A.N. — No one chimed in with a character prompt, so I went with one of the bigger villains that both doesn't have a birthday and is also relevant in the most current season of the anime. Until this site gets its act together, I won't have any clue as to traffic (or reviews, probably). The 5th and 6th are still open for ideas.

3. Rikiya Yotsubashi/Re-Destro

Most people shrank under the weight of excess stress.

Rikiya Yotsubashi wasn't most people.

As Re-Destro, Rikiya had taken something considered a weakness and turned it into his greatest strength. His hairline was a trifling price to pay to weaponize his very emotions. Being able to always be in the zone by funneling any negative feelings into his quirk, Rikiya could plot and battle simultaneously. And with an Army at his disposal, that skill was invaluable.

His utter belief in his power made Rikiya fanatical, which brought him followers of the same ilk. United together, the world would be his.

A.N. 2 — There's a different last line over on AO3, where strikethrough text is supported.
