Marinette and Alya are staring at the flirtatious pair sitting on the sofa, amazed and confused at the same time. They turn to Juleka, hoping to find an answer but the younger Couffaine seems to be as baffled as them when she sees how physically close her brother and Himawari are. Adrien, Nino and all their friends are quite dumbfounded as well, just a few days ago, these two wouldn't even look at each other and now, Himawari is giggling at whatever jokes the guitarist makes.

"Uhm, Juleka? Can you please explain?" Marinette asks her friend.

"Oh, I think that they made up, I think…"

Although they are both minding their own business, with the raven head focusing on her sketchbook and Luka tuning his guitar, no one can deny the lovey-dovey aura around them.

"I bet something happened when we're not around…" Alya smirks.

"Do you think that they confessed? Oh that would be so romantic!" Rose squeals in excitement.

"I thought that Himawari is waiting for him to say it first…" Mylene chimes in.

"I thought that Himawari has to be the person who said it first…" Kagami looks at the pair "She doesn't seem to be a passive type of person to me."

While their friends are gathering around, speculating about the situation, Himawari is enjoying herself with a cup of hot chocolate and drawing on her sketchpad. Luka is right next to her, strumming the guitar as he closes his eyes and hums along with the melody.

With the audition for Evergreen Record Label, Rose has finished the lyrics and has asked the older boy to come up with the melody for their new song. Luka, with his musical talent, has spent days strumming his guitar and writing down the notes for the new tune. As much as he hates to say it, the young guitarist doesn't want to disappoint his father, who has given them a chance to sign up with his record label. Mr. Couffaine has stated that there is no special treatment and that the Kitty Section has to fight in order to win a spot in the Evergreen Record Label, it's a competition and nothing excited Luka more than competing for the number one spot.

With his problem with Himawari resolved, the young guitarist seems to find new inspiration for his music and most of them are coming from the raven head. Just by sitting next to her and watching the young artist doing her things on the sketchpad, Luka can come up with a new melody that speaks about his feelings more openly than before. Himawari notices this, she has commented about it recently, how he is freely exposing himself through his guitar. As her eyes sparkle in excitement, the raven head states that she is very happy for him to finally step out of his wall and share his emotions more with everyone.

Luka notices her giggles and turns to his side, puzzling.

"Luka, you're doing it again." she points at his guitar.

"Doing what?"

"Your melody, it speaks about you and how excited you are for this audition!"

The older boy chuckles at her comment, teasing her by asking if she's been watching him this whole time. Himawari blushes, shaking her head violently at the thought. She looks at her friends, feeling awkward when they're mumbling into each other's ears and pointing at them.

"Can I ask you something?"

"Hm?" she turns to him, smiling sweetly.

"Do you think…" he sighs "Do you think we will be able to do it?"

Himawari blinks her eyes a bit and then observes the older boy. His question doesn't sound like it's coming from his own insecurity, Luka is very proud of his musical talent and he does not look down on his own band either. The question that he is asking her is more like 'Do you believe in us?', which she can answer that they will win the audition without a doubt. The raven head has spent so much time, watching and listening to their music, to his music and she knows they're very talented, not only as a group but also as individuals.

"Why are you asking that?"

Luka just smiles and says nothing. As excited as he is, the guitarist also feels the pressure of winning the audition. The Kitty Section has tried to get a record deal many times and none of the labels accept them, mainly because they believe that their band is just a bunch of teenagers who don't have much potential. He wants to change that, he wants to show everyone that these 'teenagers' are talented and that they can break out in the music industry. Although Mr. Couffaine has given them a chance, they still have to compete with many other small artists to score the record deal and they have to win this opportunity.

Himawari sighs softly as he expresses his concerns for them and the future of the Kitty Section. If none of the judges take them seriously, they will never be able to break away from the 'bunch of teenagers' title. However, the raven head has a very good feeling about it, she believes that they can win. Rose's lyrics are very unique and with Luka's musical talent, she bets that the performance will blow the judges away.

"I know that you guys are going to be great!" she smiles, her hand slightly touching his "I think that it's only a matter of time before the judges realize how amazing you guys are."

Aqua eyes look at her hand as he grabs it, feeling the soothing warmth of her skin against his. Her presence always brings such calmness into his mind and he loves every moment he spends with her.

"Come on, Luka! Cheer up!" she giggles "How about this? If you and the Kitty Section win the audition, I'll grant you one wish!"

"One wish?" he raises a brow, amused at her words "Why only one? Isn't it suppose to be 3 wishes?"

"I'm not a Genie!" she scowls softly "So? One wish?"

"Sure, I'm not backing down on that."

With that, Luka stands up and gathers the band together, telling them that it's time for practice. Himawari giggles, seeing how excited he is at her suggestion. Marinette and Alya walk to her, smirking as they plop down onto the sofa and smile at their friends. The glasses girl 'wink-wink, nudge-nudge' at the young artist, smiling smugly as she teases her friend for being so close to the guitarist. She pouts, ignoring her friend's comment as she casts her gaze at the tall figure, strumming his guitar confidently on the stage.

Himawari smiles, ignoring the sketchpad in her hand as she stares in awe at the band, jamming to their song. Their song, of course, is as lively as ever as Rose sings her heart out. Luka strums his guitar, aqua eyes cast on her as he smirks. A blush appears on her face as the raven head turns away, avoiding his gaze as she smiles to herself, her heart swells in excitement.

"Hm, this is interesting…"

"Kagami?!" she turns to her side, surprised to see the young fencer appears behind her.

"You guys are dating?"

She almost spills the hot chocolate onto the sketchpad as the artist stares at her friend, shocked.

"W-who said that?"

"Oh, so you're not dating?" Kagami looks at her and smirks "Yet?"

She blushes madly, steam coming out of her head as she finds herself unable to say anything. The thought of her and Luka dating is nice, but then again, there's nothing that happened between them other than just being good friends. But the event the other day, when they're so close to sharing that sweet moment, she can't help but hope that it will happen one day…

Marinette and Himawari wait patiently in the building of the Evergreen Record Label. Today is the audition day and everyone, including the young artist, has come to cheer for their friends. As they're sitting in the waiting area, the bluenette can't help her curiosity when she sees her friend's hands moving skillfully, knitting the charcoal-colored wool into a long piece of clothing.

"Himawari, what are you doing?"

She turns to the young designer, smiling sweetly as she presents her work, a wool scarf that is midway from finishing. Marinette squeals in excitement as she looks at the scarf, admiring the little details that the raven head has added to it. Another thing that catches her eye is the white Jagged Stone logo at the end of the scarf, a very detailed logo that she bet Himawari took days to finish.

"Tell me, is this for…?"

Her friend's face goes red as she timidly nods, smiling to herself and holds onto the scarf dearly. Marinette almost screams out at how cute she is and how he is going to be so happy once he receives this gift.

Their school semester is going to end in 3 weeks and then they're going to have a winter break that lasted for 2 weeks. This year, Adrien has invited them to his house for a Christmas party, saying that Nathalie has specifically asked his father permission to celebrate. Gabriel Agreste, as much as he hates the noisy environment, is unable to say no to his pregnant wife. The blonde model is very excited about this as it's his first time throwing a Christmas party with all his friends and everyone has suggested doing a gift exchange on that day.

"Wait, you're not going to put this in a gift exchange, are you?"

"No, silly! Of course not!" she giggles "I'll give this to Luka, for the gift exchange, it's gonna be a different thing."

"Ohh, what are you gonna get?"

She pokes the bluenette's nose, chuckles when her friend yelps out in surprise and tells her that it's going to be a secret. Marinette whines a bit, asking her to reveal it as she will keep her mouth shut but the raven head shakes her head. Knowing her friend, no secret is going to be kept if she tells the bluenette about her gift. She trusts the young designer with some of her secrets, but with her festive vibe, she's not going to be able to hold back from spilling any beans to the others about the gift.

Adrien and Kagami weren't able to make it as they have a fencing test today, the last one of the semester students will need their time to study for their finals. They both wish the band lots of luck as both Marinette and Himawari receive their messages before the audition starts. Saying it's an audition, it's not as big as they have imagined as there are only about 10 contestants when they walk in, with most of them around 18-20 years old and a small number of teenagers hoping to present their music to the judges.

"I'm so worried!" the bluenette sighs "I know that they're good but what if... what if…"

"They're going to be fine, you have to believe in them." the young artist smiles "They're very good and the judges are going to love them."

"Bu-but, it's already 3 hours!"

Himawari pats her friend's back, reassuring her that everything will be fine and that their friends are going to score a record deal. She has had this feeling ever since Luka told her that the Kitty Section is going to perform to compete for a spot in the Evergreen Record Label. Although it sounds superstitious, the raven head can't help herself but just believes in her feelings that her friends are going to win.

During their practice, she offered a helping hand whenever they need her, either giving her opinion on the practice session or just baking some sweets to cheer them up. She also notices how Luka has loosened himself a lot lately, although his melody is pretty much the same, he is slowly expressed and exposed in other areas of himself that he has never gotten in touch with. The raven head really enjoys this side of him as he will put all his focus and strums his guitar, creating tune after tune, melody after melody that describes everyone and everything around him.

Another thing that pops into her mind is that Mr. Couffaine has come and visited the houseboat a few times she can spot him talking to Juleka and Luka, while the older boy still has this grumpiness on his face, she can see happiness sparks in his eyes whenever Mr. Couffaine turns his attention to him. Anarka has commented about the scene, saying that Luka is easily flustered when his father talks to him which makes Himawari giggles in response.

"There they are, Himawari!"

Turning her attention to the sliding door, the raven head smiles as she puts away the wools in her bag and walks up to them with Marinette. When they get closer, the bluenette asks question after question, but all of them fall on deaf ears as none of her friends respond. Worries struck her and she guides her friend to the sitting area, not wanting to block anyone from going in and out.

"So? How did it go?"

"Well…"

Marinette immediately goes for the worse scenario as she starts to comfort her friends, saying that many other opportunities await them. Himawari exhales heavily when she sees the disappointment in Luka's eyes, she feels very bad for her friends and is quite fed up at the judges for not being able to see the great potential of her friends.

As she reaches out onto the guitarist's shoulder to comfort him and the others, she can feel Luka's body shakes a bit before everyone burst out laughing. The girls are startled, not understanding what's going on and why their friends are laughing like that. Himawari turns to him, baffling when he chuckles and gives her a piece of paper. She accepts it, reading the content with Marinette and just in a few seconds, the bluenette screams at the top of her lungs as she hugs her friend tightly.

"Oh my god, you guys!" she cracks up "I was so worried when none of you said anything…"

Himawari raises a hand to her chest, feeling her heart just stop beating as she lets out a sigh of relief. She turns to Luka, who hasn't moved his gaze away from her, smiling sweetly.

"Congratulation!"

As all their friends are celebrating the amazing victory, Luka steps closer to her and grabs onto her hand, holding it tightly. Despite seeing his calm composure, the raven head can feel his hand slightly shaking against her. The raven head giggles, lacing their fingers together to comfort him. Luka turns to her side, only to meet those beautiful amethyst orbs sparking with excitement, relief, and satisfaction. The guitarist grins, leaning closer to say thank you and reminding her about the 'promise' that she had proposed the other day.

The whole band is gathering around, cheering and sharing congratulations with one another. Marinette asks them many questions about the audition and Rose is not shy away from the information that she's about to give. Juleka silently nods her head at whatever the petite blond is saying when her eyes widen a bit as she witnesses the lovely scene between her brother and Himawari.

The raven head turns crimson, her whole body is heating up when Luka's lips touch her cheek. She has promised to grant the guitarist one wish if he and the band win the audition, when he confesses his wish into her ears, her legs become wobbly. Before she can even react, Luka has planted a kiss on her cheek, much to her surprise as her hand shots up immediately and touches her cheek. The young artist turns to him, a blush adorns her face when she sees the older boy's smug smile like he just won the perfect prize at a carnival.

"Hey, let's go celebrate at Andres!"

"C-coming!"

Luka lets go of her hand as Himawari walks up to them, too embarrassed to even look at the guitarist behind her back. The older boy picks up his pace to walk side by side with Juleka, his sister gives him a look that he turns to her, puzzling.

"Aren't you going to confess?"

"Hm?"

Her question takes him by surprise as Luka stares at his sister, stunned.

"To her! Aren't you going to confess to Himawari?"

"Well…" sheepishly scratches his head, Luka smiles "Maybe someday…"
