Chapter 27 Wedding
Akito's POV

The day had finally arrived. The day An and I would get married.

Currently, I was nervously pacing back and forth as I waited for her.

"Akito", I heard her say.

Then, I turned around…and my heart began beating rapidly in my chest.

An was walking up to me in her wedding dress, a bouquet of small sunflowers in her hands.

I had seen An wear a wedding dress before because of that photoshoot she did. But, seeing her wear one because she was about to marry me was a completely different feeling.

"An", I breathed out as I began to get emotional.

Then, I cupped her face with my hands before placing my forehead on top of hers.

"I love you so much", I said.

"I love you too, Akito", An said.

Then, we pulled away from each other before I offered her my arm; which She took.

"You ready", I asked.

"Yep", An replied. "I'm ready."

With that…we walked into a different room.

When we got there, we found your families, who stared in awe at the sight of us.

"An", Ena exclaimed before rushing up to us. "You look so beautiful!"

"Thank you very much, Onee-San", An said.

"You know you don't have to call me 'onee-san', right", Ena asked

"I know", An said. "But, I've always wanted a cool big sister, and now I finally get one!"

When Ena heard this, she became very happy, before suddenly giving An a hug.

"I'm happy to finally have a sister too", she exclaimed, before looking at me sternly. "Akito, you'd better not mess things up with An!"

"I won't", I said with a deadpan expression.

Then, Ena took An's hand before leading her to our mom and An's mom.

While all the ladies gushed over An, Ken walked up to me.

"Akito", he greeted.

"Ken", I greeted, suddenly getting tense.

Then, Ken put his hands on his shoulders.

"Look after my daughter, okay?"

"I will", I replied. "I promise."

After I said this, Taiga entered the room.

Even though he wasn't related to her, An said that he was like an uncle to her, and that made him a family member.

He walked up to us, and in his hands…was a photo of Nagi.

An walked up to him…before kneeling down to be face to face with the photo.

"Hey Nagi", she greeted. "It's finally time! I'm finally getting married!"

After An said…she started getting emotional, and it wasn't from joy.

Seeing this, I walked up to her before hugging her from behind.

"I'm sorry", she apologized, as tears started falling from her eyes. "I know this should be a happy moment, it's just…"

"You wish she was here."

"Yeah", An said sadly.

Then…I turned her around before cupping her face, and wiping away her tears.

"It's okay to be sad, An", I reassured her. "From now on, whether you're feeling happy or sad, I'll be with you."

After I said this…a huge smile came to An's face.

"Thank you, Akito", she said.

Then, Ena handed her a handkerchief, which she used to wipe away the last of her tears.

"Okay", she started. "No more being sad!"

After An said this, she suddenly grabbed onto my arm.

"Let's go get married!"
