This is the last day of March, and the last chapter for the month too, and time to know the truth about what went down when Luan made a prank that nearly killed Lincoln. Thanks again to "Marvelomac1010" for the concept to this chapter, and enjoy reading this new chapter guys.

Chapter 190: Luan's vow and truth...

(March 31. The Loud House, Franklin Avenue. Royal Woods, Michigan.)

Luna Marie Loud, she walks out from the bathroom and she has a bathrobe on, she had finished her shower and she sighs. "Nice to feel all refreshed and fine." Just then Lynn Jr runs by her and she goes into the other bathroom and locks the door. "Oh jeez, what the heck did she eat this time?"

Luna then calls out. "Lana, be ready with Big Bertha, Lynn is in the bathroom!"

Lana calls out. "Will do, once I find her."

Luna then goes into the bedroom which she shares with her brother, and Lincoln is not there at the moment. She then comes back out later, and in her usual classic clothing and she goes down the stairs and she heads for the kitchen to check on something, and then she sees Michelle Lewis coming from the backyard door. "Hey Lunes."

"Hey mom..."

Then they see Luan rush down the stairs, and she calls out. "I'm taking my bike to see Benny, he got hurt be right back, bye!" she then heads out the front door and she is gone.

"Dang, she is never this fast, unless it involves her birthday gigs" replied Luna, and she checks the fridge for anything missing since she knows that they will need to go grocery shopping soon.

Seeing Luan, made Michelle remember something. "Hey Luna, I overheard you and the others the other day about Luan and what she did, and I wanna know what happened. I wanna know what Luan did that almost got Lincoln killed."

Luna sighs. "Sit down, mom." They both sit on the chairs near the table. "Alright, so Luan is a total monster with her pranks, but she turns everything into some sick entertainment for herself when April fool's comes around. She made the furniture upside down, she crammed us all into one jello, and she even got Clyde caught into the mix and he got attacked by crows."

"Her most treacherous pranks are horrible and downright insane, heck she even got me into a total rage and I ended up landing one heck of a black eye on her. But, that was from back then, and now she has changed after one of her pranks almost killed our only brother, Lincoln..."

(Flashback, many years ago.)

The time is night, and everyone is fast asleep. Luan, a 13 year old girl is hiding in her room, and Lucy is asleep and she is awake and she finished setting up her prank. 'Prank established and done, and tomorrow is gonna be April Fools. The others will be shocked when they set foot in the kitchen, for it is gonna be one slippery ride and wakeup call too!'

Luan looks to the reader, but she whispers. "Now here's the thing that I made. The kitchen floor has been given a lot of grease, and all leftovers from dad's bacon cooking too. The others will walk into the kitchen, slip and then they will hit the fridge, and then it will open and a bucket of water with itching powder will be all over them! They're gonna be itching around as they have one heck of an April 1st wet ride!" Luan snickers at her work. "There is nobody who can stop this plan, it is "April Fools Proof!"

Just then, Luan hears some footsteps coming down the stairs, she goes outside and she sees Lincoln is headed to the Dining Room. He is going to get a glass of water. 'No! What the heck?! He's not supposed to be up tonight!'

Luan then heads down the stairs, and she heads to stop her brother, but before she can call out to stop her sleepy brother, it is too late. "Whoa!" Lincoln slides when he touches the greasy floor, and he slips around and then he hits the fridge face first. "Ow."

But the fridge didn't even open, instead the momentum of impact caused the legs of the fridge to break, and it is starting to rock back and forth, and Lincoln is on the ground, trying to get up from the greasy floor. "Dang it, Luan. It's not even April 1 yet."

But then he looks up and sees the fridge is swaying, and before he knows it, the fridge is about to land right on top of him, and seeing the fridge about to come down, his whole life flashes before his eyes, but then someone slides by and grabs Lincoln, and that someone is Luan.

The fridge lands on nothing, making a loud thud, but this doesn't wake up the others. Luan then checks her brother. "Linc, are you alright? You had me worried and... Lincoln?" she sees Lincoln has tears in his eyes, and he cries and hugs Luan, he sobs in her yellow pajamas and she can feel him gripping her tightly. Luan now sees, she just scared her little brother.

"What the literal heck is going on down here?" asked Lori. She arrives, with Luna and they see the floor is greasy, the fridge is down and Luan is trying to comfort a sobbing Lincoln, and this makes Luna realize what had happened.

"What the heck did you do?!"

Luan wipes away some tears, and she helps bring her brother away from the greasy kitchen. "It was, the prank... It wasn't supposed to be this way and... I'm sorry, I didn't mean for this. I shouldn't have... What the heck have I done?" She can still feel Lincoln crying and not letting go.

Then Rita and Lynn Sr show up. "What the heck is going on here?" asked Rita.

Lynn Sr sees the kitchen. "Wait, why is the kitchen greasy and what the heck happened to the fridge?!"

Lori then explains. "Lincoln came in, got caught in Luan's prank for tomorrow, he slipped hit the fridge and then it nearly crushed him. But Luan showed up, and got him out of there." Lori then rubs his head, she feels bad seeing her brother like this.

"That fridge could've killed him!" yelled Luna, and this makes Luan flinch and she feels regret for what she did. Luna sees her brother then go over and hug her instead, and she should help him clean up later since he has little grease on him.

Then Rita speaks, to her son. "Lincoln, what the heck are you doing up at night? You should be in bed, young man!"

"And look at what you did to the fridge!" yelled Lynn Sr. Lincoln stops sobbing, and he feels sad and also confused as to why he is taking the heat, when he was the victim and he almost got killed.

But hearing this, angers Luna. But before she can talk back to them, Luan beats her to the punch. "STOP! This was not Lincoln's fault! This is all my fault, so stop scolding him for something he didn't know about or even do! If there is someone to take the heat, then it should be me!"

"And now... Seeing what happened, I see that I have gone too far! I am a horrible person when April 1 comes around, and this prank I setup could've ended up doing more damage, or worse to our only brother, and he is your son! I just... I am dangerous, and I promise... No, I vow that I will not make dangerous pranks anymore! I am done with April Fools dangerous pranks, because this is all my fault!"

They are surprised to hear this, then Lynn Sr speaks. "Sweetie, you don't have to give up on pranking entirely, this whole thing is clearly an accident and misstep with the whole prank plan thing..." This angers Luna, since these two idiots scolded their son.

But Luan talks back. "No, I am don't with terrible and dangerous pranks. I will not let anyone get hurt or killed because of me, and Lincoln didn't deserve to be scolded like that! This is all my fault, and now I am questioning what the heck is wrong with you two! I mean, Lincoln was almost hurt or worse because of me!" Hearing Luan say that, made her sound like Luna and this kinda scared Rita and Lynn Sr.

Lincoln then goes over, and he hugs Luan. Luan breaks down into tears, and so Lori and Luna go over and comfort them, and the glare from Luna startles Lynn Sr and Rita, and these two morons don't even know what to do, or even aware of what the heck just happened.

(End flashback.)

"With that, Luan kept her promise and the following day we saw her cleaning the mess in the kitchen and she helped make breakfast and I had to make sure Linc was away from those morons who scolded him for nothing. It's not wrong to go downstairs for a glass of water, but I guess they think it's legal to eat the food Linc saved for himself. A bunch of morons those two are."

"The following year, Luan made light pranks that weren't even close to being called dangerous. They were completely annoying sure, but not life threatening. After what she nearly did, her biggest prank fail is a haunting memory and only myself, Lincoln, Lori, Luan and those morons locked up know the truth. Luan even had nightmares, of what if the fridge did land on Lincoln, and well... It was a dreadful one."

"Luan told me, that in the nightmare she had, Lincoln died and everything fell apart fast. Kinda felt like she was looking through the eyes of another world, of another Luan who did something truly horrible and it scarred her and made her think otherwise about all of her pranks and she also destroyed her other plans of whatever else she had planned for future April Fools pranks and we're all glad for that one." Luna sighs and she drinks her glass of water.

Michelle is startled by this, she didn't think Luan would do this, and she is glad she learned her lesson, and then she asks. "And what did those two idiots do after the whole incident?"

Luna then continues, and she looks ticked off. "Rita and Lynnard, they grounded Luan for two weeks, and she felt it was wrong and not enough. She chose to do some of Linc's chores, and help him when he needs it the most, she eventually redeemed herself at the end of summer vacation. For some dumb reason, they grounded Linc for two weeks for damaging the fridge."

"Luan and I both talked and wondered what was wrong with them, I swear they just..." Luna then takes a deep breath. "Another reason to just resent those two, and not see them leave that place forever." Luna then drinks her glass of water.

Michelle also is starting to get even more ticked off from what Rita and Lynnard did, she then speaks. "Thanks for telling me about this Luna. I plan to talk to Luan about the whole thing, but not right now."

Luna then speaks. "Tomorrow would be good, it is April 1st after all."

Michelle nods, but before she can speak again, they hear some clamoring upstairs. "And the twins are fighting again." Michelle heads back upstairs to deal with this, and Luna follows to help.
