Cat Noir broke into the jewelry store again to steal jewelry made in Egypt. His catwomen ancestors still worship the goddess Bastet because Egypt worshipped cats and the goddess.
"There you are" He found the golden cat statue inside a glass box, "Meow, such a beauty. Isn't it, Plagg?" He asked his cat.
"Meow" Plagg nodded and Car Noir carefully removes the glass after disabling the alarms.
"Get your paws away from that!" The security guard was armed.
"Come on, big boy. Cats love shiny things. I can't resist them. Meow" Cat Noir trying to look adorable.
"No funny stuff!" The guard said.
"Funny stuff is what I do" Cat Nour smacks his whip at the guard's weapon.
"AAARGH! Damn you!" The guard groans in pain.
"Mmhmm. I get that a lot. If you don't mind, I came what I want" Cat Noir said.
"I am not losing my job for this!" The guard glared and takes out a taser and tries using it on Cat Noir when Plagg jumped onto his face, "AAAARGH! GET IT OFF ME!"
"That's why cats have nine lives. Give up?" Cat Noir cackled.
"FREEZE!" More guards appeared.
"Ah, more mice to eat. Delicious" Cat Noir strikes them with his whip to disarm their weapons, "Let's move it, Plagg!" He signals his cat and Plagg got off the guard he scratched.
"Stop him!" The scratched guard shouted but Cat Noir threw a smoke bomb to escape.
"What a bunch of idiots" Cat Noir jumps up the air ducts with Plagg.
They soon crawled out of the rooftops. Cat Noir looks at the item he stole and purred, "Come to Daddy"
Later as he arrived at his lair, there was an incoming call from his advanced cat-puter and he answers, "What?"
"Adrien, we need you here now. Your father has gone insane. I don't think the curse taught him a lesson" The catwomen said.
"I'm on my way," Cat Noir said and hurried his way to confront his father about his madness.
As he came to the nightclub and into the private room where the catwomen are when it comes to meetings and stuff, he saw his father in ropes looking completely insane.
"Cat...Cat...Cat Noir?!" He saw him arrive.
"Nice to see you too, Father" Cat Noir removes his mask, "You got a lot of nerve to try and steal the spellbook from them again. Your madness killed my mother" He growled angrily.
"Sometimes sacrifices must be made, Adrien" Gabriel said but he received a scratch in the face.
"Sacrifice, my ass! You killing my mother also killed my teenage life! You lost your friends, your reputation, and your only son!" Adrien snarled.
"You're so much like her. Headstrong and stubborn" Gabriel said.
"And I'm grateful that I'm her, not like you. She raised me better while you abandoned me like I'm nothing special to you" Adrien walks around him, "And for the record, you forced me to steal magical artifacts when I was 15 years old. Or you would have killed my cats if I didn't. Who's a bigger threat now?"
"I did what was necessary to make this family perfect" Gabriel accused.
"You never did! Nothing is perfect for you! NOTHING!" Cat Noir punched him, "And I have other problems to handle! Cerise! Both of you fucked up my life and I had to put up with your shit by becoming Cat Noir. Do you ever think about anyone other than yourself? No, of course, you don't" Adrien goes and grabs a glass of milk from the woman and drinks before smashing it near the floor and finishing it, "My mother was a better parent than you, father! Betraying your child only gives them to have vengeance but I kept you alive because my mother wouldn't want me killing my father"
"You're only delaying the inevitable, Adrien," Gabriel said.
"Don't manipulate me again!" Adrien hissed, "I don't give a shit about inevitable. No spell can revive my mother if that's what you're thinking" He shoved him against the wall, "Your heart is dark and you have no control of the spellbook. You'll only cause destruction. It's time that you learn what it's like to have until it's gone. Take him back to the torture chamber and make sure he stays alive" He ordered the catwomen.
"Adrien! I just wanted a perfect family! That's all I ever wanted!" Gabriel protested.
"But that's not what my mother and I wanted. We were a happy family but you took that away" Adrien puts his mask on, "Now get him the hell out of my sight!" He then said before leaving.

With Ladybug, she was patrolling the rooftops, unaware Cerise in her fox costume is spying on her.
"No sight of Cat Noir or criminal scums," Ladybug said and then she tries out to swing over a building with her yo-yo, "Here goes!" She swings over.
"Get that son of a bitch now! RIGHT NOW!" The bandit released his dogs to chase after Cat Noir.
"I don't fear dogs!" Cat Noir smacks his whip on the floor to scare them.
The dogs backed away but they didn't give up, "This whip can do more than dancing!" Cat Noir smacks it at the trash cans.
One rottweiler lunged at Cat Noir trying to bite him. Ladybug was about to jump down to help him but saw that the alley cats came to the rescue.
"Looks like his cavalry's here" She saw the cats overwhelm most of the dogs.
"Now, now! We do love cats! Honest!" The bandits cowardly backs away.
"I don't think so. Sick'em!" Cat Noir commanded his cats.
The cat army ran after the bandits and their dogs while Ladybug watched in amazement. Cat Noir picked up the gun and jumps to the rooftops, shooting someone behind Ladybug, and Cerise got shot in the shoulder.
"Whoa! What the hell, Cat Noir?!" Ladybug got startled by the gun.
"Look behind you" Cat Noir rolled his eyes.
"ARGH! Son of a bitch!" Cerise clutched her shoulder.
"Cerise, you think I wouldn't know that you were spying on her? Don't forget that I can sense your scent through your disguise!" Cat Noir growled.
"Urgh! Just as you know your partner's scent?! Well, you're not gonna have anyone by your side!" Cerise said.
"Who the hell are you?" Ladybug glared.
"I'm Cerise but you can call me Volpina!" Cerise smirked, revealing to be an illusion of her wounded.
"What the hell?!" Ladybug exclaims.
"It's an illusion!" Cat Noir said, "Fuck!" He tries to sniff her scent for the real one.
"Careful, Kitty!" Ladybug looks around with her yo-yo ready.
"I forgot she uses illusions all the time!" Cat Noir growled, "Show your bitch ass face, Cerise! Now!"
"Come out here and face us like a fox!" Ladybug shouted.
The two were now back to back as they looked for Volpina.
"Damn it! She got away. That coward. She was spying on you" Cat Noir said.
"She better not discover my secret identity or those close to me are in danger," Ladybug said.
"Don't worry, Milady. She won't" Cat Noir said.
"I hope you're right, Kitty" Ladybug said and is about to swing back home.
"Just be careful, Milady. I have feline senses and I can smell everything" Cat Noir held her wrist.
"Good. Well, if you might need help, I may be available" Ladybug kissed his cheek.
He gasped softly before Ladybug swings away, "My, she's full of surprises" Cat Noir touched where she kissed him.

Later, Cat Noir found the real Cerise hiding in the catacombs and he was beyond pissed for nearly trying to sneak up on his lady.
"What were you thinking, Cerise?! This Ladybug hasn't gotten proper combat experience and you jumped into opportunity by spying on her?!" He crossed his arms.
"She's just a nobody and no real hero!" Cerise said.
Wrong thing to say when her shoulder was pinned by the claw-arang.
"Don't say that about her!" Cat Noir growled.
"Ow! Get it off!" Cerise begged.
"Not until you learn the meaning of the emotional pain you put me through!" Cat Noir hissed.
"Goddamn it! How long are you gonna hold a grudge in the next nine lives?!" Cerise tries to get the cat-arang off but it was too deep.
"Until you're out of my life!" Cat Noir snarls.
"Your ass is still mine, no matter where you go, Adrien!" Cerise glared.
"And you better not mess up for Ladybug. She might have her own family to look after and I'm not letting history repeat itself!" Cat Noir bared his claws.
"And I thought every thief has no heart" Cerise scoffed.
"I do! You're nothing but a heartless bitch!" Cat Noir yelled, "Do that again and your face will be having scars, just like you left me emotional scars by betraying me" He warned.
"We'll see about it," Cerise said as he removes the claw-arang.
"I will kill you, Cerise. Never forget that" Cat Noir said.
"Wait and see" Cerise got away.
"No shit" Cat Noir leaves the catacombs since it smells like very old dead skeletons.

Adrien was at his lair having tuna fish from the cans, still angry with Cerise but had to keep his promise of protecting Ladybug. As well hoping that she improves her fighting style.
"Always hungry for tuna I see" Luka standing near the window almost startled Adrien.
"Don't do that again" Adrien sighs and tossed the empty tuna can to his cats, "What are you doing here, snake man?"
"Just came to check on you. Is that girl still on your mind or something else?" Luka wondered.
"Yes, Cerise has started spying on Ladybug," Adrien said.
"Clearly she's Cerise's next target," Luka said.
"Yes. I should've killed her when I had the chance but I still don't kill women or children. I made a promise to my mother when she died" Adrien said and drinks a glass of milk.
"I understand" Luka replied.
"Cerise is still pissing off my ass every time she tries to get in my personal life," Adrien said and his cats meowed in agreement.
"We never should have trusted her," Luka said while petting his snake.
"That's why I work alone. Never again have a partner that turns their back against me" Adrien said and Plagg jumps on his shoulders.
"But you learned from that mistake, Adrien. But sometimes a promise can be broken when nature changes" Luka said.
"Yes, but I'm worried if Cerise goes after the girl I saved," Cat Noir said.
"It's just a matter of time before you have to kill Cerise or get her arrested. You're the only person with proof and evidence of her disguises" Luka said.
"Of course" Adrien nodded.
