Hi Readers: And welcome to another day of chapters. Sorry once again for leaving you on a cliff-hanger, but that's just something that I need to do at times. Now, I hope that you guys are ready for some great chapters ahead of us, as I have some ideas for you. In fact, I have a whole word document full of them; but they aren't ready to be mentioned yet, as they are still being worked on. But for today, I'm going to concentrate on one thing. And that would be finishing up with writing Matt and Gabby's anniversary. So, please enjoy.

The Caseys Celebrate Three Years
Part Ten: I Missed the Signs…That I'm Hurting You

To say that things got a bit awkward in between the husband-and-wife on the night of their anniversary, after the topics that were brought up in the course of their conversation in the bathroom; well, that would be an understatement. And there was a reason for that. The truth is, both Matt and Gabby have been a bit…distant with each other lately; but that's only truly become obvious to them, right now…after the dramatic turn of events that have happened during the course of them celebrating their anniversary. And if they could both choose one day, or at least one night where this wouldn't happen; then tonight most certainly would be that night, as the couple do not want to be in a place where they both feel like they can't touch each other. Like they can't console each other or make each other feel better. But right now, that was the exact way that they were feeling; or it was at least, until Matt and Gabby made their way to bed. Now, things are starting to get better; simply because they are holding each other close, and just concentrating on each other. Heck, they aren't even talking to each other yet; but that still makes them happy…because it means that they're healing.

Even though it is all so fresh, Gabby can feel Matt letting his guard down with her once more; simply because he's holding her close as they stand together next to their bed, with his hands on her hips as she holds him for a moment. But getting him to do this was definitely not something that was easy, because Matt is still hesitant to even be near her; to hold her in his arms, to just put his hands on her hips…simply because he's worried that he's going to keep doing, what he just learned that he's been doing for a while. And those things simply break his heart, and he hates that he didn't see that he was doing that to the woman he loves more than anything in the entire world. But now, he knows; and things are starting to get better, especially as he breathes and just holds the woman of his dreams close to him. At the same time, Gabby has her hands on his face as they stare into each other's eyes; the two of them ensuring that they don't go overboard with the dramatics, especially her husband. Because he doesn't need to do anything other than be with her right now, because that's where he needs to be. He needs to be with her, so that she can help him through this hard time.

Is Matt a bit scared to be this intimate with his beautiful wife at the moment? Of course, he is and that's because of what he just learned. But is he dealing with it to the best of his abilities? You bet he is, because he wants to be here with her right now; he wants to hold his wife close to him, and he wants to make things better with her. And that's exactly what he plans on doing with Gabby all night, because it's what she deserves as his wife; for him to fix what he's been doing for a while, and just make her feel better after he hurt her. And that was the reason why he just stepped nice and close to her and moved his hands up her back; that way, he could give her exactly what she wanted from him right now. Even after what she told him outside, she made it crystal clear to the man she loves that she still wanted him; and that she still wanted to be intimate with him, as they celebrate their anniversary. And Matt agreed, as he wants the same thing; he wants to be intimate with her, but he wants to do it slowly. And right now, that's exactly what he's doing for her; while also making sure that he doesn't hurt her anymore, which is something that Gabby can most certainly tell he's doing.

Moving her hands to his face, Gabby turned his head and just stared into his eyes so that she could speak to him. "You're scared that you're going to hurt me again, aren't you Matt?" Taking a breath, Matt agreed with Gabby as that was the exact thing that he was worrying about right now; the possibility of him hurting her again, as they both held each other close. But before he admitted to that, he felt like he needed to take a breath; that way, he was calm as they spoke about this. Because it's not going to help them whatsoever if he decides to yell at her while they talk about this, but it could just hurt them in the long run; and that was due to the fact that his beautiful wife is still pregnant with their daughters, and he doesn't want to do anything that can jeopardize that. So, that's what he's trying to concentrate on at the same time. The fact that his gorgeous wife is pregnant, and that he wants to make sure that she stays pregnant for the rest of her pregnancy; yet at the same time, he needs to be honest with his wife. "How can I not be Gabby?" Taking a breath, Gabby agreed with Matt as she stepped close to him; after which, she moved her hands down his arms and gave him comfort.

"Baby, relax and just hold me close right now; I promise that everything's okay, and we can hold each other in bed. We can talk, and we can figure this out; just as long as we do it together, okay?" Matt agreed with Gabby as she said that, before once again movie his hands to her hips; after which, he brought her body close to his chest and leaned in to kiss the woman he loves softly. The woman he craves more than anything in the entire world, and the woman he hates that he hurt. It just breaks his heart more than anything in the entire world that he even hurt her at one point or another, because it's the last thing that he wants to do; he doesn't want to hurt his wife, he wants to love his wife. He wants to show her just how much he loves her, and that he's going to love her until his dying breath. That's a fact, and nobody will ever be able to deny that he loves his wife; and that's due to the fact that he loves her more than anything in the entire world and will love her more than anything in the entire world until the day he dies. But right now, that's not what he wants to concentrate on; or the time and place that he wants to concentrate on, not today…not right now.

Right now, he wants to concentrate on this moment; on this day, their third wedding anniversary. Because that's what today is. Today is their third wedding anniversary, a day that they've both been really happy to celebrate with each other; because they love each other more than anything in the entire world, which is why Matt is just going to breathe and concentrate on his beautiful wife. But that doesn't mean that he wants to leave that conversation hanging; and he wants to talk about it, which he just hopes that Gabby understands. "Can we talk about it Gabby? I know that it might be hard, but I need to talk to you about it." Gabby agreed with Matt as he said that, before running her hands down his arms; after all, she understands why he needs to talk to her. And that's why she's more than okay with talking about it, simply because she loves him more than anything in the entire world; and she wants to make sure that he's okay as they hold each other close tonight, especially when she's quite worried about the man she loves. "Matt, of course we can talk about it; I had no expectations not to talk about it, especially not when I can see that you're really worried today."

Matt agreed with Gabby as she said that, as he most definitely is worried about the woman he loves; he's always worried about her, because he loves her more than anything in the entire world. "Of course, I'm worried about you Gabby, I'm your husband; and you're my wife, the mother of our children, and the love of my life." Gabby agreed with Matt as he said that, before once again moving her hands to his face and kissing him softly; she then ran her finger down his cheekbone and smirked. "Now do you see why it's so hard for me to not want to make love to you? You sweet talk to me this way and make me want to make love to you." Matt agreed with Gabby as she told him that, before moving her close to him again; after which, he put his hands on her back and ran his hands up her back. At the same time, Gabby put her hand on the side of Matt's head and whispered in his ear. "Do you want to take off my bra?" Turning his head, Matt agreed with her before leaning in and kissing her softly; after which, he ran his hands up her back once again so that he could take off her bra for her. After all, that's what she wants right now. She wants to be braless for him, and he loves the feeling.

Moving his hands up her back, Matt went to grab the bra clasp and then proceeded to undo it; all the while, he leaned in and kissed the woman he loves more than anything in the entire world. Just taking things nice and slow with Gabby, Matt smirked due to the fact that this is exactly what he wants to keep doing right now; he wants to take things nice and slow with Gabby, as he makes her feel extremely loved. And that's exactly what Matt's in the midst of doing right now. He's making her feel very loved, and Gabby is extremely happy that this is what they're in the midst of doing right now. She's taking things nice and slow with the man of her dreams, as they hold each other close; but now, she's doing it with her bra on the ground. After all, that's exactly where she wants it; so let's just say that Gabby loved the feeling of Matt running his hands up her back and then going to take off her bra; after which, he went ahead and threw it to the side so that it was on the ground tonight. "I think that's where you want it." Gabby agreed with Matt as he asked her whether she wanted her bra on the ground like that. And that's due to the fact that she most definitely wants it there.

Leaning in, Gabby smiled as she proceeded to take things nice and slow with the most amazing man in the entire world, her loving husband, Matthew Casey. Just taking things slow with him, Gabby smiled before turning around in his arms so that she can get in bed ahead of him. After all, that's where they both want her to be right now; they want her to be in their bed, so that Matt can join her and just hold her close to him. And that's exactly where Gabby wants to be right now, as she wants Matt to hover over her; then, he can kiss her and just take things nice and slow with her. Leaning over his beautiful wife, Matt smirked as he put his hand on her neck and started to take things nice and slow with the woman he loves more than anything in the entire world; after which, he bent down and went to kiss her neck softly. Moaning, Gabby just smiled due to the fact that this really is exactly what they both want right now. "God, keep going Matt. This is perfect, and I am so glad that this is what you're in the midst of doing; it's absolutely perfect, and exactly what I want you to do. Please, don't stop baby." Matt agreed as he turned her to get in bed once again.

After which, he went ahead and climbed into bed with the woman he loves (which is exactly where she wants him to be right now anyways); she wants him to be in bed with her, leaning over her. And now, that's exactly where he was; in their bed, with him hovering over her in bed…as they hold each other close on the night of their third wedding anniversary. Their night alone.

Slipping close to Matt as soon as they were in bed with each other, Gabby smiled as she stared at the man she loves more than anything in the entire world; meanwhile, Matt closed the sheets on top of the both of them (while getting very comfortable with her). After all, this is exactly what he wants to do with her right now; he wants to hold her close to him, as they spend the rest of their anniversary night in bed. And that was why he just moved his hand to her back and brought the love of his life close to him; so close, that there was no longer any room in between the both of them. And that, well that was exactly what Gabby wanted Matt to do as she moved her hand to the back of his neck. Staring down into Gabby's eyes this evening, Matt smiled as he stroked her back before bending down so that he can kiss the woman he loves more than anything in the entire world, which is exactly what Gabby wanted as she moved her hand to his face, and started to kiss the man she loves nice and slowly…just as they both wanted to do tonight. They want to hold each other close, as they take things nice and slow with each other; while Matt also doesn't hurt the woman he loves.

And right now, that isn't what Matt's doing; rather, he was pleasing her on their anniversary. And that's exactly what Matt wants to do each and every night for the rest of his life, especially when they share sweet kisses like the ones he's currently sharing with the love of his life. And for this to be the way he's kissing her on their anniversary, well it's everything; because of the reasons that they shared with each other earlier, how they were both so worried that they'd even make it to their third anniversary. But that's no longer a worry for the both of them, as there's nobody that Matt wants to be married to other than this gorgeous woman whom he's sharing a sweet kiss with this evening. The way their lips are moving against one another's lips makes him so happy, and it's just everything that they both want right now. And that's why he's doing it nothing but this right now, taking things nice and slow with each other. And while Gabby originally wanted him to kiss her neck tonight, she truly prefers this; and that's due to the fact that it's so sweet, and extremely passionate. Even now, Gabby still feels the fireworks that she and Matt share when they have kisses like this, which he also feels.

Especially as he runs his hand down her body, and puts it on her leg; after which, he ran his hand up and down her leg to be intimate with her. However, Gabby was thinking that he was taking things a bit too far; so, she pushed him away. "Matt." Pulling away, Matt stared down into her eyes. "You okay baby?" Taking a breath, Gabby tried to make him realize that he had his hand on her leg, which Matt very much knew, not that he was going to do anything other than run his hand up and down her leg. "Baby, you have nothing to worry about. I'm not taking your underwear off anytime soon, because I don't want sex tonight; I promise Gabby, you have nothing to worry about." Grabbing the back of Matt's head, Gabby leaned her forehead against his before kissing him again. "Sorry I got worried." Matt shook his head as he heard Gabby say that, as it's okay. "Baby, it's okay; I promise." Gabby agreed with Matt as he said that. "Sorry, I should've trusted you." Matt agreed with Gabby, kissing her softly; after which, he smiled at the woman he loves.

"How about you lay down on your side? We can hold each other tonight, and just take it easy?" Moving her hand to Matt's face, Gabby stared up into his eyes. "I still want to face you." Matt agreed with Gabby as she said that, before bending down to kiss her softly. "You need to trust me baby, because I'm not going to do anything; I promise, because I love you. Gabby, I'm your husband, and you're my wife. My job is to make you happy, and I know that us having sex tonight isn't going to make you happy; so that's why we aren't going to have sex tonight." Gabby agreed with Matt as he said that, really happy that's the case. "Did I ever tell you that I have the best husband in the entire world?" Matt smirked as he heard Gabby say that. "Maybe you can show me that by going to put on some of that sexy lingerie, you know the one; the stuff that's hard to take off?" Gabby smirked as she heard Matt say that, because she really likes that idea; so much so, that she ended up leaning up and kissing the man she loves softly. "I love you, and that idea."

Matt agreed with Gabby as she said that. "Are you going to need my help?" Gabby agreed with Matt as he asked her whether she's going to need his help, because she most definitely will. "I'll go put it on, stand at the end of the bed and wait for me?" Matt agreed with Gabby, before smiling as he kissed her again. "I'll do just that for you." Gabby agreed with Matt once again, just smiling as she kissed him softly. "No shower in the morning." Matt then thought of something. "Then what do you say we take a nice bath tonight? A bath in our real bath…using something that I know will really help you baby, those nice aromas that calm you down. And that can be how we get intimate with each other on our anniversary. I can hold you in my arms and leave a soft kiss on your neck; I can do that all night, and just make you happy." Smiling at the idea, Gabby just loved it. "Now, that's exactly how I want to spend out anniversary." Matt smirked as he heard Gabby say that, before watching as she kissed him again; after which, he took things nice and slow with her.

"I love you Gabby, and I promise that we're going to take things easy from now on; because the last thing that I want to do is hurt you, you need to believe me when I say that." Going to grab Matt's hand, Gabby agreed with him as she does believe him. "Baby, of course I believe you. I know you, and I know that you would never hurt me." Matt agreed with Gabby as she said that, before leaning in so that he could kiss her again. "See you in the bathroom." Gabby agreed with Matt as he said that, before rolling out of bed so that she can go get some new lingerie. At the same time, Matt let out a sigh as he still felt bad; but hey, at least he can make things better as they take a bath with each other. Rolling over to get out of bed, Matt smirked as he went ahead and grabbed his towel. Wrapping it around his waist shortly afterwards, Matt decided to take off his boxers right away; after all, he doesn't need to wear them when he and Gabby are going to take a bath. Bending down shortly after they were off, Matt picked them up off the ground and carried them as he walked over to his laundry hamper, which just so happens to be right next to his dresser, where he can grab a fresh pair of boxers.

Which he did shortly after walking up to the dresser, by opening his top drawer and going to grab a fresh pair; after which, he closed his top drawer and went ahead to make his way into the bathroom (where he and Gabby would take a bath).

Walking into the bathroom with a fresh set of lingerie that she was going to wear for Matt tonight, and tomorrow; Gabby smiled as she walked in to see Matt setting up the bath with a bath bomb, which she most definitely likes. And that was due to the fact that it meant she was going to get an aroma bath, which would most definitely calm things down in between both of them, which they need to do, for the sake of the twins. And that was actually why she was breathing as she made her way over to Matt, setting her lingerie down on the counter in the process; after all, she does need something to wear after the bath. But right now, she just needs to get in the bath with the man she loves, which is why she just walked up behind him and wrapped her arms around his neck from behind, which just made the both of them smile. Putting his hand on her arm, Matt smiled as he turned his head and looked up at his beautiful wife. "Hey you." Getting up off the edge of the bath, Matt smiled as he turned around so that he can look at the woman he loves.

Stepping close to her, Matt smirked as he wrapped his arms around her; after which, Gabby moved her arms to his arms and just smiled due to the fact that she was really happy. After which, she looked up into Matt's eyes; at the same time, he bent down so that he can kiss her softly. Just taking things nice and slow with the woman he adores, Matt smirked as this really is everything. "You feeling better?" Gabby agreed with Matt as he asked her whether she was feeling better, as she most definitely was. "I am feeling better, and I am so glad that this is what we decided to do. It's what we need to do, as we celebrate this nice anniversary we have with each other…" Putting his hands on her stomach, Matt smirked as he stepped close to his gorgeous wife and looked down at her baby bump. "Before we have with these beautiful baby girls that we're going to meet in a few months." Gabby agreed with Matt as he said that, before looking up at the man she loves. After which, she leaned in and proceeded to kiss the man she loves more than anything.

"Now, I think this is where we really should've been naked with each other. Maybe we wouldn't have gotten into a fight." Matt shook his head as he heard Gabby say that, before moving his hands to her butt once again. After which, he kissed her forehead and just smiled due to the fact that they are both really happy that this is exactly what they both want to do. "I'm ready to get in the bath with you, and I am just ready to hold you close." Matt agreed with Gabby as she said that. "I think it's the other way around, because I'm going to be holding you close." Gabby agreed with Matt as he said that, before wrapping her arms around her back; after which, she laid her head down on his chest as they cuddled up to each other. At the same time, Matt bent down and kiss the top of her head. "I love you." Gabby agreed with Matt as he said that, before looking up at him. "Ready to get in the bath?" Matt agreed with Gabby as she said that, before moving his hand to her neck; after which, he leaned in and kissed the woman he loves.'

He then went ahead and proceeded to take off his towel, that way he can get in the bath ahead of the woman he loves (which is what she wants him to do). "Well, I am so glad that this is what you want." Carrying his towel over to the hook, Matt then went ahead and proceeded to hang it up; after which, he turned to look at his towel-clad wife so that he could take it off for her. Walking over to Matt, Gabby smirked as she felt him grab his towel, which is exactly what Matt did. After which, he carried it over to the hook and just hung it up. Turning around to look at his wife, Matt smirked as he really loved the sight of his naked wife. "Get in the bath so that I can join you." Matt agreed with Gabby as she said that, before going to do just that; he went to get in the bath and sat down so that she could join him. After all, that's exactly what Gabby wants him to do. She wants to sit in his lap and cuddle up to the man she loves. Stepping in between his legs, Gabby smirked as she crouched down into the bath; after which, she sat down in between his legs.

She then leaned back against his chest and just smiled due to the fact that they are both happy, after which Matt wrapped his arms around her and put his hands on her stomach; meanwhile, Gabby put her hand on his arms and stroked it with her thumb. Turning her head, Gabby looked up at the man of her dreams and just smiled as she loves him more than anything. Bending down, Matt smirked as he kissed her softly; after which, he bent down and sucked on her neck. Moving her hand to his, Gabby smirked due to the fact that this is exactly what they both want to do. They want to hold each other close, and they want to make sure that they are both extremely happy with each other. And they were also really happy that they were doing this on their anniversary, holding each other close as they cuddled up to one another on their anniversary. Smiling as he turned his head, Matt kissed the side of her head. "I love you Gabby." Gabby agreed with Matt as he said that, and just cuddled up to the man of her dreams. "Happy anniversary Matt."

Matt smiled as he heard Gabby say that, before kissing her shoulder again. "Happy anniversary Gabby."
