Hi Readers: What did you guys think of the last chapter? Sorry that it took me a while to get it out, but I had to finish it today after having started it yesterday. But now that it's out, it means that I can move on to the next chapter; and that would be this chapter. And that means that I don't know much about what's going to happen in this chapter, let alone the next chapter. And while I may have some long-term goals, I am still figuring out how (and how many chapters I need) to write in order to get to that goal. Chapter Two Hundred and Fifty-Three
Post-Supper (Hospital) Cuddle Time

The pasta that Matt and Gabby both just enjoyed with each other this evening was absolutely delicious, unlike the horrible aftertaste of the toothpaste and mouthwash that Gabby just had to deal with. Why she decided to swallow the toothpaste, rather than spit it out into the bowl of water that Matt is holding out in front of her? She was no clue. All she knows is that she feels horrible now, and like she made a real mistake; because the aftertaste of the toothpaste, and brushing her teeth is now stuck in her mouth. And that means that she's going to have to deal with it for the rest of the night. "Great, now I have to deal with this taste for the rest of the night." Matt agreed with Gabby as she said that, well aware that was the case; but that didn't mean that he was going to say anything, as he didn't want to make her feel worse than she already is. After all, Gabby is sore and just feeling bad right now; he just hopes that he can make her feel better tonight by holding her in his arms and making her feel comfortable (or as comfortable as possible) in their hospital bed.

But hey, at least it's better than the hospital beds that other people have to use; and that's thanks to him, as he booked this suite for the both of them. Sure, did he overdo it? Maybe he did. But does he regret booking this suite for the both of them? Never. He will never regret booking this suite for the both of them, because they need it as a place to live right now; and soon, when the boys are here. Because that's the real reason why Matt got a hospital room with a living room, so that they could have extra space for another set of cribs; and so that he could keep the noise down when he's playing with Matteo and Noah, as Gabby and the girls rest in their bedroom…just like he does at home sometimes. But that's not something that he's going to concentrate on right now, as he's instead just going to concentrate on getting into bed with the woman he loves; that way, he can cuddle up to her like she wants him to do. And that's going to start right after Matt finishes up for the night. "Hey, it's going to get better. I promise Gabby." Gabby agreed, sighing.

"I think it's just because it's been a long day, with a bunch of drama and worries today." Matt agreed with his wife as she said that, before making his way over to the bathroom this evening; that way, he could put the toothpaste and water in the sink…while also taking a minute to brush his teeth and just get ready for bed, as that's what he's going to do now that he's also taken Andy out to the washroom (he did it while Gabby was finishing up her pasta, as he finished eating earlier than Gabby). "I know you hate it Gabby, but it's only for a little while. Remember what the doctor said, you need to take it easy and just relax right now." Gabby agreed with her husband as he said that, while getting a bit more comfortable with the blanket she has. "By the way, thanks for asking my mom to bring some of our things that I want." Matt laughed as he heard Gabby say that, before continuing to brush her teeth. "I didn't." Confused, Gabby looked at her loving husband as he said that; after all, she was a bit confused at the moment about what he said.

If he didn't ask her mom to bring the things that they love here to the hospital, then who did? "Okay, then who did you ask to bring them?" Matt smiled as he turned his head and looked at the woman he loves. "I may have packed the hospital bags really far ahead of time." Gabby was a bit taken aback when she heard Matt say that. "Why?" Matt took a breath as he heard Gabby say that, not wanting to really answer that question as it might imply that he was thinking that this would happen; not that he wanted this to happen, of course…but he just doesn't know how Gabby would react to what he did. "Uhm…I did it just in case." Gabby then realized what he was saying, he did it in case this happened to them, which is exactly what happened, they had to come here to give birth early. And that was something that she guesses that he had to prepare for, that he had to prepare for. There are just things that Matt has to do for the sake of his mental health, which make him calm down and take a breath; and that's exactly what Matt's going to explain to her.

"Listen, let me just finish…then I'll explain." Thinking about it, Gabby just nodded as she knew this was what Matt needed to do; he needed to have a chance to explain, even though she already knew why he did it. Why he packed up their things early, and why he felt like he needed too do it; and she could never fault him for that, as they did end up needing to be ready ahead of time. But Matt still feels the need to explain to her why he did it, and just his reasons behind it; and he just hopes that he has a chance to do so, as he holds the woman he loves in his arms (which is exactly what Gabby wants him to do). She wants him to hold her in his arms, while he explains everything behind it; the reasons, and just his thought process when it came to what was going through his mind at the time. Because that's all she needs when it comes to the reasoning. She can fill in the blanks, and just guess the rest; after he's in bed.

As that's where Gabby wants (and needs) him to be, in bed as he holds her in his arms. "We can talk about it when you're in bed, but just know that I'm not mad Matt." Matt agreed with his wife as she said that, glad that was the case as he got ready to get in bed with his beautiful wife; the woman he loves more than anything in the entire world, and the woman he's concerned for at the moment. He doesn't really know what's truly going on in her mind, and he just wants to get through this together. He wants to make sure that the both of them talk, and that they both of them making sure that they really are in this together. Because just like last time, this is going to be a hard time for their marriage; and just like last time, they are going to come out of this stronger than before. They are going to be so much stronger, and Matt's happy that's the case; because that's what he wants, he wants their marriage to be strong and durable. There's nothing more important to Matt in this life than his marriage, as well as his and Gabby's family; they always come first.

Making his way out of the washroom now that he was ready for bed, Matt smiled as he looked at the woman he loves, who just so happens to also be the mother of his children, and the woman who was currently looking at him in a way that he can recognize from a mile away. And that was a way that was sending him a clear message, one that she wanted him to take off his shirt; then, she wants him to climb into bed while just wearing his boxers. And since that's what Gabby wants him to do, then Matt most certainly is going to do it; because he wants to satisfy his wife and give her exactly what she wants right now. And it's due to the fact that she deserves it, after having to go through this again. After being such a rockstar again, Matt is just blown away when it comes to how truly strong his wife is. It makes him so proud to be her husband, and that's something that he's going to make sure to tell Gabby; just as soon as they are in bed with each other and holding each other close….as they need to do at the moment, while they relax for the night.

But first, Matt decided to do something; and that would be close the curtains just a bit, so that they can have a bit of privacy as husband and wife. Yet at the same time, they can also see their girls, which is exactly what they both want. He just hopes that this is what Gabby wants, for him to close the curtain a bit; but there's only one way to find out, and that would be to watch her reaction as he goes to grab the curtain and start to tug on it. That was, until he realized that maybe he should in fact ask Gabby first. "Are you okay with me closing the curtain a bit? Just to give us a bit of privacy when it comes to the two of us? Or do you want to use the covers to do that? We leave the curtain open so that we can see the girls, and be woken up when the doctors come in?" Taking a breath, Gabby looked at the man she loves. "I think that we should leave it open, as I want to see the girls." Matt agreed with Gabby as she said that, because he understands; so, he just made sure that they were open so that they could see Bella and Sofia. Not that he really minds.

As that means that he gets to see all of the beautiful girls in his life, especially his gorgeous wife; whom he loves more than anything in the entire world, and whom he couldn't be prouder to call his wife. She is so strong, and just the best mother in the entire world; but she's also just someone that makes him so happy, which is the entire reason why he's happy to be married to Gabby. And he's definitely going to show Gabby that, as he leans in and kisses her a couple times while they're in the hospital, which is exactly what Gabby wants him to do, as they both hold each other close and just cuddle in bed with each other. But first, he needs to get in bed with the woman he loves; and he needs to hold her in his arms, as they just take it easy together. And whether that just includes soft kisses, or whether that includes just quiet time as they hold each other close; then he's more than okay with that, because he loves her and just wants to do whatever he can to make sure that his gorgeous wife is comfortable as they hold each other close in bed.

But not yet, because Matt wants to do something else too; and that would be check on his girls, so he went ahead and did just that. Walking up to the cribs, Matt smiled as he looked his princesses. "Hi princess Bella, I hope you're doing okay in there; and I hope that you just take it easy and relax. Mommy and daddy are over there, and we are both ready to bring you home in the future; but first, you need to just recover and grow for us. Can you do that for mommy and daddy?" Bending down, Matt smiled as he proceeded to kiss Bella's forehead; after which, he walked over to Sofia's crib so that he could do the same thing. Just smiling at his baby girl, Matt did the same thing. "The same goes for you Miss Sofia Marie. Daddy loves you baby girl, and he will always love you baby girl." Bending down, Matt smiled as he kissed her forehead softly as they both held each other close. After which, Matt got up and turned to face his beautiful wife. "You are so adorable with the girls." Matt agreed with Gabby as she said that, well aware that was the case.

"Thanks baby, but I know what you want now." Gabby agreed with Matt as he said that, as she wants him to join her in bed and cuddle up to him. "Please, come join me." Matt agreed with Gabby as she said that, making his way over to bed with the woman he loves; the only woman that he wants to be with right now, because he wants to cuddle up to her and just hold her close. "You look comfortable by the way." Gabby sighed. "Well, as comfortable as I can be of course." Matt agreed with his wife as she said that, well aware that was the case. "I hope that I can make you feel better." Gabby agreed with Matt as he said that, as she's sure that he can. "I'm positive that you can." Matt agreed with Gabby as she said that, before walking right up to his side of the bed; after which, he picked up his pillow and proceeded to set his shirt down under there. And let's just say that Gabby really liked that sight, because she loves the sight of her dreamy husband cladded in nothing but his boxers. "Damn, you are so sexy." Matt snickered as he heard Gabby say that.

After which, he leaned over her and but his hand on her neck; he then proceeded to kiss Gabby softly, just smirking as they both held each other close. "I love you." Gabby agreed with Matt as he said that. "I love you too Matt, and I am so glad that you're back. That way, we can hold each other close and just relax." Matt agreed with Gabby as she said that, well aware that was the case. "Good, because I love the sound of that; me holding you in bed, and just rubbing your back as we hold each other close…because that's what we both want to do right now, and because you need to relax." Gabby agreed with Matt as he said that, before watching as he got in bed with her; and boy was it a nice sight, because he husband is extremely sexy. And that's something that Matt knows, as it's the reason why he's just wearing his boxers right now; he always wears his boxers when he wants to please her. And since they are in the hospital right now, then this is the only way that Matt can please her; by just wearing his boxers, as they hold each other close.

"You want me to sit up against my pillow? Or do you want me to lay down on my back?" Gabby bit her lip, before looking at the man she loves. "Do you mind laying down on your back?" Matt shook his head as Gabby asked him that. "Of course, not baby." Gabby agreed with Matt as he said that, before watching as she went ahead and laid down in bed; because that's what she wants him to do, and she just wants to cuddle up to the man of her dreams. They want to hold each other close, and they want to just relax in bed with each other; because that's what they love to do with each other. They love holding each other close, and just cuddling up to each other; especially when that's the thing that calms them down the most. But before they calm down, Matt decided to do something else. Moving his hand to Gabby's neck, Matt smiled as he bent down and proceeded to kiss the woman he loves more than anything in the entire world. "I love you." Gabby agreed with Matt as he said that. "Good, now come get in bed with me." Matt agreed, smiling.

Laying down in bed with the woman he loves, Matt smiled as he was now ready to hold Gabby in his arms; after all, that was exactly what they both want to do right now. They want to cuddle up to each other, and they both want to hold each other close. They want to relax, and they want to make sure that they just breathe with each other. And that most definitely is something that Gabby is going to do, as she lays down on Matt's chest. I mean, what's better than the two of them holding each other close, which is exactly what Gabby is ready to do now that she was on Matt's chest and cuddling up to him. God, the way they just hold each other close is perfect; and Gabby is extremely comfortable right now. Heck, she's always comfortable when she's in bed with Matt. I mean, what's better than cuddling up to the man she loves more than anything in the entire world? She's just so comfortable, and Matt knew that; especially as he bent down and proceeded to kiss her forehead softly. "Comfortable?" Gabby laughed and agreed with Matt.

"Oh, I most certainly am." Matt agreed with Gabby as she said that, before running his fingers up and down her arm; after which, Matt put his hand on her arm and stroked it with his thumb. After which, he turned his head and wrapped his arm around her back. And boy did Gabby like that, because it made her extremely comfortable. It made her happy, and it made her feel extremely comfortable with the man she loves. And if there's one thing that she can do while she's here at the hospital, then she's glad that this is what she can do with her man….especially when Matt is the man she loves. Turning his head, Matt smiled as he kissed the top of her head and just held her close to him. "So, you want me to turn the TV on or something?" Gabby shook her head as Matt asked her whether she wants him to turn the TV on tonight, because she just wants to hold him close to her. "No, I'm good like this if that's okay." Matt agreed with Gabby as she said that, more than ready to just hold her close right now. "Well, I think we can both just do this."

Gabby agreed with Matt as he said that, before turning her head and bending down to kiss his chest softly. "Do you mind if I take a nap?" Matt agreed with Gabby as she asked him whether she can take a nap, as she most definitely can take a nap. "You most certainly can take a nap, go ahead baby. Heck, you can even go to sleep for the night. I can stay awake until the girls get their last check up." Gabby agreed with Matt as he said that, liking that idea. "I love that idea." Matt agreed with Gabby as she said that, before turning his head and kissing her forehead softly. "Okay, then I think we can both say goodnight." Gabby agreed with Matt and just smiled as she cuddled up to him (while also running her hand up and down his chest). "I love you Matt." Matt agreed with Gabby as she said that, running his hand up and down her back. "I love you too Gabby." Kissing her forehead, Matt smiled as they both just held each other close and took it easy with each other. At the same time, he looked at Andy (who was on his bed). "Mind if Andy…"

Gabby agreed with Matt as he asked her whether Andy can join them on the bed. "Of course, he can join us in bed baby." Matt agreed with Gabby as she said that, before turning his head and looking at Andy. "Andy, here boy." Agreeing with Matt, Andy made his way over to the hospital bed so that he can jump up and join them on their bed. After which, Matt smiled as he watched him get comfortable. Meanwhile, he put his hand on top of Andy's head as they both held each other close right now; as they all held each other close right now, which is exactly what Matt and Gabby wanted to do in the first place. Hold each other close, as they relax like this for the rest of the night.
