Hi Readers, and welcome to another day of chapters; a very special day of chapters, as today is "Welcome Back Casey" day on Chicago Fire. Can you tell that I'm excited for the episode? Well, I'm pretty sure that all Chicago Fire fans are excited for it. Another thing that I think you guys are excited for? Well, that's another day of updates of course; because we both know that you're about to get some more today. I hope that you guys continue to enjoy the updates that I give you on a daily basis, including all the twists and turns that are head. So, here with go with today's first chapter; here's Chapter Seventy-Nine.

Chapter Seventy-Nine
Post-Morning Sickness Shower and Cudldes

He thought that he'd find her in bed, just taking it easy as she relaxes right now; but that was not where he found his beautiful (pregnant) wife when he came back to their room today. Rather, he found her in the shower. Why she was in the shower? He may not know the exact reason, but he has an idea; and that might be due to the fact that she just threw up. She always feels disgusting whenever she has morning sickness, so this is probably one of those cases. But Jay couldn't help but wonder about what he can do for her right now, and he thinks that would be him joining her in the shower; so, that's what he decided that he's going to do. He's going to join his beautiful wife in the shower, and try and make her feel beautiful; because that's what Alex is. She's so beautiful and he loves her more than anything in the entire world, and he's ready to hold her in his arms. But first, he has to set the food that he just got for him and Alex down somewhere; so, that's exactly what he did. Walking over to Alex's side table, Jay set the plate down on it.

After which, he proceeded to take a breath; after all, he knows that Alex is probably feeling horrible right now. And he hates that, as he would much rather she feel beautiful right now. So, it's time for him to make her feel that way. Picking up both of their towels this afternoon, Jay proceeded to start making his way to the washroom; but first, he saw that Max was going to follow him into the washroom. And since Jay wants to have a moment alone, that was the last thing he wanted; so, he made sure that Max was not going to join them in the washroom. Turning to look at his pup, Jay smiled as he pointed to his bed. "Max, bed." Barking, Max agreed with his veteran; after which, he walked over to his bed so that he can lay down (as his veteran wants him to do). Smiling as he watched Max lay down in his bed, Jay smirked. "Good boy. Now stay." Max then barked again, that being his way to say 'yes master' to Jay. Smiling at his dog, Jay then proceeded to walk over to his dresser. Opening his boxer and sock drawer, he grabbed some fresh pairs.

After which, he took one last breath ahead of the shower that he plans on joining Alex in her shower; a shower where she's currently trying to make herself feel better, not that it's really going to help. The only thing that's currently making her feel better, is the fact that she didn't ruin their bed. If that had happened, then she would've felt horrible. But the only thing that she ended up ruining, was the toilet bowl. (If that makes any sense). I mean, the toilet bowl has seen a lot worse than her morning sickness; not that I'm going to give you any more detail. But now, she's just breathing as she tries to concentrate on washing up. But little did Alex know that she was going to be joined by the man she loves, who doesn't care whether she just had morning sickness; rather, he just cares that she's feeling okay. And if it means that he gets to take a shower with his beautiful wife, then Jay is more than okay with that. Now, does he like the fact that he and his wife are about to take a shower together? He does, for the simple fact that his wife is very gorgeous.

There's just one reason that he doesn't like about the fact that he's about to join her in the shower, and that's the circumstances under which he's going to take a shower with her. But he wouldn't complain as he walked into the washroom. Nor could he help smiling a bit as he looked at his gorgeous wife, the husband (and future father) unable to deny that he loves the sight of his gorgeous (naked) wife in the shower. Remember, the only part that he doesn't like is the fact that she feels like crap (for now). Carrying their towels over to the counter, Jay proceeded to set them down; after which, he proceeded to start getting undressed. Taking off his sweats this afternoon, Jay went ahead and set them down on the counter with his new boxers (and her new lingerie); afterwards, he proceeded to take off the boxers that he's currently wearing and threw them into the laundry hamper so that he was now in this birthday suit. After all, that's what he needs to wear if he wants to join Alex in the shower, which he most certainly does want to do today.

Carefully walking over to the shower this afternoon, Jay smiled as he proceeded to hang his towel up next to Alex's towel; after which, he opened the door and looked at the woman he loves more than anything in the entire world (who soon turned to face him when she heard the door open). Taking a breath as she looked at Jay, Alex couldn't help but enjoy the sight of him in his birthday suit; and that's due to the fact that she's not feeling good, not blind. Her husband is a real hunk, and she's so happy that he's her husband. "Hey, I thought you were going to get me food?" Jay agreed with his wife as she asked him whether he was going to get her some food. "I already did that, and it's waiting for us on the bed. But there's something that I also knew that you wanted me to do, even if you didn't want to tell me…" Jay said, while stepping into the shower with the woman he loves. "…and that would be me joining you in the shower, so that I can make you feel better." Alex agreed with her dreamy husband as he told her that, smiling at the man she loves.

Stepping into the shower with the woman he loves, Jay proceeded to close the door behind him; after which, he got close to Alex and put his hands on her hips. Putting her hands on Jay's chest as soon as he was standing close to her, Alex smiled as she looked up into his eyes; after which, she wrapped her arms around Jay while leaning in to kiss him softly. Wrapping his arms around Alex as he kissed her softly, Jay smirked due to the fact that he loves sharing sweet kisses with the woman he loves; regardless of the fact that she just threw up, not that he cares. "Sorry if my mouth still tastes like vomit." Jay shook his head as he heard Alex say that, as he couldn't care less whether or not her mouth tastes like vomit; he just wants to kiss her, and make her feel better. At the end of the day, he loves his wife…and he will always want to share a kiss with her, no matter when it happens. "I could care less Alex. So, take a breath and relax. I would rather share a kiss with you as your mouth tastes like vomit, than not share a kiss with you at all." Alex smiled, agreeing with Jay.

"Also, I know that me sharing a kiss with you makes you feel better. So, I want to do whatever I can to make sure that you feel better." Alex smiled as she heard Jay tell her that, before getting close to hear dreamy husband again. After which, she wrapped her arms around him and kissed him softly; taking things nice and slow with Jay, Alex smirked as she wrapped her arms around him. After which, Jay ran his hands down her arms and smiled at her. "I love you so much." Alex agreed with Jay as he told her that, before moving her hands to his chest once again; after which, she ran her hands up his chest and then wrapped her arms around his neck. Putting his hands on Alex's hips shortly after she wrapped her arms around his neck, Jay smiled as he stepped close to her and then leaned in to kiss her softly. Taking things nice and slow with his wife, Jay smirked due to the fact that he's really happy right now. "I love you Alex." Alex agreed with Jay as he told her that he loves her, as she knows that's the case. She knows that he loves her more than anything.

The truth is, she will never deny the facts; the facts that her husband loves her more than anything in the entire world, and that he will always be here for her. Because that's something that she already knows. She knows that Jay will always be here for her, and she's so happy that's the case. "I can't wait to meet our baby, even though I feel like crap." Jay smiled, agreeing with Alex as she told him that, well aware that's the case. "I know what you mean." Wrapping his arms around Alex nice and tight, Jay smiled as he heard her against his chest; after which, Alex put her hands on his arms and then leaned up to kiss the man she loves more than anything. God, the way that they hold each other close; it's just perfect, and Alex is more than happy that she has him in her arms right now. There's nothing like the feeling of Jay holding her, especially when they're in bed with each other. "I hope you know that I love you more than anything." Jay agreed with Alex as she told him that, before smiling as he kissed her once again. "Of course, I know that Alex."

Alex agreed with Jay when he told her that, before smiling as she wrapped her arms around his toned chest; after which, she laid her head down on his chest due to the fact that she's extremely comfortable whenever she's in Jay's arms. Because that's most definitely something that she wants to do right now. She wants to hold the man she loves close to her, and that's exactly what she's in the midst of doing right now; she's holding Jay close to her, as they hold each other close. After which, Jay turned his head and proceeded to kiss her forehead softly. "You want to just relax in bed today?" Alex agreed with Jay as he asked her whether she just wants to relax in bed with him today, as that most definitely is exactly what she wants to do with him; she just wants to relax with her man as he holds her, because she truly believes that's what's going to make her feel better today. Him holding her in his arms, as they relax in bed with each other. "Do you mind if that's what we do today? All that we do today?" Jay smiled as he heard Alex ask him that question.

After all, he's more than happy to spend the day in bed with his beautiful wife. "I'm more than okay with us just relaxing in bed as we hold each other close. Now, am I going to be wearing my boxers? Or do you want me to wear some sweats?" Alex smiled as she heard her husband ask her that, before leaning in and kissing him softly. "I think that we need to take it easy together." Jay agreed with Alex as she told him that, well aware of just what she's trying to tell him. "So, I take that as a yes?" Alex agreed with Jay as he told her that, before smiling as he leaned in and proceeded to kiss him softly; just taking things nice and slow with the man of her dreams, Alex smirked due to the fact that it's exactly what she wants to do. "I think that would be perfect." Jay agreed with his wife when she told him that, before smiling as he put his hand on the side of her face; after which, he leaned in and proceeded to kiss her softly. Taking things nice and slow with the woman he loves, Jay just smirked due to the fact that this is absolutely perfect. "Kiss me for a bit."

Jay agreed with Alex as she told him to just kiss her for a while, which is exactly what he ended up doing for the woman he loves more than anything; after all, if this is what she wants him to do…then he's going to do it for her. She's the boss right now. "I'm going to do whatever you want me to do today, because I want to make you feel better." Alex agreed with Jay as he told her that, before smiling as they kissed each other softly; after which, she laid her head down on his chest (again) and just cuddled up to him. At the same time, Jay turned his head and kissed her forehead softly (which Alex most definitely likes). She loves the way that Jay makes her feel so damn loved, and Jay knows that better than anybody. But that didn't mean that she wants to do this all day, as she does want to relax in bed at some point. "Let's not do this too long, as I want to go relax in bed." Jay agreed with Alex when she told him that, before smiling as he bent down and proceeded to kiss her softly; after which, he took things nice and slow with the woman he loves.

"I love you Alex." Alex agreed with Jay as he told her that he loves her, because she most definitely loves him too. "I love you too Jay." Jay agreed with Alex, smiling due to the fact that he loves holding her close to him. And now, it's time for the both of them to just relax (in the shower); because this is not the only place that they're going to relax with each other, as they're also going to relax in bed.

She decided that she was still going to wear some lingerie, even though she doesn't feel the best. After all, she does want to please her husband; and that's most definitely something that she's in the midst of doing as she stands at the counter in their bathroom, with Jay standing in front of her right now. Putting his hands next to Alex on the counter, Jay smirked due to the fact that they're more than happy with each other. After all, this is something that they both want to do right now. They want to hold each other close whenever they get the chance, especially when they're in their undergarments; and that's exactly what they're in the midst of doing right now as Alex was currently just wearing her lingerie, while Jay was just wearing his boxers. And let's just say that they both love the way they're dressed right now. Moving his hands to her sides to show Alex that, Jay smirked as he leaned in and proceeded to kiss Alex softly; taking things nice and slow with her, Jay smirked as he showed her that he loves her so much. "God, I love you so much." Alex agreed.

"I love you too Jay, and I'm glad that we're holding each other close right now." Jay agreed with his beautiful wife when she said that, before smiling as he ran his hands up and down her back; I mean, what man doesn't want to run his hands all over his wife's gorgeous body, whenever they're wearing sexy clothes (which is exactly what they're in the midst of wearing). Bending down, Jay smirked as he proceeded to leave a kiss on her neck; after which, Alex ran her hands up his back and held her close. Picking Alex up in his arms shortly afterwards, Jay smiled as he went ahead and proceeded to set her down on the counter. "You ready to get in bed with each other?" Alex smiled as she heard Jay ask her whether she was ready to get in bed with him, as she most definitely is. She just wants to hold him in her arms, and wants to make sure that they relax with each other. "Yeah, I want to lay down in bed with you." Jay agreed with Alex as he told her that, before helping her down onto the ground right now; that way, they can get to bed.

Putting his hand out, Jay smiled as he watched Alex grab his hand; after which, he led her out to bed where they're going to relax with each other. Just leading Alex out to bed, Jay smirked due to the fact that they're both ready to hold each other close. "So, you glad that I decided to just wear my boxers, instead of wearing sweats?" Alex smiled as Jay asked her that, as she most definitely is. "Oh, I am so glad that you did." Walking over to their bed, Jay smiled as he looked at his dresser, which then led him to decide to set his sweats down, as he didn't need them in bed. Walking over to his dresser, Jay smiled as he turned to look at Alex. "Give me a second." Alex agreed with Jay as he told her that, before standing there. At the same time, Jay proceeded to fold his sweats so that he can set them down on his dresser; after which, he turned to look at Alex and smirked due to the fact that she looks really sexy in her lingerie. After which, he got close to her again before walking over to Alex; wrapping his arms around Alex, Jay smirked at his beautiful wife.

After which, Alex put her hands on his arms and smiled as she stepped close to him again; after which, she wrapped her arms around his back and lean in to kiss him softly. Taking things nice and slow with the man she loves more than anything in the entire world, Alex smirked due to the fact that this is everything that she wants to do right now. She wants to hold her husband close to her, and she just wants to relax right now. "Listen, what do you say we get in bed? I know that you made food for me?" Jay agreed with Alex as she said that, before smiling as he proceeded to continue leading her towards their bed. After which, he smirked as he led his gorgeous wife to their bed; I mean, where else do the couple want to be? They want to hold each other close in bed, and they want to just take it easy in bed. And that's exactly what they're going to want to do with each other right now. They're going to hold each other close, and they're going to relax with each other right now.

She's now back where she wants to be right now, and that's in bed with the man she loves as he holds her close to his chest; and even better, she gets to cuddle up to him with her arms around his toned chest. God, they way they just hold each other close is perfect. Now this is what Alex wants to do. She wants to hold Jay close to her, as they both relax with each other. They want to hold each other, and they want to make sure that they're taking it easy right now. Just looking at his wife as he got comfortable in bed with her, Jay smiled as he leaned back against his pillow; after which, Alex wrapped her arms around his toned chest and tugged the covers up on top of the both of them. Jay then proceeded to grab the plate of food, moving it into his lap so that Alex can eat. Just looking at Jay, Alex smiled due to the fact that this is exactly what she wants, she wants to eat with him in bed. Grabbing her first bite, Alex smiled as she took it; and let's just say that it was perfect. Nothing like the both of them holding each other close, as they cuddled in bed.

After which, Jay turned his head and kissed her forehead softly. "I love you." Looking up at Jay, Alex smiled as she most definitely does love her husband. "I love you too Jay, and I'm so glad that this is what we're doing right now." Jay agreed with Alex as he told her that. "Yeah, I just hate that you got sick." Alex shook her head when she heard Jay say that, as she's fine. "It's okay." Jay smiled as he looked at the woman he loves more than anything in the entire world. After which, he looked down at his gorgeous wife. "By the way, I need to apologize to you for something." Alex looked up at Jay when he told her that, confused. "And what would that be?" Grabbing Alex's hand, Jay smiled as he looked at his wife. "Sorry ahead of time that I'm not going to be able to give you the type of party that Gabby had." Alex shook her head when she heard Jay say that, before watching as he bent down and proceeded to kiss her softly. Just taking things nice and slow with the woman he loves, Jay smirked at her. "I love you." Jay agreed with his beautiful wife as she said that.

"I love you too, and I'm just glad that we're in the midst of holding each other close right now." Jay agreed with his wife as she told him that, smirking due to the fact that this is everything that she wants to do right now; and Jay was well aware of the fact that this is everything that she wants to do right now. After which, he turned his head and proceeded to kiss her forehead softly. The way they just hold each other close is absolutely perfect, and there's nothing like the way he's feeling right now; and that's due to the fact that she's comfortable in his arms. "I am so glad that we're comfortable right now." Jay agreed with Alex as she said that, before going ahead with playing her wedding right. "Alex, that's all I want you to do right now. I want you to be comfortable, and I want you to relax." Alex agreed with Jay as he said that, before smiling due to the fact that we're really happy right now. Turning his head, Jay smiled as he kissed her forehead once again. "God, this is perfect; and there's nowhere I would rather be right now."

Alex agreed with Jay as he said that, before smiling as he proceeded to grab his hand and intertwine their fingers. After which, Alex thought about something. "Can I ask you something Jay?" Jay agreed with his beautiful wife as she asked him that. "Of course you can." Taking a breath, Alex just thought about this; after which, she looked up at the man of her dreams so that she can ask him the question that she wants to ask him. That question? Whether he's worried about them not spending enough time with each other when they have the kids, because she doesn't want to put their marriage at risk.

"Jay, can we promise to each other that we're always going to make time for each other after we have the kids?"

Taking a breath when he heard Alex ask him that question, Jay just looked at the woman he loves more than anything in the entire world; after which, he wrapped his arm around her back and brought Alex close to him. "Here, stay close to me as we talk about this." Alex agreed with Jay as he told her to stay close to him, which she is more than happy to do; after all, she does love holding the man of her dreams in her arms. Right now, that's exactly what she's going to do as she moved her hand to his face. "I want something now that I'm here." Jay agreed with Alex as she said that, before moving his other hand to her back; keeping it there for a minute, Jay stroked her back with his thumb before bending down and kissing the woman he loves more than anything in the entire world softly. After which, he ran his hand up and down her back as a way to make sure that Alex just took it easy and relaxed right now; I mean, that is what she needs to do after all. She needs to take it easy as they concentrate on each other right now, as they cuddle.

And let's just say that it was absolutely perfect, as there's nothing more Alex wants to do right now; she just wants to cuddle up to the man of her dreams, as they hold each other close in bed. Running his hand up and down Alex's back as he holds her in his arms, Jay smiled due to the fact that he's just as happy as his beautiful wife (who just laid down on his chest and put her hand on his heart). Feeling her put her hand on his chest, Jay smiled as he looked at the woman he loves before putting his hand on hers; stroking her hand with his thumb, Jay smiled due to the fact that he's really happy right now. As much as he hates that Alex is sick right now, he loves holding her in his arms all the time. But that's not what he needs to concentrate on right now, and that's giving Alex the answer that she needs to her question; the question that she just asked him, about the promise that she wants him to make her. And that's they'll always make time for each other after they have the twins, which is definitely something that he can promise to her.

Why in the world would Alex even think that he wouldn't take time with her, because he most certainly will; he'll take time away with his wife on a regular basis, for the simple fact that he loves his wife more than anything in the entire world. And that's why he's going to make sure that she has no doubt over the fact that he's going to always concentrate on their marriage, because that's something that he's going to do; he's always going to make sure that their marriage is healthy and strong. The last thing that he wants, is for their marriage to fall apart; especially when they have kids. He's been raised in a dysfunctional household, and that truly is the last thing that Jay wants for his children. Rather, he wants to let them have the ideal home; and that's a home where they feel loved, and are raised by both of their parents in the same home. Plus, he loves Alex more than anything in the entire world. So, there's no chance that he's ever going to let his wife go. Alex is his for the rest of his life, and he's going to make sure that's the case forever.

"Alex, why in the world are you thinking this way? Alex, I love you more than anything in the entire world. And I promise you right now, that we're always going to put our marriage first." Alex agreed with Jay as he told her that, stroking his cheek with her thumb as they held each other close; after which, she leaned up and kissed him softly. Taking things nice and slow with the man she loves more than anything in the entire world, Alex smiled due to the fact that Jay is such an amazing husband. "I love you Jay, and I'm sorry that I thought this way." Jay shook his head when Alex said that, as he would rather they talk about these things rather than her keeping them in her head; if they can confront these things that she's worried about head on, then they're both going to be okay. It's what Jay wants more than anything in the entire world, and he's just happy over the fact that they're holding each other close right now. And if this makes Alex feel better, then he's always going to do it; especially if it means that he gets to share a kiss with his beautiful wife.

And that's exactly what he's in the midst of doing right now. He's sharing a nice kiss with the woman he loves more than anything in the entire world, and he's making sure that Alex knows that he loves her (not that she doesn't already know that). Alex knows that Jay loves her, and she feels horrible that she even thought that way. "I'm sorry that I thought that way." Jay shook his head. "We're past this Alex, I promise. All that matters at the end of the day, is that you know that I love you so damn much; and that we're forever, this is forever." Alex agreed with her loving husband as he told her that, before smiling as she kissed him softly and just took things nice and slow with the man she loves more than anything in the entire world; after which, she laid her head down on his chest. Running his hand up and down her back, Jay smiled as he turned his head and kissed her forehead softly. "I love you Alex." Alex agreed with Jay as he told her that, smiling as they both just relaxed with each other this afternoon; and boy was she very comfortable.
