Chapter 57: There is no Stalling here...

(November 18. The Loud House, Franklin Avenue. Royal Woods, Michigan.)

Luna Loud walks out of the bathroom, and she lets Lynn take over, and she high fives her on the way out. Luna is glad that Lynn is fine with the stuff going on now, but she is concerned about their parents who are currently in the penitentiary. But they can deal with that another time.

Luna then recalls something. 'Today Mom has to go to the school, and see what Linc's teacher wants to talk about. This is a first time for her, but she's got this.' She then opens the bedroom door, and she sees her brother/roommate is dressed for what comes tonight. "You ready for this, little brother?"

Lincoln nods. "Yeah, yeah. I am. A little nervous, but I know that I didn't do anything wrong."

Luna then hugs her brother. "Everything is gonna be alright, Lincoln. There is no way that someone like you has done anything bad lately, and surely that the teacher would only wanna talk to mom about your grades. You are after all a smart kid, no offense Lisa!"

Lisa then calls back. "I am fine with that."

Lincoln and Luna leave the bedroom, and then they reach the stairs and head on down. They see Lori, Leni, Lola and Lucy are going to be watching the Twilight Saga, Breaking Dawn Part 1. So, they shouldn't bother with them, and Luna is in charge for the night, but its Friday night and the others can do what they want.

Michelle then comes out of her room and she sees Lincoln and Luna, and she smiles. "Alright, Luna seems like you are in charge and I think Lori and Leni can handle this." they see the girls have tears as they watch this. "We already had dinner, just watch over the others and make sure nothing bad happens."

Luna nods. "Got it mom."

Michelle still feels touched when she hears her call her that, she then looks towards Lincoln. "Alright, kiddo. Let's go and meet with the teacher." Lincoln nods, and then they both head out of the house, and into her Red Ferrari, and Luna waves goodbye to them.

Luna then sees Lily crawl towards her, and so she picks up her baby sister, and then she brings her upstairs. "You wanna get some sleep baby sister?" Lily nods, and she yawns, and so Luna heads up to the bedroom, to handle this.

They do hear Lynn still in the bathroom, and then she calls out. "Guys, out of toilet paper here."

"Got it." Luan leaves her room, to go and get what Lynn needs, and Luna is happy to see her other sister doing her part and helping out, and so Luna heads into the bedroom of the youngest and gets Lily ready for bed.

Lana walks by them, and she has her pet lizard Izzy and she seems concerned. 'What the heck is wrong with you girl? You won't eat or even spend time with me.' The lizard curls up and looks away. 'Something doesn't feel right with you, I need to talk to Lisa.'

(Royal Woods Elementary School.)

Lincoln and Michelle walk down the halls, and they see the list and so Michelle signs it, and she sees the number. "Looks like I am at number 15." she sees the other names on the board, from the 1st to where she is now.

Rachel's parents, Hassan's parents, Mollie's parents, Pertland's, Westwind's, Silver's, P. Silver's, Higgins, Warwick's, Rosato's, Rusty's dad, Zach's parents, Liam's Memaw, Zhau Parents, Michelle Lewis and after her are the McBride's.

"At least we're not last" replied Lincoln, but he did see the last ones and the last name is called "Sheer." He doesn't know who that is, but he has this odd feeling that he might know that last name.

They then see the hallway with parents and they're kids. Lincoln then goes over and he meets up with Jordan and the others, but then Sheryl goes over and announces something. "Attention ya'll, Mrs. Johnson will call out who to speak to, and the rest of you kids come on and follow me to the cafeteria and wait there."

Lincoln then hugs Michelle, and she returns the hug. She even kisses his forehead. "Go and spend time with your friends, Linc." Lincoln nods, and he heads off. The Rosato's found it sweet at what she did, and they can tell that she has landed a pretty dang big motherly impact onto the boy. Michelle sits down, and then she sees the pregnant goat.

"Holy smokes! Why is there a pregnant goat here?"

Then Memaw Honnicut shows up. "This here is Carol Anne, and I need to keep an eye on her for when she might be ready to have her little ones. As long as she doesn't eat anything spicy, then we're fine."

The others did not like where this is going, then the Gurdle parents ask Michelle some questions.

"Greetings Michelle Lewis, or if that is who you are. We would wish to know why you are here and if by chance that you might as well be an alien in disguise."

"We would also like a DNA sample just to be sure. You're very presence of the town has changed everything into something we all didn't see coming."

Michelle is confused, and she sees the tin foil hats, and then she realizes. "Wait, are you those folks who are paranoid with aliens? Guys, I am not an alien, and I have seen alien films and how they work, and FYI: Area 51 is real, and yeah from what I heard they did hide the ship from the Roswell crash." she's saying this to have them get off of her back.

The Gurdle parents are surprised, and now they have plans to one day... Storm Area 51... Oh boy.

Then Rodney Spokes intervenes. "Hello there, Ms. Lewis. The name is Rodney Spokes, and I can see that a woman such as yourself could use something new and stylish and I have just the stuff I need to make you feel more than young. Also, if there is nothing that can fit you, I could put you up to measure you're size, or perhaps..."

Then Rick Rosato coughs. "Rodney leave her alone, and take note she is the same woman who made sure Coach Pacowski was suspended, and got Huggins into trouble, she's a lawyer, and she can easily take annoying folks down."

Rodney has fear hearing this, and so he backs off, and then the Rosato's sit next to Michelle. "Thanks, I do not need to be crowded by some grownups who wanna talk to me. I am retired from showbiz, and being a lawyer is way better."

"We're not letting you handle this issue, we're all in this together" replied Jesse Rosato.

But as they are talking to each other, they don't know that Harold and Howard see them, and they are concerned. They wanna talk to her, and make amends for what they did, but they don't even know if Jordan Rosato did talk to them or not, they are deeply concerned about this.

(At the Cafeteria.)

We see Lincoln Loud and Jordan Rosato are both enjoying their time sitting close to each other, and watching an old video of when Vanoss and his friends pranked Wildcat by stuffing pigs and TNT into his house, and not too far we see their friends talking to each other.

Clyde then asks. "So, Leslie. How're you and the other rich girls handling being here in school and the town?"

Leslie then explains. "This is way better than Tuscola, sorta. I mean, we do miss the folks we have befriended but they told us that we have been doing a lot of good for them, and all that. But it would be nice to see them again, and know what those horrible girls are doing back at the school."

Stella then places a comforting hand onto her shoulder. "Hey, calm down now. You and the others helped that school and town handle the troubles and annoyance, and they can handle it. They would be alright with you guys being here. We're glad that we're all friends too. Equal and no popularity ranks."

Leslie nods. "Yeah, yeah you're right. Thanks Stella." Deep down, she feels confused. 'Wow that was... Wait, why did her touch make me feel warm and fuzzy inside? Wait, what is going on?'

We then see Rodney Spokes show up. "Son, time to go and also Mrs. Johnson was not interested in Polyester, and it's timeless and won't shrink or wrinkle!"

Rusty is shocked. "Dang, that sucks."

"Yeah..." Rodney then realizes. "Oh, and you are going to be having a serious talk with me about your grades." Rusty didn't like this, and so he follows his dad out of the place.

They then hear a goat screaming, and Liam realizes. "Oh no, Carol Anne found my spicy sandwich that I left in my desk!" He then races out of the room.

Then they hear a man screaming in pain, and Stella knows that sound. "My dad?! I gotta go!" She then races off, and the others are so confused. This is supposed to be a parent teacher meeting, what the heck is going on?

(Back with Michelle Lewis.)

Michelle sits on the chair, and she is facing Agnes Johnson. "Alright, so I just wanna say that Lincoln is not in trouble, instead he is at the opposite of such. His grade are doing marvelous, and even at gym class. Lincoln's tied as number one, alongside Clyde and Jordan. I am impressed at what he has done. Also, I know this is the first for you to deal with a parent and teacher meeting."

Michelle nods. "Thanks, and it looks like that was about it, right?"

Mrs. Johnson then speaks. "Go on ahead." Michelle then takes her leave, and then Mrs. Johnson sees who is next and she is annoyed. 'I swear if those McBride's start talking about my room being unsafe, I am kicking them out of here, hard!'

(Timeskip, later.)

Michelle walks out of the cafeteria with Lincoln, and they talked about the grades. "I am so proud of you, Lincoln. You have improved, and become an ace, tied with Jordan and Clyde."

Lincoln nods. "Thanks mom, I just do what I can to... Oh boy." they stop when they see Howard and Harold McBride walk towards them, and Michelle keeps Lincoln behind her, she wasn't gonna let them meddle in this again.

"I have the restraining order you two!"

"We know, and we don't wanna cause any trouble, Michelle" replied Harold.

"We just, wanna talk to you guys about what we have done and make amends for our mistakes" replied Howard.

Lincoln and Michelle are surprised to hear this, and so Michelle speaks. "Tomorrow, and we'll contact you where it will be and Luna is coming with us for this as well. It's getting late, and we're going home." The McBride's nod, and they watch as Lincoln and Michelle leave, and they see Lincoln holds her hand, and this shows that she is a good mother figure and caretaker.

Howard and Harold are looking forward to tomorrow, then Agnes Johnson calls out. "Howard and Harold McBride, you guys are up and talk about my room and the safety problems and you two are out of here!" All the parents look to the two men, and this makes Howard and Harold nervous.
