"Rock n' Not Loud Adventures!"
Chapter 56: Lynn Loud Jr part 3...
(November 17. The Loud House, Franklin Avenue. Royal Woods, Michigan.)
A day has gone by, and we see Michelle Lewis in the Living Room, and she recalls what was told to her from November 15 involving Lynn Jr and her words, and she is deeply concerned about her and she has always noticed that sometimes Lynn ignores her or doesn't even talk to her, even though Michelle helped her with the whole ideal from the basketball thing.
'I need to sort this out, I need to help with this major issue that Lynn has against me, and the whole problem that Lincoln and Luna might be going through. They were pretty silent, and Linc seemed less than happy when Lynn was around.' Michelle then gets up from the arm chair, and she heads up the stairs, and she pets Charles as he comes down the stairs.
Michelle then knocks on the door, following by the sound of someone inside. "Come in." Michelle opens the door, and she is now inside the bedroom of Lynn Marie Loud Jr, and she sees her sports stuff have been cleaned and arranged, and her dirty clothing is clean as well, and this means the other talk they had about her clothing has been settled. Lynn then sees the woman come in, and she closes the door.
"What the heck do you want?" Lynn then looks to the ceiling as she lays in bed, not bothering to get up or even acknowledge Michelle Lewis, and so the woman sits on the bed and she looks towards the Sports loving preteen.
"Lynn, they told me about what had happened. I wanna know how you have been feeling lately and if you're doing alright."
Lynn scoffs. "And why should someone like you even care?"
Michelle can sense some major tension here. "Because it is my job, tsk and duty to make sure you guys are safe, fine, alright and not having issues. I wanna help resolve this, I wanna know what's been troubling you, Lynn."
Lynn knows she can't get her to leave, and so she looks away and then speaks "I just. I just don't get it! Lincoln and Luna are always calling you mom, when clearly you aren't and to top it all off, they don't even see our own parents as they're mom and dad. Almost like they don't give a damn about them! I just, I don't get it!"
Michelle sees that there is more to this story, and even though she wants to talk to her and know more, pushing it would be too far, and so she just does what she does best, and explain to her why. "The reason why they call me mom, which they have told you, but the other sole reason, is because they see me as the mother they truly have wanted, and needed."
Lynn is confused by this, and then she looks towards Michelle and so Michelle continues to explain.
"Lynn, for some time ever since your brother became close to Luna and the moments came when they tried to draw her to the rock n' roll gig, Rita and Lynnard have been neglectful to both Lincoln and Luna. They didn't even listen or pay any heed to the words of Luna when she told them that she didn't wanna be into rock n' roll, and they never bothered to spend much time with Lincoln, because they seemed more pleased to spend time with those they have deemed their talented number one stars."
"They kept pushing Luna, and at times tricking her into going along with the rock n' roll thing that she never wanted to do, and then comes the issue where they don't support Lincoln or even appreciate him, and I learned that since the day they told me about the grocery incident and the bad luck fiasco." Lynn recalls that, and deep down she kinda feels bad, and she is trying to get her head straight from that ordeal which she pushed.
"I on the other hand, have been supporting them and listening to them at the major issues that have gone down since those two so-called parents were around and more interested in talented kids who they can show off like they will be in their own personal trophy cases, but I don't do that trash anymore. I am changed, and thanks to Lincoln and Luna for that. I wouldn't let Lincoln feel left out, because I do my part and spend time with him."
"I make sure that all of you are in good health, fine and alright after some issues that have revolved around your lives. I stood up to those who would try and mess with you guys or try to bring trouble and harm, and I would never ever outcast any one of you or even see one of you as a cursed sign or something that doesn't belong, because all of you are special and mean something to me, those are the things that both Lincoln and Luna are looking for in a mother, in a parent."
Lynn Jr is shocked to hear this, all this time Lincoln and Luna see her as their mother because Michelle Lewis has shown to be something that Lynnard and Rita could never be, and she's been with them since September, and is doing a terrific, no an outstanding job as a caretaker, or better yet a mother. Lincoln and Luna want attention, something their own parents never ever gave to them.
Lynn Jr now sees, that all of that attention is being given to herself and the others who are talented, those who have become what Lynnard and Rita have sought, almost like they had a plan to make a family they wanted, and not let them do what they actually wanted to do before they found their talents. Now, she feels regret, guilt and shame.
Michelle Lewis then gets up. "Think about what I said, Lynn. Also, you're not in trouble and not grounded. I know that you have issues and problems, and if you wanna talk more about them then don't be afraid to come to me. I will listen, and I will help you as best I can. Promise."
Michelle then leaves the room, leaving Lynn Jr alone to think about what Michelle had talked about, and now she sees where her actions have led, and now she sees what Lincoln and Luna mean. Michelle Lewis, is everything of a parent they have been wanting to see, something they all never got to have.
Meanwhile, we go to the bedroom shared by Lincoln Albert Loud and Luna Marie Loud, the duo have finished their homework, and then they stop and they look to each other. Lincoln goes over, and he sits next to Luna, and so she hugs her brother. They are still uneasy after what had happened when Lynn talked back to them, deep down Luna wants to throw her out the window and into the trash cans.
Just then they hear a knock from the door, and so Luna speaks. "Come in."
The door opens, and both siblings see that it is Michelle Lewis, she then asks. "Are you two doing alright?" But they both don't answer, and so she goes over and she sits next to them. "Guys, I was told about what had happened and I am sorry it went down. I also spoke with Lynn, and I told her to try and understand what is going on."
Lincoln wipes away some tears. "Her words are hurtful and they didn't seem right, and they don't even feel nice either." Luna then rubs his back, and then places a kiss on his forehead.
Michelle knows they are hurt inside, and so she speaks. "Lincoln, Luna. I am not your mom, and I know that we're not related. Yet, you two see me as your mother, and deep down I see you two as my kids."
Lincoln and Luna look towards Michelle Lewis, and they see her comforting smile, which makes them feel better. "I had thought that we were just good friends, a caretaker who was assigned with a task to watch over a family, but after the months that I have spent in helping and supporting you guys, I feel like I have become more than that. I feel close to you guys, like we were always meant to be a family."
"I have spent time with the others, got to know them and help them through problems that can be resolved with ease, but I have grown a stronger bond with you two, like how a mother would have with her son and daughter, something you both have always dreamed and wanted, and also... I just..." She then wipes away some tears. "I can't bear children, unfortunately."
Now that hits hard, and they are both shocked, baffled and scared. Michelle Lewis, is unable to bear children and she nods. "It was true, after the many affairs I had with Doug and sometimes other guys I have met. I go to the doctors and they tell me that I am unable to have kids, and it felt... Hurtful, and wrong and..." She wipes away some fresh tears, and this makes sense now. She had a retirement plan from, Hollywood, to start a family, but she cannot even have that.
"Guys, I don't know what will happen after Rita and Lynnard come back home and try to become parents and make amends from what they have done, but no matter what happens. I will do whatever I can to be there, and be the mother you two love and want, and need. Always, and I love you two so much."
Hearing those words, Lincoln and Luna shed some tears, and they go over and embrace each other. A heartwarming, emotional and comforting hug. Not wanting to let go, and fearing for what happens to them in the future.
But while this goes on, they don't know that the other sisters hear this and they are also feeling emotional and just like Lincoln and Luna, they don't want her to leave. She's been a great mother figure, then Lynn moves in, and she opens the door, and this surprises the others, but they see the hurt and sign of guilt written all over her face.
"Guys..." The trio depart from the hug, and they see a very guilt ridden Lynn Jr, and she looks down and is kinda nervous. "I'm so sorry for what I said, days ago and I regret everything I ever said that was truly hurtful." She then wipes away some tears, and feels like crying. "The sole reason as to why I said those words, is because... I don't wanna lose you guys, you're my siblings, and...I love you."
Lincoln and Luna then go over, and they hug Lynn, and tell her something.
Lincoln. "Lynn, it's alright and it's okay. We know you were just angry, and we can't be mad at you. We see that you're sorry, and we forgive you."
Luna. "Even though we see Michelle Lewis as our mother, that will not change the fact that we're siblings, and we love you too, little sister."
Lynn is wide eyed, and she sheds some tears, and she returns the hug, and breaks down crying, something she has never ever done. The others feel emotional seeing this, and then Michelle goes over, and she hugs them. She then places a loving and motherly kiss onto the forehead of Lynn, something she hasn't had in a very long time, and now she feels like she could embrace more change.
Lynn then hugs Michelle and sobs in her embrace, and soon enough the others join in, all of them crying and there to comfort each other, after what was once an issue, that is now resolved.
A/N: I enjoyed making this three way arc involving Lynn, emotions shared, and a lot of understanding made possible. I don't know what could happen in future chapters, but I for one look forward to them all.
