Okay, I know what you're going to say. How can the Sound of Music have multiple parts when it's a single movie? Well, that's just for Chapter titles. I pride myself with trying to name chapters other than by using the numbers, and I hope that you guys are liking how I name the titles; and even better, I hope that the titles don't repeat themselves (unless they have multiple parts). Still, hope you like them and are ready to enjoy them for the rest of the story. And speaking of the story, what do you say we get back to it?

Chapter Two Hundred and Twenty-Five
The Sound of Music, Part Two

Halstead Home – There are times where Alex really doesn't like the fact that she and Jay don't have a TV in their room, because it means that they can't watch TV in bed; especially when they're alone, and they have no need to be out in the living room. But other times, she has to admit that she does like the sight of her husband being her waiter as he walks into the living room wearing his nice sweatpants. Because that's what he decided to put on, rather than stay in his boxers (unfortunately). But there was a reason for that, which was due to the fact that they are (as you know) not in their room; and Jay believes that is a good enough reason for why he should wear pants in the rest of the house, not that Alex agrees (or understands honestly). But if she needs to know, then he's going to tell her; just as soon as he sets the food down, and she asks him the question. Or at least looks down at his pants, which is exactly what Alex just did; probably trying to get him to just do what she's thinking about, and that would be take them off.

"Get that idea out of your head Alex." Looking at Jay, Alex decided to play all innocent and act like she has no idea what idea he was talking about. "I wasn't thinking about anything." Standing up after setting the food down, Jay put his hands on his hips as he looked at his wife. As much as he loves her, he knows for a fact that she's currently lying through her teeth; heck, even Alex knows that she's lying to him right now. And that's due to the fact that she's not the best of liars when it comes to what she wants him to do. "Okay fine, I want you to take off your pants. I mean, look at what I'm wearing; I'm wearing lingerie for you." Jay agreed with Alex as she told him that, because he most certainly does like the sight of her wearing lingerie for him. "Lingerie that I most definitely do like the sight of by the way." Alex agreed with Jay as he said that, before smiling as she decided to get up and walk over to him today; and let's just say that Jay loved that idea, as it meant that he's going to hold her close to him (prior to him sitting down on the couch today).

Plus, it means that he's going to be able to sit down on the couch…with her in his lap, as they cuddle up to each other and watch the movie; but first, he's going to give Alex something that she wants him to give her right now…which would be a nice kiss. Getting close to his gorgeous wife, Jay smirked as he put his hands on her hips and just leaned in to kiss the woman he loves more than anything in the entire world; at the same time, Alex moved her hands to his chest and ran her hands down his gorgeous body. "God, you're such a hunk." Laughing as he heard Alex say that, Jay stepped close to the woman he loves before getting close to her and wrapping his arms around her. Meanwhile, Alex wrapped her arms around his back and just stepped close to her dreamy husband; whom she loves more than anything in the entire world and wants to show him that by kissing him right now, which is exactly what she did. She leaned in and kissed her loving husband softly. "I love you." Jay agreed with Alex as she told him that she loves him, as he feels the same way.

"I love you too Alex and will until the end of time." Alex smiled as she heard Jay tell her that he's going to love her until the end of time, as she knows that's always going to be the case. And even better, it was making her a bit happier over the fact that he was just wearing sweats. "So, you aren't going to take off your pants for me? And there's nothing I can do to change your mind?" Jay laughed as he heard Alex ask him whether there was anything she could do to change his mind, before watching as she got close to him and wrapped her arms around his neck. Meanwhile, he moved his hands to her back and rubbed it. He then turned his head, smiling at her as he stared into her eyes and kissed her softly. Taking things nice and slow with Alex, Jay smirked due to the fact that she truly is the love of his life, and he's quite happy over the fact that they're currently holding each other close. "We do need to relax Alex, and just take it easy with each other. Plus, we need to think about where we are right now." Alex was confused as she heard Jay say that.

"Okay, I'm not exactly sure what our current location has anything to do with you just wearing your boxers for me; so, you're going to have to explain that one for me." Jay agreed with Alex as she mentioned that he's going to have to explain just why he can't wear boxers in here, which you already know. "That's because we're not in our room, and this is a place where we play with the kids; and that means that I would rather not have sex in a place where we play with the kids." Alex smirked as she looked at her loving husband, before getting close to him and hugging him. At the same time, Jay moved his hands to her back and rubbed it; that was, until Alex made a fair point. "But you're okay with us having sex in our bed, where we play with the kids all the time?" Laughing, Jay leaned back and looked at the most beautiful woman in the entire world. "Okay, you got me there." Alex agreed with Jay, smirking at her man. She then got close to him and ran her hands up his arms. Leaning in, she smirked as she went ahead and took things slow with him.

"So, what am I going to get?" Jay smiled as he looked at her, and definitely took a moment to glance at her sexy lingerie. "Well, you are wearing lingerie for me." Running her hands down his chest, Alex smirked as she thought that this situation was going in her favor. "That I am baby." Jay smirked as he felt Alex run her hands down his body, because he really likes that feeling. "And I love the sight of you wearing lingerie for me like this, and I know that I need to return the favor when you get all hot and sexy like this for me." Alex agreed with Jay as he said that, as that most definitely is the truth, which is why she decided to get nice and close to him, while also moving her hands to his chest. Meanwhile, Jay put his hands on her hips and felt Alex turn her head to kiss his neck softly; all the while, he moved his hands up her back and tried to make up his mind (which he soon did). Leaning back, Jay looked at his gorgeous wife. "Take them off for me Alex." Alex agreed with Jay as he said that, running her hands down his abs. After which, she played with his sweatpants so that she could take them off for him, which is exactly what they both want her to do right now. Take them off.

Taking off Jay's pants for him, Alex smirked as she watched them all to the ground so that he was just wearing his boxers; and let's just say that Alex really liked the sight, especially since her husband is really sexy. And that was why she was expecting Jay to just come get close to her right away, but that didn't happen; rather, he bent down and proceeded to grab his pants. "Hey, what are you doing?" Picking up his pants form the ground, Jay smirked as he went to fold them up so that he could set them down on the couch. "I'm making sure that my pants don't get covered in dog fur." Alex agreed with Jay as he said that, watching as he stood there in his boxers. "Well, just be glad that I really like the sight of you standing there in your boxers; it's really sexy, and it's such a turn on." Jay agreed with Alex as she told him that she thought it was sexy, because he thought that she looked sexy. "And I feel the same way about how you look today." Alex smirked as she heard Jay say that, well aware that he likes the sight of her wearing this lingerie.

"Oh, I am well aware that you like it when I just wear lingerie for you." Jay agreed with Alex as he set his pants down on the couch, before standing up to make his way over to his gorgeous wife; whom he wants to hold in his arms, and just kiss softly. And he wasn't the only one that wanted that right now, as Alex wanted him to do the same; she wanted Jay to get close to her and hold her in his arms. All the while, he was going to kiss her and just take things slow with her; ahead of them getting on the couch and cuddling up to each other during the movie, which is something else that Alex wants. But for now, she wants Jay's lips on hers, which is exactly what she has now that he was in front of her, with his hands on her hips. Moving one of her hands to his muscular chest, and her other hand to the back of Jay's head; Alex smirked as she took things nice and slow with the man of her dreams (whom she loves more than anything). "God, you are such a tease; and I am so glad that this is what we're doing, just taking time away from the kids."

Jay agreed with Alex as she mentioned that she's glad that this is what they're doing, taking time with each other (away from the kids); especially since he feels the same way, simply because he's missed her. He's missed this quality time that they get with each other when they don't have the kids, not that they've ever had this time before; but now that they have it, he hopes that they can get it once a month. "We're going to have to find a babysitter so that we can have this once a moment." Alex agreed with Jay as he said that, really liking that idea as she stepped close to him and rubbed his chest; she then went ahead and kissed him softly, while Jay wrapped his arms around her. "I think we both know that we need time together like this on a regular basis." Alex agreed with Jay as he said that, before smiling at her man. "Especially in a couple years, when we want to maybe expand our family." Jay sighed as he looked at Alex as she said that, not ready to talk about that; especially not after how they went into labor last time, as it was hard on him.

And that was why he just decided to get close to Alex and wrap his arms around her so that she could give him comfort, which she's more than willing to do for the man she loves more than anything in the entire world, because she loves him. "Hey, are you okay Jay?" Taking a breath as he leaned back and looked at Alex, Jay just stared into her eyes before moving his hand to her neck. After which, he took things nice and slow with the woman he loves more than anything in the entire world. "How about we sit down? Then we can talk about why I'm not happy to talk about that?" Alex agreed with Jay as he said that, before getting close to him once again; after which, she ran her hands around his chest and just wanted him to relax. "Hey, just take a breath and relax Jay. I'm right here, and we can talk whenever you want. Everything is okay, and I'm here for you." Jay agreed with Alex as she told him that, well aware that was the case. "I know Alex, but what do you say we sit down and watch the movie?" Alex shook her head. "After we talk." Jay agreed.

Sitting down with Alex in his lap once he was comfortable on the couch, Jay smirked as he felt Alex lay down against his chest and wrap her arms around his toned chest. At the same time, he went to grab the blanket that was on the back of the couch and proceeded to cover them both up with it; even though they lived in Hawaii, it was still something that he loved to do. At least, with her lower body, because there was one part of her body that he was not covering, and that would be her lingerie. Because that, well that's really sexy. And that's something that Alex already knew, as she looked up at the man she loves more than anything; the man who didn't even know that she was looking up at him, because he was too concentrated on getting comfortable. However, before he adjusted the covers so much that she couldn't move, Alex decided to slip up his chest and move her hands to his face. Looking down into her husband's eyes, Alex smirked as she bent down and then proceeded to kiss him softly. "God, I am so comfortable in your arms."

Jay agreed with Alex as she said that, before smiling at the woman he loves; thinking that he could get another kiss in before she lays down in his arms, Jay leaned in so that he could kiss her. However, it seemed that he didn't think right as he didn't get a chance to kiss her before she laid down again. Rather, she just laid down and got comfortable in his arms, which he was more than okay with, as he's very comfortable with his beautiful wife in his arms. I mean, what man doesn't like to cuddle up to the most beautiful woman in the entire world? And now that this is what they're doing, Jay just wants to hold her like this for the rest of the day; just after they talk about something, which Alex wants to do right away. "Jay, I want to talk about this. You seemed really worried when I brought up the idea of another baby." Shaking a bit as he heard Alex say that, Jay just tried to breathe and relax; at the same time, Alex grabbed his hand as she was really concerned for her husband. "Hey, Jay, look down at me." Jay agreed with Alex as she said that.

At the same time, Alex moved her hand to Jay's heart and just stroked it; while also bending down so that she could kiss his heart and make him happy. Because at the end of the day, that was what Jay needed to feel right now. He needs to feel loved, and like he can talk to her. "Baby, talk to me. What's going on in that head of yours? And I really mean it when I say that I want to hear you talk to me." Jay agreed with Alex as she said that, well aware that was the case. "I'm just…" Taking a breath, Jay sighed as he's yet to talk to Alex about this. And that was due to the fact that he doesn't want to traumatize her more than he has to. "Alex, I need to ask for forgiveness first." Alex was confused as she heard Jay say that, as she was unsure what he meant. "What do you mean Jay?" Sighing, Jay proceeded to grab Alex's hand and intertwined their fingers. Bringing her hand up to his lips, he then kissed her hand and looked at her. "I've been hiding some things related to my PTSD." Sitting up, Alex was shocked as she looked at Jay. "JAY!"

Taking a breath, Jay looked at Alex as he wanted to explain. "Please Alex, let me…" Getting up out of Jay's lap, Alex decided to move next to him on the couch (as she didn't feel like he deserved to touch her right now). "What? Make excuses as to why you haven't been honest with me when it comes to your PTSD! Jay, don't you trust me with…." Jay stopped Alex as she started to say that. "Hey, don't even go down that route Alex, we both know that I trust you more than anybody when it comes to my PTSD! You even saying that hurts me!" Alex just looked at her husband as he said that, as she wasn't happy. "You have no right to be hurt, not when…" Snapping a bit, Jay raised his voice to get his point across. "I WAS DOING IT FOR YOUR SAKE!" Alex just looked at her husband as he said that. "For my sake? Wow, that's rich Jay! I thought we were in this journey together! I guess you don't believe my vows when it comes to in sickness and in health!" Getting up, Alex decided to walk away; because that was how mad she was. "Alex…"

Turning around to look at her husband, Alex pointed at him. "Don't you Alex me, this is your fault! You decided to hide thi…" Jay then went to explain. "Yes, while you were recovering from giving birth prematurely!" Alex just looked at Jay as he said that, before taking a breath as she wanted to relax; and she also wanted to calm things down, because that's what they need to do for the sake of their marriage. She doesn't want to loose Jay, because she loves him too much; and she hates to fight with him, especially about his PTSD. And that was something that Jay knew, which was the entire reason why he walked up to her and wrapped his arms around her; so that he could give her some comfort and try and fix some things that were said in between the both of them. Anyways, Alex has to know that he didn't mean some of the things he said. "Hey, can we both agree that was a hard topic? And that we need to breathe?" Alex agreed with Jay as he said that, as she was aware of the fact that it was a hard topic to talk about. "Yeah, I know."

Taking a breath, Jay just looked at Alex. "Listen, where do you want to talk about this? Do you want to stay here? Or do you want to go to bed and just concentrate on each other as we talk about this?" Taking a breath, Alex thought about what she wanted right now; and the truth was, she'd rather not have to concentrate on two things at one: the movie and talking about this. Especially not when this is an important conversation that she needs to have with her husband. "Jay, I don't want to fight about this too much; I want to make sure that we work through this, and that we're okay at the end of the day." Jay agreed with Alex as she told him that, as he felt the same way. "Hey, I feel the same way Alex; I promise that I feel the same way, because there's nothing more I want to do other than make sure that we're okay." Alex agreed with Jay as he told her that, well aware that was the case. After which, she went to hug him so that they could hold each other close for a moment. Because that's what they both need to do with each other right now.

Wrapping his arms around Alex, Jay took a breath as he bent down and then kissed the top of her head. He then went to rub her back and stared down into her eyes. "Alex, I love you; but we need to talk about this, and we need to just relax. So, how about this? Me and you finish eating, and then we can go lay down in bed. I can hold you in my arms, give you a massage…and we can talk about it? What do you think about that?" Alex smiled as she heard Jay say that, as she really likes that idea. "I have to say that I really like that idea." Jay smirked as he heard Alex say that, because he really likes that idea too, which is the entire reason that he proposed it in the first place, with the hopes of Alex agreeing to it. Getting nice and close to her dreamy husband, Alex smirked as she leaned up and kissed him softly. Meanwhile, Jay moved his hands to her neck and started to take things nice and slow with the woman he loves. "I love you Alex, and I want you to remember that." Alex agreed with Jay as he told her that, well aware that was the case.

"I know you do Jay, and I think I am just overreacting." Jay shook his head as he heard Alex say that she was overreacting, as he thinks that he was fine. "Alex, this is why we took the weekend together; so that we can talk, and so that we can have time together. I hate to say this, but we both know that we're a bit more filtered when we're around the kids. We're alone because we need to talk, and just have this time together." Alex agreed with Jay as he told her that, well aware that was the case. "And I'm glad that we're going to take this time, so that we can talk to each other." Jay agreed with Alex as she said that, before getting close to her; after which, he kissed her softly and just took things nice and slow with the woman he loves more than anything in the entire world. "I love you Alex, and I need you to know that. Promise me that you know that." Alex agreed with Jay as he asked her whether she knows that he loves her. "Jay, of course I know that you love me. I promise that I know that." Jay agreed with Alex, smiling at his wife. "Eat, then bed?"

Alex agreed with Jay as he said that, grabbing his hand as they both made their way over to the couch; that way, they could eat a bit before they head to bed where they plan on talking for a bit, rather than watch a movie. And that was more than okay with Alex, because she's rather talk to Jay about things that are on their minds; that way, they are on the same page when it comes to everything. And as partners in life, that's what you need to do; especially when you have children together, and one of the people in the relationship have mental health issues. And that's something that Alex needs to make sure that she and Jay talk about. "Jay, I need you to promise me something." Turning to face Alex ahead of sitting down, Jay agreed. "What is it Alex?" Taking a breath as she got close to Jay, Alex put her hands on his chest and just cuddled up to him. "Jay, we're alone; the kids are okay, and I'm okay now. So, I need you to promise me that you're completely open and honest with me. I want to catch up and have the conversations we need to have."

Jay agreed with Alex as she said that, as that was something that he most definitely can agree to; and he can agree to it easily, simply because he loves Alex more than anything in the entire world. Wrapping his arms around her, Jay smirked as he leaned in and then kissed her softly. "I promise, we'll talk about everything. We'll catch up, and we're going to get back on the same page. I just hope you know that…." Getting close to Jay, Alex crashed her lips into his as she wanted him to save it for when they're in bed with each other. "Save it for when we're in bed, okay Jay? I promise, we'll talk in bed." Jay agreed with Alex as she said that, glad that was going to be the case. Because he wants to work this out, and he wants to make sure that everything's okay at the end of the day; especially since Alex is the love of his life, and the mother of his children. And if anybody deserves to know everything that's currently going on in his head, then it's her; because she's his partner in life, and will always be his partner in life. Forever.
