn't lie to him about it. It isn't like she planned on cheating on him or doing anything stupid. She wasn't that type of girl. They knew being in this long distance relationship, that they needed to have trust, especially after seeing how bad they had gotten the first time. "How is Ami doing?" Usagi asked him genuinely.
Ami was Mamoru's classmate, and also one of Usagi's close friends from high school. Ami was going to the same school he was. The good thing about having smart friends is that they were able to stalk your boyfriend for you. "I saw her earlier today at the library, she said she'd try to make it. I'm about to start my shift shadowing tonight, but I'll be off around 2 in the morning for a break if you want to check in."
Usagi couldn't help but feel like it wasn't fair that Ami could make it, but he couldn't. Of course Ami had more flexibility because she was still doing her undergrad program and wasn't clinical yet. Mamoru was doing clinical work and it was much harder for him to get out there. Ami would soon be that way too. But by the time Ami got to that point, everybody else would probably have graduated. "Well you know what I'm up to tonight, what will you be up to, babe?"
"I need to catch up on charts and patient notes. I don't want to run behind. I'm trying to catch up so I don't have to bring it with me later. If I finish all the paperwork maybe I can scrub in and really watch some things" He explained. It made sense. He didn't want to run behind on his studies. Apparently, his program was really competitive, and he didn't want to lose out.
Rei's voice boomed over the phone, "Usagi, get your ass down here!"
Mamoru and Usagi laughed. "Don't keep them waiting, Usako, I want you to have fun tonight, please. Just be safe, and video call me when you get to bed." Usagi's heart melted. That was their little routine to keep themselves together. They always fell asleep together on their phones, able to see each other. They weren't touching, but it was the closest they could be without being together physically.
"I wouldn't miss it for anything. I love you baby. I will call you when it's over."
"I love you too baby. Be good." He hung up the phone on her. Usagi held the phone to her chest, wishing she could kiss him goodbye. She missed him so much, it hurt sometimes. All she wanted to do was be with him. If their breakup taught them anything at all, she learned that she could live without him. She just didn't want to. She was addicted to this boy. He was all she could think about.
Usagi left her phone in her room, not wanting to lose it downstairs. She could hear the music bumping already, and by the sounds people were already downstairs. She checked herself out in the mirror one more time, before heading downstairs. She looked like a grown woman. Usagi was impressed by her own image. She was slender and small, but had small curves to her own body. She knew at that moment that she looked beautiful.
Rei stood at the bottom of the stairs. She wore a red silky dress. It was tight, and had a slight on her right leg. She wore a matching red lip and very light eye make up. Her dark hair was put up in a high ponytail, exposing her back and arms. She smiled big at Usagi. "You look fabulous!" She was very excited and a margarita in. The more drunk Rei got, the nicer she behaved. It was actually kind of hilarious, considering she came off so difficult. "Come on, let's go get a drink. Everybody is here."
Rei pulled Usagi through a crowd of people. They blurred together at one point. Usagi didn't realize Rei would invite so many people. They were everywhere. It smelled of alcohol too. They walked up to a round table, where Ami was standing with her boyfriend, Zoisite. Ami had her hair in her signature bob. She wore tight leather pants, strappy sandals, and a sparkly baby blue crop top that hugged her small frame. "Happy birthday!" She greeted Usagi. Ami hugged the birthday girl.
"I'm so happy you're here!" Usagi's mood officially turned over. She loved seeing Ami. Zoisite was going to school with Usagi and the two were well acquainted. They gave Usagi hope. Also, it was nice to have a driving partner to go visit their significant others. Zoisite and Ami had been going strong for a long time. It was nice to know Mamoru and Ami could come together and vice versa. Plus Usagi kept her eyes on Zoisite when Ami wasn't around. Both girls constantly reported to each other about the boys.
"He wanted to be here," Ami sensed her friend's sadness. "Just try to have fun with us tonight." She placed a delicate hand on Usagi's exposed shoulder. Her deep blue eyes met Usagi's, she meant her words. Ami knew the feeling herself. She could relate to feeling so empty when her guy wasn't able to be around her.
Zoisite handed Usagi a drink, "Try this. You can't taste anything. I promise." Zoisite was one of the easiest people to talk to. He was very calm and never had anything bad to say about anybody. Usagi trusted him. He was more outgoing than Ami was, but he matched her energy pretty well.
Minako interrupted them. "Let's take a shot first." Minako held a bottle of tequila in her hands. "I've been dying to do this for a long time." The blonde was wearing a bikini top that was completely bedazzled and bright neon orange. She paired it with a tight jean skirt and matching strappy heels. Her hair was curled and down, covering more of her body than her outfit did. Minako looked like a sex goddess reincarnated of course. The blonde was not afraid of her sexuality by any means. She was not shy in showing off her body, of course. She had the best physique. Mina was short, but her limbs seemed long due to her slender and athletic built. She worked out frequently, but was blessed as well with ample curves.
Makoto and Nephrite laughed, both a little tipsy already. "I can't wait to see how Usa does." Makoto had changed into a little strapless black dress and some thigh high boots. She keot herh hair down for once, and straightened it out. She looked extra tall in her boots. She still stood shorter next to her boyfriend. The group all put their arms in the air, holding their shot glasses, and cheered for Usagi's birthday. Usagi could feel the burning sensation down her throat. She instantly felt a pit in her stomach and a little numbness in her lips. She knew she would have to take it slow. If one shot already affected her, she knew it was going to be a long night.
All the girls started taking selfies and drinking casually. Usagi loved it. Almost all her favorite people were there. No one ever let her feel alone. The guys were talking amongst themselves, and the girls were able to catch up with each other. "Our little baby is all grown up now," Minako's face was a little pink as she said it. Usagi was the youngest in their little group.
Makoto agreed. "It's like the day she swiped her V-card all over again," The green eyed girl laughed. Usagi was always the last to do everything, of course. Makoto sipped on her strawberry daiquiri with no care in the world. She didn't get drunk easily. She tended to baby her drinks as well, preferring fruity ones. She knew how to handle her liquor, opting never to get too drunk. She was already planning for her morning ahead.
Ami hiccuped. "If Mamoru came, you'd guys would be busy upstairs." She was giggling profusely. Ami wasn't much of a drinker either but she did drink more socially. She tended to be a lightweight. She was very studious and serious most of the time, and it was rare to see her let her hair down.
Usagi blushed profusely. "I mean, you're not wrong," She couldn't help but admit it. She knew if her man saw her in her dress right now, it would be on. She looked amazing, and the alcohol felt good now. Her body felt a little numb, and she felt her fingers buzzing. The margarita in her hands started tasting like juice.
Rei twirled her hair in between her fingers. The raven haired girl wasn't too interested in their conversation at the moment. She was famously single… by choice of course. Rei didn't believe men at their age were capable of actual human emotion. She thought they were a total waste of her time. Of course, the feisty political science major loved sex and the topic of having it. But she didn't believe in wasting time in falling in love. The raven haired beauty had her fair share of suitors, but they weren't worth it. She felt herself getting dangerously bored, and one thing Rei couldn't deal with was being unentertained. "Let's go dance." She wasn't asking the group. That was the most polite way of getting out of the boyfriend conversation.
"Great idea," Minako winked. Minako was also famously single. She loved the idea of love. She was always dating, but never settled down. Minako thought it was a waste of time because she got bored too quickly. Guys never had the substance to keep her going. She was accused of being slutty and getting around, but Minako was more of a hippie. She would try anything and everything once, and her curiosity knew no bounds. Minako had more patience for boyfriend talk, she loved love, but she was also grateful for Rei. The two had something in common, being single.
They all hit the dance floor. Rei took Usagi's hands, guiding her into the mix of people. They swayed together to the music. Usagi couldn't even comprehend the words to the songs, she just let loose and felt the beat of the music overflowing her senses. She lost herself. It felt nice to not think… but just move. The group took turns screaming and dancing together.
Numerous people kept coming up to Usagi, including some classmates of hers. They were all having a good time, before Usagi knew it she was very drunk.
She had barely noticed that Demande was at the party. Demande was some guy she had dated briefly during her break with Mamoru, her freshman year. The relationship never got serious, as it was a rebound for her. She had always loved Mamoru, but tried to move on with Demande back then. Usagi actually felt pretty bad about the entire thing. She got into it knowing she wasn't over Mamoru, and knowing she wasn't too into Demande. He was suitable for her at the time and acted as a good distraction for her. Plus he was also hot. He had his silvery hair in a man bun, with some loose hairs coming out. He wore a black v neck shirt and matching jeans, making his pale skin pop. His eyes were such a mind stopping piercing blue, and his body was fantastic. He played quite a few sports, and had the muscles to match. He was tall, mysterious, and smart. His intelligence initially attracted Usagi to begin with.
Demande had taken the break up pretty well back then. But she knew he was totally in love with her. All her friends knew it too. Because Usagi felt bad about breaking up for him to get back with Mamoru, she was nice to him anytime she saw him. The two managed to be friendly after, but for Usagi, it was about guilt. It was pretty obvious he was still into Usagi. She liked her friendship with him and regretted their entire relationship. They had met their freshman year, she got to know him after the breakup. It was so complicated… She had to explain the entire thing to Mamoru too. He wasn't happy about it, but he accepted it considering they didn't think they were getting back together.
"Demande!" Usagi drunkenly slurred. "I didn't even see you!" She greeted him. She didn't feel awkward greeting him. They were in the same class, and even had some courses together. They had some very good chemistry at one point, but she only saw him as a friend now. She wanted it to be okay. He had been a cool guy to talk to when she was mourning her relationship. Truth be told, she felt bad for how she ended it. He had wanted more, so much more. She just couldn't return those feelings.
His piercing blue eyes met hers. He had never seen her drunk before, not even during their short lived relationships. She wasn't that kind of girl. She was very sweet and kept to herself most of the time. "Having a good time?" He smiled. He still loved her. He had never forgotten her lips, or the soft moans that escaped her once upon a time. She was the first woman he had ever fallen in love with. His eyes couldn't stop roaming her exposed body, she had matured since the last time he'd seen her so exposed. She never wore revealing clothes at school. He couldn't help but check her out.
"Of course, silly." Usagi couldn't help but blush. She could feel his eyes on her. She knew he was checking her out. It made her nervous. Sure, they were not a thing anymore. But she couldn't deny his looks. He was always so clean and elegant looking. He was just her type. She just never connected emotionally with him. They really made better friends than anything else… well friends with benefits. He taught her a thing or two in the bedroom. That relationship was more physical than emotional.
He tried to be nice about the entire situation, he tried to not see her that way anymore. He couldn't help but take her in. Her long hair that was usually on display was pinned back in a classy and clean bun. Her body was to die for. She showed off long, model-like legs in those strappy shoes she wore. Her dress left little to the imagination, as the silvery tunic showed her plump breast. He couldn't stop himself from checking her out. It drove him crazy, especially having known what she was like in bed. He knew what she was like. He knew what she tasted like. He knew what she sounded like. He desired to have that type of connection again. Demande would never deny her.
"Where is Esmeraude?" Usagi politely asked. She felt a little awkward, she didn't want to play with fire. She thought he was hot too, but she didn't want to do anything to disrespect her boyfriend, not even in her inebriated state. He had moved on awhile back. She knew his current girlfriend pretty well. She was a really smart girl. And Usagi approved of them together. They fit perfectly. Usagi pretended to scan the crowd, but couldn't see the green haired lady.
He shrugged, "Not a thing anymore." He shrugged. Truth was, he was using Esmeraude. She had a good time, that was it. They had their fun, but she wasn't Usagi. She was a nice thing for him to play with when he was bored. It was a good time, but he knew it wasn't going anywhere. "Where's prince charming?" He retorted. He knew that Usagi was still with her guy. He didn't approve, considering he picked up the pieces when they broke up. He fixed her up. He got her smiling again. He had her confident again. He made her. He filled her up with everything he had. He hated her boyfriend. He hated the fact that he got left for that idiot. Anybody who would let someone go like Usagi was a total moron.
Usagi looked down at her shoes, feeling slightly embarrassed. "Sorry, I didn't know." She didn't love his nickname for Marmou, it felt bitter. "He couldn't make it, he had some patients." She explained proudly. She would always defend him, especially to Demande.
He chuckled lightly, holding his own drink. "Have a drink with me?" He motioned towards the porch.
"Sure,"
The former couple walked out to the porch, it was dark and not super busy. Less people were outside. Some people were smoking quietly, here they could actually talk without couldn't keep up with the amount of drinks she had at this point, but she was just going on the porch. She didn't really see much wrong with it. It's not like she was going to sleep with him.
"So how did it end with Esmeraude?" Usagi questioned. She pulled herself up to sit on the ledge of the porch raining. Sitting there casually, she balanced her weight, happy to not have it on her feet. Her feet were feeling the pinch from her shoes.
Demande smiled, amused by her question. He hoped that she was asking out of her own self interest and not out of being polite. "She was fine." He took a drink from his cup, "It was better than fine." He contemplated telling her the truth, that he dumped her because he got bored. But that didn't sound good. "I guess we were–its," He struggled, "She wanted more."
"And you couldn't give it to her?" Usagi questioned.
"I probably could've, but it would have been disingenuous." He stated a matter of factly. "It was hard for her."
"I don't blame her, you're a catch." She joked. She felt bad for him. She thought that his ex-girlfriend was fabulous. She was evenly matched for Demande. Usagi wanted him to find happiness. "But, you do deserve to be happy, Demande." She stated earnestly. She really felt that he did deserve love. "You will find your dream girl." She thought that everybody deserved the love that she had.
"It's fine," Demande heard the song change into something more upbeat, "Do you want to dance?"
Usagi blushed, she knew she wasn't going to cheat on her boyfriend with this guy. She didn't see the harm in a simple dance. She simply gave him her hand and they went off to the dancefloor. What was the harm in one dance between old friends?
The night was going swimmingly. Usagi spent the night dancing and drinking to the point where she couldn't feel her shoes pinching her feet. Rei had arranged for some people to stay the night at the house because she knew they wouldn't be able to drive. Makoto was setting up beds and blankets everywhere, while Nephrite helped her clean up their house.
Minako and Usagi were giggling, reminiscing on their times in high school when they used to stalk Mamoru at the arcade. Usagi always had her eyes on him from the start. Usagi suddenly felt her stomach rumble. She felt sick.
"Ami!" Usagi called out. A flash of silver ran through their living room. Usagi went straight for the toilet and began vomiting.
"Oh shit," Minako burped. "Usa had too much to drink." She followed after her. Behind Minako was a silvery haired man. Minako couldn't remember his name to save her life, but they had just spent the entire night making out and dancing. He was a friend of Nephrites or something like that. Minako had invited him to stay the night with her, having fun plans for him later. She would have to remind herself to ask him name again later, of course. He was cute enough.
Rei came though, also intoxicated. "I got this, Mina, you go ahead." It was the blind leading the blind. Mina nodded, took her man, and they went upstairs to do what they needed to do. The blonde was not good in these types of situations. Rei rubbed Usagi's back, and brought her some water. "You are not even going to remember this, Usa. Just let it out." She hiccuped.
Usagi continued to vomit and felt miserable. An hour must have passed, she threw up everything in her system. Her body was shaking and she couldn't help but laugh at this time. She had lost count of her drinks and everything. "Should I call Mamo-chan?" Usagi didn't even know what time it was.
Rei shook her head. "Not like this, I'll text him. Let's shut down and put you to bed."
"You guys go upstairs, I'll handle everything down here." Makoto interjected. Multiple people were passed out downstairs. Makoto hadn't drank too much, like always, she was taking care of everything. Her boyfriend held a trash bag, as she gathered garbage. "We'll come up when we are done."
"Thank you Mako-Chan." Usagi couldn't appreciate her more. There was nothing worse than waking up hungover and having to clean a dirty house. Rei helped Usagi and the two climbed up the stairs. Usagi made it up to her personal bathroom. She was completely incoherent. Rei had to help her take off her clothes and get her in the shower. Although the two girls were in the bathroom, they could hear Minako giggling in the next room. At least someone was having a great time.
"I guess no one is sleeping tonight," Rei muttered.
The blue eyed girl continued to throw up in the shower, not even realizing the mess she was creating. Rei helped her bathe. The raven haired beauty didn't mind helping out Usagi. She had never been this drunk before. Everybody had one of these nights, plus it was her 21st birthday. If ever there was a time to get sick, when else would it be? Rei helped Usagi out of the shower, and gave her an oversized t-shirt and some panties. "I love you Rei, goodnight." Usagi said weakly. She couldn't comprehend what was happening at the moment. Usagi was just so happy to have those evil shoes off her feet, and to be in her own bed.
Rei smiled softly. Although they fought, she had the softest spot for Usagi. They were like big sisters and little sisters, these two would always have a bond. "I love you too, Usa, go to bed. I'll check on you in the morning." She put the blonde to bed and left herself. Rei made sure to keep Usagi's phone on her desk, away from her bed. She didn't want Usagi drunk texting anybody and or doing something stupid.
Usagi could feel herself float away. The darkness took over, and Usagi felt the deepest sleep in her life. The room was spinning but she couldn't muster the energy to move. She finally obeyed Rei and let go. She had completely forgotten to call her boyfriend.
Blue eyes slightly opened slowly. She felt like she was dead. Her vision was hazy, and her body felt heavy. She thought she was still sleeping. Her eyes scanned over the dark room, squinting. She couldn't open her lids fully, as they felt so heavy. She couldn't move her body, she couldn't speak. She just felt so out of it and sedated. She could tell she was in her own bed. She looked at the door, seeing a large manly hand and body. 'Mamoru' she thought to herself. It had to be a weirdly vivid dream.
She couldn't make out his face. She could feel her bed adjust weight. Part of her began to panic, the other part felt like it was still dreaming. Was she still dreaming of Mamoru? Was she daydreaming? She was just still so drunk she couldn't take control of the situation. She found herself suddenly looking into piercing blue eyes. Eyes that she knew. She had been acquainted with those eyes on multiple occasions. She could recognize them. She dreamily closed her eyes again.
They were not the dark blue loving eyes of her boyfriend… but the lusty eyes of Demande. The silver haired man crawled over her sleeping form. Watching her, he took in her scent, intoxicated by how much he missed it.
"Usa, I miss you." He whispered. Usagi opened her eyes slightly. At this time she realized he was taking off his pants. She still thought it was a dream, thinking of Mamoru. She felt his warmth. She missed Mamoru so much. It had been so long since he had touched her. She could feel his member against her body. He grinded into her leg, but she stayed unresponsive. It was just a dream.
He straddled her small body, bending over to kiss her. He missed how she used to kiss him back, there was no reciprocation in his kiss. But he stole it. It was something. The silvery haired man wasted no time, his eyes were harsh. He took in her beautiful face. Her big eyes were closed, she showed no response. She was knocked out. Demande pulled her oversized t-shirt up, exposing her breast and body. He didn't bother to pull it over her head or arms, in fear of alarming her. He growled in anticipation, she was perfect.
He studied her hip bones, so delicate and sharp, to her flat stomach. Blue eyes scanned pale full breasts. He hungrily memorized the pinks of the nipples. Usagi had on a pair of pink thong panties. He could not wait to have her again. Quickly, he pulled the pink garments off her unresponsive body. Her sex was exposed to him. He couldn't contain himself.
He entered her core, it was tight and dry. She was not warmed up for this, but in a couple of thrust he knew she would be. He was in ecstasy, being inside her again after so long. He knew this is exactly what he was missing.
Usagi felt like she was having such a wonderful sex dream. It felt so real… she felt like she was being serviced properly. Suddenly her eyes opened. She felt a stinging sensation down below and a big weight on top of her. 'Mamoru?' she questioned in her mind. She couldn't comprehend what was happening. Her lips were being attacked, which finally somehow pulled her from her sleep. It took her a moment to register what was happening. Her eyes opened, not wanting to. She felt so tired and groggy. It wasn't Mamoru, the smell was different. The cologne was stronger, not like her boyfriend's lighter scent.
His lips felt wrong. Usagi tried to move her hands, but her body was failing her. She felt so weak after vomiting all night. She tried to see the face of her attacker, but he wouldn't let his grasp go. She could feel herself disassociating. HIs tongue slipped itself into her mouth, tasting of alcohol. It was venomous to her. She felt so hazy and heavy. She wanted to push him off. This was not what she wanted. The blue eyed man broke the kiss he stole from her, his eyes looking over her body.
Those eyes, she knew them so well. Piercing blue, eyes that once made her happy. Her heart dropped to her stomach with the realization of the position they were in. It was Demande. And he was inside her, taking advantage of her, violating her. Usagi never thought this could happen, much less to her. She was a committed girl, she was in her own bedroom, she was in her own home. This kind of stuff only happened to girls who were out and about and alone on the streets, or so she thought. Never did she think she would be violated in her own space, by someone she personally knew. Her heart shattered, not just someone she knew, someone she liked very much at one time.
"Demande, please don't." She whispered hoarsely. He was already doing it, but she wanted to plead. Maybe he could get off and they could pretend this didn't happen. Maybe the damage could be fixed. Maybe she could chalk it up to one big bad nightmare. She didn't want to be a victim, she couldn't even bring herself to call it what it was. She knew it was wrong. She knew it was against her will. She knew she didn't have the chance to consent to this. She felt tears falling from her eyes without her own permission. She couldn't find her own voice. She couldn't remember how she got to bed, much less what she was wearing.
Her body went numb, as he slipped her breast into his own mouth. Usagi couldn't feel pleasure. She stiffened at the feeling. With all her strength, she managed to move her arms and hands. She put her hands on his head, attempting to push it away. Still, it was so foggy in her mind. Her energy was so low. She felt like she was going to be sick again. She still felt the tingling in her body from all the alcohol. She was almost happy that she was still drunk, it helped numb her.
Demande placed his hands on hers, forcing her arms above her head. He smirked, as if this was something she wanted him to do. He didn't play with her body anymore. He passed formalities. 'Please, no." She cried, feeling hot tears cover her entire face. She didn't want this. She would beg him not to. She couldn't do this. She weakly tried to buckle him off her hips, but stood no chance in her fragile state. She was still too drunk and sick. He barely moved. She was mad at herself. She couldn't fight him back, even though she wanted nothing more than to scream.
Her heart dropped. She was defiled. She was dirty. Her only thoughts were that this wasn't Mamoru. What would he say to her? Would he think she cheated on him? How could she possibly explain this? Was it her fault for trying to be friends with him? Did she lead him on? She knew how it would look. They were friendly at the party, she danced with him. She agreed to talk to him. Her arms were still pinned by his hands, and she felt him moving in and out. She let the tears flow silently. At this point, she knew it wasn't going to stop. He was going to finish, and she was going to break.
Her mind went somewhere else as it continued. She knew he wouldn't last long. He never could before when it was consensual. Her mind drifted to Mamoru, he would be crushed. She didn't want to tell him. What if he didn't believe her? Demande was her ex boyfriend. Was it a violation if she had let him touch her before? It didn't sound like rape to her, even though she knew it wasn't what she wanted. She just thought if she stayed quiet and let him finish that he'd let her go. She was too scared to move at this point. She couldn't even explain what was happening to her as it was happening. He moved and she stayed stagnant. She was frozen. He used her like a doll.
She could feel him grunting and huffing, and as she assumed he did not last long. She could feel him finish inside her, without her consent. Without her blessing. She had never let him do that before. She had never let anybody do that before. She wasn't even on the pill… She wasn't never reckless.
He collapsed on her body, still inside her. She couldn't close her eyes. She looked up to the ceiling and didn't realize she was crying until his body laid on hers. Her face was hot and she could feel it was red. She felt the tears on him, wetting her arms. Her face stung. After a moment of silence, he looked into her vacant eyes. She still did not move. Her gaze was cold and not forgiving. His own eyes were stunned. He thought she wanted this. He thought she was flirting with him earlier. He tried to rationalize his own actions but that brokenness in her eyes… he couldn't stand it.
Demande pulled out of her. Causing her to jump. It hurt and was so sudden. He put his pants back on, placed the blanket back on Usagi, and he left. She was so thankful he was gone. But, she couldn't run or get help. Her motivation died. It was over, and so was she. She just laid in the same spot, with her legs open. She felt the liquid materials pouring out of her. She didn't care about the mess. She didn't care about the repercussions of this man touching her without protection. She wanted to fade away. She hoped if she was still long enough, she would just disappear. Just like that, she felt the darkness take over once more, wishing it was all a dream.
