Hello Readers: And welcome to another day of chapters. But first, I want to apologize for not updated yesterday, as I was busy. And then by the time I got home, I was going to update; but then I got distracted, and I wanted to do some other things…then I decided to at least just get this chapter started, as that was the least I could do. I could get this chapter started for you and finish it today. So, that's exactly what I did. I hope that you guys like it and continue to enjoy the story. Thanks again for reading.

Chapter Two Hundred and Sixty-Four
The Boys and Ramona?

"Do you think we're doing the right thing in just having it be us and the girls here?"

That was the question that Gabby just asked Matt verbally, but it was not the question that she was really asking him. Rather, the real question that Gabby was asking him, was whether he thought the boys should be here with them. That was the real thing that was on her mind at the moment. And the truth was, Matt was thinking about it too; well, now he was. He wasn't thinking about it before, as he thought that they already had the boys under control. They were at home, with their family because it's where they can play. They have all of their toys there, they can go outside there, and they can be loud there. If they were here with the both of them, then they would just be loud…and that most certainly is not what they want, both for themselves and the girls. Well, more for them than the girls; the girls, they can sleep (and grow) through anything. But Matt, he actually likes the quiet…and he most certainly does enjoy this quality time that he has with his girls, because it's time that he didn't think he was going to have at the start of the girls' lives.

He thought that he was going to have to be running around the house, taking care of everybody. Upstairs, he'd be taking care of Gabby, Bella, and Sofia; while downstairs, he would be taking care of Matteo and Noah (as he played with them and kept them quiet). And that would've meant that he wouldn't get this quality time with his girls, the quality time that he can only spend with them if they keep the boys at the big house. And that's actually where Matt wants them to stay, so that he can continue to get this type of time with the woman he loves; as well as their daughters, because that's what he wants right now. Quality time with all of his girls. And yes, he still calls Gabby 'his girl' because that's a name that he'll never take away from her; Gabby is his forever girl, the love of his life, the strongest woman he knows, and the mother of his children. But above all else, she's his wife, and the woman he loves. And when it comes down to it, that's who he wants to spend time with right now as she recuperates from giving birth to the girls (prematurely).

But that doesn't mean that he's not going to want them here at some point, so that they can see them; and so that they can spend time with them, while also introducing them to their sisters. But that's not what Matt wants to do at this very moment, as he'd rather put all of his energy on making sure that Gabby and the girls take it easy; especially Gabby, as she's recuperating from a surgery. Maybe in a few days, once she's feeling a bit stronger; and maybe when she can get in and out of her bed on her own, while also not having to wear a diaper. Well maybe then they can have the boys here, but he doesn't think he wants them here before all of those criteria are met. That she's no longer on complete bedrest, the girls have grown a bit, and she's no longer wearing a diaper. But that can change, because he also wants to please his wife; because at the end of the day, he loves Gabby more than anything. And if she really wants to see (and spend time with the boys), then he will make sure that the boys come here as he isn't leaving his girls.

"I think I want to wait a bit myself, but what are you thinking Gabby?"

Taking a breath as Matt asked her what she was thinking, Gabby took a moment to actually think of what she wanted to say; what she wanted to tell him about how she felt, and what she wanted right now. Because there are so many things that she wants. She wants to be at home with their girls, as well as their sons; that way, they can all cuddle as a family. And they can do it at their big house, in their bed. Because at the end of the day, that's the most comfortable bed in the world for her; especially when she's laying down on Matt's shirtless chest. God, it's so muscular; and she can't wait to see their daughters laying down on their daddy's chest. But there's one more thing that she needs to make sure about Matt's statement, if they do want to wait; and that's how they aren't going to wait until next month. She wants to see the boys before Christmas, and she wants them here on Christmas; that's something that they need to make sure that they are on the same page about, that their boys are going to be here on Christmas. Their first one as a family.

"I think one thing that we need to be clear about, is the fact that our sons are going to be here for Christmas."

Turning his head as he heard Gabby say that, Matt just wrapped his arm around her more; that way, he could hold her in his arms and just cuddle up to her. After which, he would respond to what Gabby just said; and he was going to tell her about his plans for Christmas, which most certainly include having the boys here. In fact, they were always going to be here for Christmas; and that's due to the fact that he wants to be surrounded by his family on Christmas: his wife, and all of their children. Their boys Matteo and Noah, and their beautiful daughters Bella and Sofia. They are all going to be here with them for Christmas, and that was never going to be in doubt; it was just always going to happen, as he was going to do it even if Gabby didn't want to have the boys here on Christmas. He would literally force her to have their boys here with them on Christmas, rather than be anywhere other than here with all of his kids on Christmas. Heck, maybe they can even have his mom here, because he hasn't spent a Christmas with her in a long time.

"Gabby, did you really think I would ever want to spend my first Christmas a dad with just my girls?"

Laughing a bit as she heard Matt as he that, Gabby shook her head as she knew that was never going to be the case; of course, he's going to want to have the boys here with them, because he's going to want to cuddle up to them. And god, he is so adorable when he's cuddling up to Matteo and Noah. Their boys really do love their father, and they are looking more like him each and every day; and boy, does that make Gabby happy. She loves how their sons look like their handsome father, as it makes her truly enjoy the sight of them even more. But not just that, because she's also really starting to see their personalities come out; and if they were to let them join the fire department, she could definitely see Matteo following in Matt's footsteps when it comes to being a firefighter. Gabby just doesn't know whether she's okay with that, letting her sons be firefighters; especially not now that she knows just how much a profound effect it's had on her husband, as his career is related to one of the reasons he has PTSD (and they have Andy).

"Of course. That makes complete sense, and I am definitely going to enjoy that; especially you holding Matteo, who is really starting to look like you now." Matt agreed with Gabby as she told him that, well aware of the fact that Matteo is really starting to look like him now. "I'm glad we decided to name him Matteo, rather than Noah." Turning her head, Gabby was a bit confused as she heard that statement. "What do you mean by that baby?" Matt smiled as he heard Gabby ask him that, before leaning in and going to steal a kiss from her. "I'd rather have my namesake look like me." Gabby laughed as she heard Matt say that, before cuddling up to him. "You know, I think we made really great choices when it came to all of our kids' names. Matteo, Noah, Bella, and Sofia." Matt agreed with Gabby as she said that, before moving to kiss the top of her head; after all, he did have something on his mind. And it was actually related to their kids names, as it was something that Gabby wanted to do when they first leaned that they were having girls.

"Any regrets in not naming one of the girls Ramona?"

Turning her head to look up at Matt as he asked her whether she had any regrets when it came to not naming one of their daughters Ramona, which is something that she wanted to do; Gabby took a breath, as she isn't sure that she really wants to do it anymore. And there was a reason for that, which is directly related to the previous pregnancy she had; the boys' pregnancy, and the fact that she was always really worried for her father during the entire pregnancy. And that meant that she couldn't be as relaxed as she had hoped during the pregnancy, and that could've easily caused her to go into labor much earlier that she did with the boys. And that could've been even worse, as she didn't know whether they would have one of the boys. And that's not something that she likes to think about, because she loves both of the boys (unconditionally). She loves how Matteo is really looking like his handsome father, and the way Noah just cuddles up to either of them; and in the process, he automatically makes the both of them smile.

Heck, just looking at their children can easily make either of the parents smile; and that's why she's glad that they chose the names that they did, as they truly do represent their children perfectly. Matteo, because he looks like his father; Noah, because it's just a name that can easily bring a smile to anybody's faces (because you have to admit, it's quite cute), Bella because their daughter is extremely beautiful (even though she's mostly seen her in pictures); and Sofia, after her great-great-grandmother. That's where she really got the inspiration for their daughter's name. Sofia Maria Dawson. That was her great-great-grandmother's name, and she wanted to use the same name for their Sofia; because the name is extremely sweet, and it means that her side of the family is represented in their names. Because now, there is both a Sofia Dawson, and a Sofia Casey; and that's really something that brings a smile to her face. And that's simply due to the fact that she loves all of her children's names, and she doesn't want to change them.

"No, because I love the names that we chose for all of our children."

Grabbing his wife's hand as he heard Gabby say that, Matt smiled as he proceeded to grab her hand and just held her close; after which, he went ahead and kissed the back of her hand. "God, I am so happy that this is what we're doing right now. Just spending time together, as our girls grow over there." Gabby agreed with Matt as he said that, well aware that was the case as she proceeded to lay her head down on her shoulder. But unfortunately, she wasn't able to leave it there for a while. And that was due to the fact that Andy needed to go out, which is something that she saw as he stood at the door with his leach. "Baby, I think you need to go do something." Matt sighed as he heard Gabby say that, before turning his head and looking at his beautiful wife. After which, he got up and bent down so that he could kiss her softly. "You need or want anything while I'm out, taking him to the washroom?" Moving her hand to Matt's face, Gabby shook her head. "Just my iPad. I'm going to update my journal." Matt snickered as he heard that.

"You mean your Hospital Blog?" Gabby looked at Matt as she heard him say that, unaware that he knew about how she was blogging again. "How did you know that I was…" Matt smiled as he leaned in and kissed the woman he loves. "Because I know everything when it comes to your blog." Gabby agreed with Matt as he told her that, before moving her hand to his neck; after which, she took things nice and slow with the man she loves. "Go, I am going to update my blog." Matt agreed with Gabby as she said that, before kissing his beautiful wife again. "I love you." Gabby agreed with Matt as he told her that, before smiling as she was really happy right now. Happy that she was currently holding her dreamy husband close to her, simply because he's the most amazing man in the entire world. "See you soon." Matt agreed with Gabby as she said that, before getting up so that he can take Andy out to the washroom. After which, Gabby proceeded to go grab her laptop so that she could work on her blog/journal; something she hasn't done of late.

December 11, 2019: Hospital Day 3

Hello Gabriela Casey's Journal Readers:
I'm sorry once more for the few updates that I have been posting for you guys of late, but I have been a bit tied up. As you all know, me and my husband have a busy life. First of all, we are already parents to our sons Matteo and Noah; secondly, we are businesspeople…with Matt being the CEO of our company, and me being the Deputy CEO for our clothing line ELLA Apparel. (Reminder that there's a direct link at the top of the page if you wish to see what we have for sale today). But that's not the reason why I am writing today. But rather, I am writing today as I need to update you guys on just how things are going here at the hospital as I know that a lot of you have some questions about that. And just what exactly happened as of late. But unfortunately, you aren't going to get too many updates; and that's due to the fact that we do want to keep some of our lives out of the public eye, and this would be one of those times. And as much as I want to share information with you, we need to protect the privacy of our beautiful daughters.

And as you probably know by now, they were born prematurely; however, you also know their names. Bella and Sofia. Those are the names that we gave to our daughters. Well, the first names. Their full names are Bella Elizabeth Casey, and Sofia Marie Casey. I know Marie is the English version of the name, and that doesn't go together as well with Sofia; but we like it, and that's final. So, we aren't going to be changing the name. But I really think that Bella Elizabeth sounds nice, not that we're going to change it; especially not when Elizabeth is name that is dear and close to my heart. And this is where I am going to do a product plug, which is also near and dear to my heart. As you all know, the company that my husband runs makes vehicles: more specifically, they make vehicles for emergency services. So, that means police cars, fire trucks, and ambulances. And that's where I am taking this, the product names that we use; more specifically, for the ambulance. As you now, the product name for the ambulance is known as 'The SHAY'.

And while so people believe that it's just an acronym for something, it actually isn't not that I would even know what the acronym is for, because I am not sure how it's related to ambulances. The safe handling of ambulatory youngsters? I don't know why I just wrote that, but it's probably the closest thing that I could think of that fits the initials of Shay. But whatever, we aren't here to speak of that now. Rather, we are here to talk about the person for which 'The SHAY' is named after. (Link here to Purchase). And that would be my (late) best friend, Leslie Shay. She was my former paramedic partner on Ambulance 61, prior to the other one that you already know about. You know, the one who crashed my wedding; and who confessed to having feelings for MY HUSBAND. Yeah, not a nice day when it came to that. I mean, bitch please! He has a wedding ring, and I was the one that put it there. That means HE'S MINE! And nobody is going to take him from me, especially not someone who betrayed his wife. But back to my update for you guys.

I already told you what's going on with my family, and how I just gave birth; I can already skip over the info about the bitch, because I don't need to give anything else. However, there is one thing that I want to just send out. And that's related to something that happened shortly after I previously gave birth to our sons Matteo and Noah. As you all remembered, we had to leave Hawaii and go to Los Angeles due to the press that came out regarding my husband's past; and I am going to tell you this, you really should not have posted that. But we're past that. But now, what I want to say to the media; I do not want you guys to come anywhere near us, nor are you to ask us about our daughters. That's private, and we are already worried as it is about our daughters. So please do not bother us any more than you already have, and just go bother somebody else; but now, when it comes to our friends who have been sending us a bunch of messages (which we do enjoy reading, but just don't always respond to as there are so many to read and reply to).

I want to thank you guys for sending us your love, and the well wishes both for me and Matt; and of course, for our daughters as well. I can report that things are going much better since I gave birth to the girls two days ago, but not everything is as good as they can be, but I can tell you this, and that's that I can finally answer some more texts as I feel able to do so. For the past two days, I have been in an out of it as I am on major pain meds. God, I am not going to miss the pain that comes with giving birth to children, I can promise you that. Oh, and for Cindy Herrmann, whom I know reads this blog; I swear, you are a strong woman to have to do that five times! I am not ready to do it ever again after all the pain I went through, and I am not ever going to have five kids. (Get that out of your mind Matthew, we're done now that we have the girls. You have boys to carry on your name, and we have your little girls; we're done bud). But of course, he already knows that; and I am just glad that we're done having kids. And boy, they are so damn adorable.

I know that we should share pictures with you all, but we have decided not to; especially not online, so don't expect any pictures of Bella and Sofia on here anytime soon. Rather, we are going to share those privately; and you are going to have to ask us for pictures of our girls. Thanks again for reading, and I hope you guys enjoy the future updates that I have for you guys.
