6. Luminescent Baby
The baby's name and gender might be lost to history, but its gentle glow would always be remembered as the dawning of the Age of Quirks.
The doctors at KeiKei City hospital weren't prepared to find the maternity ward being brightened by a lone infant bed shining. They were apprehensive, but the phenomenon didn't seem to be hurting the baby. It smiled wide and laughed often; observations showed the light's intensity waxed and waned with the baby's mood.
Quarantining such a miracle felt wrong, but until they knew the hows and whys, this luminescent baby would have to be sequestered.
