Hi Readers: I want to once again apologize for all of the changes that I've recently done to the story. As you know, I didn't like where this story was going as of Chapter Sixty-Five; but now, I'm liking the direction of this story much better. And that's because of the new change that I just made. The change that included a big piece of news that the couple just received, on Gabby's birthday of all days. But as you know, I've yet to give you the reaction of our favorite couple to the news; so, that's what I'm going to do right now. Enjoy.
Chapter Sixty-Seven
Sharing the News
"Pregnant."
That word was still on the father's head as he made his way out of the primary suite this morning, the father having just heard his sons cry out for him and Gabby after they woke up (again) this morning. But why exactly aren't they in their room at the moment? Well, that was due to the fact that Matt was hoping to let Gabby sleep in today; and that meant that he needed to keep them in their nursery. But now that they were all awake, Matt was going to be bringing the boys into the bedroom this morning so that they could feed them this morning. However, there was no way that Matt could predict that someone would already be in the nursery; after all, he's currently in the midst of walking around his wing of the home, clad in northing but his boxers. Walking up to the door of the boys' nursery, Matt smiled as he walked in so that he could get his boys; that was, until he saw Camila in there. "Oh Noah, it's okay. Abuela Camila is right here." That's when Matt got nervous, as he was clad in nothing but his boxers. "Good morning Camila."
Turning around to look at her son-in-law as she heard him walk into the nursery, Camila laughed a bit when she noticed that Matt was walking in wearing nothing but his boxers right now. "Let me guess, I assume that you thought that you'd be coming in here alone?" Matt sighed as he heard Camila ask him that, as that was exactly what he was thinking. He thought that he'd be alone in here, with it just being him and the boys. "Yeah, that was my plan. I didn't expect anybody to be in here this morning." Camila agreed with her son-in-law when he told her that, well aware that was the case. "And that's fine Matt." Matt agreed with his mother-in-law as she said that, before smiling as he proceeded to walk over to Noah. "Hey buddy, how are you feeling this morning?" He then went ahead and kissed his cheek, before smiling at his baby boy. "So, did the boys wake Gabby up this morning? Or did you make sure that she stayed asleep this morning?" Matt shook his head when he heard Camila ask him whether Gabby was still asleep. "No, she's awake right now."
Camila agreed with him when he said that, before watching as Matt picked Matteo up in his arms. "Oh, good morning big brother Matteo to be." Matt then realized what he just said, and god scared. He then took a breath and bit his lip, really hoping that Camila didn't hear what he just said. However, Camila most definitely did hear what Matt just said about Matteo being a future big brother. Looking at her son-in-law after hearing what he just said, Camila was shocked. "Sorry, I think my ears may have just deceived me. But did I just hear you say that Matteo is now a big brother-to-be?" Taking a breath as he heard Camila say that, Matt carried Matteo over to his changing table. "Yeah, uhm…" Camila was shocked as she heard Matt say that. "Oh, we are most definitely going to be talking about this when I bring the boys into your room so that I can get Gabby's breakfast order." Matt looked at his mother-in-law when she said that, before smiling. "You're going to make us breakfast this morning?" Camila agreed with her son-in-law, before smiling at him.
"I want you and Gabby to spend some time with the boys, on her first birthday as a mother. Also, I want you to spend the entire day with your wife; I do not want to hear you…" Matt just looked at Camila when she said that, shocked that he would even think that he would work today; especially when he just found out that they're having another baby. "Camila, are you hearing yourself?" Camila just looked at Matt when he said that. "Camila. Me and Gabby just learned that we're having another baby, and it's her birthday. Do you really think that I'm going to work, when this is the first time that I've ever been with Gabby from the start of a pregnancy?" Camila just looked at Matt when he said that, not understanding what he was saying. "What do you mean?" Matt sighed as he heard Camila ask him that. "First pregnancy, I was undercover with the CPD; the boys' pregnancy, Gabby was in Puerto Rico." Camila then realized that. "Right, that makes sense now." Matt smiled as he heard Camila say that, really happy that he's here with Gabby right now.
Just smiling as he turned to look at Matteo this morning, Matt smiled as he looked at his beautiful son; he then proceeded to tickle him and just smiled due to the fact that he was really happy, as he was going to be a dad again. "Hi big brother. Yeah, you're going to be a big brother." Camila smiled as she heard Matt say that, before walking over to the other changing table that they have in the nursery; that way, they can make their way back to his and Gabby's bedroom. "So, are we going to be able to spend time with you and Gabby today? Or are you guys going to be spending the day in bed?" Matt took a breath when he heard Camila ask him that question, as he wasn't sure. "To tell you the truth, I'm not sure. I haven't even spoken to Gabby. We literally found out, had a quick celebratory kiss, and then the boys cried out for us." Camila agreed with her son-in-law as he said that, smiling at him as he was really happy; after which, they both went ahead and started to get the boys ready to spend the day with their parents (wherever that is today).
"So, how are you feeling about the news?" Matt laughed as he looked at Camila. "To tell you the truth, I've yet to digest the news. Once again, we did get called right here afterwards. I needed to come get the boys. Gabby was going to come, but I want to treat her as my queen today; and that means her relaxing all the time, especially now that I know that she's pregnant again." Camila agreed with Matt when he said that, as that's most definitely a good idea. "I'm glad. Now, how about we get the boys in your room? That way, I can congratulate my daughter." Matt laughed as he heard Camila say that, as they both continued to get the boys changed; but first, Camila walked over to Matt. "But first." Turing to look at Camila as she said that, Matt smiled as he proceeded to go ahead and hug his mother-in-law. "Congratulations again Matt." Matt agreed with Camila when she said that, smiling as he then turned his attention to Matteo once again; continuing to get him changed, Matt just smiled as he thought about the fact that he's going to be a big brother.
He and Camila were now on their way to the primary suite, with the boys in their arms; that way, they can bring Gabby their boys and Camila can say what she needs to say to Gabby. Those things (of course) being Happy Birthday and Congratulations to her daughter, which is something that she's going to mean from the bottom of her heart. While, yes, this is soon; and there are a bunch of health concerns that comes with them getting pregnant so soon. But the truth was, Camila didn't mind. If Matt and Gabby wanted to have a baby now, then they most certainly can have a baby; at the end of the day, it's their life and they need to live it the way that they want to live it. Making their way over to the bedroom this morning, Matt smiled as he proceeded to walk in to see Gabby sitting down in bed while watching TV. "Look who it is Matteo. It's the birthday girl. Can you say happy birthday to mama?" Turning her head when she heard Matt say that, Gabby smiled due to the fact that she loves the fact that her boys were now in here.
"Yeah, you want to spend time with mommy, don't you buddy?" Matt then smiled as he proceeded to carry Matteo over to Gabby so that he can hand him over to her; after which, Matt smiled as he looked at his girl as he set Matteo down in Gabby's arms. Cuddling up to Matteo shortly after Matt set her down, Gabby smiled as she looked at him; kissing his forehead softly, Gabby jut smirked before proceeding to look up at Matt. Putting his hand on Gabby's neck as she looked up at him, Matt smiled as he bent down and proceeded to kiss the woman he loves more than anything in the entire world. "Hi beautiful." Gabby agreed with Matt when he told her that, before looking at him as he walked around in his boxers. "How about you do me a favor and go get dressed?" Matt agreed with Gabby when she said that, before going to give Gabby the bottle that he got for Matteo. "Here, this is a bottle that you can use for Matteo while you rest okay?" Gabby agreed with Matt when he said that. "Thanks baby." That's when Camila spoke up.
"I thought that you guys were going to feed the boys while I make you breakfast?" Turning around to look at Camila, Matt smiled. "Me and Gabby have yet to figure out what we're going to do today, so I thought we could talk about it over breakfast; but if we don't come out, then I do still want you to spend time with Gabby. So, I thought that you could spend time with her while I go make breakfast. Unless you need me here Gabby?" Gabby looked up at Matt when he asked her whether she needs him here, which she most definitely doesn't need him here. Rather, she's more than okay with being alone with her mother. "I promise, I'll be fine baby." Matt agreed with his beautiful wife when she said that, well aware that was the case. "Of course." Matt then smiled at Camila. "How about you sit down Camila, and talk to Gabby this morning…." Turning his head, Matt smiled as he looked down at his beautiful wife. "…at the same time, I'll go get dressed and then head out to make breakfast for my girl." Matt then smiled as he bent down to kiss her.
Putting his hand next to Gabby on their bed, Matt smiled as he took things nice and slow with her; after all, this is everything that they both want to do right now. "I love you." Gabby agreed with Matt when he told her that, smiling as that was exactly what she wanted to hear from her dreamy husband. "I love you too." Standing up, Matt smiled as he turned around and walked away (in his tight boxers) to go get dressed in his closet. And let's just say that Gabby loved the sight of her dreamy husband walking away from her so that he can go get dressed. At the same time, her mom sat down on her bed to try and get Gabby's attention. "Earth to Gabby." Turning her head, Gabby looked at her mom. "Oh, yeah mom?" Camila just looked at her daughter when she said that, before shaking her head. "Let me guess, you're thinking about getting intimate with your husband today?" Gabby was shocked as she heard her MOTHER say that. "MOTHER! Please, do not think about me that way. I am your daughter. Seriously? Did you really just say that?" Camila smiled.
"Sorry Gabby." Gabby agreed with her mother when she said that, well aware of the fact that she was sorry. I mean, she better be sorry; because that was most definitely not something that was appropriate for her mother to ask, because it was (indirectly) related to her sex life. "Mom, please don't think about me that way." Camila looked at her daughter, before smiling at her. "Gabby, I know that you love your husband; and that's all that matters at the end of the day." Gabby nodded, smiling at her mom as she said that; after all, she loves her husband more than anything in the entire world. "I think we both know that I do love Matt more than anything in the entire world, but that goes without saying." Camila smiled as she heard her daughter say that, glad that was the case. "Gabby, I know that you love Matt more than anything in the entire world. That goes without saying." Gabby smiled, agreeing with her mother.
"So, how are you feeling?" Smiling as she proceeded to grab Matteo's bottle, Gabby turned her head as she went ahead and started to feed him this morning; at the same time, Camila did the same thing. "I'm feeling good, and I'm also feeling over the moon of the fact that we're having another baby. Sure, it's soon; but that doesn't matter to me. What really matters to me is that we have a lot of children. I want to have children more than anything, and I don't care how soon it happens." Camila agreed with her daughter when she said that, well aware that was the case. "Well, I know that you and Matt are going to love having more kids. I just hope that the morning sickness isn't as bad this time." Gabby agreed with her mother when she said that, as she most definitely feels the same way. "You and me both mom, I feel the exactly same way." That's when Gabby heard Matt yell out from his closet. "I agree to that as well." Gabby laughed as she heard Matt say that, well aware of that fact. "Baby, of course we know that. That goes without saying."
Walking out of the closet while putting his shirt on, Matt smiled as he looked at Gabby due to the fact that this really is something that makes him happy. The fact that him and his gorgeous wife are pregnant with another one of their children, a child that they are more than ready to have. "I can see that you're really happy about this Matt." Matt smiled, agreeing with Camila as she said that (again) before walking over to his dresser. After which, he proceeded to grab some deodorant. Putting some on, he smiled due to the fact that he's so happy over the fact that he and Gabby are pregnant with their third (or fourth child). "Just curious Gabby, are you feeling the same way as the start of your last pregnancy? Or are you feeling different?" Gabby looked at Matt when he asked her that, not exactly understanding why that'd really matter. "Can I ask why that matters?" Matt smiled as Gabby asked him that. "Boy or Girl?" Gabby smiled as she heard Matt ask her that, as that's definitely something that she's already thinking about right now.
Looking down at Matteo as she fed him, Gabby smiled. "Honestly, I wouldn't be against having another boy. But, I'd really like it if we have a daughter. I want to have a daughter for you baby." Matt looked at his wife when she said that, as that was the last thing that he wanted to hear; he didn't want her to want to have a certain gender, just because he wants it. "Baby, I want your honest answer." Realizing why Matt was saying that, Gabby extended her hand to get him to join her; which he did promptly after she extended her hand. Walking over to his beautiful wife, Matt smiled as he went ahead and proceeded to grab her hand. He then went ahead and proceeded to grab his beautiful wife's hand, rubbing it as he stood close to her. "Baby, I don't want you to have a gender in mind just because you want me to have a baby girl. I want you to really want to have a gender because you want it." Gabby agreed with Matt when he said that. "I want it for another reason baby, a reason close to my heart." Matt looked at Gabby as she said that.
"And what's that baby?" Gabby smiled as she looked at her beautiful husband, whom she loves more than anything. "Sofia Elizabeth Casey." Hearing that name, more specifically the middle name; Matt then realized why Gabby wanted to have a daughter, she wanted to have a way to honor Shay. "Oh, I understand now." However, Camila didn't understand. "Sorry, I don't understand. I mean, I love the name Sofia…but I am not getting why you wouldn't also use a Hispanic middle name." Looking down at Gabby, Matt smiled at his beautiful wife. "Listen, I'm going to go make breakfast. Do you want to come out to see our friends after you feed the boys? We can tell them? Or are we going to be eating and staying in here?" Gabby smiled at Matt when he asked her whether she was going to come out to see their friends. "I'll come out. But can you make me some pancakes?" Matt agreed with his wife, smiling at the woman he loves. After which, he bent down and proceeded to kiss her forehead softly. Turning her head, Matt smiled at his girl.
He then bent down and smiled as he proceeded to kiss Gabby softly. Taking things nice and slow with the woman he loves, Matt smirked due to the fact that this is everything that the father has ever wanted in life; he wants to have another baby, and he wants to have another baby with his beautiful wife. And now, that's exactly what's going to be happening. "Listen, I'm going to go make you some breakfast. You explain to your mom why we want to use the name Shay." Gabby agreed with Matt when he told her that, before smiling as he got up and then proceeded to walk away so that he can go make Gabby some breakfast; after which, Gabby turned to look at her mom so that she can explain why they want to use the name 'Shay' if they have a daughter. "So, what do you need to explain to me Gabriela?" Gabby took a breath when her mom asked her that. "Do you remember my best friend, and longest serving ambulance partner?" Camila then thought about it and remembered her name now. "Oh, I get it now." Gabby agreed with her mom.
"I want to honor her in our daughter's name, just like we did with Matt's late best friend. Remember, Matteo's middle name is Andrew just like his late best friend. His name was Andy Darden, the father of those boys; remember?" Camila agreed with her daughter when she said that, as that's most definitely something that she will always remember. And it makes complete sense why they want to name their hypothetical daughter after her late best friend. "So, you and Matt want a daughter?" Gabby smiled when her mom asked her whether she wants to have another son. "Yes, I most definitely do want to have a daughter; I already have two sons, and a dog." Speaking of that dog, Matt just called for him. "ANDY! C'mon boy." Both of the mothers laughed as they heard Matt call for Andy, who soon ran out of the primary suite so that he could go be with his owner right now. At the same time, Camila turned to look at her daughter. "I can see that you guys are really happy about this thought." Gabby smiled, agreeing with her mother; as that was true.
She's over the moon over the fact that she and Matt are going to be having another baby, because she wants to have a large family. "I promise, I plan on taking a break fast this." Camila laughed as she heard her daughter say that she plans on taking a break after she gives birth, as that's something that she most definitely does have to do. "I think that's something that you need to do, since it's going to be very healthy." Gabby agreed with her mother as she said that, before smiling as she continued to feed Matteo this morning. "So, what are we going to be doing this morning. Are you going to come out and see us? Or are you going to be staying in here? Away from the entire family?" Gabby smiled when her mom asked her that, before proceeding to grab her phone so that she could text Matt. Opening her phone, Gabby smiled as she went to find Matt's text thread; but first, Gabby went to set the bottle of milk that she was using down on her side table. That way, she had the ability to send Matt a text much easier. And that's exactly what happened.
'Hey, stay out there after you make food. I want to be with family and share the news out there. We can relax with friends today.'
He just got the text message that his wife just sent him, telling him to stay out in the kitchen so that they can relax with their friends today; and that's something that he's more than okay with doing, which he conveyed to her over text message this morning.
'Ok. I'll tell Stella that we're going to hang out here, just putting Andy out right now.'
Putting his phone back in his pocket after texting Gabby, Matt smiled as he proceeded to walk up to the back door and smiled so that he can let Andy out in the backyard. "C'mon Andy, let's go outside for a bit." Andy then proceeded to go outside like his master told him to do right now. At the same time, Matt proceeded to make his way out behind Andy so that he could take a moment outside with him. After all, there's nothing like the both of them being outside together. I mean, that's exactly what they need to do right now. They need to be outside together, so that he can concentrate on him. But there was also one more thing that he can do, and that's share some news with someone else. More specifically, Andy's "uncle". Yes, uncle. Both of the men have agreed to raise their dogs together, especially when they're both battling PTSD. Just walking out, Matt smiled as he closed the door before speaking to Andy. "Go play Andy, go play with Max." Turning his head to face Matt when he heard him, Jay smiled. "Hey, I didn't hear you come out this morning."
Matt agreed with his friend when he said that, well aware what was the case. "Yeah, I get that." Jay then smiled as he looked at Matt, before watching as Max started to play with Andy. "I can see that we don't have to worry about the dogs for a bit." Matt agreed as he proceeded to come and sit with Jay, while also grabbing his phone. He then went to open his text thread with Kelly, going ahead with doing just what he needs to go for Gabby; and that's tell him that they're going to be sitting in the living room today, which means that they can relax there together. Plus, they're going to want to celebrate her birthday with her too anyways; and want to know the news. But first, he wants to ask Gabby if he can tell Jay the news that they have since he's already out there; if not, he needs to shut up. So, he decided to exit the text thread that he had going with Kelly, and returned to the text thread that he has with Gabby to ask her the question. And only after he gets that answer, will he text Kelly to let them know what they're going to be doing today.
'Hey, Jay's out here. Can I tell him?'
Sitting down afterwards, Matt smiled as he turned to look at Jay. "How'd you sleep last night?" Turning his head, Jay laughed as he knew what he was trying to ask him. "You're trying to ask me whether I'm having PTSD, aren't you?" Matt nodded. "I want to know, because I don't want you to stay here if you aren't sleeping well." Jay sighed. "Unfortunately, even if we wanted to go back to Hawaii…we're stuck here. Alex just reached 20 weeks pregnant, and I am not okay with her flying past 20 weeks pregnant. I don't care if Kelly was okay with Stella flying this late into her pregnancy, I am not doing it. My wife is staying put." Matt agreed with his friend when he said that, well aware that's the case. "Oh, I understand that. I would've done the same thing if we were here while Gabby was still pregnant with the boys." Jay agreed with his friend when he said that, smiling at him. "What's got you all cheery right now? I can see that something's going on with you." Matt smiled as he looked at Jay. "Oh, the boys are just being adorable this morning."
Now, we both know that's a lie. It's just his way of trying to get through this conversation until Gabby can get back to him, which isn't going to take long due to the fact that Gabby was just texting him. And exactly like Matt predicted, it didn't take long for a reply.
'Go ahead if he's out there. I know you need to make small talk.'
Matt agreed with his wife when she said that, as that most certainly was the case. "Have a recent picture of the boys?" Matt agreed with his friend when he asked him if he had a recently picture of their boys, before going to give him the picture; after which, Jay looked at it and smiled due to the fact that his boys are really adorable. "I swear, those boys are adorable." Matt agreed with Jay when he said that, before smiling at him. "Yeah, they're adorable future big brothers." Jay agreed with Matt when he said that, until he realized what Matt just said. Turning his head, Jay was shocked. "You're kidding." Matt shook his head when he heard Jay ask him whether he was kidding, as he most definitely as not kidding about the fact that he and Gabby are pregnant again. "Do you really think that I'd be kidding about the fact that me and Gabby being pregnant again?" Jay shook his head. "Damn, you guys work fast." Matt laughed as he heard Jay say that, as that's definitely the truth. "Anyways, I've been thinking about some things recently."
Jay looked at his boss when he said that. "Business stuff?" Matt sighed as he looked at him. "Not today. But it's mostly related to whether we can really run a business from Hawaii." Jay thought about it and agreed with Matt. "Well, you'll let me know what happens when you figure that out; because I need to sell the place in Hawaii and buy a place here in LA then. Or at least a condo, unless you want to let me have a second place here on your dime, just like you did when you built the building." Matt laughed as he heard Jay say that. "Okay, we'll see. Right now, I am still trying to figure a bunch of things out. Last time I checked, I have a bunch of things to do today. I just learned my wife is pregnant, and today's her birthday." That's when Matt remembered something. "Actually, that reminds me of something; I need to send another next to Kelly." Jay agreed with Matt when he said that. "Let me guess, you want to tell your best friend?" Matt smiled. "In person, need to tell him that we're going to hang out together." Jay agreed.
Grabbing his phone, Matt proceeded to send a text to his best friend; that way, he can tell him that they're going to hang out today.
'We're going to be celebrating Gabby's birthday in the living room. Come join us, we have news to share too.'
Hitting send on his phone, Matt smiled as he put his phone in his pocket and then proceeded to look at Andy. "Andy! Hey! Don't go in the flower beds!" Turning his head, Andy agreed with his owner before proceeding to walk away so that he can go do what he needs to do, where he should do doing it rather than where he was currently doing it. At the same time, Jay put his hand on Matt's back and just laughed. "Bud, you're going to have to get used to him doing that." Matt laughed as he heard Jay tell him that, agreeing with him due to the fact that he's well aware of that fact. I mean, this is just his new future. A future that will include Andy, as well as Matteo, Noah, and their future baby; a baby that will hopefully be a girl. "Can I tell Alex when I go see her this morning? Or would you rather I let you guys tell her?" Matt smiled. "We're going to tell everybody when you guys are out here with us while we celebrate Gabby's birthday." Jay agreed with Matt when he said that. "Are we doing business today?" Matt laughed.
"Oh, my girl already shut that down. She said no work today." Jay agreed with his boss when he said that, well aware that's the case; plus, Gabby is quite scary at times. "I can see that you're scared of her right now." Matt turned to look at his friend when he said that. "Have you met her brother?" That's when Matt heard Antonio come outside to join them. "What's that about whether you've met her brother?" Turning around after hearing Antonio come outside, Matt gulped as he was a bit nervous at the moment.
Looking at his brother-in-law after coming out to join him on the back deck, Antonio smiled at him. "What's going on with you Matt? I can see that something's on your mind." Matt just took a breath when he heard Antonio say that, well aware that he knew that something was going on. He then took a breath and just looked at his brother-in-law, unable to really hide something. "I hope you aren't going to tell me that you're going to try and hide your wife in the back room today. Because if you want to try and get her pregnant again, then you can do that later." Jay laughed as he heard Antonio say that, especially because of what he knows. "Yeah, not sure that he needs to try and get her pregnant again anymore." Turning his head to look at Jay, Matt slapped his chest as he wasn't the one who had any right to share that news with his brother-in-law; and that action clearly made the COO of Casey Police nervous. "Hey Max, come here buddy." Turning to look at his owner, Max smiled at Jay. "C'mon, let's go inside and see Alex." Matt agreed.
"And take a shower, you smell." Jay agreed with Matt when he said that, before watching as Max came up onto the deck. He then proceeded to walk inside with his owner, while Matt turned to look at his brother-in-law.
Matt's POV:
Taking a breath as I turned to look at Antonio, I couldn't help but sigh as I knew that this is something that I need to talk to him about now. I mean, he must have so many questions; and I am going to have to answer them while not being with Gabby. But I'm more than capable of doing it, as it's my news to share (with the exception of Alex). And that was due to the fact that I specifically gave Jay permission to tell Alex. "Oh Matt?" Turning to look at Jay, I sighed. "What do you want?" Jay just looked at me. "Do you want to tell my brother and Natalie? Or can I tell them? I know you're friends with Natalie through Hallie." I sighed when Jay asked me that, as I was not the happiest with him right now; but it also wasn't his news to share. "Tell Natalie to give me a call at some point today, I will share the news to her and Will. If you tell them, then you're out of my nice home sooner than you think." Jay was confused when I said that. "What are you talking about?" I sighed and looked at him. "We're not travelling…." Jay then understood. "Right, okay." I agreed.
Jay then proceeded to walk away so that he can go take a shower and tell Alex the news. And now, it's time for me to share that same news with Antonio. Turning to look at him, I took a breath and just looked at him. "So, what news that you have to share with me?" I smiled when Antonio asked me that. "Well, let's just say that you can start looking for your own place here in California." Antonio was confused when I said that. "Why's that? I thought we were going to back to Hawaii this fall?" I shook my head and smiled when Antonio asked me that, as that definitely was not the case. "It's about the not travelling thing." Antonio agreed. "Yeah, what's that all about?" I smiled when Antonio asked me that, before going ahead with telling him what's going on right now. "Me and Gabby are expecting again." Antonio couldn't help but smile when he heard me say that, before getting close to me and hugging him. "Congratulations." I smiled when he said that. "Wow, that was not the reaction that I expected to get from you."
Antonio was confused as I said that. "Is there a reason why that would be the case?" I snickered. "I thought that you'd be saying that it's really risky." Antonio agreed with me when I said that. "I know it's risky. But I don't care, because I know that you and Gabby want to have more kids more than anything. And if this is what you want, then I'm glad that you guys are having another baby." That's when I heard Kelly come out, seemingly shocked that Antonio just said that. "Sorry, did I just hear that my best friend is having ANOTHER baby already?" Turning to look at Kelly, I laughed before looking at Stella (who was there with him). "Yes, we're pregnant again." Stella agreed with me as I said that, before walking over to me; after which, she hugged me and smiled. "Listen, how about you go sit down. We're hanging out today because it's Gabby's birthday." Stella agreed with me as I said that, before smiling as she walked back inside so that she can sit in the living room. At the same time, Kelly just shook his head. "Go start breakfast. Gabby wants pancakes."
Kelly looked at me as I said that. "Why am I making breakfast for your wife on her…" Stella then went to answer the question for me. "Because your wife is already hungry. Just do it Kelly, before we don't celebrate Matt and Gabby's news in private later." I just looked at Stella when she said that. "Ok, that sounds wrong. Last time I checked…" I then decided to just stop while I'm ahead. "You know what, I'm not even going to say anything else because this is not something that I even want to think about right now." Stella agreed with me when I said that. "Tell me about it Matt." I agreed with her when she said that, before shaking my head. After which, I turned to look at Antonio. "Am I going to be babysitting my nephews tonight?" I shrugged when Antonio asked me that. "Not sure yet." Antonio then decided to bring up a topic that I said before Jay went inside. "Hey, just curious. What did you mean by have you met your brother?" I sighed when Antonio asked me that. "Antonio, you're a boxer. You could beat me up if I make your baby sister mad." Antonio laughed.
"Oh, I not only could; but I would beat you up if you made her mad, and I wouldn't care that you're also my boss. When it comes to my sister, you could be the President of the United States for all I care. I will always defend my sister." I agreed with Antonio when he told me that, well aware that was the case. "Oh, I am more than aware of that. Please, just take it easy though and relax man." Antonio agreed with Matt, before smiling at him. "By the way, I think I found a place here in California where we can open our first of many Casey Police Training locations. I've been meaning to talk to you about this but…" I then put my hand up and looked at Antonio. "Today is Gabby's birthday, and I promised her that I would not do business today." Antonio agreed with Matt as he said that, well aware that was the case. "Okay then, sorry about that." Matt agreed with his brother-in-law when he said that, before smiling at him. After which, I just looked at him before turning to look at Andy. "Listen, do you mind doing me something?" Antonio looked at Matt, smiling.
"What's that?" Matt smiled. "Make me some coffee?" Antonio agreed with him, smiling as he went to rub his back. "I'll go get us some coffee, and then I'll give you some advice on how to balance work, a kid, and a pregnancy." Matt agreed with Antonio when he said that, loving that idea. "Oh, I most definitely like that idea." Antonio laughed, agreeing with Matt as he said that, before walking inside to make him and Matt some coffee ahead of their conversation.
