Hi Readers: Sorry for the delay in some new chapters, but I had to do some things around here first; but now, I am just wondering what you guys are thinking of the story of late? I hope that you guys are enjoying it and are ready to see where this story is going to keep going; because that's exactly how I feel, because of what I already told you: I am writing this story as I go, and I am not planning much of it. I am just going with the flow, and seeing where my ideas take me. But isn't that what we all want at the end of the day? To just see where things go, and let the chips fall where they do? After all, that's the reality of life; and it makes the story seem a bit more realistic in my opinion. But now, it's time for me to stop giving you guys a note; and it's time for me to keep writing the story.

Chapter Two Hundred and Fifty-Eight
Morning Beautiful

She was currently in the midst of laying down on his muscular, naked chest…with nothing but the sheets covering the both of them, after they made love to each other the night before. And let's just say that Jay is extremely happy at the moment, just like he's always happy when Alex is naked on his chest; I mean, what's better than the feeling of her naked body on his…especially after she worked out so much to get her body back. This, this feeling that they have with each other…well it's something that they both want to enjoy with each other, for as long as they have a chance to relax with each other; especially since they have other people taking care of the twins for them. More specifically, they have their family taking care of their twins, which means that they can have this sexy alone time with each other, which Jay most definitely enjoys…especially as he kisses her forehead softly and stroked her back with his thumb. And if you told Alex that she could do anything she wished, and travel anywhere in the entire world; she'd turn you down.

In fact, she'd turn you down so fast…that you wouldn't even get a chance to ask the question, because this is where Alex wants to be right now. She wants to be with the man she loves in their bed, and she wants to hold him close as they cuddle up to each other in bed; oh, and she also wants the feeling of that hand on her back. The feeling of his strong hand on her back, with his wedding band running his hand up and down her spine. Because that truly is something that she loves more than anything in the entire world, as she cuddled up to him and ran her hand up and down his toned chest; and only then, when he felt Alex run her hand up and down his chest, did Jay turn his head and kiss her forehead softly. Looking down at his beautiful wife, Jay smirked due to the fact that this truly is exactly what he wants to be doing right now. He wants to hold the woman he loves close to him, as they just spend a bunch of quality time with each other; and the truth was, Alex loves this feeling just as must as Jay does…because it's extremely sexy.

Him being naked underneath her for a change, it's so damn sexy; and there's nothing more that she wants to do right now, other than hold Jay close to her. And thanks to their families (as you know), they can do this without having to worry about Liv and Mikey (those are the nicknames that they're trying out for Olivia and Michael, respectively); because right now, Liv and Mikey are being taken care of my her father…which is something that Jay and Alex most definitely want to have right now, simply because they are both really happy over the fact that they are getting this quality time with each other right now. After which, Jay ran his hand up and down her back as they held each other close; kissing her forehead softly shortly afterwards, Jay then proceeded to look down at his beautiful wife. The wife who was currently cuddling up to him, with her hand on his chest; and his lips on her forehead, gently leaving soft kisses on it…and let's just say that Alex really likes that feeling, simply because it's the best feeling in the entire world.

Another thing she likes? The sound of his voice, as he speaks to her for the first time this morning. "Morning beautiful." Alex smiled as Jay said good morning to her, while also calling her beautiful; not that he needs to say that, because she most definitely does know that she's beautiful. But if they're giving each other compliments, then she might as well do the same in return. "Morning handsome." Smiling as he heard Alex say that, Jay looked down at his beautiful wife before watching as she decided to roll over onto her side (and off his chest). "Seriously? I was about to kiss you." Laying down next to Jay in bed, Alex smirked as she looked at her handsome husband. "You know, you can still get that kiss; but you just need to roll over onto your side and get close to me." Jay agreed with Alex as she said that, before going ahead with doing just that; after all, that's exactly what Alex wanted…to have Jay close to her in bed. But what's even sexier, is that Jay decided to keep the sheets at their waists; that way, Alex could see his entire chest.

"So…damn…sexy." Jay laughed as he heard Alex say that, before wrapping his arm around her back; after which, he wrapped his arm around her back and tugged her body against his chest. After which, Alex put her hands on his chest and smiled as they both held each other close right now. After all, that's exactly what they both want right now; they want to hold each other close, and they want to make sure that they are close to one another right now. "So, you sleep good last night." Alex smirked as Jay asked her that, before getting nice and close to him once more; at the same time, Alex put her hands on his toned chest and just cuddled up to him. Meanwhile, Jay wrapped his arm around her back and stroked it with his thumb. "You sleep good last night?" Alex laughed. "Let me see…I got to have sex with my husband, and I got to sleep on your chest like this; and even better, I had my loving husband's arms wrapped tight around his waist. And god, now that was a nice feeling; the feeling of his wife right against him, with a naked body.

"I'm glad that we did this last night, just get some time alone with each other; because this really is something that we needed to do, and we just needed to take some time with each other. And as much as we love the kids, we need to take it easy and just relax as husband and wife." Alex agreed with Jay as he said that, because that most definitely was the way she was feeling right now; how she was really happy to have gotten some time alone with her dreamy husband, whom she's crazy for. "So, what are you thinking about right now?" Alex smirked as she heard Jay say that, before moving her hands to his chest; after which, she felt Jay move his hand to her back and just run his strong hand all the way down her back. "God, I love the way you hold me in bed like this." Jay agreed with Alex as she said that she loves the feeling that comes with him holding her in bed like this, because he feels the same way. Running his hand down her back, Jay smirked as he just looked at the most beautiful woman in the entire world. "God, you are so damn sexy."

Alex laughed das she heard Jay say that, before leaning in and proceeding to kiss him softly; at the same time, Jay smirked as he took things nice and slow with her dreamy husband. "Damn, I am so glad that this is what we're doing right now. I just hope you know that we can't stay in bed all day." Jay agreed with Alex as she said that, well aware that was the case. "That's a shame, because I really like spending some time with you in bed." Alex smiled as she heard Jay say that, before getting close to her man; after which, Alex wrapped her arms around his neck and leaned in so that she could take things nice and close with each other. But little did Alex know that her time alone with her husband was soon doing to be interrupted by her father. "Hey guys, I'm making…" Hearing her father's voice, Alex grabbed the sheets and tugged them up on top of the both of them. "HANK!" Wrapping his arm around Alex, Jay looked up at Hank (while also bringing Alex close to his chest so that they could hold each other close right now). "Get the fuck out, now!"

She was so embarrassed after being caught in bed with her husband, by her father of all people; because that was the last person that she wanted to have catch her in bed, because he really should not have been in their room. Especially when this is her bedroom, the bedroom that she gets to share with her husband and just take time alone with him. And now, Alex didn't even want to be in her bedroom; rather, she wanted to be in the bathroom. And that's exactly where Alex is right now, as she stands in the shower of her and Jay's bathroom. The shower that was open to the outside world, which still scared her if she was being honest; but it also turned her husband on, which is something that Alex knew…which is one of the reasons why Alex always does it. But still, there was a reason why she was in here; and that's due to the fact that she was trying to be away from her father, away from his prying eyes. And she wants to be alone with her husband right now. But does she want to have sex with him? Most definitely not, because of what just happened.

And if that's what Alex wants, then Jay most definitely understands; and that's something that he's going to tell her, as he walked up to the shower. After which, Jay proceeded to take off his towel and hung it up just outside of the shower; and now, that meant that he could join his wife in the shower and make her feel better (which is exactly what she wants him to do). She want shim to join her in the shower and make her feel better after what just happened out int heir bedroom; and the truth is, Jay feels the same way. He feels like he needs some time with Alex, just so that he can feel better (and feel comfortable going downstairs). Well, at least see Hank. He's going to be comfortable going downstairs regardless, as he wants to go see his kids; the kids whom he loves more than anything in the entire world. But first, he wants to get in the shower with that gorgeous wife of his; and he wants to hold her in his arms, as he makes her feel better. Not like that's going to be hard, as he just needs to hold her in his arms to make her feel better in the shower.

So, he did just that; he stepped into the shower with the woman he loves and moved his hands to her hips to bring her body against his chest. After which, Alex moved her hands to his as she leaned back against his chest and smiled. Intertwining their fingers shoulder afterwards, Jay wrapped his arms around Alex before kissing her back. "I locked the door to our room, and to the bathroom. So, you have no need to be worried right now." Alex agreed with Jay as he said that, before turning around to look at the man she loves; after which, she stepped close to him and wrapped her arms around his neck. And boy did that make Jay smile, as he loves holding his beautiful wife right against his chest. She's just so damn sexy, and this is really what he wants to do with Alex as he ran his hands up her back. In the process, he brought Alex even closer to him than she was before; and even better, he got her breasts against him some more. After which, he leaned in and proceeded to kiss the woman he loves softly. "We have a bit more time. He's making food."

Alex agreed with Jay as he said that, before moving to hug her husband; at the same time, Jay ran his hands up and down her back as a way to make Alex feel better. After all, he knows that this is what she needs from him right now. She needs him to hold her in his arms, as it's the best way for the both of them to hold each other close and just relax. Jay just hates the fact that they were interrupted this morning, as they were having a bunch of fun with each other. But they aren't going to concentrate on that right now; instead, they're going to concentrate on each other, and giving each other what they wanted to have in bed with each other. And that most definitely includes a bunch of quality time with each other. Anyways, what's better than the feeling of your naked bodies against each other. Well, Jay doesn't know what husband doesn't want this feeling…but he just knows that he wants this feeling for the rest of his life, and that's something that he's going to get here with his beautiful wife. "Listen, what do you say you and I wash up? Then go back to bed."

Alex smiled as she heard Jay say that, before leaning back and looking into her eyes. "You have to promise me that you're not going to want me naked." Jay smirked as he heard Alex say that, before picking her up in his arms and wrapping her legs around his waist; after which, he turned around so that he could push her back against the wall. Meanwhile, Alex wrapped her arms and legs around him; and let's just say that Jay really liked that feeling, as he moved his hands to her sides and looked up into Alex's eyes (while kissing her at the same time). "Well unfortunately, I can't promise you that; because then I would be lying through my teeth, as I always want you naked…because that's how I get to make love to the love of my life." Alex smiled as she heard Jay say that, before moving her hands to his face; after which, she started to take things nice and slow with the most handsome man in the entire world. At the same time, Jay continued to run his hands up and down her legs; after all, that's exactly what he wants to have right now. Sexy time with Alex.

However, he also knew what Alex was talking about, which is why he was going to make that promise to her, as he wrapped his arm around her back and moved his hand to her neck. But first, maybe a quick kiss with the woman of his dreams; the woman who, frankly, wants to share a quick kiss with him just as bad as he does with her. "God, so beautiful." Alex agreed with Jay was he said that, before smiling as she stared into his eyes. "So handsome." Jay agreed with Alex as she told him that, before running his hands up and down her back. "I love you." Alex agreed with Jay as he told her that. "I love you too." Moving her hands back to the top of his chest, Alex smiled as she leaned in and proceeded to kiss him softly; and boy, was this a nice feeling. The feeling of the man of her dreams taking things nice and slow with her as they just enjoy some time with each other, time that they both want to enjoy right now. "God, you are so sexy; and you know exactly what I want right now." Jay agreed with Alex as she told him that. "Because I love you." Alex agreed.

She then proceeded to move her finger to his cheekbone, while Jay went to grab some soap so that he can wash her body. "Pass me some soap so I can wash your chest for me?" Jay agreed with Alex as she said that, before setting her down on the ground; after all, this is much easier when she wants to wash him…but it's also much easier for Alex to tease him, as it means that she has a chance to move her hand to his package and stroke it with her thumb. And boy did that make her husband moan, which she loved the sound of; but not as much as the feeling of Jay moving his hands to her neck and crashing his lips into hers. And now that was nice, and it was why Alex just put her hands on his chest as she cuddled up to him today. "Damn you." Jay laughed das he heard Alex say that. "Hey, payback's a bitch." Alex agreed with Jay as he told her that, before stepping close to him and wrapping her arms around his neck; at the same time, Jay moved his hands to her back and smiled as he kissed her softly. "I want a day with the kids today."

Alex agreed with Jay as he said that. "And I want a date night Friday, and it's your job to make sure that I get it." Jay bit his lip. "How about Saturday night instead? I would rather not go out on Friday the 13th, which is when all the wackos come out." Alex laughed as she heard Jay say that, before getting close to him and putting her hands on the top of his chest; at the same time, Jay wrapped his arms around her and kissed her softly. "Do we have a deal?" Alex agreed with Jay as he asked her whether they have a deal when it comes to them going on a date this weekend, because they most certainly do. "I can't wait to see where you're going to take me." Jay smirked as he heard Alex say that, before moving to wash her body once more. "God, you are so damn sexy." Alex smirked as she heard Jay say that. "Just wait until you see the first part of my outfit that I'm going to be wearing for you today." Kissing Jay one last time, Alex then went to slap his cheek before getting out of the shower in the nude. "What, hey!" Alex just smirked as she left.

Walking out of the washroom in his boxers shortly after being left in the shower, naked without her; Jay Halstead just took a breath as he didn't want to yell at his wife, whom he very much didn't appreciate doing that to him. However, Jay can't say that he doesn't like that his wife was currently in the midst of putting on for him; because god, he most certainly does like the sight of it. It's so damn sexy, and he just wants to put his hands on her body. And he most certainly is going to do that, before he put his jeans and shirt on. "So, I see that you're wearing jeans and a t-shirt today." Jay agreed with Alex as she asked him that. "My standard outfit. Plus, you like the shirt that I'm going to be wearing." Alex agreed with Jay as he said that, seeing him staring at her lingerie. "Just like I love the lingerie that you're wearing for me right now." Alex smiled as she watched Jay walk over to his side of their bed in the mirror, before hanging up his towel; after which, he looked at Max as he laid down on their bed. "Hey buddy." Smiling as he got attention, Max was happy.

But not as happy as Alex is going to be when she has Jay's hands all over her, because that's exactly what she's going to get ahead of them leaving their room to go spend time with their kids; and that's a guarantee, simply because of the way that her husband was looking at her this morning. And damn was he looking really sexy as he walked up behind her in his boxers, and especially when he just put his hands on her waist. God, the way he did that was hot. But not as hot as the feeling of Jay kissing her shoulder. "Just to let you know, you might want to stay back here for a moment, because me and your father are going to have a word about what he just did." Turning around to look at Jay as he said that, Alex took a breath. "Jay…" Walking away to grab his jeans from their bed, Jay shook his head because this isn't something that's up for debate. "Alex, I am not debating this. This conversation is happening." Going to grab his jeans this morning, Jay proceeded to put them on and then tugged them up to his waist (while doing up the button too).

Grabbing his belt afterwards, Jay went ahead and started to put it in (while also turning to face his wife). "Alex, he walked in on us while we were having sex with each other!" Going to grab the socks that he has on his bed, Jay then proceeded to sit down on the edge of his bed and then went ahead and put them on. "I know." Looking up at his wife as she said that, Jay sighed as he (quickly) slipped his socks on before getting up; that way, he could make his way over to Alex once more. After all, they always seem to communicate better when they're in each other's arms; plus, she's standing right by his dresser (which is where his deodorant is). But first, he's going to step close to Alex (and wrap his arms around her) so that he can talk to her; talk to her about how they need to set boundaries with her father, because they are husband and wife. But instead of wrapping his arms around her, Jay then decided to grab Alex's hands so that he could show off their wedding bands; because that would show her the message that he was sending.

But still, he was still going to say it as he looked at the woman he loves. "Alex, you know that I love you right?" Alex agreed with Jay when he asked her whether she knew that he loved her. "I know you do Jay, why are you asking me that?" Jay smiled as he then decided to move his hands to her hips and just bring Alex close to his chest, which is where she wants to be; especially when he's shirtless and looking this hot. And god, even more when he's leaning down and kissing her softly. "Alex, I love you. And you're my wife. And right now, our room is the only place where we can be just husband and wife; where we aren't parents, and where we aren't Hank's hosts and kids. Alex, I love you. And I want to have a space to show you that. And if I can't do it in my own bedroom, then where can I do it?" Alex agreed with Jay as he said that, well aware of just what he was talking about. "Alex, we both know that this is the right move." Walking up to his dresser after letting Alex go, Jay proceeded to grab his deodorant and cologne.

Starting with his deodorant, he went ahead and put both of them on. "Alex, I love you. But please be on my side when it comes to this and have my back; because I am not going to accept anything other than you on my side here, because this is serious. Alex, this is our home, this is our private room, and I don't want to have to deal with that ever again while Hank is here. We both already know that he's pushing it when it comes to him being here in the first place, and he's lucky to have a relationship with his grandkids. But one thing that I won't stand for…is him interrupting me and my wife as we try and be intimate with each other." Alex agreed with Jay as he said that, because that was something that she can agree with him about. "Hey, of course I can agree with you when it comes to that Jay." Jay agreed with Alex as she told him that, glad that was the case. "Good, then you're okay with me talking to your dad about how we need to set boundaries? One of those boundaries being our bedroom, which is not a space we want him to be at all?"

Alex agreed with Jay as he asked her that, as she most certainly does agree with Jay when he said that; I mean, how can she not agree with Jay when he says that? She loves him more than anything in the entire world, and she wants to have a place of her own. And if her dad can't agree to that, then he most certainly is not going to be staying here with them. "I'll stand by you for the rest of your life Jay." Jay agreed with Alex as she said that, before walking up to her now that he was done with his deodorant; after which, he wrapped his arms around her and smiled as he looked into her eyes. Bending down, Jay smirked as he went ahead and kissed her softly. And boy, did Alex really like that feeling. "I love you Jay." Jay agreed with Alex as she said that, before moving his hands to her butt; after which, he squeezed it (making Alex jump in the process). "Jay!" Letting Alex go, Jay smirked as he looked at her; meanwhile, she slapped his chest (while he laughed a bit). "Not funny." At the same time, Jay grabbed her neck.

Leaning in, Jay smirked as he took things nice and slow with her. "I think it's quite funny." Alex agreed with Jay as he said that, before watching as he walked over to their bed; after which, he grabbed his shirt and went to put it on this morning. "You're lucky that I love you Halstead." Jay smirked as he heard Alex say that. "Back at you Ms. Halstead." Alex blushed as she heard Jay say that. "Pancakes." Jay agreed with Alex as she said that, just smiling as he proceeded to walk away; that way, he can make some breakfast for the both of them. "Oh, and day with the kids today." Jay agreed with Alex as she said that, just smiling as he walked out to the kitchen to talk to his father-in-law.
