"Rock n' Not Loud Adventures!"
Chapter 146: A Valentine's Day Aftermath...
(February 15. The Loud House, Franklin Avenue. Royal Woods Michigan.)
Lincoln Loud and Luna Loud walk down the stairs and they have their school things with them and are ready for what this day has, and it seems like Lincoln is still wearing the necklace he got from Jordan last night during the Sadie Hawkins Dance.
They arrive to the dining room, and they join the others for breakfast, then Michelle comes in and she has her mug of coffee, and she notices how happy and positive Lincoln and Luna are today. "Hey there, kids. You two still thinking about last night at the prom and the Sadie Hawkins Dance?"
Luna chuckles. "I guess you can say that we are lucky to have awesome gals."
The others chuckle hearing this, and then Lori asks. "Hey, do you guys have any plans later?"
Lincoln replies to his big sister. "After school. Luna and I, with Jordan and Sam are gonna be spending some time together..." They then all talk about their own plans that they have, this makes Michelle smile and she is glad that things have been quite peaceful lately.
(Royal Woods Elementary School.)
The purple Ferrari drives off, and the younger Louds head off into the school, but before Lincoln can go inside, he is tackled by Jordan Rosato and they roll around on the grassy ground and share a good laugh. "Got ya this time, and you didn't see that one coming."
Lincoln smirks. "I guess I was still happy and in pure joy and positivity after our awesome dance night." He then gets up, and so does Jordan and they share a small kiss. "Last night, best date night we ever had, and would love to do that again, once we're in Middle School."
The duo then head into the school, still wearing the necklaces that they gave each other from last night, and also holding hands. They do spot their friends, and they are about to call out to them, but then they hear some boys mocking them, and they know who they are. Two of the four boys, whom Lincoln knows and doesn't like. Jadon Sand and Joshua Rush.
"Hey look, the stupid love birds came flying back to nest again!"
"You two gonna be holding hands all day? You need some glue to keep it together?"
The two boys keep laughing, but nobody else is laughing with them. Lincoln and Jordan are a little annoyed, but they aren't worth talking back to. But then Lincoln calls out. "Hey, at least we had each other, and that others had dates to be with, rather than being to the Sadie Hawkins Dance alone and being sad saps with no outcome for the future or the capacity for change."
Jordan then speaks. "He means you two sad saps."
The other students chuckle at this, and this angered the two boys and they are about to go over and teach them a lesson, but then Leslie, Gretchen, Hope, Regina and Chastity block their way and they don't look happy.
"Well, well. Look who came to try and mess with some others with dates."
"Sad to see you two boys targeting couples, just because you two don't have anyone in your life."
"I question what has everyone with dates ever done to you two and you're other pals?"
"Love is a strong thing, and I recall love is what made you two and you're other pals, a damn shame."
"Do everyone a dang favor, and just walk away before things turn out from bad to worse."
They didn't like this and so Jadon and Joshua scoff and they head off to find their other pals, Morgan Gingerich and Elliot Miles, but then Jordan calls out to them. "Hey punks! When dodgeball begins, you and the others are gonna need crutches and diapers!"
Jordan then holds Lincoln's hand and they walk off, Lincoln is amazed by what she did in that call back. 'Gosh, I love her so much.' But those words, have struck fear into those two boys, and they need to make an excuse, to stay away from gym class.
(Meanwhile, at the Royal Woods High School.)
Luna Loud and Sam Sharp are both walking down the halls, and they wave to the Prom King and Queen from last night, Football player, Spencer and his girlfriend, member of the theater club, Ruby.
"Last night sure was the best, for all of us" replied Sam.
"Dang right" replied Luna, but they see Sully and Mazzy. "Well, not all of us." They spot Sully and Mazzy, and the duo leave the band room and Sully has a cast on his right arm, they tried to warn him last night but he wouldn't listen, and he did a backflip, and then fell and hurt his elbow.
"Dang, darn it Sully. We need to figure out how to do our gig at the Burnt Bean soon" replied Sam. "My mom said it was alright for us to perform there, and also my little bro Simon is gonna be there too."
Luna nods, and she thinks about this. "Possibly while we have our hang out time later, then we can talk about this ordeal. But if we can't figure something out, then we need to ask Sully and Mazzy if it is alright for the band to be a trio until Sully is all patched up."
They then hear the school bell ring, and so they all head off to class. They do greet Lori, Leni and Luan along the way, and something comes into the mind of Luna Loud. 'Alright, Valentine's Day is done, now all we gotta prepare for is... Crest and Swagger, those two will be here when it is the Royal Woods spring Music Festival, and I am not gonna be Rock n' Roll. They can't make me or force me into it!'
