From the moment the Green Lion have arrived at the Castle of Lions, and arrived at the Green Lion's hanger, the Paladins have all arrived at the Main Bridge, Shiro started to give commands to the others. Course Hunk had to help Lana since she was still a bit woozy from the quintessence.
"Pidge, scan the download from the ship. Find out where Zarkon's central command is." Said Shiro as he takes off his helmet.
"On it!" Said Pidge as she began looking over her computer from her station and Coran walk up to them.
"What happened? Where's Allura?" Asked Coran looking concerned as he see that Allura isn't with them.
"They captured her. She sacrificed herself to save me and the information. I didn't have a choice." Said Shiro explaining to Coran what happened.
"How is that possible?" Asked Coran shock that Allura has been captured and saw Lana a bit weak. "And what happened to Lana?"
"Lana got sprayed with some quintessence from the hidden base, that the Galra were harvesting." Said Hunk helping Lana to sit down and the Blue Lion goes to her Paladin.
'Lana, are you alright?' Asked Blue looking worried for her Paladin.
"I'm fine Blue, just a little dizzy, but I'll be okay." Said Lana smiling at her Lion.
"Coran, I'm sorry things didn't go as planned, but we can't focus on what went wrong." Said Shiro apologizing to the Altean Advisor and look serious. "We've got to figure out how to make it right. Pidge, anything?"
"Guys, look at this." Said Pidge as she pulled out a massive hologram in front of them, displaying the very centre of the Galra Empire.
"Look at the size of it!" Said Coran in shock and everyone got shock as well.
'That's Zarkon's Central Command Center?!' Said Red in shock.
'Central Command Center, it looks like fortress!' Said Blue looking at the hologram.
'The Galra Empire must've took a long time to build a ship that size during these 10,000 years!' Said Green looking at her Lion companions.
'Well, the Galra have advance for many years now, so clearly that is one big ship!' Said Yellow looking a bit scared.
'And if my guesses were correct, Zarkon must be in that ship!' Said Black growling in anger, causing the other Lions to look worried for their leader.
"I think we should go in right away. Every minute we waste gives Zarkon time to prepare for us." Said Pidge suggesting her idea to the others.
'Pidge is right, besides if we wait too long, who knows what Zarkon will do to Allura.' Said Green worrying for Allura.
"I agree. We form Voltron, fly in, fly out, dust off our hands, and walk away." Said Lana agreeing with Pidge.
'I agree as well, we need to get Allura before Zarkon does anything to her.' Said Blue looking at Green.
"Um, do you guys not remember the Balmera?" Said Hunk reminding the others. "We could barely take out one fleet. But this... a base this size could hold a thousand fleets!"
'Hunk is right, a Galra warship can hold a few Galra fleets.' Said Yellow looking at the Lions. 'But this, it can hold like more than a thousands fleets, we won't be able fight them all at the same time!'
"Or maybe we shouldn't go on this mission at all." Said Keith getting everyone's attention and look at him. "Think about it. We'll be delivering the universe's only hope to the universe's biggest enemy."
"Keith, that's cold, even for you. What if it was one of us? What if it was me? You wouldn't leave me, would you? Would you?" Asked Hunk looking at Keith with a worried look.
'Yeah, no offense Keith, but that is kinda cold, and my element is fire.' Said Red looking at his Paladin.
"I'm not saying I like the idea. I'm just thinking like a paladin." Said Keith frowning a bit. "And besides, one of us are still a bit weak."
"No, you're thinking of yourself because you're too scared to do what's right!" Said Lana glaring a bit at Keith. "And I'm fine, the only reason why I was like that is because if you'd have just listened and not played lone wolf, we wouldn't be here in the first place!"
"Okay, we're all upset because we lost Allura." Said Pidge trying to calm everyone.
"No, Shiro lost Allura!" Said Coran frowning at Shiro.
"Okay, okay! This isn't helping. We can't just sit here and bicker like this." Said Hunk looking at the others.
"Hunk's right, we need to save Allura from Zarkon, we still need her, and to be honest, she's basically like family to me, like a big sister!" Said Lana looking at the others with determination.
"Let's focus. How are we going to get Allura?" Asked Shiro looking at the Paladins.
'More importantly, how are we going to get into Zarkon's Central Command Center without them noticing us?' Said Black looking at the other Lions.
Meanwhile in the Galra Cruiser where Allura is, the ship have just arrived at Zarkon's Central Command Center. Inside the Allura was in one of the cells, still wearing the Galra armor, huddling all alone in the brig of a Galra ship, and surrounded by dim of purple light. Suddenly Allura felt the ship jolt a bit before, meaning that they just docked at Zarkon's main ship.
Suddenly the doors to Allura cell started to open, to reveal two Druids, who are wearing long cloaks and bird-like masks, and the third one is none other than Haggar, Zarkon's witch. Allura gets up and looks at Haggar, seeing her dark blue skin, long white hair, and a violet and gold cloak that covered the top half of her face, but she could see a bit of red markings on her face and one of her glowing gold eyes.
"Come with me." Said Haggar to Allura as the Druids go to Allura and cuffed her.
Meanwhile back at the Castle of Lion's, the Paladins were still looking for ways in and out of the central command to rescue Allura, while Coran was doing the same on the castle's centre console. Shiro is leaning towards Lana's chair as Lana goes through her holoscreen.
"Anything?" Asked Shiro looking at Lana.
"There's just no way in." Said Lana looking through her screen. "They'll have us tracked from every direction."
'Ugh, what are we going to do, we need to Allura fast.' Said Blue worrying for Allura. 'She is the last of the Altean royal family.'
"There's gotta be something. Keep looking." Said Shiro as Lana continued searching.
Then Shiro look to see Coran still looking at the computer to find a way to get Allura, but he was a bit upset that she got capture, and Shiro goes up to Coran.
"I know you're worried about her. We all are. I'm sorry I let her slip away." Said Shiro still looking guilty.
"I know it's not your fault. It's just. . . I've already lost so much. I can't lose Allura, too." Said Coran worrying for Allura.
"We'll find a way to get her back." Said Shiro looking determined. "If there was just a way to get close to Zarkon's ship unseen."
"Wait a tick. I think I've got a way." Said Coran coming up with an idea.
Meanwhile back at Zarkon's Central Command Center, the Druids and Haggar escorted Allura to Zarkon's throne room, which was massive and empty, with just negative space in harsh purple lighting overlooking the stars. Zarkon was looking out the view of the galaxy.
"Princess Allura." Said Zarkon in a low evil tone and suddenly Allura glared at the sight of the Galra Emperor.
"You monster! You destroyed Altea!" Shouted Allura as she rushed towards Zarkon.
Suddenly Haggar thrust out her hand to use her magic on Allura, suddenly Allura began to glow in a bright purple aura and was levitated from the floor, and Allura collapse to the floor as she caught her breath, and glared up at Zarkon.
"Voltron is going to put an end to your empire!" Said Allura glaring at the Galra Emperor.
"No, it will only make me more powerful. Your father knew that as well as I." Said Zarkon looking down at Allura. "That's why he led me to believe he destroyed it all those years ago. But now, your new paladins will come for you, and they will deliver Voltron to me, and, with it, the key to unimaginable power."
Meanwhile back at the Castle of Lions, the Paladins and the Altean Advisor were all devising a plan on how getting Allura back, as the Lions all listen as well.
"Everyone, eyes front. We've got a plan to get Allura." Said Shiro as Coran pulls up a hologram. "We're going to jump to the heart of the enemy, unseen and undetected."
"I thought we needed Allura to open up a wormhole." Said Pidge pointing out her view.
"It's true that Allura powers the Castle's ability to travel through wormholes. However, I think we have enough of her residual essence stored in the system to make one jump." Said Coran as he shows the image of a planet. "We'll hide the Castle here, inside one of these giant gas planets in Zarkon's command system. The gas is so dense, we'll be hidden."
"From there, we'll use the Castle to scan for Allura on Zarkon's ship and attack before Zarkon knows what hit him." Said Shiro explaining to the Paladin.
"There's only one hiccup. We have enough energy to wormhole in, but, without Allura, we won't have enough energy to wormhole out." Said Coran informing the others.
'Wait, what does that mean?' Asked Yellow looking at the other Lions.
'He mean that we can be able to make one jump without Allura, but after that we won't make anymore jumps without Allura.' Said Blue explaining to Yellow.
"It doesn't matter. We're not leaving without her." Said Shiro with determination.
'Shiro is right, as long as Zarkon has Allura, we won't get out without her.' Said Black looking determined as well.
'Wait, Black are you sure you want to do this?' Asked Red looking at the Black Lion.
'What. . . Why are you asking me this Red?' Asked Black looking at Red.
'It's just that we are all worried about you Black.' Said Red looking concerned.
'Red has a point, we all know you are still a bit tense since you had a history with Zarkon.' Said Green looking at Black, while the Yellow and Blue Lion's agree with the other two.
'My pride, I understand you are concern for me since I'm still not over what Zarkon did, but Shiro is my Paladin and I made a vow to myself that once we are reunited again, we will free the universe from Zarkon's reign.' Said Black looking determined and the Lion's believed their leader but are still concerned for Black.
Zarkon had gathered some of his top generals to his throne room, each of them kneeling at his throne, as Zarkon inform them their plan to capture Voltron.
"Sire, allow me to send my fleet to protect the command system. I will stop Voltron before it can get close." Said Prorok offering a chance to redeem himself after his two fail attempts to captured Voltron.
"You will do no such thing, Prorok. We will allow them inside our perimeter." Said Zarkon cutting Prorok off.
"Once in, they won't get out." Said Haggar who's next to Zarkon.
"Ready all fleets. On this day, the paladins will be destroyed, and I will have Voltron." Said Zarkon commanding his commanders.
Meanwhile with the Paladins, they got out of the wormhole, they were surrounded by swirling red and violet from the large gas planet, which effectively hiding them from the Galra's scanner.
"We're here." Said Shiro seeing Zarkon's Main Ship.
"I'm detecting Allura's energy signature. From this distance, the signal's pretty weak, but she's somewhere in Zarkon's main ship." Said Coran informing the Paladins.
"Gives us a starting point." Said Keith seeing one positive thing.
'At least the good thing is that Allura is okay.' Said Red seeing the bright side.
"Once we get closer, we'll be able to narrow down the location where the Princess is being held." Said Coran reporting to the Paladins.
"Okay, guys, this is it. Voltron is going to come in fast and without warning. We'll smash our way into Zarkon's ship and grab the Princess. Before they know what hit them, we'll have the Princess and be on our way." Said Shiro as the Paladins all head to the pillar, till Keith stopped Lana.
"Wait, Lana, are you sure you're okay, you still look a bit weak after getting hit by that quintessence." Said Keith still a bit concerned for Lana.
"Keith, don't worry I'll be fine, besides if we're going to get Allura back, our best option is to form Voltron." Said Lana looking determined. "And we all know that we can form Voltron without all five Lions."
So the moment Voltron left the gas planet, a thousand different sensors and alarms went off. Inside the barrier room, and Prorok was in position as he look at Emperor Zarkon.
"Emperor, we're detecting Voltron within our perimeter!" Said Prorok informing Zarkon.
"Engage the solar barrier immediately. Attack!" Said Zarkon commanding his commander.
"Yes, Emperor." Said Prorok bowing to his emperor.
Soon enough, a shimmering purple barrier starts to appear along the outer rings of Zarkon's Central Command Center, connecting over the peak of the main ship.
"Thace, scramble the fighters!" Said Prorok commanding his Lieutenant.
"Yes, Commander." Said Thace listening to Prorok.
As Thace was typing on the computer console, it was only a few ticks later that the fighters began to pour out of the ships in waves and drove to where Voltron is.
"Haggar, it is time." Said Zarkon and Haggar bow to her emperor.
Meanwhile with the Paladins, as they all fly to where Princess Allura was being held, they all saw the particle barrier activated.
"What is that?" Asked Hunk looking a bit worried.
"I don't know." Said Pidge looking concerned.
'Whatever it is, I'm pretty sure that it'll prevent from leaving.' Said Green looking concerned.
'It doesn't matter anyway, once we get the Princess, we can find a way out of here.' Said Blue looking determined.
"They're going to fire!" Said Pidge seeing the fighters getting ready to fire.
"Form sword!" Said Shiro to Keith.
Then as Keith activated his bayard in his keyhole, Voltron drew their sword and swiped it in front of them, wiping out dozens of small fighter ships. They moved on to a Galra battleship and pierced their sword through it, explosions ripping through the ship, expanding to the fighters near it.
Once they'd made it through the first wave, Hunk activated his bayard and Voltron switched to the shoulder cannon, which absolutely decimating dozens of Galra ships, and the sky was lighting up with explosions.
"There's Zarkon's ship!" Said Shiro pointing to where Zarkon's ship is.
So they all went to Zarkon's ship to save Allura, but just as they were heading towards Zarkon's Main Ship, something suddenly stopped them.
"What's going on? Yellow, what's going on, why aren't we moving?" Asked Hunk to his Lion, but the Yellow Lion didn't respond, and suddenly the sword dispatched.
"We lost the sword! Something's malfunctioning!" Shouted Keith trying to move his Lion.
"What's happening?" Asked Coran from the trans comm.
"Somebody do something! Voltron's frozen up!" Said Lana in a worried tone. "It's like someone is controlling us!
"Shiro!" Said Keith communicating to Shiro.
"I can't hold it!" Said Shiro trying to keep control of his Lion.
"You're a fool to bring Voltron here." Said Zarkon's voice from Shiro's head.
Apparently the whole reason why Voltron is frozen was because of the Black Lion, and from a moment second later, Voltron broke apart into their Lions.
"What just happened there? Something tore us apart!" Said Hunk in a panic tone.
'I don't understand, this has never happened with our previous Paladins before.' Said Yellow looking concerned.
'It's like something made us break apart.' Said Red looking at the other Lions.
'Wait. . . Where's Black?' Said Blue looking concerned.
"I don't know, but we've got bigger problems right now. Look!" Said Lana seeing the Galra fighters coming to them.
"Why do I get the feeling these guys knew we were coming?" Said Keith looking concerned.
'Because they do, this was all a trap, and they must've used Allura as bait to trapped us!' Said Red growling in anger.
So four of the Paladins all split off with their Lions, to begin wreaking havoc on the Galra fighters, but Shiro was still stuck in the Black Lion, still frozen in space, as he tried really hard battling Zarkon in his mind for control of the Black Lion, and suddenly a tracker beam starts pulling the Black Lion to Zarkon's Main Ship.
Realizing that there were many Galra fighters, Coran decided to make himself known by firing from within the gas planet, causing further confusion amongst the ranks as they tried to figure out where the hell the fire was coming from.
"Coran attack! I've waited ten thousand years for this!" Said Coran in an exciting tone.
"Shiro, are you okay?" Asked Keith communicating with Shiro.
"Something is overriding the controls! My Lion is not responding!" Said Shiro trying to get the Black Lion in control.
"Shiro's in trouble! I'm going in!" Said Keith as he flies the Red Lion towards the Black Lion.
"You cannot fight it. Your connection is weak." Said Zarkon through Shiro's mind.
Suddenly, the Galra symbol flashed on Black's window as everything shifted to a violent shade of violet, and suddenly Shiro was ejected from the Lion and was tossed out of the mouth of the Black Lion, sent him flying through space.
So Shiro use his jetpack to try flying to the Main Ship,when he suddenly slammed into something right on his back, and based on the crunch, he was sure that his jetpack was broken. Shiro saw one of the spires from Zarkon's ship coming up and he managed to angle himself without the jetpack, activating his arm to grab onto the ship.
"What do we do now, guys? Our plan isn't really working out as. . . Well, planned!" Said Hunk over the com links.
"I'm going for the Black Lion. You guys get the Princess, now!" Said Keith replying to the team.
"I've identified Allura's exact location. Uploading the coordinates to you, now. In the meantime, I'll provide covering fire from out here, all alone, against an entire fleet. So, yeah, do you mind hurrying?" Said Coran over the castle's comm.
"My jetpack's damaged. I'll need to go through the ship." Said Shiro as he uses his arm to cut a hole in the ship, waiting a moment for it to depressurized and dropped himself inside the ship.
"You guys get the Princess without me." Said Keith to the other Paladins.
"What? We've got to stick together! What are you doing?" Asked Lana towards Keith.
"Whatever I can." Said Keith responding to Lana. "Besides, we can't let Zarkon get the Black Lion."
"Just please be careful." Said Lana in a worried tone as she continued to fight the Galra Fighters.
Keith blushed at Lana's words, as he flies the Red Lion towards to the Black Lion. Then Keith crashed Red into Black, throwing it out from Zarkon's tractor beam that the Black Lion was trapped in, causing it to crashed onto one of the walls of the ship. So Keith flies for the Black Lion, when suddenly something flies past him and saw a Galra man landing next to the Black Lion.
"Whoa! Who is that?" Asked Keith and suddenly his Lion growled in anger, meaning the he knows who it is, and Coran looks at the image from the castle and gasp in horror.
"It's Zarkon! Keith, get out of there, now! Zarkon's too powerful!" Shouted Coran warning Keith, but somehow the moment he saw the Galra Emperor, Keith felt anger inside him.
"This is my chance to put an end to the Galra Empire! I have to take it!" Shouted Keith not thinking clearly.
'That monster took away my original Paladin, now it's personal!' Shouted the Red Lion in anger as they both dive down straight to Zarkon.
"Keith, don't!" Shouted Coran but Keith cut communication from him.
Keith's vision goes red as he thrust forward, as he starts blazing out the Red Lion's laser towards the Galra Emperor. When it dissipated, Keith expected to see Zarkon injured, but instead there was a massive, midnight-black shield. It collapsed into a small, familiar hand-held device, that look like a Bayard.
"You may have a Lion, but its power is weak in your fledgling hands." Said Zarkon evilly towards Keith.
Keith just snarled in anger as flew forward, aiming a blast from the Red Lion's tail, but it was deflected again. With a flick of his wrist, Zarkon changed the shield into a whip, cracking it forward to smack the Red Lion, snapping its head to the side as Keith was jostled.
"You cannot stop me. The Black Lion will finally be returned to its original paladin." Said Zarkon vowing as he starts attacking.
Meanwhile inside Zarkon's Main Ship, Shiro was cutting his way through the large ship, as he managed to enter a bay filled with fighter ships. But just as Shiro was trying to figure out what to do, the door behind him slammed shut and suddenly he head an evil cackle, and there appeared in front of Shiro is none other than Haggar.
"So, Champion returns." Said Haggar smirking evilly at Shiro.
"You." Said Shiro glaring at the witch.
So Shiro activated his prosthetic arm and charges at her, and as he was about to strike at Haggar, the witch disappeared and reappears in a different spot as she laugh evilly. Shiro tried to attack Haggar again, she does the same trick, only this time, a bunch of Haggar illusions appear as they surround Shiro.
Meanwhile outside at the battle, Hunk, Pidge, and Lance were all busy trying to fight off the Galra fighters, as they were slowly getting closer and closer to Allura's position.
"This is it! The Princess is in this part of the ship!" Said Hunk to his teammates.
"How do we get in?" Asked Lana as she shoots at a Galra Fighter.
'Yeah, every time we tried to go closer, more Galra Fighter come!' Said Blue trying hard to fight off the fighters.
"Maybe I can try hacking one of their cargo bays." Said Pidge suggesting an idea.
"We don't have time for that!" Said Hunk intervenes.
"Do you have a better idea?" Asked Pidge to Hunk.
"Actually, yes, I do." Said Hunk as he and Yellow both starts charging.
Allura was curled up in her cell, now wearing her original space suit, as she heard loud sounds going on outside and Allura could only imagine what was going on.
Suddenly, the entire ship shook as the Yellow Lion busted through the ship. Then Hunk came out of the Yelloe Lion's mechanical body, as the Lion is now in its physical form, Hunk activates his cannon fires at the sentries while the Yellow Lion attacks one of the sentries. Suddenly the alarms were blaring in the control centre, and Thace check it out.
"Sir, the hull's been breached. It's one of the Lions." Said Thace informing his commander.
"Focus fighters on that quadrant." Said Prorok instructing Thace.
Meanwhile at Allura's cell, Hunk was able to blast through the cell door, as he and the Yellow Lion enter the cell, and are glad that Allura is okay.
"Hunk!" Shouted Allura in shock.
"We're going to get you out of here." Said Hunk smiling at Allura while the Yellow Lion cuddles Allura and the Altean Princess pets the Lion's head gently.
"What are you doing here? Tell me you didn't bring Voltron straight to Zarkon's central command! Where's the Black Lion?" Asked Allura in horror till she heard Shiro's groans from her earrings. "We have to save Shiro!"
"Hunk, did you get the Princess?" Asked Lana through the comm.
"I got her, but there's a change of plans." Said Hunk replying to Lana.
Meanwhile back down at the fighter bay, Shiro was struggling to fight Haggar as he tried to strike her, but always ended up striking one of her illusions.
"I made you strong and this is how you repay me?" Said Haggar evilly at Shiro, as the Black Paladin continued to attack, but Haggar knocked him with her magic, sending him flying and land on the floor. "You could have been our greatest weapon."
Then Haggar send out another bolt of magic towards Shiro, but he was able to get out of the way and suddenly Haggar's illusions disappeared as she began to gather the energy in her hand. As Shiro charges at Haggar again, suddenly Haggar summon a strange black shadowy cloud, which caught Shiro just as he was about to strike.
As Shiro tried to see past the strange black shadowy cloud, suddenly a glowing hand shoots out from the cloud, grabbing Shiro by the throat, and suddenly the cloud disappeared, revealing Haggar transforming into himself, dressed in his old Galra prisoner outfit, and his eyes we're companion glowing yellow, like the Galra.
"Now, I will destroy you." Said Haggar in Shiro's voice evilly at Shiro.
Shiro screamed as he falls into the shadows, and he groans as he hits at the ground with a loud thump. Suddenly Shiro hears laughter as he sits up to see glowing yellow eyes staring at him. Suddenly from the dark, Haggar snarled evilly at Shiro as she began charging at him.
Meanwhile outside at the battle, Keith and the Red Lion continue their battle with Zarkon, apparently they weren't doing so great. Of course, Keith didn't understand why, he's in a Voltron Lion, one of the single most powerful weapons in the entire goddamn universe, that transforms into a 328 feet robot, and yet he couldn't even make a dent in the armor of Zarkon.
"Keith, get out of there!" Said Coran as the castle alarm starts blaring. "Keith, do you copy? You don't know what you're dealing with! He's too powerful! Listen to me, it's imperative that you don't engage the. . ."
However Keith ignored Coran as he turns off his communicator and continues fighting Zarkon. However the Galra Emperor keeps on changing his bayard into different weapons that it was almost impossible for Keith to strike him.
Keith yelled in anger as he activates a plasma cannon on the Red Lion, blasting at the Galra Emperor, which cause to throw off Zarkon's balance, and destroying entire sections of the Main Ship
"Whoa!" Said Keith in shock.
"You fight like a Galra soldier. But not for long!" Said Zarkon evilly at Keith.
Zarkon's his shield morphs into a large cannon, so Keith and the Red Lion both tried to dodge it, however they were quick enough, as a massive blast hit them, knocking them into one of the main spires, and the lights around him flickering.
Meanwhile inside the fighter pod bay, Shiro was once again surrounded by Haggar's illusions but in total darkness, Shiro tried really hard to find the real Haggar, and suddenly Haggar strikes Shiro with her dark magic, leaving a glowing scratch mark on his side, and Shiro fall to the ground in pain.
"And now, Champion, your time is overb in her hand,." Said Haggar evilly at Shiro.
Just then, Hunk, the Yellow Lion, and Allura ran in the room in time, stopping in their tracks when they saw the many Haggar illusions in front of them.
"Which one's the real one?" Asked Hunk looking at the Haggar illusions.
'I don't know, there's just so many of them, I can't tell which one is real!' Said Yellow looking at the illusions of Haggar.
Allura looks around each illusions, until she saw the real Haggar unleashing a small dark orb in her hand, and charged towards Shiro to strike.
"Hunk, there! Fire!" Shouted Allura pointing to the real Haggar.
Hunk didn't need to be asked twice, just as he aimed his cannon to Haggar and blasted. Haggar turn to see it just in time, just as she stop and made a forcefield appeared in front of her, to protect her from the blast.
Shiro takes the advantage as he charged at Haggar and tries to attack, but Haggar saw it and she vanished into thin air, causing Shiro to miss and collapsed to the ground as he groaned in pain, Allura and Hunk both rush over to Shiro, and Allura helps Shiro as she pulls him to his feet.
"We've got to get out of here!" Said Allura as she and Shiro start to leave.
"Where's the scary lady?" Asked Hunk looking around for Haggar.
'I don't know, but she couldn't gone far.' Said Yellow looking around as well.
"Hunk!" Shouted Allura getting Hunk's attention.
"Oh, right, let's go Yellow." Said Hunk as he and Yellow go back to the Yellow Lion's mechanical body.
Meanwhile outside of Zarkon's Main Ship, Keith was in a big situation, Zarkon had knocked him and the Red Lion down, and because of it, Red was now totally offline. Suddenly Zarkon summon a large sword and charges at them.
"Come on! Come on!" Said Keith trying to revive the Red Lion. "Come on Red, please move!"
But Red was unresponsive, as Keith saw Zarkon rise above him, and about to swing his sword towards them. Keith braced himself as Zarkon was about to strike, until Shiro came flying with the Black Lion and picked up Red by the scruff of its neck.
"I got you, buddy!" Said Shiro as he carried the Red Lion off.
"Keith, are you okay?" Asked Lana sounding concerned for Keith.
"Uh. . . Yeah, I'm okay, for now." Said Keith blushing a bit at how Lana is concerned for him.
The Black and Red Lion fly back to the Castle of Lion's followed by the other three Lions, as they all enter their hangers. The particle barrier was quick to go up once they were inside, and Allura rushed to create a new wormhole.
"All right, Paladins, time to get out of here!" Said Allura as she was about to make a wormhole to get them out of Zarkon's Central Command Center, but however nothing happened.
"Hello? What's going on? I don't see a wormhole." Said Hunk as his screen appeared in the castle computer.
"The Galra barrier is jamming our ability to create one!" Said Coran seeing the situation. "They have us completely surrounded!"
However as soon as when Coran said that, all of a sudden, the purple forcefield was dissipating, allowing them to stare back out into inky blackness of space.
"What just happened?" Asked Pidge looking confused.
'I don't know, but I feel like someone has just helped us.' Said Green feeling concerned about all this.
"Who cares? Wormhole!" Shouted Hunk to Allura.
'Hunk is right, let's get out of here before Zarkon comes back for round 2!' Said Yellow agreeing with Hunk.
Then Allura began to open up a Wormhole and was about to go through it, but a moment after they enter the wormhole, Haggar corrupts the wormhole with her sorcery by blasting a beam of Galra energy. Suddenly the Castle of Lions struggles to keep its balance in the unstable temporal rift.
"Coran, what's happening?" Asked Shiro to Coran.
"The integrity of the wormhole has been compromised. It's breaking down!" Said Coran checking the computer.
"What does that mean?" Asked Lana to Coran.
"It means we have no control over where we're headed!" Said Coran freaking out.
The Castle of Lion gave another massive lurch and the five Lions were thrown from their bays, while their hanger doors were still open. They flew out into the wormhole before crashing into the sides of it, ejected into space at completely random intervals, leaving Coran, Allura, and the mice alone in the castle.
