Hi Readers: I hope that you guys have been enjoying todays chapters. And I am proud to say that the chapters that I have already written are not the chapters that you guys are going to get to read, as I am still writing; and plan on writing for a while. And that starts right now. Here we go with another chapter. Here we go with Chapter Thirty-Nine.

Chapter Thirty-Nine

The breakfast that Camila just made for him and Gabby this morning truly looked divine, and he most definitely was ready to eat it this morning; especially since he's quite hungry, most of that being from the stress. And right now, the stress levels in his home were pretty high; which was definitely not the most idea of situations. But right now, he wasn't going to worry about it; rather, he's just going to concentrate on his wife (as well as their son). Noah just needs to have his parents take care of him right now, and that was most definitely something that he was going to do for him; Noah is his lil' boy, and he wants to make sure that he's okay right now. And that's what he and Gabby are going to do for the entire day, and however long they need to make sure that he's okay; and he's going to be doing it in his and Gabby's room, rather than from his office. Gabby is the love of his life, and there's nowhere he'd rather be other than right here in bed with her. It's where she needs him to be, so he's going to be here for her the entire time.

Walking into his and Gabby's room with the egg sandwiches that they were going to enjoy this morning, Matt took a breath when he heard Gabby speak to her brother about what happened. "And that's it right? Someone was just holding him in his lap, and the pillow was kicked away?" Antonio agreed with his sister when she asked him what happened (again), before smiling at her. "Gabby, I promise that everything is okay. He's going to be okay, and I am going to apologize for the rest of my life if I have to." That's when Matt decided to interrupt the conversation that was occurring between his wife and her brother. "Antonio, you don't have to do that; and I mean that, because I believe that you're going to go crazy if you keep doing that." Turning his head when he heard Matt walk into the room, Antonio smiled at him before leaning over his sister; kissing her forehead, Antonio smiled at his sister. "I promise sis, everything will be okay. The boys are fine, and Matt's here for you." Gabby agreed with her brother when he said that, well aware that was the case.

Grabbing her brother's hand, Gabby smiled as she stroked it with her thumb while also looking down at Noah as she fed him this morning; after all, she did decide to breastfeed her son once again. And that was due to the fact that she wanted to make sure that he was happy again, and because she was worried about her baby boy. But breastfeeding Noah was definitely something that made the mother much happier, because it made her feel like she knew that he was okay now. Looking at his sister as she breastfed Noah, Antonio smiled before leaning over her and then kissed her forehead softly. "Just take it easy and relax Gabby, everything's okay now." Looking up at her brother, Gabby smiled before turning her attention back to Noah as she breastfed him this morning. At the same time, Matt looked at his girl. "Gabby?" Turning her head, Gabby looked at Matt and smiled at him. "Yeah baby?" Matt just smiled at her. "I'm just going to talk to Antonio for a minute okay? I'll be right back." Gabby agreed with Matt as he told her that, smiling.

"Okay." Looking at his brother-in-law, Antonio was a bit confused as to why he needed to talk to him in private; but he most certainly was not going to question him here, as that would just worry his sister. Walking out ahead of Matt, Antonio turned to look at him. "Just go out. I'll be right out Antonio." Antonio agreed with his brother-in-law when he told him that, doing just as he was told to do; which is something that he just felt that he needed to do for some reason, a reason that he can't explain. But nevertheless, he did it. At the same time, Matt went to set breakfast down on the bed before walking around his and Gabby's bed; sitting down next to her and Noah shortly afterwards, Matt smiled as he turned to look at his baby boy (whom he loves more than anything in the entire world. He then put his hand on the back of Noah's head and stroked it. "Hey buddy, daddy's here; and he's going to be staying here today, he promises." Matt then turned his attention and looked at her, smiling at the woman he loves more than anything.

Putting his hand on hers, Matt smiled due to the fact that he was happy. "Are you feeling better?" Gabby took a breath when Matt asked her whether she was feeling better, which she was in a way. "Being here does help." Matt agreed with his wife when she said that, before going to grab her hand. "I promise, we can be here as long as you need to be." Gabby agreed with Matt as he told her that, before smiling at the man she loves. After which, Matt leaned over her and kissed her softly. Taking things nice and slow with the woman he loves, Matt smirked due to the fact that this is everything that the couple want. He just wants to kiss the woman he loves more than anything, and he wants to show her that he's here for her; even though they both already know that's the case, and will always be the case for the simple reason that he's her husband. "I know that." Matt smiled when he heard Gabby say that. "And I promise that you and the boys are my priority right now." Gabby snickered a bit. "Along with work." Matt sighed as he looked at Gabby.

"I promise to try and not work too much, because I want to concentrate on you and the boys." Gabby nodded as she heard Matt tell her that, as that was something that she really liked hearing; after which, Matt moved his hand to her neck and leaned over her to kiss her softly. Taking things nice and slow with the woman he loves, Matt smirked due to the fact that this is everything he wants in life. He has such a great life with Gabby, and she's so happy over the fact that they're just here with each other. "Listen, I promise that we can talk all you want, and you can feed him like this for as long as you want; but right now, I am going to go talk to your brother." Gabby agreed with Matt as he told her that, well aware that was what he was going to do. Getting up, Matt smiled as he leaned over her and then kissed her forehead softly. "I love you." Gabby agreed with Matt as he told her that. "I love you too, and I can't wait to just relax with you today." Matt agreed with his girl when she said that. "Let's just concentrate on Noah okay?" Gabby agreed.

"Sounds good." Matt smiled when he heard Gabby say that, before grabbing her hand and stroking it with his thumb; after which, he looked into her eyes and bent down to kiss her again. "I'm going to talk to your brother for a minute okay?" Gabby agreed with Matt when he told her that. "Just remember that this isn't his fault." Matt looked at his wife when she said that, because that was not what he wanted her to think she was going to talk to her brother about. "Hey, that's not at all what I'm going to talk to your brother about. Rather, I'm going to tell him the same thing; that he's not to blame, and that accidents happen." Gabby agreed with Matt as he told her that, smiling as she was really happy that was the case. She then felt him put his hand on the side of her face and kissing her cheek softly. After which, Matt smiled due to the fact that he was holding her close. "Do you need comfort today?" Gabby smirked. "We'll see." Matt agreed with Gabby when she said that, before kissing her again; after which, Matt got up to go talk to his brother-in-law.

Walking out of his bedroom this morning, Matt took a breath due to the fact that this is something that is quite stressful; the idea that his son is hurt is definitely something that he doesn't want to have to worry about right now. But there was something that Antonio could do for him, and that was talk to the office. Right now, he wants to try and limit what he needs to deal with. If his Deputy CEOs can deal with as much as they can for now, then he would be very happy; as that means that he can concentrate on only the most important things, as well as his family right now. Taking a breath as he looked at him, Matt smiled as he went to hug his brother-in-law. "Thank you." Antonio smiled as he hugged him. "It's no problem Matt, because you would've done the same for me." Matt agreed with his brother-in-law when he said that, as that most definitely was the truth. But at the same time, Matt just took a breath. "Listen, I know that I am not supposed to think about this right now." Antonio shook his head. "Matt, what are you doing…"

Interrupting his brother-in-law, Matt just said what he had to say. "I'm taking a step back for a couple days, and I need to ask you to take more of a leadership role." Antonio was shocked when he heard Matt say that. "Sorry, are you okay? What happened to my brother-in-law?" Matt laughed. "He became a father, and he readjusted where his main priorities need to be. And right now, his priorities are making sure that his wife and son are okay. I just have Noah on my mind right now." Antonio agreed with Matt when he said that, glad that was the case. "The sign of a great father." Matt smiled when he heard Antonio say that, before taking a breath. "Listen, can you talk to everybody and try and tell them that…" Antonio put his hand up, as he understood what he was trying to say. "Of course I can Matt, I will make sure that they don't disturb you too much; and you need to relax, and just concentrate on your lil' boy right now." Matt took a breath when he said that. "Hey, what's on your mind man?" Matt then looked at his brother-in-law.

"I thought that we were going to lose another baby for a while." Antonio was a bit shocked when he heard Matt tell him that, before going to hug him; at the same time, Matt hugged him too as he was worried right now about Noah. "Hey, I promise that I got you Matt. Let us take care of Matteo, and you just concentrate on Gabby and Noah right now; that's what you need to do right now." Matt agreed with his brother-in-law when he said that, well aware that was the case. He then took a breath and looked at him. "Thanks man." Antonio then smiled as he went to look at his brother-in-law, well aware that he was really worried right now. "Matt, I promise that you're going to end up doing the right thing." Matt agreed with his brother-in-law when he said that, gad that he had such a great family…a family that was very supportive. "Can you do me a favor Antonio?" Antonio nodded. "What is it?" Matt sighed. "Can you make sure that things stay calm downstairs. I still don't trust my sister and mom at times." Antonio laughed, agreeing with me.

"And my dad?" Matt sighed. "If he comes over, can you remind him that we're worried? I'm not sure if Gabby is going to want to see anybody." Antonio thought about it, and just agreed with his brother-in-law when he said that; clearly able to see why that was the case. "Yeah, I can see why that's the case." Matt then took a breath and just thought about everything. "Listen, I need to go eat breakfast and just relax with Gabby and Noah; I want to take it easy, and I want to just rest with my family." Antonio agreed with Matt when he said that. "Maybe continue the romance here at home?" Matt thought about it, before smiling. "I like that idea, thanks for the idea Toni." Antonio smiled when he said that. "No sex." Matt just glared at him, which led to Antonio putting his hands up. "Sorry." Matt agreed with him when he said that. "Go downstairs and take care of my other son." Antonio nodded when he said that, before walking away so that he can go take care of Matteo; at the same time, Matte proceeded to make his way back into his bedroom.

The breakfast that Gabby was enjoying with her husband in bed right now was definitely nice, and it was quite delicious; and even better, she knew that her mother made it rather than her loving husband. And there was a reason for that, and it was due to the fact that she heard him speaking to Matteo, which was something similar to what he was doing to Noah, as he held him in his arms right now (while also taking a bite of his egg sandwich). "I know buddy, you're happy to be home with mommy and daddy; and you're even more happy to be all cuddled up to them in bed." Matt then bent down and went ahead to kiss the top of her head, which is definitely something that Gabby loved the sight of. "Yeah, I promise that you're going to feel better." Matt then went ahead and took another bite, before feeling Gabby grab his hand. Turning his head this morning, Matt smiled as he looked at his beautiful wife.

"You okay?" Gabby agreed with Matt as he asked her whether she was okay. "Yeah, I'm okay; I'm just happy that you're holding Noah like that." Matt smiled when he heard Gabby say that, as he was happy too. "I'm glad that I'm holding him like this too." Gabby nodded, smiling at her dreamy husband as he took another bite of his breakfast. "So, what are we going to do today?" Gabby smiled when Matt asked her that. "I want you to hold me in bed, and I think I might want that in boxers. I want to take it easy as Noah sleeps in his crib, because that's where he needs to be right now." Matt agreed with his wife when she said that, well aware that was the case. And the truth was, that he was really interested in doing it too. Moving his hand to the back of Gabby's head, Matt smiled as he tugged her close to him and then kissed him softly. Taking things slow with his wife, Matt smirked at his girl. "Let's just eat okay?"

Gabby agreed with Matt when he said that, smiling as that was exactly what she wanted to do right now; she wanted to eat breakfast, and then cuddle up to her dreamy husband in bed.
