The page turns to show Johan and Anne reuniting after the latter's meeting with Sprig.

Maybe I'm just crazy

The page turns to show Anne and Johan fighting the toad tax collectors.

But when I see your face, then I know

The page turns to show Anne, Johan and the Plantars sitting on a hill, watching the stars.

That I'm not alone, there's no need to roam

The book closes, revealing Johan is the one holding it. He puts the book in his pocket before he, Anne and the Plantars resume watching the sky.

With you, I'm home

The outro ends with a purple star shooting across the sky.
