"Rock n' Not Loud Adventures!"
Chapter 159: the end of February...
(February 28. The Loud House, Franklin Avenue. Royal Woods, Michigan.)
We head to the kitchen and we see that Michelle Lewis is cleaning up the kitchen and making sure all the dishes are clean, but then she sees Lincoln and Luna come inside. "Hey kids, got some plans for today?"
Luna nods. "We're gonna be headed to the park today, we can walk there, mom. Gonna spend some good brother and sister time."
Lincoln then asks. "Where is everyone else though? I mean, we know Lori and Leni are at the mall."
Michelle then finishes cleaning the last plate. "Luan is with Benny at the school still. Lucy is at a meeting with her friends, the twins, along with Lisa are at Tall Timbers Park, watched over the Jesse Rosato, and Lynn went to see Annabelle and spend some time with her."
Lincoln and Luna nod, they then go over and hug her. "We'll be back later mom." They then depart from the hug, and Michelle watches them head off, she smiles at the fact they called her mom, even though she has heard them say that so many times, it always warms her heart.
'I hope that I can see that dream and see what happens next. Things have been quite a good change lately, and I need to be ready for what I gotta hassle with next month too.'
But something else comes to her thoughts, something stuff that she doesn't like. 'I gotta talk to that lady who bailed out Flip, and I don't know what the heck does she wanna talk about, and then comes, my stupid cousins. They haven't found them yet, who knows where they are and what they have planned. They tried to talk to my kids, and if they try that again then I'll be sure to break their legs!'
(Ketcham Park.)
Luna Loud and Lincoln Loud are seen walking in the Park, and they can see Jillian Henvers spending some time with her infant son, Lucas not too far from the pond. Darcy is at the sandbox with some of her friends, and Zach is...Gonna be camping here tonight? Wait what?
Luna is confused, and then she looks towards Lincoln, and so he explains. "Zach told me today that there was going to be a special starry night watch for an unidentified flying object thing and he wants to see it if it is gonna come. I don't wanna bother with it, we just let him be with what he does."
Luna nods, and then the duo head over to the nearby bench, and they enjoy the peaceful time here. "This sure is nice, just the two of us spending some brother and sister time, in the peaceful park, and no trouble at all."
Lincoln nods. "Yeah, sure is nice." Then he asks. "March is tomorrow sis, and a lot of stuff is gonna happen. Do you think trouble is gonna come and once again ruin the peace?"
Luna can hear the concern in her brother's voice, and she sighs. "Linc, mom has to talk to the Gobblesworth lady and we don't know what that lady even wants, but it might have something to do with Flip and wherever he is locked up."
"We gotta visit Rita and Lynnard and see what they have to say or get some answers, we got the Lewis cousins who remain at large and could be up to no dang good. But spring break is something we can enjoy, and have some fun, but there is one thing that I will truly hate the most. The Royal Woods Spring Music Festival."
Lincoln is confused, but then he recalls. "Oh, right. Swagger and Crest. Those two will be there, and we don't know what they might be up to, especially Katie Crest."
Luna then speaks. "Linc, little brother calm down. I know what to do, I have a plan that will take care of both Mick Swagger and Katie Crest. I got this all handled." Then something else she recalls. "But then we have something else inbound, tourism in town after the fact everyone knows that we're gonna be on tour with Mick for the summer, and I don't know what the heck is gonna happen."
"But, all we can do is try and deal with it and perhaps calm things down and make sure the trouble is sent off packing and never come back. We don't predict what else is gonna happen, we can plan things out and make sure that the trouble or disaster is mellowed down or put down for good. But things can unexpectedly change, and we just need to try and adapt to it."
"We have been dealing with change ever since last year, and so much more things are coming that some of us look forward to, and some of us need to be ready." Luna then rubs her brother's head. "I can't say that we'll be alright, but all I can say that for now everything is feeling fine and just dang dandy, Lincoln."
"Yeah, yeah you're right..." Lincoln then yawns. "Sis." He then closes his eyes, and so Luna allows him to lay on her lap and snooze there. Luna rubs his head, and smiles seeing the smile on her napping brother's face. Luna smirks, and she sees her baby brother as he was before, and back when she was five years old.
'Even if you get older, I still see you as the baby brother I held and always played with, I have never ever forgotten the times when we would always spend time and enjoy each other's company. Sweet little baby brother of mine.' Luna then hums a soothing tune, and then she looks to the sky.
Luna can see a large plane flying by, a large plane that was not meant for passengers and she sees the logo under the wing. 'Whatever the heck we'll be dealing with next month, will have to get past me and the plans I got in store. I will do my part with the role I have been given so long ago, and I will not break my promise, and keep it with me till the day I die!'
