So, now that the disclaimer is out of the way, let us now move on to the 26th chapter. But, however, before I do, let me just go and once again reiterate yet again to all the readers who are reading this fanfic. That, I am typing out all of the chapter in all of my in progress fanfics. That are a tad bit below, or are very much below at least one thousand overall words in the chapter. The reason I am doing this is because I was very unhappy with how those chapters looked, because I felt that I did not put in enough effort with regards to writing each of them. I am also going to do my absolute and complete diligence to try and write every single episode of these anime into an actual chapter of at least one thousand words in length. The only chapters that I am going to try and skip, are chapters that I do not feel are at all or very practical for me to try and, or even attempt to write in the first place. And one more thing, please, I know you may or may not have a busy schedule outside of reading fanfics, but at least take some time out of your life to at least leave a review on any one of my fanfics. I will happily take your criticism. I do not bite, at least, the last time that I had checked, I am very much sure that I do not. And any sort of correction that you would like me to make, and I will do my absolute best to make it happen, within some sort of reason of course. But anyways, now that I am done rambling on, I think it is now time to move on to the 26th chapter. I just hope that you can all appreciate the time I have put into this.
Chapter 26: A Showdown With Meltdowner (Part 1)
Location: In One Of The Two Remaining Facilities That Are Participating In Project Radio Noise
Time: Sometime In The Evening
With only two facilities remaining, Knockraven wound up calling upon the services of a mercenary team , by the name of ITEM. And as Misaka and I infiltrated one of the two remaining facilities, we suddenly found ourselves against one of its members, a girl by the name of Frenda Seivelun, who actualy wound up causing quite a bit of trouble for us using flammable tape and stuffed dolls containing bombs. "Okay seriously, aren't you a little bit old to be playing with dolls?!" I said, with annoyance clearly evident in my tone. Meanwhile, while Misaka and I fought against Frenda. Shinobu had arrived at the other remaining facility, where those that were there, were attempting to transport the data whilst Misaka and I, were busy attacking other facility. Meanwhile, while that was going on at the other facility, Misaka and I had chased down Frenda, who, after a series of failed attacks, filled the room up with nitrogen, bluffing that it was an explosive gas to prevent us from using our electricity against her. "I don't believe you, I think your bluffing!" I said, though with hesitation clearly evident in my tone. "Try me" Frenda responded back. This, given that we were refusing to simply give up and be killed, managed to fight back against Frenda, leading to her bluff ultimately becoming exposed, and me ultimately being proven right. And as we both tried to interrogate Frenda. Who unfortunately was unable to respond, due to being heavily shocked by the both of us. We were then suddenly attacked by ITEM's leader, and Academy City's fourth ranked Level 5 esper, Mugino Shizuri, or as she was more commonly nicknamed, Meltdowner.
