Void Reader: I said in the author's note that the using Chaos Council was an IDEA I had but I reworked it into being just the one and so no other clones. Plus the team here is not going to be called the Freedom Fighters and will only ever have the unofficial name of 'Team Sonic' and if there are going to be more members then just one more official member because I am struggling enough to make sure the team assembled at the time has something to do in the fights with how many members they have now. One more possible member and the team is not going to be any bigger.

When Starline's craft had arrived at Casino Night the process of the powering up the Project: JJ pod was completed and it began slowly opening up...

Right now back at Casino Night; Starline was struggling to come up with a solution to this predicament that he was now in as he had his arms grabbed by the guards. In his lab space back at the lair; he had been working on Multi-Tool Heel Spurs that he had designed and built but even if he had them on him at the moment, he had no idea if they would work as intended as they had never been tested before. Even then while they would have a chance of getting him out of the office; he didn't fancy his chances of them being able to help him escape the entire island and get back to the lair safely.

"Boys; contact the Kingdom of Acorn at once. King Elias is going to have to offer quite a large amount of reward money for me to hand Starline over..." laughed Clutch but then there was an alert going off in the office taking them off guard.

"Sir... The guard at the hangar... They are reporting that Starline's craft went online itself and is now driving through the building..." one of the guards said urgently with Clutch and Starline confused beyond belief then Clutch's confusion went to shock to outrage as he looked towards Starline who was as clueless about what was going on as him. The craft was an invention built by Robotnik that was already there at the lair.

Then suddenly flying through the wall was the craft and they all ducked as the craft began shooting up the priceless decorations of the office. The door opened up and Starline despite having no clue what the craft was doing; wasn't going to look a gift horse in the mouth as he jumped in and the door closed.

He went to the controls and then there was the speakers telling him "So you are the Dr Starline that was in my father's files and had apparently been using his lair as his 'regent' ever since his arrest. He had been feeding his logs into my brain ever since he was forming my body in that pod and his last log said that he was ready to conquer Mobius with all the Chaos Emeralds and yet I exit my pod and he is not ruling Mobius and so the hedgehog beat him."

Starline was bewildered but got excited as he realised what this must mean; "You're JJ Robotnik... I turned on your pod... You have come to help me and I am so looking forward to getting back and start acting as your mentor..." Starline said happily but got caught off guard as the craft began turning around and shooting at the walls to get through.

"I saw what you were doing when I got to the computer and after hacking into the security of the Casino... Did you really go into breaking into Casino Night so unprepared? Had to activate manual control for the craft from the computer so I could fix your mess..." muttered JJ and Starline looked as he saw from the screen the craft was shooting up the entire place and all the decorations and amusements while there were alarms going off and the guards were having to take cover as well as the guests.

Currency began scattering and soon power generators were destroyed allowing guests to be able to riot and break into the vaults. Soon the craft got to the location of the secret vault filled with black market technology. Soon the containment chamber of the craft opened up and began scooping up all of the weapons as well as salvaged Robotnik technology parts as what could fit into it.

"Time to make our escape... Without Bean & Bark but they were more trouble than they were worth so good riddance..." Starline said quite happily as this was his most successful mission yet and he not ony gained so much valuable tech but reawakened a young copy of the great Dr Robotnik while losing those dead weights.

Later the guests had all fled and the staff were looking over all the extensive damage to the building which was trashed in such a short time. Clutch had his head down as his assistant were looking at the reports telling him "sir; we have a rough estimate of all of the money lost thanks to all of the looting as well as the cost to fix the damage to the place, the value of everything destroyed in your office and the value of your... Ahem... Less than legal stock... All combined here and I won't lie sir... If you want to fix the place even with insurance pay outs and to continue this business then well... It would take about 20 years to make up what was lost today... Not only that but the guards have reported that Starline's goons made it off the island in one of the emergency boats..."

"The money lost and the damage done to this business is a terrible cost but... I have started my business ways as a gang leader in my late teens and since then I have never let a slight against me go unavenged... I made sure to send messages that you will pay for trying to get over me or hurt my business or try and cheat me... What he has done to me today... He is now on something worse than the most wanted list of the Kingdom of Acorn or Sonic the Hedgehog's radar and that is on my bad side... When you are on my bad side; you regret it for the rest of your existence..." Clutch said putting his head up to slow the face of absolute fury and he almost crunched his teeth together.

Starline made it back to the lair as excited as a child on Christmas, birthday or other gift related holidays. He summoned some Badniks to help move the valuable cargo off the craft as he then rushed to the main area of the lair.

He got there to find what looked to be an obtuse boy with curled light brown hair with light blue streaks, sunglasses with dark blue lenses, red shirt, and black hooded jumper with the zipper not connected and yellow pants. "JJ Robotnik..." Starline asked hesitatingly as he would never expect to imagine the progeny of his idol looking like this was he was slouched on the seat playing some video game on a miniature device.

"Hey. You're Starline?" asked JJ and Starline frowned but realised that he shouldn't judge a book by it's cover and plus he did help him escape his fate.

"Well JJ; nice meeting you and thank you for your assistance. I would be more than happy to have us be acquainted and I can begin taking you under my wing..." Starline said in a friendly tone of voice as he came forward.

"Nah. Maybe later..." JJ said dismissively and Starline paused and his face silently asked 'excuse me'. "Your shadow is blocking my light and there is only so much light here anyway. We can do what you are suggesting another time... If I feel like it..." JJ said bluntly as Starline was flabbergasted.

"I am the regent of the Eggman Empire here and right not you are my ward so... Put me down!" Starline demanded of him only for JJ to wordlessly summon some flying Badniks to pick him up the shoulders and escort him from the room so that JJ could concentrate on his game.

JJ is a kind of OC in that while there was a Robotnik Jr in the Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog show; he is far removed and his appearance along with how he act comes from Dr Don't from Sonic Prime as in one of the Chaos Council members so a remnant of that original idea I had. Plus Dr Don't is easily my fave of the Chaos Council as a parody of the rude uninterested gamer in their late teens going through a phase; best use of that sort of parody since Teen Groot especially in that credits scene of Guardians of the Galaxy Volume 2.
