It was crushed by the Capitol, erased into historical nonexistence, but the survivors remember its martyrs: the golden-haired boy, the scruffy blonde child, the hollow-faced girl who let herself die. Enjolras and Grantaire are two young men of the Capitol's highest. A Capitol recently fallen, and the Districts are looking for someone to appease their need for revenge, and, well, Enjolras and Grantaire are to be tributes.

It is June 4th. A small group of courageous students have gathered at a barricade. All has been well so far. Of course, until a girl around their age appears from the Cafe.
