So, now that the disclaimer is out of the way, let us now move on to the 28th chapter. But, however, before I do, let me just go and once again reiterate yet again to all the readers who are reading this fanfic. That, I am typing out all of the chapter in all of my in progress fanfics. That are a tad bit below, or are very much below at least one thousand overall words in the chapter. The reason I am doing this is because I was very unhappy with how those chapters looked, because I felt that I did not put in enough effort with regards to writing each of them. I am also going to do my absolute and complete diligence to try and write every single episode of these anime into an actual chapter of at least one thousand words in length. The only chapters that I am going to try and skip, are chapters that I do not feel are at all or very practical for me to try and, or even attempt to write in the first place. And one more thing, please, I know you may or may not have a busy schedule outside of reading fanfics, but at least take some time out of your life to at least leave a review on any one of my fanfics. I will happily take your criticism. I do not bite, at least, the last time that I had checked, I am very much sure that I do not. And any sort of correction that you would like me to make, and I will do my absolute best to make it happen, within some sort of reason of course. But anyways, now that I am done rambling on, I think it is now time to move on to the 28h chapter. I just hope that you can all appreciate the time I have put into this.
Chapter 28: A Showdown With Meltdowner (Part 3)
Location: Still Inside Of One Of The Two Facilities That Are Participating In Project Radio Noise
Time: Unknown
After having coming face to face with Mugino, or as she was aptly and appropriately nicknamed, Meltdowner. Misaka and I used some of the explosive dolls that Frenda had inadvertently left behind to compensate for our weakened powers. Shizuri fought off the dolls by using silicon shards cards to divide the lasers, but we both managed to knock her out with one of the remaining dolls. "Hah! Made you look!" I said mockingly as the doll hit her in the head, effectively knocking her out. And after finding and destroying the facility's data bank, we both found ourselves on the run from an angered Mugino. Because lets be honest, my mocking taunt didn't exactly help the situation any. But she hadn't heard my taunt, since she had been knocked out by that point. However, I did not know this. Fleeing to a bridge, we managed to get the best of Mugino by using Frenda's flammable tape to collapse the walkway underneath her and cause her to fall down. As we both made our escape, Mugino managed to learn about Project Level 6 Shift from one of the staff and decided it would be more amusing to let both Misaka and I suffer. The next day, Misaka and I investigated the remaining facility, only to find it was completely abandoned, allegedly having gone bankrupt. Believing the experiments to finally be over, we both came across Tōma Kamijō by the vending machines.
