Chapter 62: Lincoln and Luna, bonding...

(November 23. Royal Woods elementary School. Royal Woods, Michigan.)

The bell rings, and we see Lincoln Albert Loud and Jordan Rosato leave the school, and both of them talking about what they have planned, for when tomorrow comes. "Alright, so we're all gonna be going to have one big thanksgiving, the very first time with the Sharps and the Rosato's" replied Lincoln.

Jordan giggles. "I know, this is going to be awesome. But this is also the very first time without the parents, well the ones you used to call parents."

Lincoln nods and sighs. "Yeah, Lynnard and Rita, and those two are still going through their parent classes and I just hope they know what they're doing. Because I still feel concerned that everything they have learned might slip off when they come back, and it'll turn bad real fast."

Jordan nods. "Yeah, but things will turn up good. I mean, so many change has come, like doing dodge ball today since tomorrow we can't do that, and glad we both still got the moves."

Lincoln chuckles. "Dang right, I still feel bad for my friends though. They didn't seem to last long, but I gotta say that those rich girls, they got the moves, the grooves and all the right stuff to be awesome players in the game, except for Regina. How did she not see that ball coming?"

The duo then part ways, but they share a small kiss and then Lincoln sees the Red Ferrari arrives, and Michelle Lewis is driving it, with Luna Loud in the back. He then goes inside and then Michelle asks. "So, how was school today, kiddo?"

Lincoln hugs Luna, to which she returns the hug. "Fine, nothing new except for dodge ball today. I mean, tomorrow is Thanksgiving Day so it would make sense and I don't have any homework and I passed my book report and got an A. So, are we headed back home?"

Luna chuckles and then she speaks. "Nope, not today Lincoln. Today, you and I are gonna be spending time together, some good old brother and sister bonding."

Lincoln smiles hearing this. "Now that I can handle and would love to be a part of. Let's get going."

Michelle smirks, and then she looks towards Luna. "Just remember, if you guys need a ride back home, then you can always call me. Lori will be home, to deal with three homework's, and same with Leni." They then drive off to where Luna has planned for some sibling time with her little brother.

(Sibling spending moment montage.)

Lincoln Loud and Luna Loud were both brought to the Royal Woods Mall, and there they enjoy watching the move, Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, which made them smile and be touched about this film, but concerned that Chadwick Boseman was not the man behind the king anymore.

After that they go to Gryphon's Shopping, and there they meet with the Rich Girls, led by Leslie and they help them pick out something nice to wear, since they know Lincoln and Luna will have a double date to deal with possibly next week.

Though, Luna did see something her brother is interested in, and that something is a new Hammond Collection: Jurassic World Indominous Rex, and she is thinking of buying it one day and either giving it to her brother on his birthday next year, or for Christmas.

Afterwards, they both go to the food court, and there they meet with Sam and her little brother Simon, they both got back from the music store and the video game store, and they spend some time there, and trying out the new double cheese and double bacon and double patty burger.

Lincoln and Luna then leave the mall, and they walk into town and check out the local comic book store, and then they check the music store, and then the video game store. They did buy some stuff that interests them, and Lincoln had enough cash for the new alarm clock, of Iron Man.

After that, the duo are given a ride by Carol Pingrey who got back from her duties as the Student body President, and she brings them to their next destination to spend some special sibling bonding time.

(End Montage.)

We now see Lincoln Loud and Luna Loud here, in Ketcham Park and the duo sit on the bench with the things they got and they look around and see how peaceful things are as the season of fall is here. They do spot Lynn Jr, and she is playing some soccer with her friends, and they see the new girl too. They don't know who she is, but they look forward to meeting her one day.

Lincoln then leans his head to the side of his big sister. Luna smiles, and she pulls him close, then Lincoln asks his big sister something. "Hey sis, I have been wondering something. What if you did go to that Rock n' Roll concert back then? The same one that Lynnard and Rita wanted you to go to? What would've happened then after that if it did happen to you, sis?"

Luna is surprised to hear that from her brother, and then she recalls what she experienced months ago, when she had a parallel world encounter. So, she tells her brother the possible outcome from his question.

"Well, I'd become one incredibly loud and noisy sister who would always want to crack the volume above 11, and I would end up falling in line with that stupid sister hive mentality, and also... The sibling bond we have, would not be as strong as it is now, and has been. But, that is not gonna happen, things are different now little brother, and we're still the best of siblings, and that'll never change, always. I wouldn't trade it for the world, ever."

Lincoln smiles hearing this, and then he yawns and he falls asleep as he leans onto the side of Luna. The older loud finds this cute, and she kisses her brother on the forehead. "Sweet dreams, Lincoln." But seeing her brother like this, brings back some very good memories.

(Flashback.)

Luna goes into her bedroom, which she shares with her baby brother and then she sees Lincoln in his crib, and he is awake and yet looks sleepy and still has his pacifier in his mouth, and hugging his plush rabbit, Bun-Bun and so she goes over and picks him up. "Are you still tired baby brother?"

Lincoln looks to his big sister, and he smiles, then he embraces her and she returns the hug. "Alright, let's nap together." Luna goes onto her bed, and she lays down with Lincoln next to her, and he doesn't let her go. Luna kisses his cheeks and then forehead. "Sweet dreams baby brother, I love you." Luna then falls asleep with her cute baby brother, Lincoln.

(End flashback.)

'Still the same cute and happy little brother, I know and love.' Luna then sighs and takes in this peaceful moment, but then she recalls what happened months ago. 'I don't know if I should... No, no not yet. When the time is right, when the time comes then I will tell Lincoln about the day I went to another world, the day I met my hero counterpart, and everything they have been through.'

A/N: A nice sibling time between brother and sister, and one day... One day, Luna Loud will tell her brother of the day she got caught into a parallel world, but not today.
