The Paladins have all succeeded in getting Allura back from Zarkon's Galra Empire Castle. Zarkon watches as the various explosions around his empire blow up around the particle barrier. Meanwhile inside the Castle of Lions control room, the Paladins communicate with one another.
"What just happened?" Asked Pidge looking confused.
'I don't know, but I feel like someone has just helped us.' Said Green feeling concerned about all this.
"Who cares? Wormhole!" Shouted Hunk to Allura.
'Hunk is right, let's get out of here before Zarkon comes back for round 2!' Said Yellow agreeing with Hunk.
Then Allura began to open up a Wormhole and was about to go through it, but a moment after they enter the wormhole, Haggar corrupts the wormhole with her sorcery by blasting a beam of Galra energy. Suddenly the Castle of Lions struggles to keep its balance in the unstable temporal rift.
"Coran, what's happening?" Asked Shiro to Coran.
"The integrity of the wormhole has been compromised. It's breaking down!" Said Coran checking the computer.
"What does that mean?" Asked Lana to Coran.
"It means we have no control over where we're headed!" Said Coran freaking out.
'How is this happening?!' Said Black in shock.
'I don't know, but I feel like we were just hit with magic!' Said Blue in shock.
All of a sudden, the hanger doors from each Lion's hangers have suddenly open and all the Lions are pulled into the vortex, being separated from one another.
"Keith! Shiro!" Shouted Lana as all the Lions vanish as the Castle of Lions goes in a time loop.
"They've vanished through the temporal rift! The lions are gone!" Said Allura in horror.
Shiro and Keith were thrown from the castle, ejected from the wormhole, sending them and the Black and Red Lion careening through space, until they arrived at a rocky grey deserted like planet, however Keith and Shiro both struggle to keep their Lions at course as they both fall to the atmosphere.
"Come on, come on, come on!" Said Keith trying to thrust the Red Lion's control.
Seeing that there's no other way to control his Lion, he starts to brace for impact, as the Red Lion slammed into the planet. Keith blacked out for a moment from the force of the crash, but he wake as he groan for a bit.
"You okay, Red?" Asked Keith as he thrusted the controls.
'Ugh. . . Sorta, I'm really weak after trying to fight Zarkon.' Said Red groaning in pain.
"Okay. We'll fix you up. We had a tough battle." Said Keith as he climbs up from his Lion to see a desolate land. "Where are we? Where have we landed?"
Keith himself and the Red Lion in a massive, grey wasteland with floating rocks all around him, it was kinda similar to the desert back home, but this felt much more miserable and all grey.
'I don't know, whatever that witch hit us with her magic, it really separate us from the Castle of Lions. . . Wait, where are Black and Shiro?' Asked Red and Keith gasps in realization.
"Shiro. Shiro!" Said Keith trying to communicate with Shiro, but response. "Red, you stay here, I'll try to find Shiro and the Black Lion, and come back for you."
'Alright, go find them Keith, I'll be fine here.' Said Red and Keith starts to go find Shiro and the Black Lion.
Meanwhile Pidge and the Green Lion both crash landed towards what seems to be rings made out of broken up technology, as the Green Lion keeps crashing into large pieces of debris, and the Green Lion suddenly stops in impact.
"Huh? What's the matter, girl?" Asked Pidge as she checks over her Lion.
'I'm okay, but my systems are down. Apparently the corrupted wormhole and the crash is the cause of all this, meaning that I'm out of commission for a while.' Said Green groaning in a bit of pain.
"Okay, rest a bit. I'll see what I can do." Said Pidge as she looks around their surrounding. "Looks like there's no gravity here. It's like a trash nebula of some kind."
'Well, I guess will have to wait until the others come find us, that is until they'll find a way to get out of that corrupted wormhole.' Said Green as she starts to rest up.
"Okay, Pidge, stay calm. You know what they say. "When you get lost in space, the best thing to do is stay put and wait for people to find you." Said Pidge as she starts relax until she starts to feel bored. "This'll be nice. I'll have some "me" time... No one to annoy me."
'Pidge, you do realize that if you keep talking to yourself, you're going to go all crazy.' Said Green snickering at her Paladin and Pidge blushed in embarrassment.
Meanwhile back at the Castle of Lion, the ship was still stuck in the corrupted wormhole and it was being tossed by the hole's current as they can't be able to get out.
"Let's check the Rift Exit Positioning Monitor to see where this wormhole is taking us." Said Coran looking over the system.
"Coran, look! There appears to be something on the other end. We're heading right toward it!" Said Allura seeing at the end of the tunnel of the wormhole, there was a wall of just pitch black.
"Scanners show that there's no exit. It's just nothingness." Said Coran turning to Allura. "Find an exit before we run smack into the void!"
"I can't. I've lost control of the Castle." Said Allura looking over the system.
"Brace yourself! We're about to hit it!" Shouted Coran warning Allura.
So Allura and Coran both brave for impact as the castle hits the void. However as the castle passed through the void, everything seemed alright.
"Let's check the Rift Exit Positioning Monitor to see where this wormhole is taking us." Said Coran repeating what he say before, but however he was different, Allura opened her eyes and smiled that they're okay.
"Coran, we're okay!" Said Allura smiling in relief.
"What are you talking about? We've lost all the lions!" Said Coran in a panic tone, which confused Allura.
"We've just smashed into a black void. Don't you remember?" Asked Allura and one of the mice was on her shoulder, however they weren't nice anymore. . . They were squirrels. "What happened to the mice? They've transformed."
Allura look down to see that all the mice have changed into squirrels, however the moment she look up to look at Coran, she realizes that the mice weren't the only ones that changed, in fact after they hit the black void, Coran had appeared to de-aged, and he looked younger.
"Coran?" Asked Allura in shock.
"Why are you looking at me like that? Do I have a boogie stuck in my mustache again?" Asked Coran as he pulled his mustache.
"No. You look younger." Said Allura and the castle shook and was off-balance.
"Scanners show that there's no exit. It's just nothingness!" Said Coran repeating his sentence again.
"You said that already!" Said Allura and Coran turned to Allura.
"Find an exit before we run smack into the void!" Shouted Coran alerting Allura.
"I'm entering coordinates to get us out of here." Said Allura as she began typing. "The Castle won't accept an end point."
"Just enter any coordinates!" Shouted Coran in horror.
"I tried, but the system is locked. I can't get a signal out or receive a signal in." Said Allura looking over the castle system.
"Allura!" Shouted Coran in panic.
Allura look up to see that the castle has hit the black void yet again. After the castle passed through the void, they were alright, but somehow Coran became younger and doesn't have any sleeves on his shirt.
"Let's check the Rift Exit Positioning Monitor to see where this wormhole is taking us." Said Coran as he brushed his hand through his hair.
"Oh, no! You're even younger now!" Said Allura in frustration.
"What's the matter? You look confused. Don't worry, Princess, I'll get us out of here." Said Coran while strutting differently, Allura sighed in annoyance and gasp to see that the mice are now cows.
"We appear to be in some sort of time loop that's affecting everyone but me." Said Allura and laughs a bit when one of the cows lick her.
"Scanners show that there's no exit. It's just. . ." Said Coran repeating what he said before.
"Nothingness, I know. And we can't find another exit point." Said Allura cutting Coran off and groan in annoyance.
"Don't just stand there. We've got to find a way. I'll never give in to nothingness!" Said Coran in vigor as the castle hit the black void yet again.
Meanwhile at the rocky grey deserted like planet where Shiro and Keith both crashed with the Black and Red Lion, Shiro woke up after being blacked out when the Black Lion crash landed.
He groaned as he sat up, rolling his neck and shoulders as he looked around the cockpit of the Black Lion, everything looked to be in good condition, however as he sat up, he hissed in pain, and look down at his wound, that Haggar gave him when he was fighting her.
Realizing he wasn't the only one who crashed landed, he got out of his Lion and tried to communicate with Keith, hoping that he's okay.
"Keith, are you there? Keith?" Said Shiro trying to communicate with Keith through his helmet but all he heard was static, meaning that there was no good connection. "I've got to get to higher ground."
Meanwhile at the other side of the desert, Keith began to run as his helmet had the location of the Black Lion, a small icon blinking on his visor, so he followed that, as he continued to call out to Shiro.
"Shiro, can you hear me? Shiro?" Said Keith trying to communicate with Shiro, but all he heard was static. "Shiro, are you there?"
Shiro, meanwhile, had climbed out of the Black Lion in the hopes of getting to higher ground Loo and trying to contact Keith. The process was slow-going, since the wound was doing nothing but making everything harder, but Shiro was trying his hardest when suddenly he heard Keith's voice through his helmet.
"Shiro, are you there? Answer me!" Said Keith through Shiro's helmet transmission.
"Keith. I'm here. Keith." Said Shiro but Keith didn't hear him, and Shiro realized he needs to get a bit higher.
"Shiro, it's Keith." Said Keith through Shiro's helmet transmission.
"Keith, Keith, I'm here. I'm okay." Said Shiro as he slumped down to the ground so he could sit.
"Shiro, you made it." Said Keith relief that Shiro is okay.
"It takes more than a glowing alien wound, a fall from the upper atmosphere, and crashing into a hard pan surface, at what I'm guessing is about 25 meters per second squared, to get rid of me. How are you?" Asked Shiro while looking at his wound.
"Not good. My lion's busted. Wait, what wound?" Asked Keith sounding worried.
"It's nothing." Said Shiro as he groan in pain.
"Hang on, I'm coming." Said Keith as Shiro sighted a bit.
However Shiro began to hear the sound of feline-like growling nearby caught his ears, and Shiro looked down over the ledge to see a handful of creatures sniffing around the Black Lion. They looked giant lizards, with long, whip-like tails, long sharp teeth, red eyes, and grey scales.
"On second thought, you'd better hurry." Said Shiro sounding worried.
Meanwhile back at the Trash Nebula, Pidge exit out of the Green Lion, with River hovering beside her, to check around the area. Course, it was kinda difficult because of the gravity, but Pidge had her Jetpack and River helped her.
However as Pidge and Rover flew near what seem like a metal cave, they both saw blue glowing eyes flickered to life, inside the cave looking directly at Pidge.
Pidge yelped in fear as she lost her balance for a tick, Rover quickly help Pidge straighten up and the Green Paladin aims her Bayard at the eyes as more appears.
"Who's there?" Asked Pidge in fear.
Sure enough, the 'eyes' began to move forward, stepping into the light. But coming into the light, were a bunch of fuzzy little creatures that were small floofs of varying pastel shades with no limbs, wide eyes, and the eye's on their check where actually glowing marks, and they were making a cute squeaky sound.
"Hmm? Aw! Hey, little guys! Aw, you guys are so cute. Too cute to be found in a dump like this." Said Pidge looking at the adorable creature with a smiling. "Are you guys the only ones living here? I hope my rough landing didn't disturb your day. I'll only be here for a short time. I'm waiting for my friends to find me. We were separated during a wormhole jump."
Then five of the creatures bump into each other, forming a row, as they all make an adorable squeaking sound at Pidge.
"Yeah, friends! I sure hope they find me soon." Said Pidge as she look at the Green Lion.
Meanwhile back at the Castle of Lions, Coran and the mice kept changing into different creatures, and now they are transformed into snails, while Coran has reverted into a moody teenager.
"Let's check the Rift Exit Positioning Monitor to see where this wormhole is taking us." Said Coran indifferently and sighed in boredom. "This is so boring."
"Coran, please! I don't need any of your attitude right now." Said Allura as the snails crawl over her.
"You don't understand me at all! You have no idea what I'm going through! I'll be in my control area! Hmmph!" Said Coran as he huffs back.
"I can't manually enter coordinates. But the Castle will automatically lock on to the lions' whereabouts, if we can locate them." Said Allura turning off the monitor and bringing up the star map to find the Lions, but somehow it wasn't working. "It's not working! I'm unable to hone in on their location."
However, teenage Coran began to turn on loud opera music, which starts to annoy Allura since they were in a crisis.
"Coran, turn that down! Our lives are at stake!" Shouted Allura as she takes down the map and scolded at Coran
"I can only express myself through music!" Said Coran and Allura groan.
"Coran, if you don't turn that down, I swear I'll turn this Castle around and. . ." Said Allura looking frustrated.
"And what? We're just gonna run into this void that's coming up here. I hate everybody!" Shouted Coran as they approached the black void.
Suddenly castle has hit the black void yet again. After the castle passed through the void, Coran have reverted into a child, and shockingly still has his mustache, and the mice turned into a strange creature with four heads.
"Let's check the Rift Exit Positioning Monitor to see where this wormhole is taking us, whatever that means." Said Child Coran as he looks at Allura.
"We've tried everything and nothing's worked. A few more trips down this wormhole and you're going to disappear. We must find a way out." Said Allura looking over the system.
"Just blast your way out! Duh!" Said Child Coran as he climbed on the four-headed creature's back and rides it like a pony.
"I suppose it's worth a try. The Castle defenses might have enough firepower to destroy the tunnel." Said Allura considering Coran's idea.
"Yeah! And it'll go ker-plooey!" Said Child Coran and Allura began shooting at the black void, but it starts shooting back at them.
"It's not working! It's like we're shooting at ourselves." Said Allura in a panic tone and Coran blows raspberry.
"Where's Voltron?" Said Child Coran as they hit the black void yet again.
Meanwhile at the rocky grey deserted like planet, Keith flies towards Shiro with his jetpack, when he heard something from his helmet that felt like Shiro wasn't alone.
"Shiro, what happened?" Asked Keith sounding concerned.
"There's several creatures." Said Shiro as he panted heavily.
Then as Keith tumbled forward, he heard a crack sound and looked back, to see the ground where he'd stepped spewed up in a large geyser, and steam was rising up. He stepped back a bit, before he continued to move forward.
Meanwhile with Shiro, he was stumbling back a bit so the lizard creatures won't see him, when suddenly he sensed something behind him and immediately stumbled back. Staring him down was one of those ugly lizard creatures, and its growling caught the attention of the others. They began climbing up to him and Shiro scrambled to his feet.
Meanwhile Keith stepped forward to continue moving towards Shiro to save him, when suddenly he yelped as many geysers began to erupt around him, one right in front of him, and he began to keep moving to get away from the geysers.
Keith saw a cliff up ahead and he down and try to figure out just how to get over it. However, the geysers began to catch up with him. Suddenly one erupted right behind him, destroying the rock under his feet, sending him tumbling over the edge with a yell.
Meanwhile Shiro was looking for something to get away from the lizard creature, when he spotted a small cave below him, so he began to slide down the rock, he hit level ground and starts heading towards the cave, diving in just as the lizard creatures slammed into it, and the force caused a small shift, allowing rocks to fall over the entrance, caging him in, keeping Shiro safe for a while.
"Keith, are you okay? What happened?" Said Shiro communicating with Keith.
At the cliff where Keith have fell, Keith was able to activate his Bayard and struck his sword at the edge of the cliff, and keep him from falling.
"Minor delay, but I'm on my way. How are you?" Asked Keith as he climb up the edge of the cliff.
"I'm all right, but I'm trapped in a cave, and some nasty-looking creatures have me cornered." Said Shiro as the lizard creature began digging through the cave.
"Stay put. I'm on my way. I just have to. . . Figure this out." Said Keith looking over the cliff.
Meanwhile back at the Trash Nebula, Pidge had taken the initiative to make surprisingly accurate sculptures of her friends out of the trash. Pidge even begun to act them out in their best renditions of her friends' voices for the trash floofs, who were watching with rapt attention.
"My name is Keith. I'm so emo."" Said Pidge imitating Keith.
"Hey everyone, I'm Lana McClain, I'm like the most beautiful and artistic girl in the world." Said Pidge imitating Lana and looks at the sculpture of Keith. "Oh wow Keith, your muscles are so ripped, may I please feel them, please?"
"Oh, Lana. . . Sure.' Said Pidge imitating Keith as she made the sculpture of Lana touching sculpture of Keith's muscles.
"Shiro, you're our leader. What should we do?" Said Pidge in her normal voice and looks at the sculpture of Shiro.
"We'll get through this if we work together. We're a team."" Said Pidge imitating Shiro and the small fuzzy little creatures look at Pidge.
"I don't feel good. The smell of this place makes me want to barf."" Said Pidge imitating Hunk as she next to the sculpture of Hunk.
"Paladins, please. We must defeat Zarkon."" imitating Allura as she next to the sculpture of Allura.
"Blah, blah, blah! Crazy words. Mustache."" Said Pidge imitating Coran as she next to the sculpture of Coran.
Suddenly Pidge saw that the small fuzzy little creatures started flashing their marks on their cheeks, so Pidge turned to see what the small fuzzy little creatures were looking at, breaking out into a grin when they saw the Green Lion is activated and her particular shield goes up.
"Green, you're working again! Welcome back!" Said Pidge as she began to make her way over, till she tripped on a wire, and crash back down at the trash pile.
'Pidge, are you okay?' Asked Green as she goes into her physical form and goes to her Paladin.
"Yeah, I'm okay Green, I just fell towards this old, rusty satellite." Said Pidge and suddenly she got an idea. "Hey! Maybe we can find the others before they find us."
'Oh, I like the way you think, Pidge.' Said Green smiling at Pidge and looks at the small fuzzy little creatures. 'Oh, look at these small creatures. . .'
"Green, don't even think about it." Said Pidge giving her Lion a look.
'Okay, okay.' Said Green as they began to work on the satellite.
Meanwhile at the rocky grey deserted like planet, as the geysers had stopped, Keith has a moment to stand at the edge of the canyon and he catch his breath.
"Patience yields focus." Said Keith to himself as he looks around to find a solution and stepped away from the edge of the cliff.
"That really stayed with you, didn't it?" Said Shiro smiling at what Keith learn from him.
"You've given me some good advice." Said Keith as he stomped hard on the ground, watching a small geyser spew up. "If it wasn't for you, my life would have been a lot different."
"Yeah. You wouldn't have crashed a flying lion on an alien planet and be stuck with little hope of rescue. So, you're welcome." Said Shiro and he starts coughing because of his injury.
"Stay with me, Shiro." Said Keith as he activates his Bayard.
Then Keith starts standing on the edge of the cliff, as he takes a deep breath, he swiped his sword behind him and cutting the edge of the rock like butter. And from the moment, a geyser starts to appear, and shoots him across the canyon. And sending him halfway through.
But suddenly, the rock began to crumble, but Keith bent his knees and waited as long as he could before launching himself off, and uses his jetpack to add force to his jump. Keith just barely made it to the other side of the cliff, as he was able to grab onto the ledge and haul himself up.
"Keith! Keith!" Said Shiro through the helmet transmission sounding worried.
"Hang on. I'm on my way." Said Keith as he head back on track.
"Good, because these guys just started digging." Said Shiro seeing the lizard creatures began digging further.
"Shiro, I have a visual on the Black Lion." Said Keith as he spotted the Black Lion ahead of him.
Shiro was going to respond, when all of a sudden, he gets snagged by one of the lizard creatures and is being thrown away from the cave. He tries to defend himself but receives more injuries, then one of the creatures knocked him downhill, and as he crashed to the ground, he got up and starts running, didn't realize he left him helmet behind.
"Shiro, what happened?" Said Keith communicating through Shiro's helmet, but doesn't receive any respond, so he hurried to save Shiro.
Meanwhile back at the Castle of Lions, Coran has reverted into a toddler, and surprisingly he still has his mustache, while the mice are transformed into giant floating glowing balls.
"Let's check the Rift Exit Positioning Monitor to see where this worm goes. I hungy." Said Toddler Coran as his stomach growled and starts stomping on the control panel, and throwing a tantrum, and Allura began past the mice as she rubs towards Coran.
"Coran, no! That is not a toy. You're going to break the Castle and everything will stop!" Said Allura picking up Coran and scolding him till she got an idea. "Wait a second. Perhaps we can simply stop the Castle from moving."
"No! Mine!" Said Toddler Coran whining while pulling Allura's hair, but Allura was able to turn off power, but the castle was still moving.
"I've shut down all the power." Said Allura looking around the castle. "Why are we still moving towards the void?"
"My control panel!" Shouted Toddler Coran as he cried.
Suddenly the Castle of Lion hit the black void yet again. After the castle passed through the void, Allura finds herself back in her place, only to find Coran reverted into a baby, with a tuff of hair shaped like his mustache, and the mice turned into a bird creature, and baby Coran starts crying.
"I know, I know. Who wants to check the Rift Exit Positioning Monitor to see where this wormhole is taking us? You do, that's who." Said Allura calming baby Coran. "We have to get out of this loop before the only thing left of you is your mustache."
Meanwhile, Keith arrived at the destination where the Black Lion crashed, he ended up in front of the Black Lion, but he didn't see Shiro anywhere. Keith looked around, freezing when he saw Shiro trying to get away from the lizard creatures on a ledge a good hundred feet up. Realizing that Shiro is in trouble, he turned to the Black Lion, and goes to it.
"I know I'm not Shiro, but he's in trouble. We need to help him." Said Keith as he laid his hand on the Black Lions face.
Meanwhile, Shiro was trying his hardest to fight off the lizard creatures while his wound still stings him, and he hoped that Keith will arrived in time. Suddenly the lizard creatures attack him and he fall to the center of the three, Shiro knows he can't hold out much longer, but he has to until Keith arrives.
Before lizard creature could even attack Shiro, suddenly the Black Lion landed behind Shiro, driven by Keith, as he attacked the lizard creatures, and the Black Lion let out a night roar which scared the lizard creatures away, and Shiro couldn't be more happy to be safe, and Keith is glad he made it on time.
Meanwhile back at the Trash Nebula, Pidge, Rover, and the fuzzy little creatures were just placing the satellite dish in place on the back of Green, connecting it to a contraption they'd built.
"That ought to do it. Now, let's see if we can get a hold of the Castle." Said Pidge as the satellite activated but it shuts down, and Pidge growled in frustration. "No, no! What's wrong? I need to get out of here! I need to find my friends! Come on!"
'Allow me.' Said Green as her spirits goes inside her mechanical body, then the Green Lion let out a loud roar as it channels its energy to the satellite, sending a signal.
"Thanks Green." Said Pidge as she flies inside her Lion with Rover and starts hooking up the system. "Now, let's see if this thing works. I hope the signal's strong enough to reach the Castle."
Meanwhile, Allura realized that they are almost getting close to the black viod, and knows that once they hit it, Coran will disappear.
"Coran, what are we going to do? If we hit the end of the tunnel again, you'll cease to exist." Said Allura as baby Coran food in her arms and she hugs him close to her as tears formed in her eyes. "I'm sorry. You were like a second father to me."
Just then when Allura feels like all hope is lost, the screen began to flashed with a signal, catching Allura's attention.
"Coran, look! The Castle has locked onto a coordinate." Said Allura as she began to type into the coordinates. "Come on. Come on!"
Suddenly just as they were about to be hit into the black void, a wormhole opened before them, and they emerge and fly towards the Trash Nebula where the signal is coming from.
"We made it!" Said Allura cheering but was interrupted by snoring and she look down to see Coran still in her arms, and back to his normal age, and he wakes up.
"Mm? Mom?" Asked Coran and Allura drops him to the floor, and see's Pidge as she appears on the Castle screen.
"You saved us, Pidge. We were stuck in a time loop." Said Allura smiling at Pidge.
"You got us out with this giant trash pile." Said Coran smiling and has a double bump on his head.
"It's a make-shift communications link that sends out the Green Lion energy. It's similar to the energy that guided the Blue Lion home." Said Pidge explaining to the two Alteans.
"Pidge, you're a genius!" Said Coran complimenting Pidge.
"I know. Besides, it wasn't just me. Rover and all of them helped." Said Pidge smiling at her little bot and her new fuzzy little creature friends.
"Let's go get the rest of the paladins." Said Allura's smiling while Coran scratch his bump.
Meanwhile, the Red and Black Lion were functional once again, sitting by the canyon where Shiro had crashed. While Shiro and Keith were sitting on the ground in front of a fire that they'd managed to make, as they wait for the others to find them, while the Red and Black Lion are in their physical forms, and sitting in front of the fire with their Paladins.
"Thanks for saving me." Said Shiro smiling at Keith.
"You'd have done the same for me." Said Keith smiling at Shiro. "How's your wound?"
"My wound's great. It's getting bigger all the time. Just trying to lighten the mood." Said Shiro as he chuckle a bit.
"Hang in there. When Allura and Coran find us, they'll fix you right up." Said Keith looking determined for Shiro.
"Keith, if I don't make it out of here, I want you to lead Voltron." Said Shiro shocking Keith but he look at Shiro with a serious look.
"Stop talking like that. You're gonna make it." Said Keith with determination and Shiro smile at him weakly.
"By the way, Keith. . . When are you going to tell Lana how you. . . Really feel?" Asked Shiro causing Keith to blush really red.
"What the. . . How did you. . ." Said Keith in embarrassment.
"Keith, I've known you for so long, and even though you're not good with feelings, I can tell that you are in love with Lana." Said Shiro smiling at Keith.
Keith was going to denied it, but he soon stopped and realized that Shiro is right, that he knows him way too well, and he slumped down a bit, as he his hugged his knees close to his chest.
"How long have you had a crush on Lana?" Asked Shiro smiling at Keith.
"Since the first time I saw her at the Garrisons, that's when I first start to like her, and since now when we were chosen to be the Lions Paladins." Said Keith looking at Shiro being honest. "And the thing is that me and Lana almost kissed."
"Wait, you guys kissed?!" Asked Shiro in shock.
"Well, we would've, if Hunk didn't show up just as we were about to." Said Keith blushing in embarrassment.
"Oh, guess you were almost this close into kissing the girl you always had a crush on." Said Shiro chuckling a bit at Keith.
"But she hates me Shiro." Said Keith looking a bit defeat. "Everyone always tried to compare Lana to me, and she decided that we should be rivals, I don't think I might have a chance."
"Well Keith, you might not actually know, if you have it a chance, and tell her. Try asking her out on a date, I'm sure she'll accept it, besides I think you're being an idiot for not telling Lana or asking her out." Said Shiro smiling at Keith. "And, I've known Lana as much as you do, and I can tell that she actually likes you too, in fact, she has a secret crush on you, don't tell her I say that."
Keith look at Shiro with a shock look, from the moment when Shiro says that Lana has a secret crush on him, he blush a bit as he looked at the fire, and deep down he was happy to hear that Lana really likes him, even though she didn't show it. Keith soon realizes that Shiro's right, if he wants to tell Lana he likes her, he needs to ask her out on a date, and he hoped that once the group are reunited again, he'll have the courage to ask Lana out on a date, and tell her his true feelings for her.
Suddenly, there was a bright light in the upper atmosphere, Shiro, Keith, and the two Lions looked up to see a wormhole, the Green Lion flying out of the wormhole to greet them, and they are happy that they are saved now.
Meanwhile back ay Zarkon's Central Command Center, Prorok and Thace are both kneeling in front of Zarkon's throne, as they both trying not to show fear as Emperor Zarkon and the witch glared down at them, and their eyes are glowing bright in anger.
"Explain to me how you let Voltron escape." Said Zarkon in an evil tone.
"Perhaps it was a mechanical failure, sire. Haggar boosted the solar barrier's power beyond its normal limits." Said Prorok kneeling down to Zarkon.
"This was no mechanical failure. The two sentries that were guarding the barrier control were found destroyed. This was clearly sabotage." Said Haggar glaring fiercely at Prorok.
"Lord Zarkon, I will start an investigation immediately." Said Prorok offering to Zarkon as he lifted his head to look at his ruler. "I will not rest until the perpetrators are captured."
"Perhaps I can save months of investigating. Who has been trying to chisel Voltron away from me this entire time? Who sent his fleet out without my orders to get Voltron?" Said Zarkon glaring at Prorok who look scared. "And more importantly, who hired a bounty hunter and was failed yet again and embarrassed the Galra Empire?"
"Sire, no! I. . . I would never do that." Said Prorok trying convince his emperor he wouldn't betray him, till two sentries came behind him.
"Get rid of him." Said Zarkon as the two sentries began dragging Prorok out of the room.
"No! I'm innocent!" Shouted Prorok as the sentries dragged him away and he struggle out of their grip.
"Before we dispose of him, the druids will find out all that he knows. Then, he will receive a punishment worse than death." Said Haggar as Zarkon looks at Thace.
"Lieutenant Thace." Said Zarkon and Thace looks at his ruler. "You are now in charge of the investigation Commander."
"Vrepit sa." Said Thace bowing at his emperor.
