Time for a game show, an unexpected feet of proportions, and based on the episode "How Double Dare You" but it's gonna be something else, something unexpected and all challenging and fun. Thank you "Marvelomac1010" for the concept. Enjoy reading this everyone.
"Rock n' Not Loud Adventures!"
Chapter 117: Let the Double Dare begin...
(January 17. Royal Woods Television performance center. Royal Woods, Michigan.)
The Red Ferrari of Michelle arrives, and we see Luna and Michelle come out and Luna is surprised to see this place. "Wait, why are we here mom?" Then it hits her. "Double Dare? The Game show?"
Michelle nods. "Yup, and we're gonna compete in it. I planned this, something of a mother and daughter thing. So, you wanna compete and have some fun?"
Luna nods, and so they both go inside, and this brings back the memories of when they came here and were part of America's Next Greatest Hitmaker, and they were ready for this show.
But they don't know, another car arrives but on the other side of the building, and the driver is Fiona, and her passengers are Leni and Lincoln, and the white haired boy is surprised. "Surprise, Linky. I sent some letters, and they accepted it, and now we're going to compete!"
Lincoln is surprised to hear this, and then he hugs Leni. "Thank you so much, Leni! This is awesome!"
Leni then hugs him back. "Just thought that we should spend some quality sister and brother time, I like spending time with you Lincoln." Fiona sees this and so she snaps a few photos, something they can remember. They then depart from the hug. "You ready for this, Lincoln?"
Lincoln nods. "Let's get our slime on!" They then head to the door, while Fiona takes the other door so she can join the audience and watch, and the other louds are there too, and the Rosato's, and they don't know what is going on or why they came, but Lisa doesn't wanna be there, and we know why.
As the two siblings go inside, and they get into their team clothing, and both siblings are excited to be part of this, and then they are led to the stage where everyone else is, but nobody can see them yet due to the curtains. Lincoln and Leni arrive, and wearing blue uniform.
"Alright, let's see who the red team...Wait, what?"
They are surprised to see that the red team is Luna and Michelle, and even they are surprised. Luna then asks. "Wait, what are you guys doing here?"
Lincoln then responds. "Leni found a way for us to compete, and so here we are, and also to spend some time together. What about you guys?"
Michelle then speaks. "Mother and Daughter time, and I know Marc Summers, the show host. I asked if we could have a challenge, and I think this is what he meant."
Leni chuckles. "Well, we're all here and we can have fun while doing this. May the best team win and... Wait, do the others know or did you guys tell them?"
Luna then speaks. "No, no they do not. They are so gonna be surprised, but who will they root for?" They all chuckle, and they can tell that this is going to be very exciting. Then the show is about to begin, and they hear the voice speaking.
"And now, for your host, Marc Summers!"
The man arrives and he makes his announcement. "Hello, everyone and welcome to another episode of Double Dare, this time we are here in Royal Woods, Michigan and we have two teams locked, loaded and ready to see who can win this Double Dare! Let's see the contestants!"
The curtains unveil, and everyone sees the red team is Luna and Michelle, and the blue team is Lincoln and Leni. The Louds, the Rosato's, the Sharp's and their friends are surprised. Lola then asks. "So, who are we rooting for?"
Lisa is baffled. "Huh, I didn't expect to see this coming."
Then Marc Summers continues. "And also, the winners of this episode can choose from these prizes. "Flashy sneakers with incredible state of the art tech systems, a deluxe and fancy vanity mirror, and... A NASA approved Galactic Lab Space Capsule!"
That surprises everyone, but Lisa is in awe seeing the space capsule. She feels like fainting, but instead she stays still and Lynn shakes her hands in front of Lisa. "Guys, I think Lisa's broken."
The game show begins, and it is the antlers ring toss, and we see Leni and Michelle throw the rings, and it seems like Luna and Lincoln are both good at making sure the rings land within the antler helmets they are wearing. But the round ends, with both teams winning, and the antlers are filled with rings.
"Wow. Now that is a first time to see" replied Marc Summers, and so they head to the next round. "The antlers are now off, and we are now tied with five points each, for both teams as it is Louds vs Louds. Now the thinking caps are on and we are gonna start with Red Team."
"Alright, so who is the founder of California?"
Michelle answers this one, since she knows it. "The Mallorcan Missionary, Junipero Serra. From 1713 – 1784. He was sent there at the age of 54 after 14 years in Mexico, which he then established the missions which have grown into America's biggest cities, San Francisco and San Diego."
They were surprised of how she knew that, but then again she was from California, and then Marc Summers asks another question. "Which one of these is the most famous, well-known and iconic bands in the world? SMOOCH, Mick Swagger and his Boys, or AC/DC?"
Luna answers. "AC/DC, and they got the best concerts, but then again there are others who are as great as them." Within her mind. 'Mick Swagger has nothing on those icons, and also who the heck is SMOOCH?' Even Lincoln doesn't even know that band.
"After one heck of a round, blue team's behind by two-hundred points, but they do have control of the game, let's see if they can catch up." Marc Summers then asks. "Alright blue team. What famous export originated from the town of Nîmes, France?"
Leni knows this and she answers. "Oh, that's easy, its denim, which derives from the French Sergé de Nîmes."
Lincoln is surprised. "Wow." The others do recall, Leni has some smarts in her now, after the incident with what has been inside her head, and keeping her from having good grades, and even Lisa is baffled at how Leni knew that, but then again it sounds like something a fashionista would know.
Marc Summers then asks another question. "Alright, Blue Team. From historical facts, true or false. Is it true that the dreaded Blackbeard the pirate fought the Flying Dutchman?" This surprises Lincoln and Leni, they don't know anything about that. So, Lincoln speaks.
"I think we should take the dare, because we don't know that one."
Michelle and Luna nod. "Double Dare!"
Marc Summers then speaks. "Alright, looks like we got the Double Dare!" They then go over to the table. "The Blue Team have to break a dozen eggs, with their egg smashing helmets, but this will be tricky, with a vibrating table! Dang, we are good with these challenges."
The Double Dare starts, and so Lincoln and Leni get to egg smashing, and they manage to smash a dozen eggs, and are covered in eggs, and the time is up. "And the Blue Team has won, and it seems like the scores are now tied!"
This surprises everyone, both teams are 10 to 10 points, and the others don't know who to cheer for, though Fiona, Miguel, Jackie and Mandee are cheering for Leni. "Alrighty then, contestants. There is only one way to break this tie, and it is to claim the most flags in this obstacle course!"
Both teams have their helmets on, and the game begins.
They both go to the pancake challenge and look for the flag, and it is Blue Team who gets the flag, and so both teams race off to the very large and slimy nose challenge, and Leni is struggling, but Michelle manages to claim the flag from the left nostril, and this is gross to her.
They then go to the slime river, and both Lincoln and Luna have a boat, but Lincoln paddles faster, and he manages to grab the flag and reach the end, and then they go to the apples in the water barrel challenge, and both Leni and Michelle compete, and as Michelle looks into the water, she uses her mouth and she has the flag.
The final one, is Mt. Slime, and both teams are now climbing and trying to get there, but then Lincoln slips and he slowly slides down and he yells out. "Go for it, Leni!"
Then Luna slips and she also slides down slowly. "You got this mom!"
Michelle and Leni climb, and give it their all, but then Michelle slips, and Leni yells and she gives it her all and she makes it to the top, and claims the flag, everyone cheers and claps seeing this and Marc Summers announces. "And the Blue Team wins it!"
Luna and Michelle meet at the bottom, and the hug each other, and they are happy for Leni and Lincoln who won, then Leni comes down and she hugs her little brother. "We did it, Leni. We won the game show! This is awesome!"
Leni smiles, she is happy to spend some time with her little brother, then the show host arrives. "Alright, Blue Team. A big congratulations for winning, so which prize are you gonna pick?"
Lincoln and Luna know what to get. "The Galactic Lab Space Capsule!" This surprises everyone, and even the Louds. Then Leni speaks. "We believe that someone in our family deserves it, someone who would need it the most, and use it for her little science stuff."
They look to Lisa, and she races down there and hugs her siblings. "Thank you, this is... I just..."
"We know, little sis." Lincoln and Leni hug her, and then Lincoln speaks. "Truth be told, I wanna compete just for the slime."
Leni then speaks. "And I am joining this show, to approve my brand as a preteen influencer." Her friends didn't see that one coming.
Luna then speaks. "This was just a mother and daughter bonding for us, and it was kinda fun."
Michelle chuckles. "It sure was, and i had a lot of fun spending it with you Lunes, but it seemed like I got to spend it with Luna, Lincoln and Leni." they then hug each other, and then the rest of the Louds show up, then Michelle remembers. "Wait, this is not over yet!"
"What?"
Michelle then calls out. "Let it come down, Marc!"
Marc Summer smirks. "I love this job." He pulls on the lever on the wall, and slime comes down all over the Louds, and even Albert and Myrtle.
Lana kept her mouth open, but Lola on the other hand... "This is gross."
