Hi Readers: What did you guys think of the flashback that I wrote for you guys from before they left to go on their road trip that started this (long) story that I have written for you guys? Chapter One Hundred and Seven
Cuddling (and Eating) in Bed with Matteo

The sight that the father walked in on after getting back from the kitchen (where he got himself and his beautiful wife some lunch) was really nice, because it was something that he's always dreamed of seeing. More specifically, it was the sight of Gabby sitting down in bed with their son Matt on his play mat. They decided that they, in fact, were going to be spending some time with their boys today. But they weren't going to be spending time with both of them at the same time. Rather, they were going to be getting some one-on-one time with their boys separately; Matteo would spend the afternoon with them, and Noah would spend tonight (and stay the night) with them later. And boy was Matt ready for that, as it was going to be nice to get some one-on-one time with his little boys. And he could tell that Gabby was ready to do just that, as she played with him in bed with some of his toys. "Yeah, someone likes the fact that they're going to get some quality time with mommy and daddy now, aren't they Matteo?" Smiling as he heard that, Matt chuckled a bit as it was really adorable; at the same time, Gabby turned her head and looked up at the man she loves. "Do you have something that you'd like to say Mr. Casey?" Matt shook his head as he heard Gabby say that, as he most definitely did not.

"No, I'm good." Carrying their plate of food to her side table, Matt smiled at his beautiful wife; after which, he went ahead and set their pasta down (which they were going to share). "Do you have to go back to the kitchen to get your bowl?" Matt shook his head. "No, because we're going to share. However, I do need to keep my shirt on for now." Matt said, referring to the fact that he was just wearing a t-shirt with his boxers. "What did my family think of that?" Matt smiled as Gabby asked him what her family thought of his attire, before shaking his head. "They're so used to it now, that it doesn't even bother them." Gabby agreed with her husband as he said that, well aware that was the case. "Yeah, I can see why that's the case. Now, I am sure that you can't take that shirt off yet." Matt agreed with Gabby when she said that. "As I just said, I need to keep it on so that I can bring our bowl back to the kitchen." Gabby smiled as she heard Matt say that. "But for now, I would really appreciate it if I could get in bed with you; that way, we can sit together as we eat this pasta before it gets cold." Gabby agreed with Matt as he said that, before smirking at the man she loves like crazy.

"More like, so you can run your hands all over my lingerie." Matt smirked as he heard Gabby say that, as he most definitely loves the idea of him running his hands all over her body; because it's something that he always loves to do whenever they're in bed, which is why he does it all the time. But that's not something that they're going to do right now, as they have something else that they need to do; rather, they need to just sit in bed and hold each other close while eating lunch together. A lunch that was getting colder by the minute. "Okay, I really need to stop stalling now; because we both need to start eating this pasta, before it gets cold." Gabby agreed with Matt when he said that, well aware that was the case. "Yeah, I know what you mean. So, how about I move over…and then you can get in bed with me?" Matt agreed with his beautiful wife as she offered to move over in bed, as that was exactly what he wanted her to do right now; which she promptly did shortly after offering to do, which made sure that they were going to be able to get nice and comfortable with each other (while they ate lunch together). After which, Matt smiled as he set the food down this afternoon.

He then smirked as he looked at his beautiful wife, and leaned over her so that he can give her something that he already knows she wants from him. Smirking at her husband as he did that, Gabby looked up at the man she loves; staring into his eyes, Gabby smiled as she leaned up and proceeded to kiss him softly. After which, she started to take things nice and slow with the man she loves more than anything in the entire world. "God, I love you so much." Matt agreed with his beautiful wife as she said that, well aware that was the case. "Oh, I most definitely know that baby." Matt smirked as he heard Gabby say that, before moving to join her in bed; after which, he wrapped his arm around her and closed the covers. And as expected, that prompted Gabby to cuddle up to him (just like she always does whenever they get in bed with each other); and it also led Matt to ask her something. Turning his head, Matt smiled at the woman he loves more than anything in the entire world (while also leaving a kiss on her forehead softly). "So, do you think that I'm going to be feeding you as we have lunch in bed?" Smirking as Matt asked her that, she looked up at the man she loves like crazy.

"I mean, I wouldn't be opposed to the idea of you feeding me as we sit in bed together; it is quite comfortable, and pretty sexy when you do that after all." Matt agreed with his beautiful wife as she told him that, well aware that was the case; but before he reached over to grab the bowl (so that they could start eating), Matt turned his attention to Matteo. Moving his hand to his stomach, Matt smiled as he tickled him through the onesie that he was wearing; the onesie that said 'I love daddy'. "I like the onesie that your mom decided to put him in today." Gabby laughed as she heard Matt say that, as she knows for a fact that her mom didn't put Matteo in this onesie; rather, it was his mother. "Oh, we both know that my mom was not the one who got him dressed into this. I know for a fact that your mother put this on, because it's a daddy onesie." Matt smiled as he heard Gabby say that, well aware that was the case. "Oh shut up, you like the onesie just as much as I do." Gabby agreed with Matt as he said that, as she most definitely does like the onesie. It's quite adorable, and she just loves it whenever he wears these types of onesies; as they are statements that are the truth.

The parents know better than anybody that their children love them, and they are just so proud of the fact that they're Matteo and Noah's parents; and in the future, they're going to be just as proud when they're Emma's parents. "So, I already told our families that we're going to be spending all day with Matteo, and that we're going to do Noah overnight." Gabby then thought about something. "Actually, I was starting to think about that." Turning his head, Matt was confused as he heard Gabby tell him that; after which, he proceeded to grab the fork that he has for their pasta. Proceeding to take a bite, Matt smiled at the woman he loves more than anything in the entire world. "And what would that be?" Gabby smiled as she turned to look at the man she loves, while also taking a bite of the pasta that their family made for them (she knew that for a fact). "But first, I want to say this. Don't you dare try and claim that you made this pasta, as I know that our family made it; I can tell because of how long you were gone." Matt laughed when he heard Gabby say that, agreeing with her as she stated that their family (rather than he) made lunch for the both of them today.

"Oh, I am well aware of the fact that I'll never get away with me saying that I made lunch; especially not when this is your mother's pasta." Gabby smiled as she heard Matt tell her that this is her mom's pasta, a pasta that she loves. "Oh, I am so glad that she made this for us." Matt nodded, well aware that was the case; after which, he proceeded to kiss the side of her head and smiled at his girl. Turning her head, Matt smiled due to the fact that this really is everything that she wants to do right now. She wants to cuddle up to the man she loves, and she wants to just take it easy with him today. "God, I am so glad that this is what we're going to do right now." Matt agreed with Gabby as she said that, as he felt the same way. "Oh, I feel the same way. I am so glad that this is something that we're going to do with each other. It's going to be a lot of fun, and I am just ready to take it easy with the most beautiful woman in the entire world." Gabby blushed as she heard Matt say that, agreeing with the man she loves; after which, she grabbed his hand and smiled as she intertwined their fingers. "So, you want to talk about that flashback that we just shared?" Matt laughed, before smirking.

"I have to say, that was a lot of fun. I mean, I got two rounds of sex that day; or was it three rounds of sex?" Gabby smirked as she heard Matt say that, as she thought it was four. "I think I counted four. Early in the morning, in bed when we woke up, in the shower; and then later, when we were in Cleveland together. You know, in the RV." Matt agreed with his beautiful wife as she said that, well aware that was the case. "Oh, I am definitely sure that's the case. I am so glad that we did that." Gabby agreed with Matt as he said that, before smiling as she laid her head down on his shoulder; after which, she proceeded to grab some of the pasta and proceeded to take a bite. Smiling as they held each other close while eating lunch, they are both just really happy right now. "I think that we both know that this is going to be something that we enjoy, especially since we're cuddling up to this little guy in our bed." Looking down at Matteo as Gabby said that, Matt smirked due to the fact that he feels the same way; he's really happy that he and Gabby are going to just take it easy with Matteo, as he plays on their bed. "Now this is what we really need to do this weekend." Gabby agreed with Matt.

"Good, because that's exactly what I want to hear." And as Gabby said that, Matt ended up hearing something else: the sound of Andy snoring. Turning his head, Matt shook his head. "And I like the sound of that too, as it means that he's going to be staying over there for a while." Gabby agreed with Matt as he said that, glad that was the case. "Good, because that means that I'm going to be able to cuddle up to my dreamy husband as we cuddle up to each other in bed and just take it easy; both with each other, and with Matteo playing on his matt." Matt agreed with his beautiful wife as she said that, before smiling as he turned his head and started to kiss her softly. Taking things nice and slow with the woman he loves this afternoon, Matt just smirked due to the fact that this really is nice; and boy, does he plan on doing this for a while. "I can't wait to share a kiss with you all afternoon, while we also play with Matteo." Gabby laughed as she heard Matt say that, before running her hand down his muscular chest; after all, she's very much aware that was exactly what they're going to be doing today. And that's because of how much she knows the both of them, and their hormones.

Making his way back into their room shortly after bringing their plates back to the kitchen (and doing the dishes), Matt smirked as he walked in to see his beautiful wife just laying down in bed (alone) without Matteo; the reason why Matteo wasn't there, he didn't know. At least, that was until he saw him on the ground right next to Gabby. "Let me guess, you wanted to have the entire bed to ourselves?" Gabby laughed as Matt asked her whether she wanted to have their entire bed to themselves. "Well, I think that we both know that is something that interests me." Matt agreed with his beautiful wife as she said that, well ware that was the case. "Oh, I think that we both know that it interests me too." Gabby smiled as she heard Matt say that, well aware that was the case. She then sat up a bit, before turning to grab some water; water that she needed to have both to bring the food down, and so that she can make sure that she stays healthy. More specifically because she needs to stay hydrated. That was something that her doctor (aka Natalie) reminded her at her last OB/GYN appointment, because her stats were a bit low (with regards to the water percentage in her blood).

"Glad to see that you're taking what Natalie said to heart." Gabby agreed with Matt as he said that, well ware that was the case. "And I'm glad that you went to check that you took your medicine this morning." Matt was a bit taken aback when he heard Gabby say that, before getting nervous. "Shit, no." Gabby sighed, before pointing to his side table. "I just went to the bathroom, Matteo was fine; but I checked your medicine container, and it was still full. I brought your morning dose to your side table." Matt agreed with his beautiful wife as she said that, before going to grab the dosage of his medication that he needs to take; after which, he took it and just sighed. "Sorry that I didn't take them." Gabby agreed with Matt as he said that, before watching as he walked around their bed. "Hey, where are you going? I thought you were going to climb into bed with me." Matt then proceeded to grab something that he has at the end of their bed; more specifically, the play pen barrier that he has for when they want to put their boys down on the ground. "I just need to put this around Matteo." Gabby then realized that she forgot to put that around him. "Oh, right. Shit, I feel like…" Matt stopped her.

"Don't you dare finish that sentence, because it's okay." Gabby agreed with Matt as he told her that, before watching as he went ahead and set the play pen down around Matteo; that way, he was protected from Andy. "I appreciate that." Matt shook his head as he heard Gabby say that, as she most definitely didn't need to appreciate anything that he did to protect their children; as that's something that he's always going to do. The minute he became a father, that was the promise that he made both to his wife; and he also made that promise to his sons, Matteo and Noah. "Baby, I don't ever want you to feel like you need to appreciate me protecting our sons; and that's due to the fact that he's our baby boy, and I promised him when he was born that I would always protect him." Gabby was confused when she heard Matt say that, unaware of what he was talking about. "What are you talking about baby?" Matt took a breath when Gabby asked him what he was talking about. "I'm going to get in bed, and we'll talk about it." Gabby agreed.

Opening the covers shortly after taking off his shirt for his beautiful wife, Matt smirked as he picked up his pillow and then proceeded to set it down on their bed; after which, Matt smirked as he went ahead and flexed a bit for his girl. And let's just say that both turned Gabby on, and it also made her laugh. I mean, what wife doesn't want to laugh when it comes to her husband trying to flirt with her (inadvertently) by flexing for her. "Okay, don't go all macho on me." Matt agreed with Gabby as he said that, before proceeding to climb into bed with the woman he loves (as she wanted him to do). I mean, what woman wouldn't want to be in bed with the man she loves more than anything in the entire world; while he was clad in nothing but his boxers, and that was definitely something that she wanted to have right now. But more specifically, she also wanted him to get in bed with her (which she hated that he was prolonging the amount of time between him taking off his shirt, and him climbing into bed with her); which she's sure that he's doing on purpose.

"Okay, now you're really starting to push it Mr. Casey; because I want you to get in bed with me." Matt agreed with his beautiful wife as she said that, well aware that was the case. "I know, I'm coming. I promise that I'm on my way into bed with you right now." Gabby smirked as she heard Matt say that, before proceeding to get in bed with the woman he loves more than anything in the entire world; after which, he proceeded to get close to the woman he loves more than anything in the entire world. Doing the same with Matt, Gabby smiled as she wrapped her arms around him and cuddled up to him; at the same time, Matt tugged the covers up on top of the both of them. Just holding each other close in bed right now, Matt and Gabby both smiled at each other since this is exactly what they both want to do right now. They just want to hold each other close, and take it easy with each other. "God, I am so glad that this is what we're in the midst of doing right now; holding each other close, as Matteo plays in his play pen right next to you."

Gabby agreed with Matt as he said that, before cuddling up to him some more; after which, Matt decided to roll over onto his back (which was something that neither one of them knew that they wanted him to do right now). After all, the moment he did so; they both realized just how comfortable they were right now. And god, it was so damn comfortable; and they were both really happy. "I love you so much Matt, and I'm glad that this is what we're in the midst of doing with each other right now." Matt agreed with her as she said that, well aware that was the case. "Oh, do you really think that I don't know that you love the fact that we're holding each other close right now?" Gabby agreed with Matt as he said that, before putting her hand on his chest; after which, she bend down and proceeded to kiss his chest softly. "So, that lunch was nice." Matt agreed with his beautiful wife as she said that, as he felt the same way. "Oh, I most definitely do feel the same way when it comes to how great that lunch was." Gabby agreed with Matt, smirking.

She then laid her head down on his heart again, while just cuddling up to the man of her dreams. After which, Matt turned his head and smiled as he kissed the top of her head. "You comfortable right now?" Gabby agreed with Matt as he asked her whether she was comfortable right now, because that was exactly what she was right now. She was extremely comfortable, and she was just happy right now. "I'm always comfortable when we're in each other's arms, but I am even more comfortable due to the fact that our little boy over there is playing on the ground." Matt smirked as he heard Gabby say that, before running his hand up and down her back; after which, he turned his head and kissed the top of her head. "I have to say, that I agree with you there. This is extremely comfortable, and I'm glad that this is exactly what we're in the midst of doing with each other right now; this is everything that I want to do with you." Gabby agreed with her loving husband as he told her that, before feeling him put his hand on hers as they held each other.

"So listen, I want to talk to you about that flashback we just had together." Matt agreed with Gabby as she said that. "You mean the one about the last morning we spent together in Chicago? Before we left on the road trip?" Gabby agreed with Matt as he asked her that, as that most definitely is what she was talking about. "Yeah, that's exactly what I'm talking about; because that really was a lot of fun, and I am so glad that we did it. Us making love to each other that morning was something that we both really needed to do with each other, especially since it was really the last time that we ever got to do it there." Matt agreed with Gabby as she said that. "You know, I think we actually still owned that place until recently." Matt nodded. "We owned it until it burned down." Gabby agreed with Matt as he said that, well aware that was the case. "Yeah, I know what you mean. Did you ever find out what happened?" Matt shook his head when Gabby asked him if he ever found out what happened to their home in Chicago. And that was when they were disturbed.

Turning their heads as they heard a knock on their door, Matt took a breath. "What do you want Antonio?" Antonio took a breath. "It's actually what a guy from Chicago wants." Matt was confused when he heard him say that, unsure of what he was talking about. "A guy from Chicago? Ryan Miller-Jones?" Matt recognized that name instantly and knew that this might be bad. "Gabby, I hate this, but I need to get this." Gabby looked up at Matt. "Why?" Matt sighed. "Ryan Miller-Jones is our business manager, and legal representative in Chicago; remember?" Gabby then realized that, nodding. "Of course, go ahead." Matt agreed with her, kissing her forehead softly; after which, Matt turned his head. "Antonio, put him in my office; I'll be right down." Antonio agreed with Matt as he said that, before proceeding to walk away so that he could put Ryan in his home office; at the same time, Gabby got off of Matt's chest. Getting up shortly afterwards, Matt sighed as he looked at the woman he loves. "I promise to try and keep this as short as possible." Gabby agreed.

"I know you will." Matt agreed with his beautiful wife as she said that, before smirking as he bent down and proceeded to kiss her softly. Taking things nice and slow with his beautiful wife, Matt smirked due to the fact that she truly is the love of his life. "I love you." Gabby agreed with Matt as he said that, well aware that he loves her. "I know you do baby." Matt then proceeded to make his way back over to the clothes that he was wearing while he was on the beach with his beautiful wife. "Think I can just wear some casual clothes for this?" Gabby laughed as she heard Matt ask her that, as she thinks that he can. "How about you ask the Chairman and CEO?" Matt just shook his head as he heard Gabby say that, well aware of the fact that he most definitely can wear some casual clothes. "Okay, I deserve that." Gabby smiled as she heard Matt say that, before proceeding to sit up. "Yeah, you do. Baby, you're the CEO; and you're Ryan's boss. That means that you can wear whatever you want." Matt smiled and agreed with his beautiful wife.

"Even what I'm wearing right now?" He said, while walking over to his dresser (where he set his shorts down when he took them off this morning); after which, he grabbed them and proceeded to put them on. "Okay, I don't know if that was something that you can do." Matt smiled as he went ahead and tugged his shorts up while also looking at the woman he loves more than anything in the entire world. "God, I am such a lucky man." Gabby agreed with Matt as he said that, as he most definitely is a really lucky man. "Oh, you certainly are a lucky man." Matt agreed with his gorgeous wife as she said that, before smiling due to the fact that this is really exactly what they want to do right now. They just want to take it easy with each other, and they want to have fun with each other. But right now, they can only do the later; and that was due to the fact that Matt had to go meet with Ryan right now. "I promise to keep my meeting with Ryan as short as possible." Gabby shook her head as Matt said that he'll try and keep it short.

"Baby, we both already know what this meeting is going to be about; it's going to be about the fire, and we need to find out what happened. And while you do that, I'm going to do something that I just thought about." Matt was confused as he heard Gabby say that. "And what would that be?" Gabby smiled. "A new place in Chicago for our family." Matt smiled as he heard Gabby say that, while also tugging his shirt on over his head; and let's just say that Matt loved the idea of Gabby finding a new place for their family. "I have to say, I love that idea. Now, make sure that we have enough room for guests; and maybe an office." Gabby agreed with Matt as he said that, well aware that was something that they need to have. "Are we going to have an office in Chicago you think?" Matt bit his lip as Gabby asked him whether they were going to set up an office in Chicago. "How about we talk about that after the meeting downstairs?" Gabby agreed with Matt as he said that, glad that was something that they're going to do. "I love that idea."

Matt then smiled as he proceeded to make his way back over to the woman he loves, wanting to give her a sweet kiss before he headed downstairs; and that's exactly what he did this afternoon, as it was what Gabby wanted. Putting her hand on Matt's face as he took things nice and slow with the man she loves, Gabby smirked due to the fact that this is really something that she loves doing. God, the way this man makes her feel is incredible; and Gabby is certain that Matt knows that better than anybody. "God, I love you so much." Matt agreed with Gabby as she said that, before looking at Matteo. "I love you guys too." Matt then went ahead and tugged the covers down, wanting to kiss her stomach; bending down, Matt smirked as he went ahead and left a kiss on Gabby's baby bump. "And daddy already loves you more than anything baby girl." Gabby smiled as she heard Matt say that. "You going to do business as you're down there?" Matt bit his lip, as he wasn't sure yet. "We'll see if anything comes up, but I hope not." Gabby agreed.

"Good, I like the sound of that." Matt agreed with Gabby as she said that, before going ahead with kissing her again; little did Matt know, that he was going to have a bunch of guilt after this news that he gets from the lawyers.
