Chapter 89: Another Lynn and Annabelle moment...

(December 20. Tall Timbers Park. Royal Woods, Michigan.)

We head to the frozen lake, and the only ones playing are the local Royal Woods Hockey team, and this is just a friendly game a 2v2 moment, for we got Lynn Jr and Annabelle C. McCann against Margo and Lainey, and the game is on as both sides try to make the goal and they use two logs for their goal.

Lynn passes the puck to Annie, and then she passes it back to Lynn, while Margo is on defense, but then Lynn looks like she is about to make the score, but she passes the puck back to Annie, and with quick thinking she sends the puck to its destination and makes a curve ball style pass, and it's a goat.

Lynn and Annabelle cheer, and then Lynn calls out. "Ladies and Gentleman! Lynn and Annabelle win, another win baby!" The two then fist bump and high five.

Annabelle then cheers. "And with another win, it looks like Annabelle and Lynn are going to go big for the Royal Woods National Hockey Games! Woohoo!"

Lainey chuckles. "Alright guys, calm it down with the Nick sports Commentary victory mode, good game girls and good play back there. That will definitely work for when we face Beaverton soon."

Margo also speaks. "We are so going to crush it, once we finish our time with family. I mean, this is the last game for us this year, and the hockey season too. We are going to win again, girls."

"No shadow of a dang doubt" replied Lynn Jr, then she asks. "Hey, I was planning to go and see what's new at the Burpin' Burger, you girls wanna tag along and check it out?"

Margo smiles. "Would be nice, but I should get going now, girls. I have to go and help prepare, because the family and I are gonna be spending the Holidays with my grandparents."

Lainey also speaks. "Same, my family and I are gonna be spending the Christmas with Alice and her family, and we all agreed to meet at the best and warmest Inn resort in Michigan."

Lynn is surprised to hear this and though she should feel disappointed that her friends aren't gonna hang out later, she knows that this is far more important, but then Annabelle speaks. "I'll join ya, Lynn."

Lynn smiles hearing this, and so the girls go their separate ways, Lainey and Margo head back home, while Lynn and Annabelle both head for the Burpin' Burger, but while they are gone, Flip shows up and he goes to the frozen lake.

"Alright, time to catch me some fish." He then tries to break the ice. "Oh come on, are you serious?" He then grabs his tool box. "No ice is gonna stop old Flip from what he's gotta do, and I am fishing!" Flip then grabs a jackhammer and he gets to work, but this will take him a while. That is some thick ice.

(At the Burpin' Burger.)

We now see Lynn Jr and Annabelle, and both arrive and they meet with Grant, at the register. "Hey there, LJ. Haven't seen ya here in quite a while, where've ya been champ?"

Lynn doesn't wanna tell Grant that they have been going to Wendy's a lot, and also Burger King since they have burgers far more delicious, and juicier than the ones here, and so she makes an excuse. "Just busy with some changes and stuff, but enough about me. We wanna know what's new on the menu."

Grant then tells them. "We got two new on the menu. The Deluxe Double Patty with bacon and double the cheese, and then we have the Meaty supreme which is a Baby Burpin Burger inside of a Burpin Burger patty and with cheese and special sauce, and yes they both come in spicy options."

This makes Lynn and Annabelle smile, and they both get their orders and they head to a nearby table and they enjoy their lunch. Then Lynn speaks. "Man, we crushed it today and those new tactics will help us win, and Beaverton is not gonna beat us this year, we lost last year."

Annabelle smirks and she eats her fries. "Well, I was the former star player at Greatsville, and it seems fitting that we're going to win this time, since we are all skilled and all-star players. We can win this, and perhaps we can both help carry the team, all the way to victory."

The duo then go for some more fries, but their hands touch and this surprises Annabelle and Lynn, and they move away their hands, blush and chuckle nervously. They didn't see this coming, and the whole thing just became incredibly awkward. Lynn then speaks. "Hey, wanna go to the mall after this?"

Annabelle nods. "Sure, that sounds nice." Deep down, both feel uneasy and weird feelings coming in too.

(Timeskip, later at the Royal Woods Mall.)

We now see Annabelle C. McCann and Lynn Loud Jr, and they are both at one of the new sportswear stores in the place, and they spot a replica of the WWE and the Universal Championship, but then they see the cutout of Roman Reigns and so both girls mock him.

"Oh look at me, I am the tribal chief, I am big fat dumb monkey!" said Lynn in a mocking boyish tone.

Annabelle also does the same. "I like to be on top, me coward and need twins and baby twin to fight for me, me friends with bald walrus failure man. Blah, blah!"

The two girls laugh doing this and then they both walk away, they didn't even know that Lincoln and Jordan are there and both are here to check out what might be on sale soon, and Lincoln has his eyes on the action figure of Big Show, while Jordan has her eyes set on the action figure of Becky Lynch.

"Huh, Lynn really hates Roman Reigns, and I for one cannot blame her" replied Jordan.

Lincoln also agrees. "Reigns may be good, but he is wasting his time and talent. I think he should retire."

Then Leslie walks by, and she bought two action figures, one is Dolph Ziggler and the other Cody Rhodes. "I think he should quit at a dangerous "I Quit Match" With no one to back him up, I honestly don't like him anymore. He's better off with the shield reunited."

That one Lincoln Loud and Jordan Rosato can agree, but then Lincoln sees his big sister Luna and her girlfriend Sam Sharp, and so they both go and see if they wanna hang out.

(Timeskip, later again at the neighborhood of Annabelle C. McCann.)

Lynn Loud Jr is walking alongside Annabelle C. McCann, and they are both continuing to talk about the next sports games events they wanna watch, and it starts after Christmas, which is a dang shame too. Mr. Grouse is gonna be with his family after Christmas till January, so they don't have their elderly sports buddy to watch and enjoy the game.

"Perhaps we can watch it at my place" replied Annabelle. "We're not going anywhere."

Lynn Jr smiles. "Now that sounds awesome, we're both gonna..." But then both girls trip from a small rock at the sidewalk, and they both fall onto the snow ground and right in front of Annabelle's house and their bags with their hockey stuff fall onto the pathway, and when they open their eyes, the moment is awkward.

Lynn Jr and Annabelle are face to face, close to each other and Annabelle is on top of her, the moment is feeling awkward, and both girls blush and look to each other with wonder, but then they snap out of it and Annabelle gets off of Lynn, and the Loud sports girl sits up and then Annabelle stands up and is not looking at Lynn, and she looks embarrassed.

"Okay, see you soon LJ, bye." She then walks back home with her hockey gear in her bag, feeling embarrassed and her face redder than a tomato, and Lynn has the same expression buy deep down she feels different, she feels shocked and stunned and she didn't expect that to happen.

Lynn then calms down, she takes a deep breath, she then grabs her bag filled with her hockey gear, and then she walks back home. But then she realizes something. 'Oh... Oh no, oh heck no! I have a crush on Annabelle C. McCann?!'
