A.N. — After Nezu, here we have a character who I generally can't stand. No, his death does not redeem him. But the goal of these drabbles is to give these characters, well, character, in 100 words. So Mirai Sasaki deserves at least that on his birthday. Another A.N. at end.
2. Mirai Sasaki/Sir Nighteye
Heroism was a deadly serious profession. That was why Sir Nighteye guarded his sense of humor so closely.
Outwardly, he was a tall, stern individual, rarely seen engaging in frivolous activities. He dressed in business attire, so unlike most Pros. But when Mirai was off the clock, he could drop the masks.
Mirai Sasaki was as big a fanboy as anyone, and loved to laugh. Sir Nighteye didn't have that luxury. His quirk had shown him so many horrific things. Sometimes, Mirai thought his greatest victory was still being able to smile, even if he had to keep that private.
A.N. 2 — So, ffn is showing why I now favor AO3 yet again. The Story Stats panel is broken, but the Legacy Story Stats are up. Though, they show no stats from yesterday, nor are any of the columns sortable like they should be. Guess the site can't handle the calendar turning over... Additionally, not being able to have a simple '/' in a chapter title is beyond stupid. Why is Mirai Sasaki/Sir Nighteye not OK as a chapter title but Mirai Sasaki (Sir Nighteye) is?
Also, tomorrow is an open date, in that it has no canon birthday for it. So if there's someone you want to see right off the bat, let me know via comment! I'm thinking of doing a villain tomorrow, after two heroes. Or someone young, after two adults.
