I do not own anything in this story, in any sort of possible and conceivable way, in any sort of possible and conceivable shape, or in any sort of possible and conceivable form. Except my oc self insert, in every sort of possible and conceivable way, in every sort of possible and conceivable shape, and in every sort of possible and conceivable form. I am also not making any sort of money off of this fanfic, in any sort of possible and conceivable way, in any sort of possible and conceivable shape, or in any sort of possible and conceivable form. I also do not own the rights to the anime, A Certain Scientific Railgun, in any sort of possible and conceivable way, in any sort of possible and conceivable shape, or in any sort of possible and conceivable form. Or any of the other anime that are associated with it, in any sort of possible and conceivable way, in any sort of possible and conceivable shape, or in any sort of possible and conceivable form. The anime A Certain Scientific Railgun does belong to, and it will always belong to Kazuma Kamachi and Motoi Fuyukawa, in every sort of possible and conceivable way, in every sort of possible and conceivable shape, and in every sort of possible and conceivable form. So, now that the disclaimer is out of the way, let us now move on to the 27th chapter. But, however, before I do, let me just go and once again reiterate yet again to all the readers who are reading this fanfic. That, I am typing out all of the chapter in all of my in progress fanfics. That are a tad bit below, or are very much below at least one thousand overall words in the chapter. The reason I am doing this is because I was very unhappy with how those chapters looked, because I felt that I did not put in enough effort with regards to writing each of them. I am also going to do my absolute and complete diligence to try and write every single episode of these anime into an actual chapter of at least one thousand words in length. The only chapters that I am going to try and skip, are chapters that I do not feel are at all or very practical for me to try and, or even attempt to write in the first place. And one more thing, please, I know you may or may not have a busy schedule outside of reading fanfics, but at least take some time out of your life to at least leave a review on any one of my fanfics. I will happily take your criticism. I do not bite, at least, the last time that I had checked, I am very much sure that I do not. And any sort of correction that you would like me to make, and I will do my absolute best to make it happen, within some sort of reason of course. But anyways, now that I am done rambling on, I think it is now time to move on to the 27h chapter. I just hope that you can all appreciate the time I have put into this.
Chapter 27: A Showdown With Meltdowner (Part 2)
Location: Still Inside One Of The Remaining Two Facilities That Are Participating In Project Radio Noise
Time: Unknown
"Wow really!? You know, I never actually knew that Academy City's fourth ranked level 5 was actually known for not playing fair!" I said to myself out loud, as Misaka and I attempted to escape from Mugino's attacks, which wound up proving difficult due to ITEM's third member, Rikō Takitsubo, using her AIM Stalker ability to help Mugino and Frenda home their attacks on our position. Meanwhile, Shinobu, who felt that Misaka and I should not have to carry our burden alone, had snuck into the basement of her facility where the incubated Sisters were being held, hoping to install emotions into all of the remaining Sisters via the Misaka Network in the hopes that it may move the organizers to suspend the experiments. However, she was apprehended by ITEM's fourth member, Saiai Kinuhata, who was guarding the facility in case a second party was involved in the attacks. Shinobu managed to get the program installing, but it was suddenly blocked by an unforeseen error code. Shinobu fired a gun at Saiai to save herself, but her attack failed due to Saiai's Offense Armor ability and she was taken into custody. Back at the other facility, Misaka and I had been weakend, which had forced us to use our ability to deflect Mugino's Meltdowner attack, making her realize who we really were. Learning of this, Mugino ultimately decided to send the injured Frenda and exhausted Rikō away so she can settle things with Misaka and I herself.
