Chapter Seventy-Seven
Birthday Family Cuddle Time
The bagels that Matt and Gabby just had as a quick snack were delicious. That was especially the case when it came to the homemade jam that her mother made for both of them. There's just something about homemade jam that always tastes so good, and Gabby is just so glad that her mom made the jam for the both of them. But now that the couple were done eating, they were ready to just hold each other close again; the two billionaires much more interested in relaxing in bed, than relaxing with the others downstairs right now. Well, with the exception of the two most adorable little boys in the future world (and future big brothers), Matteo and Noah. Holding Noah on her chest as he cuddled up to her, Gabby smiled as she fed him a bottle; at the same time, Matt held Matteo in his arms (and fed him a bottle as well). After all, both of the boys needed to eat at the same time. And they also needed some time with their parents, for the first time in a while. And that was due to the fact that they both love cuddling up to their parents, and their baby sister (they think). Not that they really understood what was going to happen when her stomach starts to grow.
Turning his head to look at Gabby and Noah as they cuddled up to each other, Matt smiled as he looked at him. "Oh boy, it looks like someone already knows that something's going to change soon." Gabby was confused as she heard Matt say that, before turning her head and looking at the man she loves. "What are you talking about?" Matt snickered a bit as he looked at Noah again, seeing him cuddle up to his mother more and more. "He's cuddling up to you a lot more than normal." Turning her head, Gabby smiled as she looked at Noah; after which, she wrapped her arm around his back and kissed her forehead softly. Just holding each other close, Gabby smiled as this really is something that she's going to miss; time where she can hold her sons this close to her, especially when her stomach grows. "I can't wait to watch your stomach grow with each and every week." Gabby agreed with Matt as he told her that, smiling as that most definitely was something that she was excited about; after which, she looked at Noah right now. "That's something that we're going to get to experience together." Matt smiled as he heard Gabby say that, as that's something he loves.
He loves the idea of the both of them watching her stomach grow, each and every week, for the next couple months; and this really is going to be nice, as he truly is here from the start this time around. He doesn't understand why it seems like it's even more special, but it truly just feels special to him; because he's here for it all. From the pregnancy test, to the birth of their child; the child whom he can only assume is their daughter. "So, you do realize that we have some things that we need to do this afternoon; or at least, sometime soon." Gabby was confused as she heard Matt say that, before turning her head and looking at her loving husband. "What are you talking about?" Matt sighed as he looked at Gabby. "Last time I checked, the last pregnancy that we had was in Hawaii." Gabby looked at Matt when he said that. "Yeah, and why is anything different this time around?" Matt sighed as he looked at Gabby. "I hope you didn't get too attached to your doctor in Hawaii." Gabby laughed as she looked at Matt when he said that. "I think we both agreed with we're already going to be using Natalie." Matt then realized that. "Right, sorry." Gabby shook her head when Matt said that.
"Hey, you have no need to apologize to me baby. Matt, you have every right to ask these questions. Matt, you're worried; and you have every right to be worried. This is your baby too." Matt smiled as he heard Gabby say that, as that most definitely is the truth. "Well, that baby better be mine; or else I'm going to have to kill the man who got my wife pregnant, because nobody gets my girl pregnant other than me." Gabby laughed as she heard Matt say that. "I promise, I haven't cheated on you; and if I did cheat on you, I'd be with a trillionaire." Matt laughed as he heard Gabby say that, before getting close to her. After which, he leaned in and kissed her softly. However, their boys were not the biggest fan of their parents kissing each other. Looking down at Matteo, Matt was not the happiest; after which, he looked between both of his boys. "C'mon boys, you're supposed to help me kiss your mommy; not stop me from kissing her!" Gabby laughed as she heard Matt say that, well aware that's the case. "Hey, they're your sons." Matt agreed with his wife when she said that, before smiling as he's really happy over the fact that they're his sons; and will always be their sons.
At the same time, Matt turned his head once again. Smiling, Matt bent down and kissed Matteo's forehead softly. "Yeah, you like it when you get kisses from your daddy…don't you my little man?" Gabby smiled as she heard Matt say that, really loving how he just spoke to their son. After all, he really is a great dad; and he will always be a great dad. "Did I ever tell you that you're an amazing father?" Turning his head, Matt smiled as he looked at Gabby. "And you're an incredible mother." Gabby smiled as she heard Matt say that, well aware that's the case. "Thanks baby." Matt agreed with his beautiful wife as she said that, before smirking due to the fact that they're both really happy with each other right now. "So, I was thinking about what we're going to do for supper tonight?" Gabby smiled as she heard Matt say that. "I want you to choose what we do, because you're the birthday boy." Matt agreed with his beautiful wife when she said that, smiling due to the fact that this really is quite happy right now; after which, he smiled while proceeding to continuing to feed Matteo this afternoon. "We could always order in if you want to do that." Gabby smiled as she heard Matt say that.
"Oh, I actually really like that idea." Matt smirked as he heard Gabby say that, before turning to look at her. "Picnic in bed?"
Gabby's POV:
When Matt suggested that we have a picnic in bed tonight, I couldn't help but really like that idea. A picnic in bed with my boys, just holding Matt close. "Well, I most definitely do like that idea." Matt smiled as I told him that, obviously really happy that I just suggested that we have a picnic in bed. "I mean, we can just eat here; and we can cuddle up to the boys, as we relax in bed with each other." Matt smirked as I said that, before turning his attention to Matteo once again. "Well, maybe not with the boys; they can sit in their cribs or something." I smirked when I heard Matt say that, really liking that idea. "I actually really like that idea, especially since I get to cuddle up to you shirtless." Matt laughed as I said that, well aware that's the case. "And I get to cuddle up to my beautiful wife while she's just wearing lingerie." I agreed with Matt when he said that. "Oh boy, I'm going to miss these days; days where we're going to be able to just spend time like this." Matt seemed confused when I said that. "What are you talking about?" I smiled at Matt when he asked me that. "Where it's just me, you and the boys in bed; we're going to have to share our life with another baby afterwards."
Matt smirked when I said that. "Oh, shut up, you're just going to be jealous because your place on my chest is going to be taken by our daughter." I laughed when I heard Matt say that, well aware that's the case. "God, I hate the fact that she's going to be on your chest so much. I mean, that's if we have a daughter. Then again, I was actually thinking about something." Matt was a bit confused when I said that. "What's that?" I took a breath when Matt asked me that. "I'm not too sure whether I want to find out the gender." Matt just looked at me when I said that. "WHAT!" I nodded, agreeing with the man I love when I said that. "Let me guess, you're against this?" Matt sighed as he looked at me when I asked him whether he was against the idea of the both of us not finding out the gender, because I can only assume that he wants to find out the gender. "Let me guess, you want to find out the gender?" Matt sighed when I asked him that, before looking at me. "Okay, I want you to hear me out; because there's a reason for it." I looked at Matt when he told me that, before smiling at him. "Okay, so what's the reason?" Matt smiled when I asked him that. "Let's finish feeding the boys."
I was confused when I heard Matt say that, not understanding why we can't do it while we feed the boys. "No, tell me now. I want to do it while we feed the boys; so, spill Chairman." Matt smiled as I called him by the new nickname that I have for him. "Last time I checked, I am the Chairman and CEO of our company." I looked at him when he said that. "Okay, let's just be clear about something. You may be titular Chairman and CEO, but that's just because I want to concentrate on working on ELLA; but let's just be honest here baby. Who's the REAL Chair and CEO of the company?" Matt laughed when I said that, agreeing with me; after all, he's very much aware of the fact that I'm the real force behind the company. "I know, you most definitely are the real Chairwoman and CEO of the company; I'm just doing all the hard work, and following your orders." I smiled as I heard Matt say that, agreeing with him. After which, I leaned in and proceeded to kiss him softly. Taking things slow with the man I love more than anything, I just smirked at Matt. "Listen, we're still going to have to talk about the fact that you don't want to find out the gender." I sighed, agreeing with Matt.
"Can I at least ask you if you're mad about it?" Matt shook his head. "I'm not mad, it's just…" Matt then proceeded to explain why he wanted to know. "Listen, if we let's just finish feeding the boys. I want to explain all of this okay? Maybe first, we can order some supper; and then we can talk? It's pretty late in the afternoon after all. What do you want anyways?" Gabby smiled when Matt asked her that. "I want some burgers." Matt smiled when he heard Gabby say that. "Then I'm not going to order in for that, I'm going to go make the burgers for you." Gabby agreed with Matt as he told her that, smiling at him. "Are we going to eat with our friends then?" Matt smiled at Gabby as she asked him whether they're going to eat with their friends. "I'm going to leave that up to you. After all, you're the birthday girl, and you get to decide what we do today." I agreed with Matt as he told me that, because I am the birthday girl. "And we are still going to have the room to ourselves later right?" Matt agreed with me as I asked him whether we're going to have the room to ourselves later tonight, and I could see that he most definitely loves the idea of us being alone with each other.
And there's a reason for that, one that I am already well aware of. That reason? Because it means that we can have my birthday sex.
The couple just finished feeding their sons, which meant that they could cuddle up to each other again; at the same time, Matteo and Noah were going to play with each other in their play pen. And let's just say that it's most definitely the most adorable thing in the entire world. Watching as Matt carried Matteo over to the play pen, Gabby couldn't help but smirk over the fact that he's bending down wearing those tight boxers of his. They are so sexy, and Gabby just loves the fact that Matt has been wearing them all the time now a days. "Okay you boys, play good with each other; because the last thing that daddy wants to have to do, is get up and come break up a fight between you two. Rather, daddy would like to stay in bed and cuddle up to mommy in bed. So, please do your parents a favor." Gabby just laughed as she heard Matt say that, before shaking her head. As much as she loves her husband, she will not give in to his joke. Just smiling at her dreamy husband, Gabby smirked. "I swear, you really love making dad jokes; don't you baby?" Standing up after hearing Gabby say that, Matt smiled as he turned around and looked at the woman he loves more than anything.
"Oh, shut up, and don't tell me that you weren't thinking the same thing. We both know that you don't want the boys to disturb us; you want them to make sure that you get the attention that you want to have today, on your birthday." Gabby agreed with Matt as he told her that, smiling due to the fact that this really is the life of her dreams; it's everything that she's ever wanted, and she just wants to cuddle up to her man right now. "You made sure to put the padding down right? In case they lay down so that they can fall asleep?" Matt agreed with Gabby when she asked him whether he put the padding down, as he most definitely did put the padding down; he is a good father after all. "Baby, of course I put the padding down. You have nothing to worry about when it comes to me not making sure that the padding is down. I'll always put it down, as the last thing I want to do is get hurt by each other; or heaven forbid, by them falling onto the ground and hitting their heads." Gabby agreed with Matt as he told her that, smiling as she's currently really happy.
But there's most definitely something that the wife really likes to see, and that would be the bulge that comes with her husband walking over to her in his tight boxers. "You ready to cuddle up to me in bed?" Gabby agreed with Matt as he asked her whether she was ready to cuddle up to him. After which, she decided to sit up and good off her bra again. Smirking as Gabby did that, Matt walked over to his beautiful wife (who just threw the bra she was previously wearing on the ground); after which, he walked right up to her and watched her lay down in bed. Leaning over her, Matt smiled as he put his hand on her neck; he then bent down and proceeded to kiss her softly. After which, he took things nice and slow with the woman he loves more than anything in the entire world. "Oh, I think I want you to get down in bed with me now. I want you to hold me close, and I want you to just cuddle up to me in bed." Matt smirked as he heard Gabby say that, before putting his hand on her neck. "So, are we just cuddling…or are we going to do something else?"
Gabby smiled as she heard Matt ask her whether they were doing something else. "Oh, we aren't having sex yet." Matt smiled at her. "Does that mean we're going to have sex later?" Gabby smirked as Matt asked her whether they were going to have sex later, because she most definitely wants to have sex with the man she loves later; after all, it is her birthday. "Oh, I do want to have you make love to me later. It's why our boys over there aren't going to sleeping in our room tonight, and I'm going to have my hunky husband alone in bed with me tonight." Matt agreed with his beautiful wife when she said that, before smiling as he climbed into bed with the woman he loves more than anything in the entire world; after which, he laid down next to her. At the same time, Gabby got close to Matt and just smiled as she cuddled up to him; after which, he moved his arm across her body to put it on her back. Moving her hand to Matt's face, Gabby smiled as she stroked his cheek and just held her husband close to her. After which, she kissed him softly today.
"I love you." Matt agreed with his beautiful wife when she told him that, before smiling as he felt her put her hand on his chest; after which, he put his hand on top of hers as they both held each other close right now. I mean, what's better than the feeling of the two of them holding each other close in bed; on her birthday of all days? Running his hand up and down Gabby's back, Matt smiled as he looked at his gorgeous wife. "I love you so much, and I am so glad that this is what we're in the midst of doing with each other right now. We're just holding each other close, as we relax with each other in bed." Gabby smiled as she heard Matt say that, before bending down so that she can kiss the man she loves once again. After which, she made sure to kiss his chest softly; after all, that was what Matt wanted her to do right now. Stroking her back with his thumb as they held each other close, Matt just smiled due to the fact that this is really something perfect; turning his head afterwards, he looked at Matteo and Noah. "I'm so happy right now."
Gabby agreed with Matt when he said that he was happy right now, as she felt the same way; she's extremely happy, and is just so damn comfortable in his arms. Running his hand up and down Gabby's back again, Matt smirked due to the fact that this really is everything that he wants right now. He wants to run his hand up and down Gabby's back as they held each other close. Just kissing her forehead softly, Matt smiled due to the fact that there's nothing like this feeling that he has. Little did Matt know; Gabby was thinking the same thing. She's thinking about how comfortable she is in her hunky husband's arms, as she relaxes with him. "Just curious, are you mad at me?" Looking up at Matt, Gabby was confused. "What are you talking about baby?" Matt sighed as he turned his head and looked down at the woman he loves more than anything in the entire world. "I mean, I did work today." Gabby agreed with Matt as he told her that, well aware that was the fact. "I know. But I need to get used to it, because you do have a business to take care of."
Matt sighed as he kissed her forehead and just held his girl close to him right now. "I just…" Gabby looked up at Matt when he said that, clearly able to see that there's something on his mind right now. "Hey, what's going on baby? Talk to me." Looking into her eyes, Matt bent down and kissed her again. After which, he kissed her forehead while whispering to her. "I mean, I worked on your birthday; and that's the last thing that you wanted me to do." Gabby agreed with Matt as he told her that, well aware that was the case. "I know." Matt just sighed as he kissed her forehead again, holding the woman he loves close to him in bed; after which, he looked down into her eyes. "I just…" Gabby then proceeded to grab her husband's hand and intertwined their fingers. "Hey look at me." Matt agreed with his wife as she told him that, before looking down at the woman he loves more than anything in the entire world; after which he smiled at her. "Baby, I know that you tried not to work today; but you're a CEO, and you always need to do things daily."
Matt agreed with Gabby when she said that, as that most definitely is the case. "I just want to make sure that things are okay, and that everything is always going to be okay. I know that I should trust my executives, but this is just hard; especially when it's our money. I don't want it to be…" Gabby looked up at Matt when he said that. "Hey, I want you to look at me; and I want you to concentrate on what I say right now." Matt agreed with his wife as she told him that, before looking down at her as she cuddled up to him once again. Putting his hand on her back once more, Matt smiled as he leaned in to kiss her again; at the same time, Gabby put her hand on his face as she took things nice and slow with the man she loves more than anything. "Matt, I know you. I know your heart, and I know that you felt like you had to do it; I know that you want to make sure that the company is going to stay there, because you care about our employees. And not just the employees that we deal with, but all of our employees." Matt agreed with his wife. "Yeah."
Gabby smiled as she looked at him, glad that was the case. "And the truth is, it makes me love you even more. The way you care for our children, the way you care about me, and the way you care about perfect strangers; there's just something about it that turns me on." Matt smiled as he heard Gabby say that, really happy over the fact that she understands. After which, he ran his hand up and down her back while he cuddled up to her; kissing her forehead softly, Matt smiled due to the fact that this really is everything that he wants to be doing right now. He wants to be holding his beautiful wife close to him as they relax with each other. And for them to just hold each other like this is perfect. "I am so glad that this is what we're in the midst of doing right now, as it's what we need to do. You need to rest, especially after how you were sick after the food this morning; sorry about that by the way." Gabby shook her head when she heard Matt say that, as she doesn't want Matt to feel bad over the fact that he made her some food that ended up being bad.
"Hey, I don't want to hear that baby. You did a great job, and I am so glad that you did it. I am so proud of what you made." Matt agreed with Gabby when she said that, before smiling as he kissed her forehead. After which, he bent down and proceeded to kiss her softly. Turning his head shortly afterwards, Matt smiled as he looked at their sons. And let's just say that he's incredibly happy over the fact that the two of them having such amazing boys, and that they are so damn adorable; but there was just something about Matteo, and the way he looks that was bothering him. And that was the way that he looks. With him being his namesake, he always thought that he'd look more like him; however, there's just something about the way he looks right now that makes him think that he's starting to look more like Gabby each and every day.
"Okay, is it just me…or is my namesake starting to look more like you?"
