Chapter 264: Let the Tour commence...
(June 13. The loud House, Franklin Avenue. Royal Woods Michigan.)
We see everyone is outside and they are saying their goodbyes to Luna, Lincoln and Michelle, they have their bags packed and ready, and even Sam, Sully, Mazzy and Chunk are here, and ready for this thing. "Well, this is it and here is Amanda." Michelle sees Amanda, and they talk to each other.
Michelle informs Amanda of everything each loud needs, and that she can always get help from the Rosato's, and Lori and Leni and to be careful with the actions from some of them, but she knows Amanda Bright has got this.
Sam already spoke earlier to her mother and little brother, and she also wants to make sure he stays out of her room. Luna sighs and she looks to the others. "Well, this is it guys. We're gonna head on tour, and also take down the psycho manager."
"Go for the legs if she attacks" replied Lola. "Also, bite her."
"Give her a beat down that she will never ever forget" replied Lynn Jr.
Jordan hugs Lincoln, and they share a small kiss. "Take care, and please be careful, Lincoln."
Lincoln smiles, and he kisses her cheek. "I will, you have my word and when we do come back, then I'm taking you on a date." That one makes them both blush and hug again, and the sisters find this entire thing to be adorable and romantic.
"Guys, the buses are here." Leni points to the three tour buses, and this doesn't make the band quite pleased. The first bus arrives, and it opens to reveal Katie Crest, the second bus has Mick Swagger. They all don't look happy to see them.
"Hey there, folks" replied Mick Swagger, and he seems rather cheerful and positive. "We're as ready as you lot are, and that third bus there is yours."
That part surprises them. "Wait, what?"
Mick Swagger nods. "Seems fitting actually. There is a bus for Crest and her crew, a bus for myself and the band, and the third bus is for you lot and is a durable piece of fine work. I pitched it to be part of this whole thing, and there are instructions on how this High Tech bus works."
They didn't see this coming, and this angers Katie Crest. 'Stupid British idiot! Luna is supposed to be in another bus, not with her own band and that white haired mistake!'
So, the group bring their things into the bus, and they don't need any help. They go inside and see how roomie the place is, and Chunk sees the instruction manual of the stuff that this thing can do, and the roadies unchain the bus since it was towed by Mick's tour bus to get here.
They have their things setup, and unpacked. The tour buses all get moving, and they wave to the others and they wave back and hope for them to be fine. Luna sighs, and she sits down on the chair and with Lincoln and Sam next to her, and they watch as the buildings move by them.
"This is it, we are on tour and ready for what comes next" replied Luna.
"We know that Crest will try something, but it will not work" replied Sam.
"She won't get away with whatever she has planned, and ensuring she is locked up is best to ensure she doesn't try this again to other musically talented people" replied Lincoln.
The others are also feeling confident and determined. Michelle smiles, and she looks out the window and she is happy to see something is in the air and following them. A large aircraft, known as a Lockheed C-5M Super Galaxy, with a logo which they don't know and accompanied by Viking Fighters.
'This is gonna work, and if Crest comes up with something else... Well, she's gonna be in for a big and scary surprise.'
(Michigan Stadium.)
We now arrive to the largest known stadium in all of Michigan, where sports events have been hosted, and concerts. The buses arrive, and the folks inside come out and get the gear into the stadium to be ready for the concert.
The metal fence and walls keep the fans away, Mick Swagger waves to them and they cheer, but they cheer louder when they see Luna Loud, and her band come out, and even Michelle Lewis. This makes Crest smile. "Hey, Luna. How about you go and greet your adoring fans and sign some..."
"No thanks, and screw you" replied Luna, and she has her acoustic guitar. "They are crazy, deranged and don't respect privacy, something you share in quality, Crest. Leave us alone, and shut up." she then walks away, with her band, little brother and manager. Chunk helps with the gear.
Mick Swagger speaks. "Luna Loud has a point there, fans can get pretty grabby and clingy and crazy." He then speaks to his band, and they get ready as well.
This upsets Crest. Her chances to make Luna change, has failed but she still has more plans. 'This is just a setback, and this first failure will not stop me. Luna Loud, will be mine!'
(Later.)
The concert is about to begin, and the bands are all ready, and Luna checks on her stuff, and then she sighs and stands still and gets prepared. Luna, Sam, Sully, and Mazzy stand on this platform, and so does Michelle Lewis.
"Alright, this is it. You guys ready for this thing?" asked Michelle, and she has her acoustic guitar.
They all nod. "Ready."
Then the platform slowly rises, and they are now on stage, and Mick Swagger and his band back off, and the crowd cheers seeing them, and this amazes Luna and the others. Lincoln is backstage, and he is proud of his big sister.
They then perform together, what they performed during the Royal Woods spring music Festival, the song performed by a mother and daughter. "I still haven't found what I'm looking for."
Everyone cheers, and they sing along to this, but Crest is annoyed and angered seeing this. Heck, she didn't even seem impressed that they got the crowd to sing as well. 'Just you wait, Luna Loud. This tour is just getting started!'
A/N: Day 1, and it is looking good, and Mick Swagger seems kinda different, and yet Crest is still up to something, let's see where this leads to next. I hope that you all enjoyed reading this.
