Chapter 59: The Mayoral Conflict...

(November 20. Town Hall. Royal Woods, Michigan.)

Everyone here is gathered, for the big announcement on who won the mayor elections, though many of them know who would win since they all voted for the same person, and then we see the Louds have arrived, along with Michelle Lewis and the Rosato's.

Lola scoffs. "No way can Selena Williams win, but for sure someone voted for her."

"You're not wrong kid." Scoots drives by them.

Luna then asks. "Wait, what? Who? You?"

Scoots stops and she turns around. "Nope. I wouldn't vote for Selena Williams, she's a Sue but far more annoying. Also, Selena Williams is just some dictating psycho. The one who voted for her, the only guy who voted for her was Flip. All because some weirdo came to him and paid him." she then rides off to meet with Seymour and Bernie.

Michelle Lewis sighs. "I think I know who, Vic."

Leni knows that name. "Wait, but from what I looked into, that guy is the campaign manager for Mayor Davis. Why is he siding with Selena Williams?"

Michelle Lewis then explained. "Alright, so as it turns out Vic has been secretly helping Selena Williams so she can become the mayor, and Mayor Davis caught him trying to share her secrets and his plans to tamper with the votes. After that, he was fired from working at the town hall and then arrested, and he is currently held at a prison outside of town, which means Selena Williams has no ally to help her, that lady is on her own from here on end."

They didn't see this coming. "Well, at least he's behind bars, and literally not gonna be a bother" replied Lori, then Katherine Mulligan appears on stage and she makes an announcement.

"This is Katherine Mulligan, and we are here at the Royal Woods Town Hall to see who will be the mayor of Royal Woods. We have Mayor Theresa Davis." Everyone cheers for her as she comes on stage, and then she makes a sparkling sound effect with her keyboard, and this makes the kids cheer.

"And then we have this lady whom was never born or even lived here in the first place, Selena Williams." The woman goes on stage but no one is cheering for her, and this angers Selena Williams.

Katherine Mulligan then continues. "The votes have been counted and after recent events, a saboteur has been caught and sent off to prison for his actions, the former campaign manager, Vic." everyone yells and boos at the name, and this angers Selena Williams, she has no ally to help her. "Now, before I announce who will be the mayor, are there any last words of debate from the opposing sides?"

Before Mayor Davis speaks, Selena Williams intervenes.

"People of this pathetic and misguided town. I can assure you that I will make this town as great as it should be, under my rule as the great mayor of this place, I will ensure that children will go to school until they are grownups and ready for the working class, I will ban summer vacations, holidays and weekends, for those are lies and nothing more than time wasting moments."

"Furthermore, all teenagers will be shipped out of town and placed into a reformatory where they will be changed and made into the true good people who shouldn't judge the righteous words of the leader, myself and that the "Fun" will be removed, and proper actions will be set upon this land. Such as, the change in police force, the change in private parks, and removing the wasteful businesses."

"I will also ban and remove the actions of same gender relationship and that this LGBTQ idea to be removed and never to be heard of again, which we will spread to the neighboring towns and make sure they stay in line, as well as removing all foreign people who do not belong in this country! America will be great again, and we can only be great if we follow the rules and stand by true leadership, mine!"

Everyone remains silent, and Selena Williams feels proud of what she said, but then the people boo at her, and throw garbage at her, and this angers Selena Williams. "What the heck?! What are you all doing?! What is happening?! Stop this, I demand you all to stop this! I am your mayor!"

Theresa Davis sighs, and then she speaks. "Folks, the one thing I wanna make sure is that change keeps going, the good change that could help us and make things a bright and happy time for all of you. I for one appreciate equality, and understand the true meaning of acceptance, and we all wanna be at peace in a town which won't become beyond troublesome or under unguided ruling from chaos and disorder."

"I wanna make sure that everyone is doing alright, having little to know troubles, and if there is a necessary change needed for the town, then I will hear them out. But, I cannot guarantee for some ideas and changes to be made possible, because this is not my choice to let change come around. That choice would be decided by the good folks, friends and families, from Royal Woods, Michigan."

And those words have everyone giving her a thunderous round of applause, and they all chant "Mayor Davis! Mayor Davis! Mayor Davis!"

This angers Selena Williams, and she sees that everyone is rallying to her, the recent mayor who has always been there, the mayor who knows what she is doing and is willing to go along with change that is good for the good folks of this town, and she wants to talk back, but then a tomato is thrown to her face, followed by some mud. Selena Williams is feeling that she is at her boiling point.

Mayor Davis notices this, and she sees the cops are on standby in case Selena Williams goes too far.

Katherine Mulligan then speaks. "That was all we needed to hear, and now to see who won." she then opens the envelope and she has two bodyguards guarding her and they are from Leslie Silver's family, and that means Selena Williams can't go over and take the letter. "Alright, by a unanimous decision, and thank goodness for this... Still the Mayor of Royal Woods, Theresa Davis!"

Everyone cheers hearing this, and then Chunk plays the theme song "Don't stop Believing" on his speakers, and everyone cheers and claps, and Mayor Davis chuckles. 'Saw this one coming.'

Seeing everyone happy that someone else won, angers Selena Williams, and she snaps. "No! No! Cease this pointless celebration! This is all false, I am and should be the mayor! This is all a lie, she is not the mayor. I am! Me! Me! Me! Me! Me! The votes must be recounted, I demand such to be made now!"

But they all ignore her, and then Selena Williams sees the family she hates. "This is their doing!" The louds are confused. "You wretched and ungrateful mistakes did this and I will not stand for this! Arrest those bastard children for tampering with my voting, for ruining this event, and for even..."

Then someone goes on stage, and that someone is Michelle Lewis, and she confronts Selena Williams with the meanest looking glare, and it sounds like five shotguns have been fired. "Dare I let you say that again about my kids!" Her yelling echoes around and everyone remains silent.

"They have done nothing wrong to you! You have been the reason for being the most annoying, and the worst person around! This town was peaceful before you even showed up, and you blaming some children who did nothing wrong to you will not go unnoticed by me. You don't have the right to yell at them like that when they have done no wrong."

"You're just some sore loser pathetic excuse of a living being with no remorse, no heart, no soul and no god damn sense within that wretched mind of yours. You dare say anything else about my kids, then I'll be sure that I'll be the one who buries you more than six-thousand feet under the god damn ground, at the most haunted cemetery ever!"

Everyone is startled hearing this, and then they all cheer, and Mayor Davis is surprised and claps at her actions. Katherine Mulligan smirks. 'Wow. Looks like the rumors are true, Michelle Lewis is one tough mother figure.' Michelle Lewis then goes back to the others, but her words have angered Selena Williams.

"You ungrateful trash!" Selena Williams tries to attack Michelle Lewis, but she ducks down, elbows Selena Williams in the stomach, and then she lands one powerful right hook to the face of Selena Williams, knocking out five teeth, and breaking her nose, and she falls to the ground, and she is in pain. The police then detain her. "Wait, what are you doing?! Arrest her, she attacked me!"

Mayor Davis then steps forward. "For trying to tamper with the votes, attempted assault and disturbing the peace for the last time. Selena Williams, I hereby place you under arrest and to be removed from our beloved town for good. We have a good lawyer who can make sure you never ever come back."

Michelle Lewis smirks. "And I know just the prison that would keep some psycho like you locked up, with no one to come and help you."

Selena Williams is angered by this and she lashes out and tries to escape. "No! No! This is all false! This is all a scam! I am the mayor of Royal Woods! Me! This is a trick, mutiny and false! Let me go! I am your mayor!" She then sees Michelle Lewis, and the louds. "When I come back, I will reclaim my rightful place and I will make sure you are all removed, forever!"

Selena Williams is thrown hard, into the armoured prison truck, and then drives off. Everyone continues to cheer and celebrate the victory, and Michelle gets a massive family hug from the Louds, and even Lynn Jr liked what she did, because that punch was awesome.

Michelle Lewis smiles and she hugs them back. "Nobody talks that way to my kids, nobody."

But deep down, they know one thing... Selena Williams might come back, but they hope she doesn't.
