Hi Readers: And welcome to another day of chapters. I hope that you guys are enjoying the journey that I'm sending you on, including the introduction of the new characters. While I am aware of the fact that the new characters are not part of the One Chicago universe, I still want to portray them because I need to have something else to cover if I am ever short of ideas; they are my couple that I can just have free reign with (for now). You may see me add more characters and couples as we go, so that I can have the same ability. I hope you guys continue to enjoy the story, even with the non-One Chicago universe characters. Chapter One Hundred and Fifty-Five
Family Time-turned-Snack Time

He just finished getting him and his wife a snack, a snack that his wife most definitely does need to have so that he can replenish her energy (as well as the nutrients that she needs to have in her body that she can give in Amelia); and that was something that Luke always enjoyed watching, his beautiful wife feeding their daughter as they relax in bed with each other…as a family. Because that's something that he and Sarah have always wanted to have, ever since they first got together in high school. One of the things that they discussed all those years ago, was the fact that they both want to have a (large) family; and there's a significance to what Amelia is, and that would be the start of their beautiful family that they are going to have. And that most definitely will include a son, as he is the last Reese in the family tree; at least, for now. The last thing that he wants to do is let the Reese family name becoming extinct, as he already knows that his daughter will not be the one to carry on the name; he thinks at least, he's not exact sure as of right now.

And that's due to the fact that it's far too early to predict what his baby girl is going to do, and whether she's going to continue the Reese family name; but he has no expectations for the future, as he doesn't even want to think about that. I mean, what father wants to think about his baby girl getting married; especially when she's only a month old, as she was born on September 29th. Luke most definitely does not want to think about that, as Amelia is far too precious and beautiful for hm to think about just how much he wants to spend this time with her; and that's exactly what he's going to get, while he's on (partial) paternity leave. Yes, you heard that right; partial paternity leave, which means that he still needs to work. But there are some benefits to being on partial paternity leave, which include that he gets to be with his wife and daughter; while also earning a full paycheck, to provide for his family. And that's exactly what they're in the midst of doing right now, just taking it easy and relaxing; and that's starts with having a family snack, in bed.

Well, not just enjoying a snack with each other; but also getting a chance to run his hands all over her gorgeous body, as she was currently just wearing some sexy lingerie for him. Lingerie that Luke most definitely does enjoy the sight of because it shows off her body; the body that she has already committed to work on as soon as he can, not that she needs to. Rather, Luke wants to make sure that his wife knows that she can take her time; and she can relax, due to the fact that she is still recovering from giving birth. And that's why Luke especially likes being able to work from home, as it means that they get a chance to just spend some time as husband and wife; and that time is going to start when he's in bed with the woman he loves, who is currently in the midst of standing at their daughter's crib. But first, he needs to make his way over to his side table; that way, he can set their food down and just make his way up behind Sarah. God, that gorgeous body of hers is everything that he wants, and he can't want to just hold her close.

Turning around afterwards, Luke smirked as he made his way over to Sarah at the crib and then walked up right behind her; moving his hands to her body, Luke smirked as he put his hands on the lingerie that she was wearing for him right now. After which, he wrapped his arms around her tight and kissed the side of her head. And let's just say that Sarah loved that feeling, because she always enjoys the feeling of her husband's strong arms around her body. "God, now this is something that I really enjoy." Luke smiled as he heard Sarah say that, before bending down so that he can kiss her shoulder softly; after which, he smiled as he turned his head and kissed her neck softly. "So, our little girl is going to bend some time in her crib; rather than cuddle up to their parents in bed?" Turning around to look at the man she loves, Sarah took a breath as she put her hand on his chest. "Is that okay?" Luke agreed with Sarah as she asked him whether it was okay, because it most definitely was. After which, he put his hands on her arms and smiled at his wife.

Wrapping her arms around his waist shortly afterwards, Luke smiled as he tugged her body against his chest; smiling, Sarah then put her hands on his toned chest and leaned up to kiss him softly. Taking things nice and slow with her dreamy husband, Sarah smiled due to the fact that this really is everything that she wants right now; she wants to hold the man she loves close to her, and she wants her husband to hold her in his arms. And that's exactly what they're in the midst of doing with each other. They're holding each other close, and just taking things nice and slow with each other. "Listen, we need to get in bed and just relax; because that's what you need." Sarah agreed with Luke as he said that, well aware that was the case. "I know." Luke smiled as he heard Sarah say that, before going to grab her hand; after which, he intertwined their fingers so that he can lead her towards their bed. And that was exactly where Sarah wanted to be with the man of her dreams right now. She wanted to be in bed with her loving husband, Luke Reese.

Climbing back into bed ahead of Luke this afternoon, Sarah smiled due to the fact that it was exactly what he wanted; he wanted Sarah to be in bed, so that she can take it easy and just relax. I mean, Sarah is still recovering from giving birth, and they are also madly in love with each other; they've been madly in love with each other for years, and that will always be the case. Luke plans on being with Sarah for the rest of his life, and that was something that made them both extremely happy; but before he got in bed, Luke still wanted something. "Hey, before you sit down; how about you come here for a second?" Turning to look at Luke, Sarah smiled as she proceeded to get close to the man she loves; after which, she got up on her knees and then moved to wrap her arms around his neck. Wrapping his arms around her waist, Luke smiled as he got close to her; at the same time, Sarah put her hands on his muscular chest and then leaned in to kiss the man she loves softly. Taking things slow with Luke, Sarah smiled as she loves her man so damn much.

"I love you." Luke agreed with Sarah as she said that, well aware that was the case. "I love you too Sarah, and I am so glad that this is what we're going to do; we're going to just relax, and we're going to take it easy with each other." Sarah agreed with Luke as he said that, before wrapping her arms around his neck again. After which, she took things nice and slow with the man she loves again. "God, I am so ready to just cuddle up to you and have that snack." Luke laughed as he heard Sarah say that, well aware that was the case. "So, how are we going to cuddle up to each other? Do you want to sit in my lap? Or do you want to sit down next to me?" Sarah smiled as Luke asked her that, because he should already know what she wants; and that's because she's done it for years, since they first started dating. "Baby, do you really think that I want to sit anywhere else? We've been doing it for years, and we always promised each other that we wouldn't change what we do when we got married; and that's the same now to we have Amelia." Luke agreed, smiling.

After which, he got nice and close to her before kissing her once again; after which, he took things nice and slow with the woman he loves more than anything in the entire world. And that was due to the fact that Sarah is just so beautiful, and he's so happy over the fact that they're just going to relax in bed with each other. "Listen, how about we get in bed together? I think we both know that's what we want to do." Luke smiled, agreeing with Sarah as she told him that; and that was due to the fact that he just wants to cuddle up to his wife, and he wants to hold her in his arms. "Of course, and I want to do that as well. And I also know that it means that you're going to relax." Sarah nodding, smiling at the man she loves more than anything in the entire world; and that's something that Luke knows. Luke knows that Sarah loves him more than anything in the entire world, and she's just happy over the fact that they're currently holding each other close. After which, Luke smiled as he kissed Sarah once again. "Listen, we need to get in bed."

Sarah laughed as she heard Luke say that. "You mean, I need to relax and just take it easy." Luke sighed as he heard Sarah say that, as that was exactly what he meant to say. "Yeah, that's exactly what I'm trying to say." Getting close to Luke, Sarah smiled as she proceeded to wrap her arms around his neck nice and tight; after which, she kissed him softly and just took things slow with her. After which, Luke put his hands on her back and just smirked due to the fact that this is something that they both want to do. "I think that we both know that you want to just get in bed. So, how about we do that now?" Luke agreed with Sarah as she said that, as that was exactly what he wanted to do; he wanted to be in bed with the woman he loves, and he wants to just hold her in his arms. He wants to relax with her, and they want to make sure that they are going to cuddle up to each other; and that was why Sarah wanted Luke in bed, she wanted to hold him close to him and just relax. "I hope you know that I expect no funny business in bed mister."

Luke laughed as he heard Sarah say that, well aware that was the case. "Do you really think that I am going to do that when I'm the one that wants you to relax Sarah? I want you to relax, and I just want you to take it easy." Sarah agreed with Luke as she said that, just smiling. "I know you do, and I promise that I will Luke; you know that I plan on relaxing, and that I am not going to do anything that will put my recovery at risk." Luke was a bit shocked as he heard Sarah say that, as he didn't expect her to say that; and that was due to the fact that he didn't want Sarah to think that way. "Hey, where did that come from?" Sarah took a breath as she looked at the man she loves and put her hands on his chest once again. "Listen, how about you sit down in bed? Then, I'll get in bed with you and I'll hold you close. Then, we can talk about that; okay?" Sarah agreed with her husband as he said that, before leaning in and proceeding to kiss her once again. "Listen, relax in bed and just take it easy; I'll be right in bed." Sarah agreed with Luke as he said that, smiling.

Crawling into Luke's lap shortly after he climbed into bed with her, Sarah smiled as she made sure that she was going to be extremely comfortable. And just how was she going to be comfortable? Well, she was going to be sitting in between her husband's leg, and she was going to cuddle up to him against his chest. Smiling as she felt Sarah do that, Luke looked at his beautiful wife while kissing the top of her head. "What do you think of me taking off some of your lingerie so that you can get even more comfortable?" Looking up at the man she loves, Sarah smiled as she knew that was more what he wanted, rather than what she wanted. "Let me guess, you want to feel my breasts against your chest?" Luke laughed as he heard Sarah say that, before wrapping his arms around her; after which, he bent down and proceeded to kiss the woman he loves more than anything in the entire world. And let's just say that Luke truly means that, as she's the love of his life. "I think we both know that I love the feeling of your breasts against my chest, as it's so damn sexy."

Sarah smiled as she heard Luke say that, before laying her head down on his chest; at the same time, Luke ran his hand up and down her back as they held each other close. Afterwards, he turned his head and kissed the top of his head; and let's just say that's something that they both really like, which is due to the fact that it's a way that Sarah can easily tease him. "And it's an easy way to turn me on." Sarah agreed with Luke and smiled due to the fact that she just cuddled up to him; after which, she proceeded to go grab the finger sandwiches that he made for her. "Thanks for making these." Luke agreed with Sarah as she said that, because he's more than okay when it comes to him having made lunch for her; and that's due to the fact that he needs to make sure that she's always fed to the best of his abilities. "Baby, you have no reason to thank me; and that's due to the fact that I need to feed you, both for your sake…and for the sake of our beautiful baby girl over there." Turning her head, Sarah agreed with Luke before laying her head down.

After which, Luke wrapped his arm around her back and then kissed the top of her head; and that was due to the fact that he always loves the feeling of his gorgeous wife cuddling up to him, even all these years later. "Okay, I keep thinking this way; so, I need to mention it, how in the world are we still here all these years later?" Sarah laughed as she heard Luke say that, before looking up at the man she loves; after which, she decided to get up and then slipped up his chest. Bending down, Sarah smiled as she kissed him softly; at the same time, Luke moved his hand to her neck and just took things nice and slow with the woman of his dreams. "So, what are you thinking about right now? Have any ideas for what we can do after this?" Sarah laughed. "I am not taking off my lingerie, and it's staying up; plus, I already know that you like the tight lingerie that I'm wearing. And there's a reason for that, because I don't want you to take it off." Luke agreed with Sarah as she said that, well aware that was the case. "I know." Sarah agreed, smiling.

After which, she cuddled up to him and just smiled as he wrapped his arm around her back; at the same time, Luke turned his head and kissed the top of her head. "God, I am so glad that this is everything that we're doing right now." Sarah agreed with Luke as he said that, before putting her hand on his chest; at the same time, Luke moved his hand to her back and stroked it. "God, I am so glad that we're just spending some time with each other." Sarah agreed with Luke as he said that, as that was exactly what she wanted to do as well; after which, she looked up at the man she loves more than anything in the entire world. "I promise, we're going to just take it easy and relax. Now, let's just finish this snack; then we can take it easy as we watch TV, or we can do something else." Sarah agreed with Luke as he said that, and smiled due to the fact that it was exactly what she wanted to do; she wanted to cuddle up to her loving husband before they turn the TV on or something. They aren't sure yet, but she does want to cuddle up to him and just relax.

Laying down in Luke's arms shortly after he set their plate down on his side table, Sarah smiled as she felt him wrap his arm around her back (while also tugging the covers up on top of the both of them); and that was because it was what they both wanted to do, they wanted to just relax and hold each other close as they take it easy. At the same time, they were going to watch some tv with each other; and that was exactly what they were about to start doing, as Luke grabbed the TV remote from his side table and then proceeded to turn it on. Moving her hand to his chest as he turned the TV on, Sarah smiled as she stroked it with her thumb; after which, she turned his head and smiled as she bent down and proceeded to kiss his chest softly. At the same time, Luke ran his hand up and down her back; kissing the top of her head afterwards, Luke smiled as he knew that this was exactly what Sarah wanted to do. And that was due to the fact that she was comfortable, and just relaxing in his arms, which is what she wants (and frankly, needs) to do.

She wants to do it, because she's always comfortable in her dreamy husband's arms; and she has to do it, as she's still recovering from giving birth to Amelia, which is something that they both know. But there's something that Luke doesn't know, and that's where this lingerie that Sarah is currently wearing comes from; and that's due to the fact that he doesn't recognize it was lingerie she recently bought for him from Victoria's Secret, because he's already seen it. Rather, this lingerie has to come from another store; and he wants to know where this lingerie comes from, and he wants to know right now. "So, listen, this question is probably not important; but I can't help but wonder about where this lingerie is from, because I have never seen it before. Nor do I recognize it from a Victoria's Secret Fashion show, so I have no clue as to where it comes from; so, I can't help but want to wonder where it's from." Sarah laughed as she heard Luke ask her where the lingerie she was currently wearing came from, and how he asked her the question.

He asked her the question in the most indirect way, which made sure that he didn't exactly make it know that he was interested/demanding to know where her lingerie was from; but Sarah also knew her husband, therefore she knew that was exactly what he was in the midst of doing. "The lingerie is from ELLA Intimates. Ms. Casey and Ms. Severide asked me, while I'm recovering from giving birth to Amelia; to test out some of the maternity lingerie that they're making, and then give them feedback." Luke agreed with Sarah as she said that, who then looked up at him. "Are you okay with that?" Looking down at the woman he loves, Luke smiled as he bent down and kissed her softly; after which, he turned his head and kissed her forehead softly. "Babe, of course that's okay. I know that you still have a job, and that you want to do your job." Sarah agreed with Luke as he said that, as that was exactly what she wanted to do; she still wanted to do her job, and that was exactly what she was in the midst of doing for ELLA Apparel.

"Plus, I think we both know that you love this lingerie that I'm wearing right now." Luke agreed with Sarah as she said that, as he most definitely does like the lingerie that she was wearing for him right now; and that was due to the fact that she's incredibly sexy in the lingerie that she's wearing for him right now, which is also prompting him to stroke her back. And god, she is just so glad that they are in the midst of holding each other closes; and Sarah knows that, because it's what they both want to do. They want to hold each other close, and they just want to have fun together. And god, Sarah is happy that Luke is in the midst of holding her in his arms; and she's also happy that he just turned his head, kissing the top of her head at the same time. "So, what do you think we should watch when it comes to how we need to relax right now?" Sarah smiled as Luke asked her that, before looking up at the man of her dreams. "We both just need to take it easy and relax. And I think that's something that we're going to have fun doing."

Luke agreed with Sarah as she said that, well aware that's the case; I mean, what's better than the two of them just holding each other close as they relax in bed? I mean, that's everything that he wants to do; and they just want to take it easy, and they want to relax. And that was due to the fact that it will allow Sarah to: (1) relax and recover from giving birth to Amelia, and (2) just spend some quality time with her loving husband (and the love of her life). I mean, what else would a woman want to do while they are both just relaxing and holding each other close in bed; especially when her man is so muscular. Because that's what Luke is, he's very muscular; and that's on purpose, as they are going to just make sure that they cuddle up to each other as much as they can. And Luke is more than okay over the fact that they are okay, and that Sarah is recovering. "So, are we just going to do this today?" Luke laughed. "Why, is there something else that you want to do?" Sarah shrugged as Luke asked her whether she wants to do something else.

"I'm not sure, but I do know that I like cuddling up to you in bed." Luke agreed with Sarah, due to the fact that he feels the same way; because there's nothing better than the feeling of the two of them just holding each other close, while their daughter takes a nap. "We just need to make sure that whatever we do, is that we do it as you relax." Sarah agreed with Luke as he said that, because she knows that; she knows that they need to relax, and that she needs to recover from giving birth. "I'm just glad that I'm already cleared to work out." Luke sighed as he heard Sarah say that, because he knows that she wants to start working out; but he just feels like she needs to relax and take it easy, because she is still going to be tired for a while. Looking down at the woman he loves, Luke smiled as he kissed her forehead softly. "I think that you need to take it easy and just relax right now Sarah, because you can wait; I don't think the company has any plans to make you go back to work so fast, because I'm not going to let you go back to work so fast." Sarah agreed.

"I know you aren't, because I know that you're always going to protect me." Looking down at Sarah as she said that, as that most definitely is the case; I mean, what husband doesn't want to protect his wife shortly after she gave birth to their daughter? That's just something that he needs to do, he needs to advocate for his wife (as that's something that he has to do for the woman he loves whenever he can); that way, he can do exactly what he needs to do for his wife. Nobody will ever take advantage of his wife, and that's something that Sarah already knows (and appreciates); god, the way her husband gets all protective over her is just so hot. And she's really happy over the fact that they are going to do this forever, which is why Sarah just decided to bend down and kiss Luke's chest. "God, I am so turned on when it comes to how sweet and romantic you are." Luke smiled as he heard Sarah say that, well aware that was the case; after which, he turned his head and kissed the top of her head once again. "Oh, I know that's the case."

Smiling due to the fact that Luke is treating her this way, Sarah just smiled as she feels so loved by the most handsome man in the entire world; and that's due to the fact that they are both just happy over the fact that they are ready to take it easy with each other, and just hold each other close as long as they want to. And the truth is, Luke wants to do that as well; and Sarah knows as well, because she knows her husband better than anybody in the entire world. And she's going to know that for the rest of her life. Kissing the top of Sarah's head once again, Luke just smiled as he ran his hand up and down her back while they both cuddled up to each other.
