Keiwa was having the most mundane day ever.

Ever since he returned his Driver to Ace, he's had more time job hunting for a permanent career and working at the soba shop where he worked as a part-time employee. He had graduated from serving the table to actually cooking for the Soba shop when the owner found out that he cooked.

Of course, he still served the tables when the place was swamped but that was about it.

Keiwa looked at the apartment he had shared with his sister ever since they moved out of their relatives' home, their mother's brother.

It feels lonely without his sister.

"I can't stay here." Keiwa decided for himself.

"Ara, Keiwa-kun!" The woman by the counter greeted. "It has been a while."

"Airi-san," Keiwa greeted the matron of the coffee shop. "It has been… yeah…"

"What's wrong?" Airi placed the cup down on the counter and approached her guest.

"Nee-chan… nee-chan's dead, Airi-san." Keiwa couldn't hold back the tears.

"Cry it out, Keiwa-kun, cry it out." Airi engulfed her guest in her hug just as another person manned the counter.

"Ryou-chan, please watch the shop for a bit, I'm helping Keiwa-kun settle."

It took a while for Keiwa to realize that he woke up in a place that was unfamiliar to him, and even longer to remember what he did before he passed out crying.

He rubbed his eyes and looked at the clock hanging above the door, it was evening on the same day he cried on Airi-san.

Keiwa immediately changed his clothes to something more pleasant and headed downstairs where the coffee shop was located.

"Ara, Keiwa-kun you're awake."

"I'm sorry you had to see me in that state, Airi-san." Keiwa bowed. "And is it really alright for me to stay here for the moment?"

"Of course, Ryou-chan barely sleeps in his room anyway." Airi shrugged as she served another customer.

"Ha…" Keiwa nodded unsure what to make of the information he just received. "Why don't you seat on one of the chairs, I already cooked dinner."

"No, you shouldn't have, Airi-san."

"Dame~" Airi tutted. "You're a guest today, Keiwa-kun, you had to leave your apartment because you feel lonely there and it would only remind you of your sister."

"But…"

"Don't worry, tomorrow I'll let you cook dinner." Airi offered.

"Ah, I have to work at the Soba shop tomorrow." Keiwa suddenly remembered.

"Are you sure you want to work?" Airi asked, concerned.

"I have to, I'm not planning on selling the home I shared with nee-chan."

"That's understandable."
