Chapter 265: First Day on the road...

(June 14. Somewhere, far from Michigan.)

Luna slowly awakens from her sleep, and she looks around and sees that she is not in her bedroom, and then she recalls where they are. 'Right, the stupid tour.' She then gets out of bed, but she sees her little brother Lincoln is still asleep beside her, and she smiles.

Luna places a kiss on his forehead, and then she places the blanket on him. She then sees the others are also still asleep, and she sees Sam is asleep with her laptop next to her, since she was video chatting with her mother and brother last night.

She then sees the time is almost six, and then she goes in to the kitchen of the bus for some coffee, but she is joined by Michelle Lewis. "Good Morning Lunes, you doing alright there?"

Luna sighs. "Slept well but this tour is something I don't wanna do, but I also wanna watch Crest get what she deserves. "We can't be able to deny this or she might come after me at Royal Woods, we gotta take her down and keep her away for good."

Michelle nods. "I know, sweetie. But soon, we will make sure she doesn't come back once we're done with this tour. This is just say 1, and the contract which we have agreed on and made has confirmed for us to be on tour for seven days and nothing else more."

Luna nods, and she drinks her coffee, and then she speaks. "Mick Swagger, he seems kinda different."

"Almost like he changed..." replied Michelle. "Perhaps we can get answers from him once we reach Columbus Ohio, we might get there in the afternoon or somewhere close to night time." they then look out the window, and the same large aircraft is following them high above. The Lockheed C-5M Super Galaxy.

Both Luna and Michelle are thinking the same thing. 'This is gonna work, we know it.'

(Newport Music Hall. Columbus, Ohio.)

The buses have arrived, and the roadies get everything ready and set, and it is past 5 right now, the band comes out and then Sam sees someone coming. "Luna, the demonic psycho manager is here." She means, Katie Crest.

Katie Crest hears what Sam called her, and she ignores the name calling and then she speaks. "I hope that you are ready for this concert, because I do believe it would be in the best interest for you to perform alongside Mick Swagger and..."

"No, I am not doing that crazy lady" replied Luna sternly. "Because the song I wrote is a solo act only, and I am not performing with that guy. Take note, I am Rock n' Not, and that is final Crest."

That doesn't make Katie Crest happy, and before she can protest, Mick Swagger intervenes. "Crest, calm down and please leave them alone. Luna wishes to choose what she knows and thinks is best, and I believe her on that. Let her do what she wants, and as the contract states as well. I'm all chill with it."

That surprises everyone, and Katie Crest walks away from this, and she is outraged. 'That stupid British idiot! Who does he think he is? He is ruining everything! Luna is my golden tickets to fame, and fortune, and I will not let this slide away from me. I have to get rid of that pest kid, Michelle Lewis, and that wretched family, and thankfully my guys will handle them!'

(Later.)

It was almost time for the concert and everyone has their gear ready, but they double check them. Luna is memorizing what she made, and then she sees Mick Swagger and she speaks to him. "Hey Mick, earlier... What the heck was that all about?"

The others also wanna know, and so Mick Swagger explains. "After all the words you have shared, and the denying ranting and anger against Crest, I had a lot of hard thinking and I guess, I woke up and realized... You are who you are, Luna Loud. I can see, that you don't need Rock n' Roll to be who you are, what you choose is your choice and not anyone else's. Not mine, not you're parents and certainly not Crest's."

"After everything that you lot have been through, seven days on tour is a good way to start for whatever tour you lot have in the far future. You have my support, and what you guys think is best is alright with me, I will keep my band mates in check and also be responsible as this tour carries on. Don't worry about Crest, I am also trying my best and hardest to keep a close eye on her. I want bygones to be bygones between us all."

This surprises them all, and then Mick looks to Michelle. "I don't want any bad blood between us, and I am sorry for my actions back then, I think you should choose whoever you wish to be, but if you wanna share your love for the two louds whom you see are your kids, then that's alright with me. As long as everyone else is happy."

He then takes his leave, but then he stops. "Also, I wanna check on your rents one day, and give them a piece of my mind, with words that'll wake up that idiot who was called a father." He then heads off to speak with his band.

They are still surprised hearing those words from Mick Swagger, and they now see that they have a new ally, and this could help them against Katie Crest.

(Later again.)

The lights in the stadium turn on, and we see Luna Loud on a tall stool and with her acoustic guitar, and so she performs the song that she made, with the rest of the theme music provided by her band.

Who is that in the mirror?
Looking back, I don't know her.
But she reminds me of someone I knew.

The song is finished, and everyone cheers as a standing ovation. Mick Swagger and his band also cheer and clap, and Luna takes a bow and she leaves the stage to let Mick and his band perform.

Crest saw the whole thing, and she is fuming with anger from that song. 'What the stupid songs was that garbage? Why are the fans loving this?!' she sees how the fans loved her song, and this gives her an idea. 'The fans... Hmmmm, I think I got an idea.'

A/N: Glad that Mick Swagger is now a changed person, and understanding, which means he is going to be an obstacle for Katie Crest instead. But what does Crest have planned for tomorrow? This might not be good. I hope that you all enjoyed reading this.
