Aftermath from what went down, and time to see how Lori is doing now that she is gonna be back on her feet once more, and ready to be the big sister she was always meant to be. Things are changing again, and then we have something going down, involving Lynn Jr and her good friend at the soccer game, I guess it's time for some "Hero Today, Gone Tomorrow." enjoy reading this everyone.

Chapter 45: Recovered and a game coming...
(November 6. The Loud House, Franklin Avenue. Royal Woods, Michigan.)
The newly repaired Vanzilla arrives, and at the wheel is none other than Michelle Lewis, the doors open and the others all come out, and Lori Marie Loud, and she still has her cast on, but she is doing fine. She just can't drive Vanzilla for the moment, until the end of the week.
But she is surprised when she sees her friends, and the Varsity Golf Team are waiting for her, and they all cheer. "Welcome back, Lori!"
Lori chuckles seeing this and she looks to Leni. "Wow. This is nice Leni, and you guys made me a cake?"
Leni chuckles. "We did, well your friends did." they see the chocolate cake which was made by Dana, Becky, Carol and Roger. This makes Lori smile, she is glad she has some dang good friends.
Then Carol speaks. "Lori we are aware that you will not be able to be part of the team for the time with the cast you have, but it is fine. Practice is canceled for the week due to the fact they moved out golf game to the last day of November, which means we can commence practice when next week comes."
Whitney speaks next. "We also know that Michelle will be using the Van to drive you and your siblings to school, but if you need a ride home then we'll literally help you since the rest of us seniors have rides. We got your back Lori, we all do."
Becky speaks next. "We're not gonna let a friend down. It will be a troubling thing to deal with when having a cast, I should know. I went through one once, and when you do get your arm back in shape, we'll help ya get your motions back, but then again you are ace of the golf team."
Roger then speaks. "Principal Rivers also sends her regards and wishes you well. We're all glad your back Lori, even with an injury and when you come back to school tomorrow, you are legit the talk of the place. I mean, you risked your life and saved Jordan Rosato from getting hurt or worse."
Lori is surprised about that one and then she looks towards Jordan. "What? My parents did say that they would make sure that everyone knows of the courage and brave thing you did. You're a hero Lori, and I am forever grateful for that."
Lori smiles hearing this. "Oh, come here you." Jordan goes over and hugs Lori, and then they both drag Lincoln to join in the hug as well. He is also grateful for what Lori did, but he is truly happy that Lori is doing alright and is fine.
Then Luna speaks. "Lori..." Lori then departs from the hug. "We know that you wanna step up and be a good and the big sister we all need, but with your arm out of commission, we'll help back you up. There's still myself and Leni. We can help ya with whatever is needed, we got your back, sis."
Lori nods. "Thanks Luna..." she then looks to everyone else. "And thank you, all of you. This means a lot, and I am grateful for the help and backup... but, enough of that, let's celebrate and enjoy the cake."
Roger chuckles. "Cakes Lori. We made five more, since this is a big guest thing."
"Count me in too!" Mr. Grouse goes over and joins them, that and he wants some of that chocolate cake as well. So they all head into the house and celebrate the return of Lori Loud.
As they all are inside and enjoying this, Lori looks around and she notices someone is not there. "Weird, where the heck is LJ?"
Lincoln goes over and he explains. "Sorry, sis. Lynn is having an event at the school, the big soccer game with her friends, and when they are done with that there is another one tomorrow. She will be back, after she heads to Wendy's with her friends, I honestly don't know."
Lori is surprised. "Oh okay then, thanks." Lori kisses his forehead, and then she heads over to talk to Michelle. Luna saw what Lori did and she smiles, she's stepping up and being a good big sister, she is hoping that she can keep this up, because it is only a matter of time before Lori heads for college soon, something everyone will have a hard time to deal with.
Lori heads to Michelle and she talks to her in private. "What has become of that rich fat guy?"
Michelle then explains. "Alright, so we did the court session and his lawyers couldn't fair well at the combined efforts of three lawyers, which is myself and two pals of mine. We got all the evidence we needed, and showed just how horrible and cruel the working environments are at his many businesses and that he doesn't pay for the loss of an employee, and the low paychecks to each one."
"He tried to bribe his way to make me not sue, but I didn't give a damn, and Tetherby is now sentenced to 20 years in prison, but I wish it were longer. His company is now shutdown, and all of his riches will go to the staff who have worked their butts off and suffered, and new management will buy the many businesses and the new management is friends with the Rosato shipping Company."
"Tetherby is off to a jail located in San Antonio Texas, and he won't be a bother to anyone. We even took some of the riches, since he is a billionaire, we have laid claim to one million dollars, and that means the louds are rich and loaded, even though I have my riches shared with you guys, and this could be a good starting stepping stone to paying for whatever college you have in mind."
Lori is surprised hearing this, and so are the others. "Wait, I forgot everyone else was listening..." Lori then faints, and they go over and check on her, and even Lola faints. The Louds are now incredibly rich, and all thanks to the lawsuit onto Tetherby, now this is a victory they can all enjoy.
Luna and Lincoln know one thing. 'When Lynn comes back, she'll be cheering us hard and lord for the awesome victory we got from beating that rich old jerk.'
(Later in the day.)
The guests have left, and Lori is helping fold the clothes, using only one arm and she is accompanied by Lincoln and Luna. Everyone else is busy with other chores, and then Lori asks. "Linc, when is Jordan Rosato's birthday?"
Lincoln then complies. "At the 8th of November. Let me guess, you have a plan on what to get her?"
Lori chuckles and she nods. "Well, I do think that the best plan for the new riches we have, is that we use to buy her something nice. You guys have something for her?" Luna and Lincoln nod, and Lori can tell that they got it way before all of this had happened. Then Lori has something else to tell them.
"Guys, when I was awake and recovering, Bobby texted me using Ronnie Anne's phone..."
Luna and Lincoln stop folding clothes. They then look towards Lori. "What?"
Lori nods. "Well, I don't think he did borrow her phone. I think he used it without her knowing, and he seemed concerned about me, and chances he forgot that we are not supposed to talk to each other till the end of the year. Guys, I will deal with him when the next year has come."
"I am also starting to see... Bobby, he is a great guy to be around. I love him, and he loves me but... but I am starting to see, that he is not the brightest or even the keenest person around, or even the sharpest tool in the kitchen. I recall the stuff he has, from coloring books, toys to play while in a car, and... He is good with business and stuff, and his job... But he still lacks an intelligent teenager brain span."
"He only seems capable of being smart when business is necessary. But then I recalled, when they were living in Royal Woods, Bobby took so many Part-Time Jobs, that he would forget which job was on the day. I don't know what I am thinking right now, but that crash... It may have woken me up."
Luna and Lincoln are both baffled hearing this and then Luna asks. "Lori. Are you planning to break up with Bobby Santiago?"
Lori sighs, and she folds her jacket. "I don't know. It's all so puzzling, that crash has shown me that Bobby, might not be such of a good guy for me. We both love each other, or we're tied into this smitten relationship we started and took it way too seriously, and I just wish there was some way for Bobby to just... Be less of a dork, and more of someone who could man up and... He never ever takes charge often, he's just himself. I try to tolerate it, but now I am dang wide awake."
"I will talk to Bobby and see what we can do to make this right, and how he can adapt. He might be adapting to life in the City, but I am adapting to bringing back the Lori Loud who was meant to be the big sister with responsibilities, the Lori Loud before she met Bobby, the Lori Loud who was there to do what she can, and see the obvious in things that makes sense, and ensure that no trouble stirs up."
Luna and Lincoln are happy to hear, that Lori is going to change and become better, and that means she won't be texting Bobby every time, which means family is her focus, and college will be coming, so this means she wants to make every moment she can and help the others with any issues and trouble.
Michelle is at the Dining Room, and she hears this and she is proud of what Lori is going to do, then the front door opens and they see Lynn Jr. "Yeah, baby! We won the game!" She then sees Lori. "Oh, hey there. Lori. Glad to see ya back, also is there any left over cake?"
Lori chuckles. "Good to see ya too, LJ. Cake's in the fridge, and also we won."
Lynn Jr is confused. "Won? What are you talking about?"
Luna explains. "Lynn, Tetherby is in jail and the Louds now have a million bucks from law suit. We're loaded, and that old fart is locked up, and all his businesses claimed by new management. We won."
Lynn is surprised, and then she cheers and yells in victory, and this makes the other chuckles. They saw that one coming.
A/N: Welcome back home, Lori Loud, and see ya never ever Tetherby! But when the next year comes, Lori and Bobby will have a serious talk. I hope that you guys enjoyed reading this newly posted chapter.
