zachycards: Hello reader, and welcome to the next chapter and installment of A Pair Of Certain Scientific Railgun Aces. Here is the disclaimer, I do not own A Certain Scientific Railgun, or any of the other anime associated with it, in any sort of possible and conceivable way, in any sort of possible and conceivable shape, or in any sort of possible and conceivable form. I do not own anything in this story, in any sort of possible and conceivable way, in any sort of possible and conceivable shape, or in any sort of possible and conceivable form, except my oc self insert. I am not making money off of this, in any sort of possible and conceivable way, in any sort of possible and conceivable shape, or in any sort of possible and conceivable form. I also do not own the rights to A Certain Scientific Railgun, in any sort of possible and conceivable way, in any sort of possible and conceivable shape, or in any sort of possible and conceivable form. Or any of the other anime associated with it, in any sort of possible and conceivable way, in any sort of possible and conceivable shape, or in any sort of possible and conceivable form. A Certain Scientific Railgun does belong to, and it will always belong to Kazuma Kamachi and Motoi Fuyukawa, in every sort of possible and conceivable way, in every sort of possible and conceivable shape, and in every sort of possible and conceivable form. So, now that the disclaimer is out of the way, let us now move on to the 19th chapter. But before I do, let me just go and reiterate once again to all the readers who are reading this fanfic. That I am typing out all of the chapter in all of my in progress fanfics. That are a tad bit below, or are very much below at least one thousand overall words in the chapter. The reason I am doing this is because I was very unhappy with how those chapters looked, because I felt that I did not put in enough effort with regards to writing each of them. I am also going to do my absolute and complete diligence to try and write every single episode of these anime into an actual chapter of at least one thousand words in length. The only chapters that I am going to try and skip, are chapters that I do not feel are at all or very practical for me to try and, or even attempt to write in the first place. And one more thing, please, I know you may or may not have a busy schedule outside of reading fanics, but at least take some time out of your life to at least leave a review on any one of my fanfics. I will happily take your criticism. I don't bite, at least, last I checked, I am very much sure that I don't. And any sort of correction you would like me to make, and I will do my absolute best to make it happen, within some sort of reason of course. But anyways, now that I am done rambling on, I think it is now time to move on to the 19th chapter. I hope you can all appreciate the time I have put into this.
Chapter 19: Enter: Misaki Shokuho
Following an uncomfortable run in with Misaki Shokuhō, another Level 5 esper, from Tokiwadai Middle School, who would quite frankly wind up pissing not just Misaka off quite a lot, but me just as much, if not a heck of a lot more. Man, she just really rubs me the wrong way. The encounter basically went a little something like this. Misaki has an ability called Mental Out, which gives her the ability to alter a persons mind. Think of a hacker, but instead of a computer, she does it to someones mind instead. Anyway, she decided, and had taken it onto herself, that as Misaka and I were passing by, to use her remote control to try and control our minds. However, the only thing that this wound up doing was cause a bit of electricity to course across near both of our heads. Which in turn pissed me off a little bit. "Don't you have other and better things to do then be a complete nuisance to the both of us Shokuho!? How about using that remote and your hacker ability on someone who actually deserves it, rather then being the nuisance that you are currently being, hmm?!" I said, clearly very irritated and pissed off with her antics, and I'm very sure that Misaka was as well. Though unlike me, she chose not to speak her mind as I had chosen to do. And yet despite my best efforts of speaking my mind to her, Shokuho didn't seem to care what I thought or said regarding her ability, as future events would wind up showing. But more on that later.
It was a bit after this that Misaka and I then met up with Kuroko, Uiharu, Saten and Erii as we all paid a visit to Banri Edasaki in the hospital. While Erii rekindled with Banri, who was undergoing physiotherapy, Misaka and I tried to come up with a way to surprise Banri with a present everyone bought for her, only to realize she had left the bag containing the present in Banri's ward. Just then, a criminal patient that was under watch by the Anti-Skills had broken free by some of his companions and took Erii as a hostage. Upon learning of the situation from Aiho Yomikawa and Tsuzuri Tessō, Misaka and I headed to the rooftop to try and prevent the culprits escaping via helicopter. They threw Erii off the side of the building in order to break free, but she was saved thanks to Saten and Kuroko. Learning that her bag is onboard the fleeing helicopter, Misaka and I had Kuroko teleport us to the skies where Misaka and I both destroyed the helicopter with our railguns, with Kuroko safely apprehending the culprits. With the incident dealt with, Banri finally opened her present from everyone, which is a Sakugawa Middle School uniform for her to wear once she had recovered.
