Does the title I am stealing from mean anything to Dragonball fans?
Sonic floated there and just like Robotnik had done; put up a vision portal sent to all of the kingdoms and channels so that they could all see it. Sonic then disappeared and there was a glowing blur moving all around the battlefield until he reached his spot where he was before. All of the Badniks in the massive army fell to the ground destroyed.
"He was moving so fast..." Tails muttered in awe.
"The power of all 7 Chaos Emeralds is now in him..." Knuckles commented in awe as well. Nicole noticed that Sally was speechless and giggled at this.
"Go Sonic!" Antoine yelled as everyone on the battlefield started chanting his name but they looked and saw that Sonic was putting his arm up in the air. Another portal looked and saw that the floating debris on the moon then went back in place as if Sonic was telekinetically solving the largest 3D puzzle in existence. The pieces were in place and the Moon had no cracks as if Robotnik's blast had never happened.
They then began cheering some more as Robotnik's low mutter went through the microphone saying "No... This couldn't be... I won... I beat you... I beat you... I WON! I BEAT YOU!" Robotnik then screamed incoherently as he defiantly charged his robot forward with the fists extended but Sonic then flew right through them effortlessly and then at a blur flew right through the robot's crotch area at full power.
There was Robotnik yelling as he was falling through the air but then a portal opened up with Nack there to grab at Robotnik's fist. "Later hater..." Robotnik taunted with a laugh as he held Nack's hand but Sonic then pulled Nack through and the portal closed.
They both landed on the thud and Sonic stared over them as he then grabbed Robotnik's gauntlet and ripped it off his arm with him smashing it. Robotnik was dishevelled and got to his knees muttering in denial as Sonic dropped his broken gauntlet to the ground in pieces. Robotnik was in fear as he had no retreat strategy this time but found himself and Nack surrounded by soldiers and forces from all of the militaries.
They both gulped as every weapon was pointed their way and Nack yelled "he made it do it! He was using mind control on me..." Robotnik then glared at him as they then both had their arms forced to their backs and arrested.
Sonic floated down to his friends and reached the ground; after a glow he was now standing with a smile as he was carrying all 7 Chaos Emeralds. "This belongs to you Knux pal..." Sonic told Knuckles tossing him his Chaos Emerald which he caught.
"Thank you for everything Sonic... If you do end up coming to Albion in the sky in need of assistance; I might be inclined to help out in gratitude for you helping me..." Knuckles managed to say as Sonic laughed and nodded.
Sonic was then embraced by his friends with all the soldiers and all of Mobius chanting his name. Then after he was let go there was Lupe who caught Sonic's lips to be pulled into a kiss. "A victory kiss for my husband." Lupe told the dazed hedgehog and caught Sally's dissapointed sigh and then gave the Princess a reassuring wink.
Starline sighed in Robotnik's hideout dissapointed at seeing Sonic manage to turn things around against Robotnik but to see his hideout the closest to victory as ever. Luckily he was able to snatch the Warp Topaz away from Nack before he could be pulled out and watched as Bean & Bark were none too carefully trying to reorganise things.
"...Stupid fragile junk..." Bark muttered as he ended up accidentally breaking some parts and everyone had lost count of how many times that this had happened so far.
"Can anyone see if anything looks like a bomb in here..." Bean asked looking through the stuff as Zachary came up to Starline.
"Robotnik had so many firewalls that it's going to take a while to get through them and get the place under control." Zachary told Starline who smirked.
"Patience is key; while we don't have the resources to take a risk of trying to break him out of custody... We shall carry on from where he left off... We shall band together and lead the Eggman Empire with me as a regent if you will... We will conquer Mobius in his name and then once he is free then all of Mobius will be his to rule with me at his side..." Starline spoke his eyes dream like as Zachary rolled his eyes but glanced at the Warp Topaz that Starline had put onto his glove.
Knuckles was brought back home to Albion in the sky after Tails had rebuilt the Tornado and the Chaos Emerald was back in it's place. Knuckles had found a huge rock and went to work sculpting a statue of his new friend Sonic with his fists and smiled when he was satisfied with what he had done.
It seemed like a nonstop party and celebration in Westside Island with all the damage in Mobotropolis rebuilt; the 6 Chaos Emeralds were now in their fixed chambers to hold them and Robotnik was now finally in custody. In a special ceremony that had representatives from all over Mobius outside the palace; Elias put medals around the necks of Sonic and his friends (Knuckles declined on showing up but was given his medal regardless before he was flown home) with everyone cheering.
They went to the side afterwards; "Starline, Zachary, Bean & Bark are still at large with possibly the Warp Topaz and we still have no clue where Robotnik had his hideout. I doubt he would be willing to spill the beans in interrogation." Antoine pointed out and they sighed at him ruining the mood.
"We will be able to handle them just fine as they were small potatoes compared to Robotnik' Zachary's crimes notwithstanding..." Sally spoke.
"Should be boring for you all for the time being but great job all around." Elias complimented as Sonic sighed as everyone looked his way.
"Wonder what us heroes are going to do with this free time?" Sonic asked as Sally came forward.
"You will always be our hero Sonic the hedgehog." Sally told him and embraced him and they looked at eachother. "Remember what we talked about before..." Sally asked as Sonic's eyes widened remembering but then shook his head. "Something wrong?" Sally asked with a raised eyebrow.
"I still remember the last time you just ended up tricking me into kissing a fish." Sonic reminded her as Sally giggled as there was an annoyed sigh from Nicole and giggling from Tails.
"I swear... Just kiss her you idiot before I force you both too!" Nicole screamed as they just laughed and looked to eachother smirking.
They then pulled in and had their first kiss together with the team cheering; Elias smiled happy for them and Antoine sighed but smiled at them as well.
