Yeah, The Mario Movie is definitely doing better then most would say at least… And Yeah, The More Frozen gets bashed like Sonic 06 and SwSh the better….
Speaking of Sonic, Yeah… He's already plagued with guilt over the Marnie thing (Even if he wasn't in control of himself at the time) not helped he played a Reason for her Death and also resisting the Urge to do the same with Nemona as well.
(And Trust me, Bowser will get some degree of Karma at least down the Line, Especially since he Did mocked a Dead Person (Marnie) as well in another Stories of the Smash Mansion Fic at least.)
So Question time:

Hey Guys, MegaSalamence64, Welcome back to another Chapter of Stories of the Smash Mansion,
Yeah I haven't been updating for a while but I'm back…
Well, I admit, My Smash Bros Story Passion has been dying out lately…. And I admit, I been pretty rough with things about it… (The Whole SwSh Hatred of mine being comparable to a certain BeastBoy/Terra Shipper's Infamous Grudge against MLP, Rushed Writing that's comparable to Sonic 06, Etc….)
So I figured writing some One Shots of my Smash Bros One Shot Collection should do the Trick to help my writing down the line… (But I'll say this: My Pokemon Fics of Paldean Memories and Metamorphsis will be getting more focus however….)
It's not much but I hope you'll enjoy this at least….
(Also, Chapters 2 and 4 now have an AU Marking on them, This is because of Marnie's Death making these two Fics Non Canon… But Rest assured for those whom liked them, I'll make the events of them still canon, Just without Marnie due to her Death however…)
Now onto the Chapter! (It's a Sora Focused on as well since I'm on a KH Phase right now and before you asked, Sora's Post KH2 but Before KH3 if you're curious, Same with Riku and Kairi)

Story 8: Sharpening Blades
Main Characters: Sora, Kairi, Riku, Meta Knight,
Other Characters: Byleth, Terry

Symposis: With Kairi's Training of her Keyblade going well, Meta Knight decided to test her, Sora and Riku's Strength in a Battle…
While She's not on level of her two Friends, Can Kairi last long in this Battle against the Lone Swordsman and Legendary Star Warrior with Sora and Riku?

World of Trophies, Smash Mansion, Training Room:
"Alright, Are you ready Kairi?" Said Byleth as she looked back to Kairi whom held her Keyblade in her hands as she looked back to her Current Teacher.
"All Good Professor Byleth!" She said back to her as the Blue (Normally Green but is currently Blue due to a Request via Byleth to Master Hand) haired Mercenary turned Professor to her.
"Just call me Byleth Kari…" Said Byleth as she pressed a button on the Controller and summoned three fake fighters of Bowser Junior, Boshi and Steve the Piranha Plant which glared towards the Princess of Heart, Trageting her as their traget.
Kairi quickly readied her Keyblade (The Destiny Embrace which she named it after Sora and Riku returned safely form the Battle with Xemmas) as she glance towards her foes, The Copies of Bowser Junior, Boshi and Steve the Piranha Plant glaring back at her.
'Alright here goes!' Kairi thought to herself as she dashed towards her three Foes with a sense of determination, No doubt this may be a Smaller battle then against both Galeem and Dharkon as well as their Cults, She's not backing down form this.
Kairi first dashed towards the Fake Piranha Plant whom quickly spat out a Spikeball at her, Which she knocked back towards with her Keyblade, Which dealt damage to it as well before Kairi slashed it away as if it was a Shadow Heartless,
She then noticed the Fake Boshi rushing towards her like a Bull seeing Red as Kairi readied
"Fire!" Yelled Kairi as she fired a Small Fireball form her Keyblade at the Fake Boshi, Blasting it instantly away as it was knocked to the Side,
Finally the Fake Bowser Junior fired several cannonballs form his Clown Car as Kairi drew her Keyblade to block them liked before quickly shifting to a Spell to use as she shouted it:
"Pearl!"
Kairi then fired a Ball of Light towards the fake Bowser Junior whom tries to dodge it, But said ball followed him until it burst on the Koopaling Copy, Knocking him out.
Signifying Kairi as the Victor of this little battle.
"No bad Kairi, That was pretty good…." Said Byleth as she off the Simulation as the three copies the Princess was fighting fizzled out as she approached her.
"For your First Simulation Battle Three on One, It was fairly well done…"
"Thanks… But it's not really something like a Heartless or even the Real Deals…." Kairi admitted with surprise. "Sure I helped out with the Crisis with Galeem, Dharkon and their Cults, But I only really mastered Cure and Pearl back then, Plus Sora and Riku were there to help me…."
"But the fact you didn't suffered a Kidnapping and you also managed to survive the whole ordeal with Galeem and Dharkon is proof is a first step at least, Plus you mastered Fire and Pearl as Spells at least…" Byleth answered back to Kairi. "So don't doubt yourself there at least but also, Make sure you don't let arrogance blind your actions and conscious as well…"
"Hey Kairi! That was pretty cool!" Said Sora as he rushed up to the Red haired Princess of Heart as she smiled back to him and Riku rushed up to her with Terry and Meta Knight behind them.
"Aw thanks guys!" Said Kairi with a smile on her face. "But it's only just a Basic fire and Cure Spell though…."
"I only really mastered Cure, Fire and Pearl so far in terms of spells however…."
"Hey, It's not much it's something!" Sora admitted to her with a Smile. "Count the Victories when you can for this one!"
"Yeah, You did great there Kiddo!" Said Terry as he gave a Thumbs up to the Red haired Girl.
"I'm no Magic User but it's a Decent first step at least! We all have that moment at least! Even Byleth and I do!"
"Well, It depends on what you consider a First Step Terry…" Said Byleth to her Boyfriend whom just smile at her. "But regardless, Your first Battle three on One without Allies is done for the day at least…"
"Indeed… Now for Today's Final Lesson…." Said Meta Knight as he drew his Sword at them.
"Face me in Combat…." He said as Sora, Kairi and Riku looked back to him.
"Well, If you say so!" Said Sora as he and Riku summoned their Keyblades (Kingdom Key and Way to Dawn Respectively)
"Same here!" Said Kairi later then her two friends as Meta Knight let out a Chuckle while Byleth and Terry looked back to him.
'Best of luck you three…' Was what she thought to the Destiny Island Kids as she and Terry looked between them and Meta Knight.

Once everyone is ready, Meta Knight then glance towards Sora, Riku and Kairi, A sense of Déjà vu entering his mind when he first trained Kirby when Dedede was still ordering Monsters form NME and sometime when the Pink Star Warrior crashed onto Dreamland.
"Now that we're ready… En-Garde!"
Meta Knight then lunged towards Kairi whom Sora quickly threw himself towards her, Quickly blocking Meta Knight's Sword with his Keyblade,
Riku then quickly casted a Dark Firaga onto Meta Knight whom dodged out of the Way and Preformed a Mach Tornado Attack, Quickly despering the Tornado as Riku gotten out of the way.
"Alright! Here goes!" Said Sora as he was ready to cast a Firaga Spell, Only for Meta Knight to quickly shift his attention to Kairi,
'No!' Sora thought to himself as he quickly rushed towards Meta Knight, Whom was flying towards Kairi,
Sora then blocked the Knight's Galaxia blade once more, But however, Meta Knight smirked under his mask as he quickly slashed Sora Rapidly knocking him back slightly
"Sora!" Yelled Kairi as she quickly looked back to Meta Knight as she readied a Cure Spell.
"Curag-"
However, Meta Knight quickly interrupted it with a Another Quick Slash.
"Kairi!" Yelled Sora as she quickly rushed towards her, A Black haired Girl in Goth Clothing briefly taking Kairi's Place in his Mind as he did, With Meta Knight oddly remaining Still at this…
Riku then tries to counter back with a Dark Aura Attack, Only For Meta Knight to counter it….
And jumped back afterwards….
"Hpmm… The Duel's Over…" Said Meta Knight as Sora and Kairi gotten back up, Much to their and Riku's Shock.
"Wait what!?" Said Kairi as she looked back to Meta Knight whom looked back to her with Sora and Riku just as shocked howevr.
"Kairi, This is a Simple training Match, Not a Fight to the Death…nothing to worry about for now…" He said back to her with a stoic tone. "If it wasn't I'll have gone harder on you, Sora and Riku…"
"Now lets back to my Room to get you three freshen back up…" He said with a firm tone still present in his voice.

Smash Mansion, Brawl Room, Meta Knight's Room:
After a Quick Heal of Maximum Tomatoes and several Bottles of Water for the three Keyblade Wielders, Meta Knight looks back to Sora, Kairi and Riku whom the Three of them (Well Sora and Kairi that is) have just finished both the Maximum Tomatoes and Water they're given by the Lone Swordsman.
"Hmm…. You three are indeed have the potential for great Potential.. But for you Kairi… You still have a lot to learn…." Meta Knight admitted to the Trio with a Stoic look in his eyes.
"I Suppose…" She said back to the Masked Star Warrior simply chuckled at her at this.
"But I'll suppose more training can fix this…" He admitted to her before turning to her and Riku.
"You two should get some rest now, Your Training for the Day is done… Kairi, your Next Training Session is the Day after Tomorrow with Me and Zero, Don't be late…."
"Understood Meta Knight…." Said Kairi as she and Riku looked back to Sora who noticed Meta Knight looking at him.
"Sora, I'll need to talk to you for a while…" He said as Sora simply shrugged at this.
"I'll be fine, You guys go ahead without me…" He said with a nervous Chuckle as Kairi gave him a Hug.
"Just be careful at least…." She said before kissing him on the Check, Blushing red hues forming on the Brunette Teen's Checks as he did.
"I'll well, Be careful Kairi! Same with you Riku!" Said Sora as his two friends smiled back to him as they left the Room.
Once Kairi and Riku left, Meta Knight turned to Sora as the Lone Swordsman looked back to him.
"Sora…. Your behavior during the Fight I noticed you're quite protective of Kairi, Even making sure to keep her protected at all cost… but you seemed to be hyper focused on it however instead of fighting me…" He admits to the Keybearer.
"While it's important to focus on your Allies, Your actions imply something deeper as well…." He continued as he paused for a bit as the Lone Swordsman looked into Sora directly in the eyes at this.
"You're still not over the Passing of your Friend Marnie right? Her Death during the World of Light Incident is something that's bothering you as of now, correct?"

Author's Note:
Yeah, This is mostly to Confirm some stuff with Sora in my Deluxe-Verse Stories…
Yes, Sora is form a Post KH2 Period in my Stories (AKA the ONE Period of Time he got a Break and Reunited with Kairi and Riku since KH 1 and KH 3 basically ended with him separated form his Friends) for my Stories and since People used either KH1!Sora (Like Krosshair for example) or KH3!Sora, I figured why not used KH2!Sora for my Deluxe-Verse…
It's also tied to the Reason why Kairi and Riku were with him in the Smash Mansion.
Basically, Master Hand was planning on Inviting them with Sora to the Smash Mansion as Guests (Even getting Hoopa the Orders to rescue them alongside Sora) and it's due to when he asked Yen Sid for permission to take Sora for the Tournaments with the Elderly Keyblade masters agreeing with extra permission to take Kairi and Riku as well..
And I'm sorry for having Kairi Lose early but she's still isn't a Full Fledge Fighter yet (And she's still learning the Keyblade as well) but I do hope the Sorkairi Moments in this Chapter make up for it plus lending some decent hits onto Meta Knight as well.
Yeah, The Marnie Death Stuff, I know my SwSh was way out of hand at times, But I felt like Marnie's Death could lead to some interesting Story Stuff at least…
And Trust me, Sora's not exactly over how a Friend is Basically Dead-DEAD as well… (He and Marnie became friends during Unsung Heroes and when Marnie Died via Dharkon's Machindramon, Sora's is pretty devastated by it….)
I'll explain more about it in the Next Chapter of Stories of the Smash Mansion (Which would be a Sequel to this Fic) but I'll try to handle Marnie's Death properly at least…
