Chapter One Hundred and Twenty-Four
Lunch Time Cuddles and Podcasts

Making his way upstairs to his and Gabby's bedroom shortly after grabbing some bowls of the pasta that Camila just finished making for them, Matt took a breath as he knew that this was something that they needed to do right now; they needed to be alone, even though they want to spend time with their sons. And that was due to the fact that his best friend just had to open his huge mouth and had to remind his wife that the monster of a president they currently have was elected a month before they got married; and two months before they lost Louie, the little boy that they hoped to adopt. So now, rather than sit downstairs and talk to their friends as they have lunch; Matt and Gabby are going to sit upstairs in their room, without their sons as they enjoy lunch together (not that Matt was really going to complain as that meant that he could get some quality time with his wife). But what he didn't know, was that he was going to get some quality, intimate time with Gabby wearing some lingerie; lingerie that he was going to see for the first time when he goes into the bathroom, where he heard some water running. But first, he had to set their food down on their bed.

Doing just that, Matt smiled as he then proceeded to make his way over to the bathroom; that way, he could walk in and check on how his wife is doing right now. After all, she ran up here pretty soon after all the drama that happened downstairs; and he can only imagine that was the reason why Gabby needed to wear this, the outfit that she was currently wearing for Matt right now. More specifically, the lingerie that he was seeing for the first time as he walked up to the door to his and Gabby's bathroom. Looking at his wife as she stood there, Matt was just shocked. "Damn." Looking up at her husband as he said that, Gabby laughed due to the fact that she knew that he was liking the sight that was in front of him. "Let me guess, you like this sight?" Matt agreed with his beautiful wife as she said that, as he most definitely does like the sight that was in front of him; because she looks so damn sexy in the lingerie that she was currently wearing for him. "Are you kidding me? Of course, I am." Gabby laughed as she heard Matt say that, before turning around to look at the man she loves; after which, she wagged her finger to motion for him to get close to her at the counter.

And let's just say that nobody had to ask him to do that, because that was exactly what he wanted to do right now; he wanted to get close to the woman he loves, and just give her some attention. And that was because his wife looks so damn sexy right now, which is definitely going to make him run his hands up and down her body right now. Walking over to the woman he loves, Matt smirked due to the fact that this most definitely is exactly what he wants to do right now. "God, now this is something that I want right now." Gabby agreed with Matt as he said that, before walking over to the woman he loves; and once he was in front of her, Matt smirked as he put his hands on the counter on either side of her. That way, he could pin her in between him and the counter, which is exactly what Gabby wanted him to do right now. She wanted him to pin her in between his chest, and just hold her close to his chest; oh, and she also wants to feel Matt kiss her softly. And that was exactly what Matt was about to do, just after he put one of his hands on her neck; at the same time, he put his other hand on her side (which just so happens to mean that it's also on the lingerie she's wearing).

"Damn, why did I get so lucky when it came to me getting this in bed." Gabby smiled as she heard Matt say that, before putting her hands on his chest; after which, Gabby leaned up and proceeded to kiss the man she loves more than anything in the entire world. Taking things nice and slow with her gorgeous husband, Gabby smiled due to the fact that this is exactly what she wanted to do right now; after which, Matt proceeded to pick the woman he loves up in his arms. After which, he set her down on the counter and stepped close to her at the sink. Putting his hands next to her on the counter shortly afterwards, Matt smirked due to the fact that he was incredibly happy right now. "Well, now if this isn't a nice surprise." Gabby agreed with Matt as he said that, before feeling him put his hand on her side; after which, he tugged her body against his and just smiled due to the fact that this is everything he wants right now. Putting her hands on Matt's chest, Gabby smirked due to the fact that there was nothing more she wants to do right now; other than her cuddling up to the man she loves. "So, what led to you wearing this for me right now?" Gabby smiled as he loving husband.

"I wanted to do it, because I want you to touch me today; I want you to hold me close today, and I want to take it easy with you this afternoon." Matt agreed with Gabby as she said that, as that most definitely is exactly what the husband wants to do. Putting his hands next to her on the counter, Matt just smiled due to the fact that there's nothing like the sight in front of him. "So, I can only assume that you have a lot of stress right now?" Gabby took a breath as Matt asked her whether she was a bit stressed right now, as that most definitely was the case. "I just…" Gabby sighed as she looked up at the man she loves. "I don't like how I have to think about that now, because it's something that's on my mind." Matt agreed with Gabby as she said that, before moving his hands to her sides; after which, he tugged her body against his chest. At the same time, Gabby put her hands on his muscular chest. Bending down, Matt smirked due to the fact that this is something that he wants to do right now. He wants to take things nice and slow with the woman he loves, and he wants to make sure that she just takes it easy right now. "As long as we take it easy, and we relax with each other."

Gabby agreed with Matt as he said that, smiling at the man she loves more than anything in the entire world; after which, she wrapped her arms around his back and just smiled due to the fact that this is everything that she wants right now (but you already knew that). Putting his hands on her arms, Matt smiled as he ran his hands down her arms and then kissed her forehead softly. "I just wish you could wear your boxers right now." Matt was confused as he heard Gabby say that. "And why can't I strip down to my boxers?" Gabby laughed as Matt asked her why he can't strip down, which is due to the fact that he has to bring their dishes downstairs; oh, and he has to do the dishes. "Someone needs to do the dishes, and it isn't going to be me now that I'm wearing this; and because I don't want to see anybody that's downstairs right now. Well, maybe the boys but…" Leaning in, Matt proceeded to kiss the woman he loves; in the process, he shut her up and just made sure that she stayed calm (which she needed to do right now). "Hey, it's okay; and I understand what you're trying to tell me." Gabby agreed with Matt as he said that, well aware that was the case.

"Thanks for not making me explain it all." Matt smiled as he heard Gabby say that, before proceeding to push a strand of hair behind her ear; after which, he put his hand on the side of her face and stroked her cheek. After which, he leaned in and proceeded to kiss her softly once again. "Baby, I will always be here for you; and I promise that we're going to take it easy and just relax." Gabby agreed with Matt (again) before smirking due to the fact that she's ready to just hold her close, and that was exactly what Matt wanted to do too after all. Getting close to Gabby (as he knew that she wanted him to hold her close), Matt smirked as he hugged her; at the same time, Gabby wrapped her arms around his back as she laid her head down on his heart. Kissing her forehead, Matt smiled due to the fact that this is just what he needs to do for his beautiful wife. He needs to hold her close, and he needs to make sure that they just take it easy with each other; while she also breathes, and just relaxes due to the fact that she's pregnant with their baby girl Bella Marie. And let's just say that Matt is falling more and more in love each and every time he thinks about it, which is constantly right now.

"So, listen; what do you say we get you in bed, then you can relax as we eat lunch with each other?" Gabby agreed with Matt as he asked her that, because that most definitely was exactly what she wanted to do right now; she wanted to cuddle up to the man she loves, and she wants to just have a nice lunch with the man she loves. "You want to help me down? You know that it's getting hard for me to get down from the counter, which is why you really need to stop that." Matt laughed as he heard Gabby say that, before helping her down; after which, he set her down on the ground and stepped close to her. After which, he wrapped his arms around her and then cuddled up to her. Wrapping her arms around his back, Gabby smiled as she looked up at the man she loves and then kissed him softly; and that's what led to Matt taking things nice and slow with the woman of his dreams, his gorgeous wife Gabriela Casey. "God, I love you so much. And I am so glad that this is exactly what we're going to do. We're just going to take it easy, and we're going to hold each other close in bed; and that's exactly what you need to do right now, because you're pregnant." Gabby agreed with Matt.

"I know." Matt smiled at the woman he loves, before extending his hand so that Gabby can grab it; and let's just say that was exactly what Gabby did shortly after he extended his hand, because she wanted to follow her husband back to bed. Then, they'll be able to cuddle up to each other; but with only her just wearing lingerie, not that Gabby isn't going to try and change Matt's mind. "So, you sure that I can't convince you to get undressed, and just wear your boxers as we cuddle in bed and have lunch?" Matt laughed as he heard Gabby say that, as that most definitely isn't something that he was going to do; and that was due to the fact that he needs to go downstairs. "Maybe I can do something in the middle. Something that you will enjoy." Gabby agreed with Matt as he said that, ready to cuddle up to her man in whatever he's going to wear; but she sure does hope that he's just going to wear his boxers, because that is going to be really sexy. But that's not what Matt's going to do, because he needs to wear something that's appropriate for when he goes downstairs to bring their plates downstairs to the kitchen; something that she knows that she'll like right now.

Walking out of his closet clad in his boxers and a t-shirt, Matt smiled as he looked at his wife as she laid down in bed with the food that they were going to enjoy together; and let's just say that Gabby most definitely did like that Matt decided to wear for her, which was due to the fact that it showed off something that she likes…and that was his bulge. Shaking her head, Gabby smirked due to the fact that this is something that she most definitely loves. "I swear, you are so damn sexy; and I am so glad that you decided to wear that." Matt agreed with Gabby as she said that, as he knew that was the case. "I want to wear something comfortable, because I know something that you aren't saying." Gabby was a bit confused as she heard Matt say that, unsure as to what her husband was referring to. "What are you talking about?" Matt took a breath as Gabby asked him what he was referring to about, and that was the fact that she needs to relax; both for her sake, and for the sake of their daughter. "We need to relax for our baby girl." Gabby agreed with Matt. "And I know that you are much more relaxed when I wear things like this." Gabby smiled as she heard Matt tell her that.

"Oh, now if that isn't the case." Matt smirked as he was happy that was the case, before making his way over to her; after which, Matt smirked as he walked up to her side of the bed. "Just relax and sit down right now, okay?" Gabby agreed with Matt as he said that, before smiling as he walked up the side of their bed towards the woman he loves more than anything in the entire world; because he most definitely does want to cuddle up to the woman he loves more than anything in the entire world, because it'll make sure that they can relax. But before he sits down next to her, he wants to do something else; and that's sit next to her. Okay, I know that's the same thing; but he's not facing the same direction as he would if he was joining her in bed so that they can eat. Rather, he was facing her so that they can talk for a minute, which is something that he wants her to do with her today. He wants her to talk to him because he doesn't want her to hold things in, but he wants her to talk to him, because that's something that she needs to do.

Not only for the sake of her health, and for the sake of their daughter. "So, is there a reason that you're sitting up like this?" Matt took a breath as he looked at the woman he loves, because he wants to make sure that she knows that he's here for her. "Listen, I know that you're going to want to revert to your default reaction to his; and that's you're going to hold everything in, and you aren't going to talk to me." Gabby agreed with Matt as he said that, before feeling him grab her hand and intertwine their fingers. "Gabby, you need to talk to me…you're pregnant, and I don't want you to hold things in if that happens; okay?" Gabby agreed with Matt as he said that, well aware that was the case. "I promise." Matt smiled as he heard Gabby tell him that, before getting closer to her; after which, he put his hand on her neck and started to take things nice and slow with the woman he loves more than anything in the entire world. "I love you so much, and I am so glad that you're taking it easy." Gabby agreed with Matt as he said that, smiling at the man she loves.

After which, Matt smirked as he leaned in and kissed her softly; after which, Gabby put her hand on his face as they took things nice and slow with each other. "God, I love you so much." Matt agreed with his beautiful wife as she said that, smiling due to the fact that was something that he most definitely knew. "I love you." Gabby agreed with Matt as he told her that. "I love you too, and I'm ready to cuddle up to you; that way, you can hold me as we eat lunch. So, how about you get in bed with me now?" Matt agreed with his beautiful wife as she said that, as that most definitely is something that he wants to do; he wants to get in bed with the woman of his dreams, and he wants to cuddle up to her as they hold each other close. Climbing into bed with his girl, Matt smirked as he wrapped his arm around her and just cuddled up to the woman of his dreams; at the same time, Gabby got close to him and wrapped her arms around him. Putting his hand on her arm, Matt smiled as he turned his head and then kissed her forehead softly. "I love you."

Gabby agreed with Matt as he said that, smiling due to the fact that this is everything that she wants to do right now; after which, she looked up at the man she loves. Bending down, Matt then smirked as he proceeded to take things nice and slow with the woman he loves more than anything in the entire world. "God, I love you so much, and I hope you know that." Gabby agreed with Matt as he said that, smiling as she knows that he loves her; and it's not something that she'll lever change her mind about, because he shows her that he loves her each and every day. "Baby, I know that; and you need to just take it easy when you say that, because I love you too and I will always know that you love me." Matt smirked due to the fact that he knew that was the case. "Good, so now that we have that settled; what do you say we have lunch together? Then I can take it easy, and I can run my hand all over this nice body that I have the honor of touching after lunch." Gabby smiled as she heard Matt say that, as she's glad that they're going to do that right now..

"I want to do fun things today by the way, not just kissing and sexy things; can you promise me that's something that we're going to do?" Matt agreed with Gabby as she said that, smiling due to the fact that was something that he was okay with. "Oh, I most definitely love that idea; especially since it means that we can even listen to music or stuff." Gabby then thought of something. "Oh god, I have been listening to a podcast recently; and I love it, and I would love to listen to it." Matt agreed with Gabby as she said that, smiling as she proceeded to grab her phone; after which, she went to open Spotify so that she could listen to the podcast that she was listening to. "So, it's a true crime podcast. Are you okay with that?" Matt smiled as he heard Gabby say that, because that was something that he was okay with. "Of course, let's listen to it." Gabby agreed with Matt as he said that, smirking at the man she loves; after which, she went to connect it to the Smart TV so that they could listen to the podcast as they enjoy lunch with each other.

Wrapping his arm around Gabby after she set up the podcast, Matt smiled as he went to grab the covers; he then closed them on top of the both of them, and then reached over to grab the plate of food. Smiling as she watched Matt do that, she looked down and saw the pasta; grabbing her fork afterwards, Gabby smirked due to the fact that this is everything that she wants right now. Turning his head once the pasta was in front of them, Matt smirked as he kissed the side of her head and just held the woman he loves close to her. "I love you." Gabby agreed with Matt as he said that, smiling due to the fact that this is exactly what they both want to do right now; they want to cuddle up to each other, and they want to have fun. "So, this is a true crime podcast?" Gabby agreed with Matt. "The woman with the British accent is former Scotland Yard, the other woman is a former Producer on Criminal Minds, and the guy is another Criminal Minds producer; and he's also ex-FBI, the equivalent of Scotland Yard." Matt agreed with his wife.

"So, which case are they covering right now?" Gabby smiled. "Right now, I'm on the Madeleine McCann case." Matt looked at his wife as she said that. "Remind me which one that is?" Gabby sighed. "Little girl from the UK, disappeared in Portugal in 2007." Matt took a breath as he heard Gabby say that. "Okay." Gabby agreed with Matt as they said that. "Want me to restart the case, then we can listen from the start?" Matt agreed with Gabby as she said that, liking that idea. "I like that idea." Gabby then proceeded to grab her phone, so that she can do just that. After which, she set it down again so that she can make sure that it just played. "Okay, then now let's eat; I want to eat, and then we can just relax for the rest of the day." Matt agreed with Gabby as she said that, before turning his head and kissing the side of her head. "Yes, I love that idea." Gabby agreed with Matt as he side that, before looking up at him; after which, Matt bent down and proceeded to take things nice and slow with the woman he loves more than anything in the entire world.

"I love you, and I promise that we're going to figure everything out; okay?" Gabby agreed with Matt as he said that, well aware that was the case. "I know." Matt smirked as he heard Gabby tell him that, before kissing her forehead softly; after which, he went back to eating lunch today. After which, they'll just relax and hold each other close for the rest of the day.
