xmodaliyong12: As I said in Chapter 1, romance is a possibility but I'm waiting to see how the characters develop together before I confirm any relationships. Sonic is a very free willed guy, so he's a bit tough to tie down into a relationship. Harem's are possible, but I will not confirm anything.

As for Archer Emiya being willing to kill unlike Sonic… Sonic is absolutly willing to kill if the chips come down to it, he just prefers not to if possible. Arcueid is an interesting choice and one I have thought on, but am currently unsure as she's… You know, Archetype Earth.
Luckenhaft: Cu and Sonic would be fast friends I believe.
Shadowfox219: As interesting as that idea is, there may be some issues. The Throne of Heroes exists outside of space/time yes, but its still connected to the Counterforce, which doesn't exist in Sonic's world. Second, unless your a god or Pseudo-Servant, you can't manifest as a Servant unless your original self is dead, and none of the Sonic Round Table are to my knowledge.
"Ughh…. What hit me?". Sonic groaned, forcing himself up from the rocky ground. He looked around and. "Okay getting some bad flashbacks here!".
Fire, destruction. It was everywhere, what once might have been a beautiful city was now ruined, it reminded Sonic of Crisis City and anything that reminded him of that place was bad news in the hedgehog's mind. However his attention would soon be grabbed by something.
"Are those… skeletons?". He wondered aloud, looking at the vaguely human looking skeletons wandering about. He grinned, time for some fun!
In a blur of speed, Sonic rushed towards a skeleton wielding a sword and spin dashed it, and then continued his attack by spin dashing the closest skeletons. One tried stabbing him with a spear, but he just hopped onto it and delivered a punch to its skull, shattering it.
Looking around, there were plenty of skeletons left and more just seemed to be appearing. But Sonic only smirked cockily.
"Oh boy! Now this is really starting to feel like an adventure!". Sonic leapt back into battle, confidence radiating off him.
Kicks, punches and spin dashes, slowly but surely Sonic was overwhelming and destroying the hordes of skeletons. Sonic sped around their attacks and delivered his own brutal kicks or punches. He had to be a bit careful around the sharp weaponry, he didn't exactly have anything to protect his skin from a blade right now and he'd rather not have to waste rings here.
He grinned, this felt just like back home taking care of Eggbut's machi-
"KYAAAAAAAH!". A feminine scream caused Sonic to freeze, that sounded like Mashu! Ignoring the skeletons around him, he sped off in the direction the screams came from. He had to be quick!
Mashu Kyrielight was not having a good time, waking up in the ruins and still on fire city was bad enough, add in the skeletons and the vile mana in the air was worst, but add in the garden of creepy stone statues? It went from horrible to nightmare.
Add in the psychotic Lancer Servant she was rather confident in calling Medusa? Her chances of survival had hit an all time low. She was currently hiding on the roof of a still stable building, away from the skeletons who couldn't reach her up here.
She held a torn piece of her jacket to a bloody wound across her stomach, she had managed to escape Lancer for now but she wasn't sure for how long. She needed to ether set up a ritual to summon a Servant or find a better place to hide. It'd take to long to create a ritual and she wasn't certain it'd work without Chaldea's backup.
'I… I don't want to die here! I want to see the outside world, the sun! The stars! I want to experience the food, I want to run in the fields!'. She didn't want to die, she was scared and her options for survival were low.
She remembered the times Doctor Roman would talk about the outside world, and her recent conversation with Sonic about his own world. She… She just wanted to see a single grassy field at least once, in person and not pictures.
"Oh? There you are, you've certainly given me a good run, but I think its time I ended this, little girl". No… Mashu turned around to stare at the face of her incoming death, Medusa stared back with a psychotic smile twirling the immortal slaying Harpe in her hands. "A shame you ran from my garden, you would've made a lovely statue… But I suppose I'll just have to enjoy your blood instead!".
Medusa was to fast, even if Mashu activated the highest level of reinforcement she could muster, the Servant would outspeed her and she'd be killed! Her mind went through different plans and ideas for her survival, but no matter what she thought it they all ended the same way, with her dead.
'I'm dead then… I guess it was to be expected, its not like I had much longer to live anyway… But I wish'. Her mind returned to the stories Sonic had told her of his world, of floating islands and magical adventures, of adorable creatures called Chao and the Chao Gardens, of his friends and allies. 'I wish… I could've seen Senpai's world'.
Medusa swung her blade, Mashu could only watch as death loomed closer and closed her eyes. Her mind filling with memories of a recently created friend and the adventures she wished she could've had.
CLANG!
"What!?". That was Medusa? But why was she…? Mashu opened her eyes and could only stare in awe, wielding a rusted sword and blocking Harpe from his vulnerable flesh was a familiar blue hedgehog.
"Hey! I don't appreciate people trying to kill my buddies!". Sonic said with a grin, and in a show of strength pushed Medusa back, he turned to smile at Mashu. "Sup, how ya been?".
She could only stare, not just from the surprise of being saved, but at the impossible feat Sonic had just shown. A human couldn't beat a Servant, much less overpower one so easily… But her Senpai wasn't human, was he?
"S-senpai! Don't get distracted, Medusa's still very dangerous!". She shouted, quickly thinking of the things her Senpai most needed to know. "She has the power to petrify anyone she locks gaze with! She can also create chains and snakes from her hair!".
Sonic gaze a nod to the pink haired girl and focused his attention back onto the still shocked Medusa.
"Impossible… A Phantasmal? No… What are you?!". Medusa hissed, parts of her hair transforming into snakes that joined her in hissing at Sonic, who just smiled cockily.
"Me? I'm just a hedgehog who loves going fast and beating up bad guys, like you!". He rushed forward at those words, ducking under a scythe swing and delivering a kick to her chest.
Medusa grunted in pain and had two of her snakes attempt to bite the hedgehog, only for him to easily duck under them and throw the rusted blade he had been holding onto at the hair, cutting it and earning a growl of annoyance from his opponent.
"You… You dare?! A mere hedgehog dares to challenge me!? I am Medusa, slayer of heroes! One of the greatest monsters among the Greek!". She shrieked with rage, sending multiple chains at Sonic, who curled up into a ball and started spinning, before launching towards and shredding through the chains and slamming into the unsuspecting Medusa's face.
Sonic only grinned and quickly leapt into the air to avoid another scythe slash, he was getting a bad feeling from that blade so it was best avoided. He rushed back a bit, getting some space between him and his opponent. He channelled Chaos Energy down his legs, preparing his next attack.
"Sonic Boom!". In a blur of speed Sonic kicked towards Medusa, sending blades of Chaos Energy infused wind towards her. Medusa's eyes widened and she moved to the side to avoid it, but had to quickly raise Harpe to block a kick from Sonic.
Noticing a glow coming from Medusa's eyes, Sonic began moving around her in a circle, going at such speed he left behind after images. Medusa struck her scythe out, but was kicked on the back and then to the stomach, a barrage of blows from every direction. Medusa was disorientation, but still conscious enough to have chains form from her chair and spread it out every direction, attempting to impale or trap the hedgehog.
Sonic avoided the chains to the best of his ability, but still ended with some cuts and bruises across his skin. These Servant things were tougher then he expected, but nothing he couldn't handle.
Medusa glared at this… thing! This damn hedgehog, he had humiliated her! She'd tear out his throat and feast on his blood! She brought a bladed chain to her throat… and cut.
"WAIT STO-". Before Sonic could do anything, he was temporarily blinded by a bright glow. When his eyes recovered he was greeted to a majestic sight, a shining white pegasus stood ready to charge him down, with Medusa as its rider.
"Bellerophon!". Medusa shouted, ready to charge her target down with Pegasus. Sonic felt a bit of sweat on his forehead, he wasn't familiar with whatever the heck this was, but he could tell it was dangerous and when it took to the skies, well he'd never admit to anyone he was panicking a little!
"Senpai!". Mashu's cryof concern, thankfully out of the radius of his and Medusa's fight, caused him to quickly glance over and notice something shiny by her feet, his confident grin returned.
"Mashu! By your feet, toss it over!". Sonic held out his hand to grab it, Mashu confused but willing to trust Sonic, grabbed the strange jewel by her feet and tossed it to the Hedgehog. He grabbed it and turned to face the charging Pegasus, it was close but Sonic? Sonic was still faster.
"Chaos… CONTROL!". Holding the green Chaos Emerald aloft, time itself froze to everyone but Sonic. With time now at a stand still, he leapt into the air and spin dashed Medusa off her fancy horse.
"I'll have to borrow this one from Shadow, Chaos SPEAR!". Sonic gathered the energy of the Chaos Emerald and fired it as a spear of energy, slamming into the Pegasus. At this, time would resume.
Medusa would find herself flying through the air without her Pegasus and slamming into the ground, and the Pegasus had a point blank explosion of Chaos Energy to the face, causing the stead to fly away, abandoning its master.
"W-what… just happened?! WHAT DID YOU DO!?". Medusa demanded, rushing Sonic with Harpe and attempting to cut the hedgehog down, but he simply ducked under it and delivered a brutal kick to Medusa's right leg, causing her to trip.
"Just what I'm good at, taking down baddies!". Sonic taunted, causing Medusa to let out a scream of rage and rush him again. But this time Sonic was prepared to deliver a finishing blow, gathering the energy of the Chaos Emerald into his body, he performed a final spin dash into Medusa, sending her flying back and into a wall.
Sonic grinned, victory was his! His eyes quickly widened and he rushed to Mashu's side. Her wound wasn't bad but it was bleeding a lot, looks like he'd have to dip into the ring supply.
"S-senpai! That was amazing!". Mashu was in awe, she had believed Sonic was stronger then an ordinary human, but to the point he could defeat a Servant in single combat? It was amazing!
"Ah it was nothing! Beat baddies like her all the time back home, now lets see that wound looked to". Sonic replied, pulling out a small golden ring from under his quills and holding it to Mashu's wound, the ring transforming into a golden energy that entered the wound and before Mashu's eyes, instantly healed.
"W-what was that Senpai?". She asked, it wasn't like her healing mystic codes, even her energy felt restored!
"An Energy Ring, something from back home. Lots of uses so I try keeping a couple on me at all times, you feeling alright?". Sonic quickly stored the Chaos Emerald into his quills while helping Mashu to her feet.
"Y-yes Senpai, but what about Medusa?". She'd ask, both of them turning to look at the wall Sonic had sent Medusa into.
The Servant was still there, but her body was quickly transforming into golden sparkles that floated away in the wind, the psychotic look in her eyes had vanished as well, leaving only a depressed looking woman.
"Ah… I lost control again.. Sakura, I'm sorry…". Medusa muttered before fully fading away, leaving nothing behind. Sonic would approach where she once was and look about.
"That happen to all Servants or is she just special?". He asked, his keen eyesight catching sight of Pegasus also fading away in the distance.
"Yes, Servants once defeated return to the Throne of Heroes. Its not really killing them, just sending them back". Mashu explained, her mind was still a bit jumbled from recent events.
Sonic stared into the distances, the danger wasn't over here. If there's anything his long years of adventuring had taught him, the issues were never solved so easily.
"Well, how about we walk and talk? I have the feeling I'm gonna need a better explanation on Servants". He offered, Mashu nodded in agreement and the two would begin walking. Trying to find the source of what had done this to the city, and maybe even other survivors.
For those wondering why Sonic didn't banter or anything here, he arrived to find Mashu hurt, bleeding and someone about to kill her. He needed to finish the fight quickly and make sure Mashu was okay.
And whats this? Mashu still hasn't activated her Demi-Servant abilities? I've got a plan in mind, which I think will be much more epic then her normal awakening.
