So we all know a certain guy who is known for scams and the usual cheap skates stuff that is almost worse as Mr. Krabs, so this is about what the guy has been doing, I wanna say thanks to "Marvelomac1010" for the concept, but I made some changes since the last time I made about that cheap and scamming guy. Enjoy reading this new chapter everyone.

Chapter 153: Now, what is Flip up to...
(February 22. Royal Woods Elementary School. Royal Woods, Michigan.)
Lunch is here, something Rusty Spokes likes the most, and almost everyone else. We see that all of them have begun operation lunch trade, and Clyde is managing the trade traffic, and for once Zach is glad he can be able to enjoy his lunch, and not trade it. He's packing a hamburger and fries.
They are all talking about what they have planned for the weekend, and the others are also aware of the whole sleepover thing at Ronnie Anne's, but only Lincoln Loud and Jordan Rosato are invited, and nobody wants to mention about what went down when Luna and Lincoln had a mean encounter with Emily and Oscar Lewis.
They all recall, those two are still on the run and are legit wanted by the law and all of Royal Woods wants them taken down for those words, and most are just wanting to take them down for the bounty from the rich families, and no sign of them yet.
Jenny Mulligan then goes over towards them. "Guys, today they thought they found Oscar and Emily Lewis..." This alarms Lincoln. "But, it was all a fake. Flip tried to trick the cops that he caught them, but they were just dummies inside of bags and he was kicked out and given a ticket for false claims."
Lincoln sighs hearing this. "That dirt bag is gonna get himself into way deeper trouble for trying a stupid stunt like that. I mean, he is a total moron."
"No kidding" replied Clyde, he then asks. "So, what else has Flip been up to lately? I mean, he still has his place of business, right?"
Jenny nods, and then she drinks her soda. "Alright, so Flip is still running his stupid Food and Fuel, and there hasn't been any customers in his building for over a month, and a lot of folks have been ignoring the place, and the man lately. He is trying everything he can, and yet nothing. My auntie Katherine has been leaving hidden cameras to see what he has been scheming as of lately."
"He has been trying to sell Flippies at the mall, outside the supermarket, somewhere around the town, and each one ends up with the guy being chased off. Since his Flippies contain something that doesn't seem right for the health, and everyone is surprised that they are alive from that, and now you also know why you guys have been given checkups."
They all know that one. "Then, get this... Flip tried to make the local Seven-Eleven place shutdown by breaking in and stealing some stuff, to vandalizing their walls. Cops chased him off, but the Seven-Eleven doesn't wanna press charges, instead they have made a strong request, and the deed is done. The gas lines under Flip's, has been cut off. He doesn't sell fuel anymore."
That one surprises them. Hassan asks. "Whoa, for reals?"
Jenny nods. "Now everyone knows, that when you see Flip's, then there is no point going there, he even tried to con some folks into fixing their car, but he was caught red handed and had to pay for the damages. He even tried to make some shady deals, but was taken down and issued a shutdown on product delivery to his place of business."
Rusty then realizes. "Wait, that would mean the only thing left in his place is just, expired food."
Liam scoffs. "Wouldn't be surprised if they cut the power to his place, but he might go off and steal some electricity."
Jordan speaks. "Flip has lost it, from the con artist cheap skates, to the now delusional and desperate psycho who is the sole reason why his business is getting run down. People, he is legit the worse man in town." they can all agree to that one.
Leslie speaks. "The one thing I wanna know, is what is going on within the mind of that lady Tammy Gobblesworth? I mean, she does realize what Flip has become, right?"
"Doubt it" replied Artie. "Kat and I overheard some folks at Jean-Juan's, and they knew Flip and Tammy back then, and apparently they both liked each other, so chances they still like each other even to this day, and she thinks Flip can change."
"The only thing he's been changing is the expiration dates on his items!" said Stella. "That turkey selling lady, I think she's as deranged and a cheap knock off as Flip is. Legit, they are meant to be." they all agree on that one.
Lincoln is kinda concerned about this. 'If Flip does go too far, then mom has to know. She could stop him and make sure he never leaves prison ever again. But I do agree with the others, what is wrong with Tammy Gobblesworth? Does she not see how deranged he is now?!'
(Timeskip, after school.)
The bell rings and the students all head off home. Lincoln and Jordan both plan to go to the Loud House, and so they wait for Michelle Lewis, and they are joined by Lucy and Lisa. Lola and Lana are still in the school, and they're gonna have a playdate with their friends later.
As they continue to wait for a ride, they see someone's cart arrive, and they know who it is. Flip. "Hey there Louds, you interested in a Flippie?"
They don't look pleased. "Hard pass."
Flip then tries something else. "Well, how about this. Buy Two Flippies, and get the other one half off, and each one still at the cost of Ten bucks, sounds like a fair price right?"
(No it is not!)
Lisa scoffs. "Another way to con folks out of their cash. I am glad that Flippie is no longer part of my system, because everyone prefers the Auntie Pam's super-secret milkshake." The others also agree, and a lot of students now wanna go there and enjoy some milkshakes.
Hearing this does not make Flip happy at all. Lincoln then speaks. "Listen here Flip, we aren't buying anything from the guy who would leave kids to die in a burning building."
The others respond. "Yeah!" The twins also come out, with their friends. Now this angers Flip, and he is about to talk back but then the Red Ferrari from Michelle Lewis arrives, and coming out is one angry Luna Loud and Michelle Lewis.
"You better get away from here or we're gonna be calling more than just the cops!" This makes Flip grumble, and he takes his leave. Luna then looks towards Michelle. "Mom, we need to find some way to take this guy down before he does something else. This doesn't seem like it is over."
Michelle sighs. "I know, I know. But, we need to wait. We can't make a move, unless he does something that goes too far. But when he does do that, then I'll make sure to get rid of that annoying jerk and that disturbed lady who keeps bailing him out."
Lincoln, Jordan, Lucy and Lisa then go into the car, while the twins go with their friends. But they didn't know, Flip was still there, hiding behind the bushes and he heard everything. 'They think they can get rid of old Flip? They're gonna be the ones who will pay for ruining my business, and I'll make sure I take every last cent they have!'
