A.N. — Yesterday was a rather minor character from Vigilantes, so today is someone a fair bit more known. Her even more well-known sibling has three(!) others sharing his birthday, so that's why she's here and not beside him in the posting schedule. She also sets up the start of a trio, if you know which character has a birthday January 28.
26. Hana Shimura
Hana really looked up to her grandma. She was even more fascinated with her because information about her was hard to come by in the Shimura household. Daddy not liking her even being brought up just cemented in Hana's mind that her grandma was someone to aspire to be like.
She didn't like that she'd gotten Tenko in trouble in her place, but she was excited that he apparently shared her interest in their heroic relative. Tenko could be a hero, Hana knew it — he just had to get out from their father's abusive reach. And she'd be right behind.
A.N. 2 — I tried to write this one simpler, like from a child's viewpoint. Still got a 9th-10th grade reading level on my word counter site. But I did make each paragraph 50 words, so there's that. Also, Hana's not in ff.n's character tags, the first missing character I'm actually upset by.
