Thank you once again, to "Marvelomac1010" for the concept on this next chapter, and I look forward to when the Pool Party commences, and other future chapters. Time to go and visit the parents, and see how they have been handling being locked up here, and going through parenting lessons. Enjoy reading this newly posted chapter everyone.

"Rock n' Not Loud Adventures!"
Chapter 8: Checking the 'Rents'...

(September 30. Royal Woods Men's and Women's Penitentiary, somewhere outside of town.)

The buzzing sound is heard, a loud buzzing sound and a red alarm light has been set off, and several folks walk through the door, and head to the special meeting room of the place, for when folks wanna come and visit those who have been locked up here, and is divided by a unbreakable glass barrier, and has some speakers for both sides to hear.

But unlike the usual ones with telephones to speak to, these are private rooms, where both sides can hear each other, by pushing the button for the speakers, and the folks who are here to visit are: Lori, Leni, Luna, Luan, Lynn Jr, Lincoln, Lucy, Lana, Lola, Lisa, Lily and the woman who is taking care of them, Michelle Lewis, from which they tend to call her, mom.

Michelle sits down, and with the others as well, and they used a couch so they can all fit. She then looks to the other Louds. "You guys alright? Feeling like second thoughts to not come here?"

They all barely wanna talk about it, so Lori does. "We're not so sure about being here. But there are a lot of stuff we need to tell them, and we literally wanna know how Rita and Lynnard have been doing while here, and find out if this place managed to screw their heads back in place..."

"And see the mistakes they have done, for the past 17 years" replied Leni, she doesn't seem happy to be here, and she doesn't even seem pleased to even wanna see her parents, who didn't even bother with those tumors in her head for so long.

The others feel the same way, some of them feel fear, while others feel resent, and even Lynn Loud Jr doesn't wanna talk to them, and secretly... she is starting to hate the fact she bears the name of the man whom she called father. She feels regret being here, and she wishes she was with her friends.

Then they see another door open, from the other side and they see two figures wearing orange prison attire, and they are the parents of the louds. Rita and Lynn Loud Sr, and they seem happy to see their children again, Rita sees Lily but the baby looks away and embraces Michelle, and Rita understand why she doesn't wanna see her. Lily is a smart baby, she understands what is going on around her.

Rita then starts the conversation. "Hey guys thanks for coming to visit us, so how have things been going?" Each of them tells them about what had happened previously.

Lori. "Luna's 16th Birthday was a dang success, and all thanks to Lincoln who knew her all too well. Not the same stupid Rock n' Roll theme, just something she would like, well love. He even got her a hand-made necklace, something he made on his own with cash that he literally earned."

Luan. "They went to the groceries, and had to deal with the same troublesome kid, but managed to take him down and saved the whole Super Mart. Glad that they aren't banned from the place, and a dang shame we're still not allowed there, for obvious reasons."

Lucy. "Lynn made a terrible mistake, and challenged Jordan Rosato to dodge ball, and it ended with Lynn losing, but showing respect to Jordan. We're still surprised that she held back her full power."

Lola. "I will be homeschooling next week, a big pageant is coming up and I for one do not intend to miss out on it, and Michelle is doing an awesome job in taking care of us. I am also respecting the job she has being a lawyer, and that she'll be dealing with a case soon at the courthouse."

Lana. "We got a brand new large double door fridge, and all thanks to Michelle. She made it happen so that it won't be too stuffy, but now the new fridge needs some more stuff."

Lisa. "Lori has made amends with Carol Pingrey, and now they are friends."

Lincoln then speaks. "Howard and Harold McBride are meddling, well trying to meddle in. Apparently, they wanna help with taking care of us, but we don't need their help."

Lynn Sr is confused. "Well, why not let them help out?"

Luna sighs. "Lynnard, the one thing we don't want are those two buffoons to come and make our lives into something that seems like they think we're Clyde. They'll enforce with rules, and add parental safety stuff, when clearly we don't need all of it. We will not stand for what they got planned, and if they try something else, then we're calling in a restraining order."

"I can handle taking care of the kids" replied Michelle sternly. "I have been doing the best I can, and even Lori and Leni are helping out to make sure everything doesn't turn into chaos. If we need some extra help, we can always get some Rosato backup, since they also help watch over them, because to Jordan... Lincoln is family, and that complies with his sisters as well."

Rita and Lynnard see that they are right, and then Luan speaks. "Also, there haven't been any complaints lately about loud music and stuff. Apparently, when we become responsible and do the best we can to watch over each other... The loud noises aren't around, and it all seems and sounds, so peaceful. I guess, we just needed some actual responsible adult to be around to guide us."

They all look to Michelle, and she is feeding Lily her bottle of milk. This surprises Rita and Lynnard, they didn't think this could happen and no loud noises or complaints, which means cops won't go asking around on what is going on at the Loud House.

Michelle then speaks. "They also have stirred some new trouble, and his name is Andrew Hopkins. A student at the Grade School, and he doesn't like the fact Lincoln and Jordan are dating, but we got this. Heck, if he tries something... Then we can figure something out, and make sure he is the one getting into trouble."

Lynnard and Rita feel concerned about this, but they know that they all got this. They did after all have already dealt with Chandler McCann and Doug Rockwell. Then Luna continues to speak. "Guys, we don't know when or where, but apparently Mick Swagger is coming to town soon, and it might not just be for the concert."

Lori speaks. "Apparently the whole thing from America's Next Greatest Hitmaker has gotten attention from the guy, and it might be just a guess, but chances that he will literally come over and talk to Luna, and Lincoln about what they did and won."

This makes Lynn Sr excited. "That sounds great! The guy might ask you to be part of his tour, and you'll be an awesome..." But then Rita nudges him to shut up, and then the former patriarch sees the stern looks from the others. "Oh, right. Sorry, Nevermind."

Luna feels like yelling, but she calms down and then she asks. "So, how have things been for you two in here?"

Rita then explains first. "We have been getting some harshness from some of the others locked up here with us, and we did make one good friend here. We're also the only ones at parenting class, and we have been given some harsh lessons on the true meaning of raising a kid, and not letting them step over us and doing whatever they want all over the place, especially if the family is large."

"We now see... That we have been making mistakes, legit big ones. We haven't been good parents, and all we have been doing is guiding you kids to find talents which you all could've found out on your own, instead we pushed you guys into them, and ended up boasting about how great you all are and the wins you all received. We're sorry, and you kids are right. We were terrible at parenting to you guys."

Lynn Sr speaks next. "We are sorry for all we have done, and for thinking that what we were doing was the right thing. We should let you guys choose your own paths, and try to support it. We're sorry for Leni, and that we never even bothered to have her properly checked up. I guess we never truly knew how medicine worked, and that old doctor who said that it was all nothing."

"We're sorry that we were always neglecting Lincoln and never really spending time with him and helping him with the problems he would be facing on a daily basis, and that Luna seemed more of a better parent to him that we ever could be, but mostly... I am sorry, for trying to push you, Luna into getting into rock n' roll. I don't know what could've happened, because you are a truly talented person in your own rights, and a true guide and guardian to your brother."

They are surprised to hear this from their parents, and it seems that they are also trying to change, well trying. Then Luna speaks. "If I had become the crazed stupid rock n' roll gal like you wanted, then I would end up becoming too obsessed with the genre, and then I would end up breaking the sibling bond I got with my little brother, and that would also mean I have failed to be the legal guardian which Pop-pop appointed to me long ago."

"I would end up falling into the same twisted and unholy sister hive mind, and being part of the ganging up thing when they get upset at Lincoln, but that would just be the start. The future would end up into something worse, because a rock star who becomes way into rock n' roll would spiral into total calamity, and it would lead to drugs, or worse... Suicide, and that would be a total heart breaker, for the family..." she then holds her brother's hand. "To my brother."

All of them are surprised to hear this, and are now afraid of what would happen if Luna did fall into the rock n' roll state. Lisa then speaks. "Luna is... Right..." she then removes her glasses, and wipes away her tears, and so Lola and Lana hug her, and she hugs them back.

Lynn Sr and Rita feel like they have been slapped hard, they could've ended up losing their daughter, to something they tried to push her into, and the true blame... Would date back to them, and might spiral into total chaos for the rest of the family.

But there is another reason as to how Luna would know this, but she won't tell them of the day that she went to another world, and met some other worldly folks/friends/allies.

Luna then looks to Rita and Lynnard. "Trust and Forgiveness are two things that are not gonna be easy for me to try and hand over like something on a silver platter. You two have to earn it, and that could be a long time for me to accept, since it all dates back to the summer of seventh grade, and the constant pestering about rock n' roll, and all the way down to not being there for Lincoln when he needs us the most." Luna then stands up. "Think on that, while remaining being locked here."

Luna then takes her leave, and she holds her brother's hand. Michelle also stands up. "Alright kids, time to go home." They all nod and stand up, and they take their leave without even saying goodbye to Rita and Lynnard, then Michelle looks towards them. "Luna has a point, and this might go with the other sister as well. You two nitwits have a long way to regain trust and forgiveness from them, because actions speak louder than words." Michelle then takes her leave, with a scared Lily in her arms.

Lynn Sr and Rita look down in shame, and then Rita covers her eyes and she starts to sob. Lynn Sr does what he can to comfort her, but even he starts to shed some tears. They now see, that Luna and the others are right. The road to redemption will be long, and hard... But it is something they need to try and get used to, if they ever wanna be seen as the kid's parents once again.

(Time Skip. The Loud House.)

Night has fallen, and everyone else is fast asleep, even Michelle is asleep, but she has fallen asleep in the bedroom of Lily and Lisa, and she has them both in her arms as she comforts them. Lucy is already downstairs, and she is watching Vampires of Melancholia.

Lynn Jr is fast asleep, and so are the twins. But Lori and Leni are both wide awake and talking to each other about some stuff, stuff that are related to after what had gone down from their visit to the parents who remain locked up.

Meanwhile, Luna is done preparing what she should wear tomorrow at the Rosato Pool Party, then Luna sees the book she had finished reading day ago. The book is about a young boy, who found out his teenage sister is actually his mom, and that many secrets have been kept, and dark ones from a sinister mother who defied the motherhood that her own daughter could do, causing an age reversal thing to happen. (You guys know what I mean about this, right?)

She then turns around and she sees her brother, Lincoln walks in and he looks kinda nervous. "Lincoln, little brother?" She goes over and kneels down to his level. "What's wrong?"

Lincoln then nervously asks. "L-Luna... Will you ever forget about the sibling bond that we have?" Lincoln then wipes away some tears, and he doesn't seem happy.

Hearing this alarms Luna, and she embraces her brother tightly, and this causes Lincoln to return the favor as tears slowly flow down from his eyes. "Lincoln, little brother. Don't ever ask that, because I would never ever let the special sibling bond we have break, and I would be damned if I ever forget about the sibling love we share. They would have to kill me if they wanna break what we share and have. I won't let that happen, I promise."

Lincoln then calms down, but he closes his eyes and continues this embrace, and Luna can tell that this has been troubling him, and one thing she doesn't want is to see her brother lose his edge, and feel like hope is lost and everything is falling apart.

Lincoln and Luna depart from the hug, and then Luna places a small and loving sisterly kiss onto the forehead of her brother, to which he returns the favor and kisses her right cheek, causing Luna to smile, and she wipes away his tears.

Luna stands up, and she holds her brothers hand and she guides him to his lower bunk, and she tucks him into bed, but she soon lays down next to him and she turns off the lamp on the desk.

Luna then looks to her brother, as he stares at her with the help from the moonlight, and both siblings see each other as they were before. A Four-Year Old girl, watching over her newborn baby brother, and both showing that they are truly close siblings, and would never wanna be apart.

Luna then pulls Lincoln close to her, and she can feel her brother hugging her back. Luna rubs his back and hums a soothing tune, the very same one she hummed long ago when he was a baby. Luna then whispers. "Lincoln, no matter what happens. No one, and I mean no one will ever tear us apart. We're siblings, the closest of siblings, and I will always be there for you, little brother. Because Luna loves you baby brother, always."

A/N: That felt good to make, though I made some changes to this to make it kinda better, so I do hope this whole thing is alright with you, "Marvelomac1010" thanks again man. I hope that you all enjoyed reading this newly posted chapter everyone.

By the way, I have chosen to make Lincoln Loud's Birthday on May 30, and Jordan's Birthday is November 8.
