Thank you again to "Marvelomac1010" for this chapter based on the episode known as "The Write Stuff." But with some backup to ensure that this is changed, and made into something else, because let's all be real here... Principal Huggins is just one majorly misguided man who has no idea what the kids these days are all about, that and his childhood. Enjoy reading this newly posted chapter guys.
"Rock n' Not Loud Adventures!"
Chapter 36: Writing Club Ordeals...
(October 28. The Loud House, Franklin Avenue. Royal Woods, Michigan.)
Another usual day, and we see Lincoln Loud, Luna Loud and Jordan Rosato on the couch and watching some TV, the other louds are here, except for Leni, she's at work. The trio are watching a documentary about dinosaurs called Prehistoric Planet.
"Still don't even know if that is how Carnotaurus even used those small arms" replied Lincoln.
Jordan speaks. "I never quite understood the full benefit for large meat eating dinosaurs to have puny arms, and even today they never could figure that part out. What is up with that anyway?"
Luna is about to speak, but then the front door opens and they see Lucy is back home and she doesn't seem pleased, and this makes Luna concerned. "Luce, something wrong?"
Lucy feels like she shouldn't tell them, but she needs to. "Sigh, I think I should quit the Writing Club, and Haiku and the other members are also feeling like it as well." This surprises them, and then Jordan speaks.
"Wait, what? How come? I thought you guys liked going there."
"We did" replied Lucy. "But then we found out who was in charge of it, Principal Huggins and he is ruining the Writing Club, and makes me feel like I should start my own, but it wouldn't be possible unless there is someone who has experience in the Writing gig, an author perhaps."
"Principal Huggins keeps saying Fundamentals before Fun, and he wants us to write the proper way which seems so dull and boring, it's like one of those old fashioned writing systems from long ago which people barely even care about. I swear, he has finally lost his senses. My friends are not pleased."
This surprises them and Luna scoffs. "Typical Huggins. That man is always like that, even back when I went to school there. The guy doesn't know how students feel these days, and I swear one of these days he is gonna lose his job and someone better will take his place, someone with better standards."
"We cannot let Huggins ruin a club such as this" replied Lincoln. "I mean, the High School Writing Club seems better. I heard it from Luan and she told me that they have better standards and fun ways to make writing a little bit more exciting." Hearing this gets Lucy's attention and she smiles.
Just then Jordan has an idea. "Wait, wait. Hold the phone, my mom can help! She's part of a Book Club, and it's also where others have been part of it from Principal Ramirez, Principal Rivers, Mayor Davis and Superintendent Chen. There is also some fun writing stuff they do, and they also get special guest writers to come and show them the ropes, she could help fix this Huggins problem."
They're all liking this idea, and so Jordan calls her mother, and tells her to get to the school because there is a Huggins situation, and she knows what that means. The Rosato's are always aware when something of Huggins related is going down, and this one might just be the right kicker.
Lucy smiles hearing this, she feels like this could save herself and her friends, and the younger loud sisters hear this too, Lola has other thoughts. 'Please, fire Huggins. That guy is crazy!'
(Royal Woods Elementary School.)
Principal Huggins is done for the day, and he has the book he is using for the Writing Club, and then he goes for his bag, but then Sheryl opens the door. "Principal Huggins, there are some folks here who would like to talk to you, and they don't seem pleased."
"What?" Principal Huggins comes out and he is surprised to see Jesse Rosato, Michelle Lewis, and the parents of those who are part of the Writing Club, and he even sees Lucy, Lincoln, Luna, Jordan, Haiku and the others who have joined. "What is this? What's going on here?"
"We would like to discuss what you have been teaching our kids at this Writing Club" replied Jesse Rosato.
The mother of Haiku also speaks. "Honestly, what are you thinking? You have legit no experience when it comes to the classic and legit actuality of the true writing perspective of those who have done it, and those who would inspire the next generation, and I know how that is. I wrote a book about it."
That one they did not see coming and even Haiku is surprised.
Principal Huggins is confused. "What the heck is with this nonsense? What are you all talking about?"
Lincoln then speaks. "Sir, Lucy told us about everything going down that doesn't make the Writing Club as fun as they thought it would, and it's so wrong."
Principal Huggins then explains. "I told them Fundamentals before..."
"Say that again and I'll make sure I destroy every god damn comic book you own, and we all know where you live Huggins" replied Michelle Lewis, and this makes the Principal Silent.
Jesse Rosato speaks. "The kids have informed their parents, and that is why they are here. It seems that someone hasn't even bothered to think twice about their actions or what would happen next. Sounds like misunderstood educational staff issues, similar to that of a certain coach who became suspended."
Lucy then speaks. "Because of what you have done to the Writing Club. It is dull, boring and we have been thinking of leaving the Club, it is not worth it anymore. They told us about the High School Writing Club, and they seem to be accepting to all Ages."
"Something we would wish to witness and participate" replied Haiku, the others also agree.
Principal Huggins then talks back. "They have to learn what is necessary, the right way before they even think about doing what they want. I know better."
"What you are doing is ruining the club, and it is something that might be spread as a warning to others before they join what you've orchestrated into dictatorship" replied Jesse Rosato.
Principal Huggins doesn't like those words and he talks back. "Well, I will lead the Writing Club as I see it fit, and how it should be. If these children don't like it, then I will shut it down and open up something else that is at my standards!"
They were all hoping he would say that, and they now see that Principal Huggins has lost his senses with the club, Jesse Rosato smirks. "And that is why I have called some friends of mine, from the Book Club who were part of the Writing Club long ago before you even showed your wretched face."
They then see some other folks come in. Mayor Davis, Katherine Mulligan, Principal Rivers, and Principal Ramirez and... Superintendent Chen, and they all are not pleased with what he said. This horrifies Huggins and he is confused. "Wait, what?! Wait, did they hear all of that?!"
"We did!"
Superintendent Chen then speaks. "I am good friends with Jesse Rosato, a member of the Royal Woods Book Club, and a local customer at the Burnt Bean, and a former member of the Royal Woods elementary, Middle School and High School Writing Club, and that was during the time you were some boring and well-educated kid, who was always on his comics. something I am proud to see Lincoln Loud change from such actions, and they all told me of this Tomfoolery which you have done, and I for one will not stand for this abuse of power and ruining the motivational spirits of the students Shame on you, Huggins for this."
Principal Huggins then tries to make an explanation. "But, you see... I was just..."
"We will not have any more of your wretched excuses Huggins!" yelled Superintendent Chen. "I am going to have someone else lead the Writing Club, someone you cannot deem to command or push around, and we will be having a long and hard discussion about your actions and thankfully we all don't have any plans for the remainder of the day."
Mayor Davis then speaks. "I can already say that I am making this issue to every school."
"Agreed!" replied Principal Ramirez. "This is what I have been telling the School Board, and it seems that I was right, Huggins has lost his way and has no understanding on how kids are these days, or even handling what his mind is thinking. I swear this has something to do with the old principal."
"I always make sure things are alright and all the students are enjoying their moments and clubs" replied Principal Rivers. "But for Huggins to do this action, to take control and ruin the fun? That is too far, and legit corrupt."
Then the news reporter speaks. "I'm Katherine Mulligan, and this just in. Corrupt Principal Huggins is at it again, as if trying to mess with a comic book competition is worse, this has gotten serious, and yes I was informed of what you tried to do with the Comic book writing competition."
This doesn't fair well for Principal Huggins, and he tries to speak but then Superintendent Chen glares at him. "Not a word. To the office, now!" The principal nods, and he has tears and is now afraid, what he has done has made things worse, then Superintendent Chen looks to the others. "Would you all wish to join us in this scolding and new change to the school?"
Jesse, Rosato and the other parents nod, and they all follow and even Michelle Lewis. The others all leave the school, and they cheer from this, then Lucy hugs Jordan. "Thank you Jordan Rosato, for saving our Writing Club."
Jordan smiles and she returns the hug. "You're welcome Lucy, I didn't wanna let your fun be ruined. Also, one more thing... That doll in your room, are you aware that it's haunted?"
They all remain silent, and then Luna speaks. "We can talk more elsewhere guys. Let's go and get some ice cream from Aunt Pam's, my treat." They all cheer and follow Luna Loud, but they don't know that someone has driven off and left a poster on the school wall. A poster for the upcoming mayor election.
The posted is from Selena Williams and the woman is in her car and she doesn't look pleased. 'Once I become the mayor, every school will keep those uneducated hooligans inside, till they are finally of age to be part of the working class! This town will change, and I will win!'
A/N: A total overhaul change from the episode called "The Write Stuff" and Huggins is a total moron for those actions, he doesn't know how the Writing Club members feel, another misguided and misleading educational system. I hope that you guys enjoyed reading this newly posted chapter guys, and thanks again "Marvelomac1010" for this.
